Muslim Jeep Attack on UNC Students Not a First

By
Considerable media attention has focused on Mohammed Reza Taheri-Azar‘s “drive-through” attempted mass-murder of students at the University of North Carolina.
But it’s hardly the first such attack by a Muslim college student (Taheri-Azar is a recent grad of UNC and an Iranian native) in America, this year. Flashback to , Arizona State student and Palestinian native of Jordan, and his drive-through attack at Home Depot in mid-December. Like Taheri-Azar, Warrayat was also in his early twenties.
Images on Warrayat’s “computer depicted men lighting Molotov cocktails and a cartoon of two bloodied and dead children with a Middle Eastern flag in the background.” He said he attacked because he was mad at the U.S. for proposing (but never implementing) the idea to put a wall on our border with Mexico.
Taheri-Azar said his attack was fomented to “avenge the deaths or murders of Muslims around the world.”
In both instances, authorities refused to call it what it is: Islamic terrorism.

(AP Photo/University of North Carolina)

While Taheri-Azar used his perceived “war on Muslims” and–reportedly the Mohammed cartoons–as his excuse, Warrayat–who had the Koran with him–used the lack of open borders (who is he kidding about that?) as his excuse. Borders in December, war and cartoons in March. There’s never a shortage of excuses–but never a legitimate reason–for extremist Muslims to attack innocent Americans.
Question: Did they hijack their religion . . . or did it hijack them?

Absurd Headline of the Week

By
Absurd Headline of the Week:
From today’s Detroit Free Press, “Palestinian Leader Shows a Softer Side of HAMAS.” (Sub-headline, from second page of print edition: “HAMAS: Leader Shows Militants’ Softer Side.”)
What–does he advise using moisturizer before pulling the homicide belt switch?

Ismail Haniyeh: HAMAS’ “softer” Mass-Murderer-in-Chief

When are we going to hear about Mohammed Atta’s “softer side”? Oops–Oprah already recommended the book on that in her magazine.
*** UPDATE: Note hateful comments by reader and “Religion of Peace”-nik Amir and responses by Tim. Highly recommended reading.

Pro-Terrorism Movies A Total Bust @ the Oscars

By
Even though the , George Clooney, and the leftist woman from the “” (one of several “White People, Bad” movies winning Oscars) all won Oscars at last night’s Academy Awards, there was good news.
All the terrorism-sympathizing movies were a bust. “”–zero Oscars. Nothing for Steven Shlemielberg. Nada. “”–zero Oscars.
And on top of that, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences capitulated to the truth. Although “Paradise Now” was originally nominated as being from “Palestine”–and Arab and Muslim groups fought hard to keep that false appellation–Will Smith introduced it as “From the Palestinian Territories, Paradise Now.” (It should be “Paradise Now – Israel,” since it was filmed in Israel, funded in large part by the idiotic, defeatist Israeli government, and the stars and director are Israeli Arabs carrying Israeli passports.)

Shlemielberg, Pro-Terrorist Movies Got Zip at 2006 Oscars

In other words, Islamic terrorists lost . . . many, many times, last night. That’s a huge, welcome surprise from politically correct Hollywood.

Tennis vs. The Jews, Part III: This Time it’s Qatar

By
On this site, we’ve documented ( and ) that Jews and Israelis are not welcome in Dubai, the country that soon will . We talked about how Andre Agassi and others played in this week’s Dubai Open, a bigoted tennis tournament, .
Today, we read in the sports pages about how Martina Hingis reached the semifinals of the Qatar Open (she played in the women’s portion of the Dubai Open, a week or so ago).
We figured that the Emirate of Qatar is no different from the Emirate of Dubai, in that it does not allow Jewish Israelis. And we were right. Yet, another tournament in which Israeli tennis pro Shahar Peer cannot play. Yet another tournament given full accreditation for rankings by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), both U.S.-based and both with no apparent shame over participating in bigotry.

Sheraton, Sony Ericsson, and Mercedes Benz are among the sponsors of this bigoted event. Boycott them. If you are Jewish, they are already boycotting you. Ditto for these sponsors of the Dubai Open: Sony Ericsson (twice is nice), Adidas, Lacoste, Audi, and Xerox.
Martina Hingis, you ought to be ashamed. Ditto for the rest of those who played in the anti-Semitic Dubai and Qatar Opens. They are all partners in anti-Semitism. They include: Martina Navratilova (against anti-Gay/Lesbian Discrimination; anti-Semitism, A-Okay), Sania Mirza ( anywhere, doesn’t want to upset Muslims), Andre Agassi, Marat Safin, Maria Sharapova, Martina Hingis, Lindsay Davenport, Amelie Mauresmo, and these others (here, here, and here).
Not sure why they call these the Dubai and Qatar Opens. Both are very clearly CLOSED.

The Terrorism Oscars, Part II: Christmas vs. the Homicide Bombers

By
I’ve been detailing, for some time ( and ), my objections to the pro-homicide bomber movie, “Paradise Now,” which is nominated for this weekend’s Oscar for best foreign language film.
I (if you can call his listening to my answers, then giving his rebuttal after I was already off the air, a “debate”).
As I’ve said before, the film is objectionable for so many reasons: the map of hate, no Israel, no Jews, forwarding the myth that Jews poison Arab water to ruin sperm, glorifying homicide bombers, never showing their victims, etc., etc., etc. For an EXCELLENT review of this movie, read Irit Linor’s review, “Anti-Semitism Now,” in Israel’s Yediot Achronot. (“An exciting, quality Nazi film.”)

Oscars: Christmas Peace vs. Islamic Homicide Bombers

Another film, nominated in the same category as “Paradise Now,” is “Joyeux Noel.” It comes out in theaters around the country, today. It is an excellent film. If there is any justice in Hollywood–and there isn’t–“Joyeux Noel,” not “Paradise Now,” will win the best foreign language film Academy Award. There is no starker contrast at the Oscars than these two nominated films.
“Joyeux Noel,” a French film, is about Christmas Eve and Christmas during World War I, when French, German, and Scottish forces at battlefields all over Europe put down their weapons and celebrated Christmas together. It is a beautiful film, a film about honor and decency, and respect for Christianity. You don’t have to be a Christian–I am not–to love this film.
I’m sure the French who made this film wanted it to be a parable for the battles of war we are fighting today. But, today, we are not all Christians (or even Judeo-Christians) on all sides. We are fighting a religion that is now dominated globally by fascism and extremism.

“Joyeux Noel”

Unlike the warriors in “Joyeux Noel” (including a Jewish German commander), who sang “Silent Night” in unison, it’s not like we should put our arms down for one night with them and sing the Shehadah (the oath of martyrdom that one says to convert to Islam). It’s not like the enemy puts its own weapons down against fellow co-religionists, with Islamo-fascist brother fighting Islamo-fascist brother during the height of Ramadan.
It’s not like there are set battlefields, today, between men in uniform. No. Today, the warriors are dressed in plain clothes. They blow themselves up, murdering innocent civilians who are also not wearing soldiers’ uniforms.
The enemy of today is the “hero” of “Paradise Now.” That is exactly the reason that it should not win an Oscar. And exactly why the warped, elitist minds of Hollywood will give it that dubious golden-statued award.
The self-anointed culturatti–who claim they are peaceniks–will celebrate not the Christian men who put down their arms for a night to celebrate Christ’s birth. They will instead celebrate those who blow innocent people up to celebrate Mohammed’s growing domination.

Is This Racist?: The NFL’s Idiocy Litmus Test

By
It’s no secret that you don’t need to be smart to play in the National Football League. Or any major sports league.
When one thinks “pro football player,” the name Einstein does not immediately come to mind. So, when the NFL has a test that measures the most basic level of intelligence, and a Black player fails miserably, does that mean the test and the NFL are racist?
Apparently so, according to Detroit Free Press sports columnist Drew Sharp and assorted others. Sharp calls the Wonderlic Intelligence test a “ridiculous stigma,” because a promising NFL prospect, Vince Young, scored “idiot” on the IQ test. Stigma? Since when was an intelligence test a “stigma”?
Well, actually, for years–in the Black community. Every year when SATs are administered for college admissions, race merchants claim it’s biased against them. No matter that Blacks who are recent immigrants from Africa and the islands do very well on the SATs–better, on average, than Whites.

Vince Young: NFL Prospect Might Be Dumbest Ever

Back to the NFL. Young scored a six out of a possible 50, the lowest score ever garnered on the exam. The NFL administers this test to every player interested in being drafted into the league.
It’s not like the test is brain surgery. Here’s a sample question: The ninth month of the year is? They actually give multiple choice options for this simple query. Then there’s this one: Paper sells for 21 cents per pad. What will four pads cost? And this toughie: Which number in the following group of numbers represents the smallest amount?: 7, .8, 31, .33, or 2.
Finally, there’s this one, which normally on-target USA Today sports columnist Jon Saraceno thinks is genius stuff: A boy is 17 and his sister twice as old. When the boy is 23, how old will his sister be?
If you didn’t get all four correct answers to these questions immediately, then you really are too dumb to play even in the NFL. Sorry, but there’s nothing racist about these. It’s, frankly, an idiot litmus test. And you don’t want complete idiots working for you, just as NFL owners don’t.
Not that they’ve succeeded.
The fact is that even for a league of dummies, there has to be a minimum standard, a minimum level past which the utter stupidity cannot exceed.
Another fact is that if the test is so racist, it’s notable that the majority Black NFL membership has never complained about it. In fact, the NFL Players Association, the union to which every current NFL player must belong, is headed by one Gene Upshaw. Guess what race he is? And, yet, each time Upshaw, his player representatives, and lawyers negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement with the NFL, they NEVER make the Wonderlic test an issue. Never. It’s never come up.
The union negotiates every imaginable condition and term of employment imaginable for an NFL player. If they felt the test was “racist,” or a hindrance to making money in every way, they’d have gotten rid of it.
Yet, Drew Sharp and the sports race police say the test is racist, a way to keep Vince Young from becoming another Black starting quarterback in the pros. Didn’t they ruin Rush Limbaugh’s sports broadcasting career over exactly this type of sophistry?
And here’s another racist item: Unlike White players–and everyone else–Vince Young of the low score of 6 was allowed to re-take the Wonderlic exam, garnering a 16. That’s still below average for non-college graduates, according to Saraceno, and much lower than what the NFL prefers.
How did Young instantly gain more 10 points and go up 167% in his score on an IQ test? IQs simply don’t change that radically from one test-taking session to the next. Unless Young had help the second time around.
The very WHITE Dan Marino only scored 14 on the Wonderlic exam, two points below Young’s second score. But we never heard him–or Drew Sharp–complain the exam was anti-White or anti-Italian. It didn’t prevent him from becoming a quarterback, either.
According to USA Today’s Saraceno, the very WHITE Pat McInally, a Harvard receiver and Rhodes scholar applicant, sank three rounds in the NFL draft, after his high Wonderlic score was posted to NFL owners. The problem was, he scored TOO high.
Then-New York Giants GM George Young told him, “Look, we don’t want to draft players who are too dumb. And we sure as hell don’t want to draft ’em too smart.”
So, is an IQ test racist on its face? If you believe that, then you’d have to believe Blacks don’t have high IQs.
And that would make you–and sports commentators like Drew Sharp (who is Black)–the real racist.

Bribes: What Federal Agents Got for Ignoring Illegal Immigration, Aiding NFL Billionaires

By
“Under Abu Moskowitz’s orders, I , and all I got was this lousy pin.” (Plus a goody bag.)

Bribe or Taxpayer Waste? Who Paid for This?:

Officially Licensed NFL ICE Super Bowl Trademark Police Pin

Yup. This is the bribe–along with goody bags full of NFL Super Bowl loot picked up from ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) Special Agent in Charge ‘s office–that federal ICE agents got for acting as the NFL’s Super Bowl Trademark Police force and ignoring their real duties. Moskowitz is the federal immigration and terrorism money laundering agent’s top official for Michigan and Ohio, the heart of Islamic America.
Agents tell us that–for all of the proclamations by blowhard Abu Moskowitz that counterfeit Super Bowl apparel is connected to terrorism and that arrests and trials would happen–not a single arrest was made, not a single fine assessed, and no trial will happen as a result. But a good time was had by all partying around–and with–celebs and NFL bigwigs at the Super Bowl. Your tax dollars at work.
But, more disturbing, it raises a few questions: The pin is an “officially licensed NFL product.” Who paid for the license and the pins? Your tax dollars? If not, does this count as a bribe by persons having business before ICE? According to the law, yes–these are gifts from “a prohibited source,” which the NFL and the Super Bowl Host Committee both are. Ditto for the “goody bags.”

Special Agent in Charge: ICE’s Abu Moskowitz

Accepted Free NFL Clothing Bribes, Then Gave Them to His Subordinate Agents

And Abu Moskowitz knows better. We’re told by agents that he purports to be 100% “by the book” and won’t accept free meals or allow them to do so, etc. (that is, when other ICE agents are around to see it). So he knows that accepting this free loot is wrong. And he’s used this to throw the book at fellow agents throughout his career–as a way for him to get ahead of them.
Time for the book to be thrown at him, since the distribution of these goods to all the agents under his hegemony means that he is an accessory and engaged in conspiracy in each incident of his agents accepting these goody bags (and the pins, if they weren’t paid for by tax dollars). If Moskowitz will accept good bags (and pins) from the NFL, who else will he accept gifts from? Muslims and Arabs with “business” before him and his agents? Like his buddy, “former” Islamic terrorist and FBI award revokee, ? A good bet. Has he already accepted such items from such sources? We’ve heard all kinds of rumors.
The problem is, the chick now running the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) for ICE is Abu Moskowitz’s buddy from his Arizona days, Traci Lembke. ICE agents all around the country have warned us how allegedly corrupt she is, using her position to cover up and stop all investigations into her friends. (It’s an abuse of power that jibes with reports we’ve gotten and evidence we’ve seen that Ms. Lembke has allowed Abu Moskowitz to obtain my cellphone records to find out which of his agents I know.) “Relationships” we’re told that Ms. Lembke has had on the job are, themselves, conduct unbecoming. And she violated the law by telling me there was an OPR “investigation” into Abu Moskowitz. . . if you can call it an investigation. So, who will investigate her “ethics”, now that she is the chief ethics “investigator”?

Who’s Watching the Watchers?: Traci Lembke is ICE’s “Ethics” Princess

Not surprisingly, ICE Princess has an apparent affirmative action program of hiring women to the top jobs in her agency. Look for her to hire the integrity-challenged Ms. Lembke, who is the acting director of ICE’s OPR office. Just like Myers, she’s VERY qualified for the job. NOT.
****
More details on what a federal employee may NOT accept:
18 U.S.C 201(b), 209 et seq., and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regarding “STANDARDS OF ETHICAL CONDUCT FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH” provide that a federal “employee shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or accept a gift”:

(1) From a prohibited source; or
(2) Given because of the employee’s official position.

Who is a prohibited source? 5 CFR 2635.203 provides this:

(d) Prohibited source means any person who:
(1) Is seeking official action by the employee’s agency;
(2) Does business or seeks to do business with the employee’s agency;
(3) Conducts activities regulated by the employee’s agency;
(4) Has interests that may be substantially affected by performance
nonperformance of the employee’s official duties; or
(5) Is an organization a majority of whose members are described in paragraphs (d) (1) through (4) of this section.

Clearly, Abu Moskowitz violated these sections by accepting the NFL goody bags (and probably, the pins). The NFL and Super Bowl Host Committee had and continue to have business before Abu Moskowitz. Very improper.

Honeymoon in Vegas . . . er, Dubai: I’m with Fouad

By
Fouad Ajami–Shi’ite Muslim, brilliant Mid-East expert, and professor at Johns Hopkins–was on Bill Bennett’s Salem Broadcasting morning radio show earlier, this week.
I’ve always respected Dr. Ajami and his opinion. He is generally spot on. On the Bennett show, Ajami announced his opposition to the deal for Dubai’s and UAE’s DP World to control 22 of our major ports. Ajami pointed out that the only reason many former federal officials–like Madeleine Albright, Bill Clinton, Bush the Father, etc.–support the ports deal is that they all have lucrative speaking contracts with Dubai and the UAE, as we pointed out is the case with . In other words, they are all whores.

Dr. Fouad Ajami:

Shi’ite Muslim Mid-East Scholar Opposes Dubai Ports Deal

But another whore is of ABC’s “The View.” She got a free all-expense paid honeymoon (complete with private jet) from the UAE and its Dubai. Yes, prostitutes span all industries.

Dubai Ports Hires Mr. Erectile Dysfunction

By
Guess who Dubai Ports World hired as its lobbyist to get its through the firestorm? (He says he will lobby the White House, and his firm, in which he shares profits as a partner, was hired by DP World.)
Why, it’s none other than Mr. Erectile Dysfunction. Remember him? Mr. ED? (Plus, there’s that Pepsi ad he did with Skank-a-saurus, Britney Spears.) Looks like he’s now getting his blue pills from Dubai. From Viagra and Britney to Islamist Dubai, which and .
It raises ethical questions. After all, pillow talk is the most effective form of lobbying his Senator wife. . . especially after he pops that little blue pill. Bob Dole, you’ve regressed a long way, baby. Dubai Ports World: The New Viagra.

Senate Likely To Fail America on Immigration Overhaul

By
In December, under the unswerving insistence of Rep. Tom Tancredo, the House passed sweeping immigration reform. It did not have a lot of things Tancredo–and any reasonable American who wants to stop the hemmorhaging at the border–wanted. But it also did not have the outrageous Guest Invaders program pushed by the Bush Administration.
Not surprisingly, pan-Islamist and resident Republican sleaze-fountain Grover Norquist, was arm in arm with illegal immigrant advocates against the legislation. That said more than anything that the bill was a good one.
Remarkably, the house effort made it a felony to be here illegally and a crime to aid an illegal immigrant. Now, however, the Senate is “working” on the legislation. The Senate, according to today’s Wall Street Journal, may not include these very important efforts. As the sub-headline on the piece says, “Effort May Fail Without Accord on Undocumented Workers Already in the U.S.”

Why Won’t Senate Make it a Crime for Wal-Mart to Hire Illegals?

That’s exactly right. Without stopping those who are already here and those who are helping them (including ), there is no disincentive for aliens to repeatedly try to invade the borders and for to save money, etc.
Sadly, Arlen Specter, Republicrat chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee overseeing the legislation, doesn’t want to include the felony and criminal portions in the Senate legislation. He claims it is in the national interest for employers “to be able to find and hire available workers” from the pool of illegals. No, Senator, it is NOT.
While I’m normally a fan of the Manhattan Institute, I despise their 9/10 view on immigration. The WSJournal quotes MI’s resident illegal alien-o-phile Tamar Jacoby, claiming that the Republican House legislation is “hoops you make them [illegal aliens] jump through to stay.”
Sorry, Tamar, this is not about clowns at a circus. It’s about national security, on which we’ve been woefully inattentive.
Unfortunately, if the Senate does not mirror the House legislation more closely, Tom Tancredo’s December victory will be a 2006 defeat, just under five years after 9/11. According to the Journal, the Pew Hispanic Center says that illegal immigration grows by about 485,000 a year. And since it’s liberal Pew, that means the number is far larger.
