I’ll be debating annoying, liberal (redundant) trial lawyer and author Gerry Spence. We’ll be discussing his absurd new book, “Bloodthirsty Bitches and Pious Pimps of Power: The Rise and Risk of the New Conservative Hate Culture,” headed for the bargain bins at a bookstore near you.
The thesis of his book is that evil corporations own and run America, and that the little guy is disenfranchised, so he/she buys into the “hate” of Ann Coulter, Bill O’Reilly, and other conservatives. And, oh yeah, Christians are ruining America, too, according to Spence, who says America is now like the Third Reich.

But none of America’s problems have anything to do with America’s bloodsucking trial lawyers (like Spence) who leech off of America’s corporations and defend the true hate-crime committers of America, criminals and Islamofascists, right?
Also, please tell me how Nancy Grace suddenly got lumped in as one of us. She’s no conservative. But don’t blame clueless Spence for not knowing otherwise.
Frankly, I think Spence just attacked everyone who is now getting the cable network news airtime he used to get when there was no FOX News. Perhaps the book should be called, “Jealousy: The Fall of The Liberal Trial Lawyer Pundit Industry, Post O.J.”

Several ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) agents have sent the link to the “new” ICE agent recruitment video. And we had a good laugh.
We say “new” in quotation marks because the voice-overs sound like a sex-ed video announcer from the ’50s, as in 1950s, not 2050s, which is where the agency is supposed to be aiming. And the video footage looks pretty dated, too. Ditto for the ’70s muzak playing in the background.
We couldn’t help but notice the video was overwhelmingly of female ICE employees. And we say overwhelmingly because we were overwhelmed by their weight. Mostly fat chicks. Is this the way ICE recruits male agents–with gratuitous fat chick shots? (Hi, our agents are fat and out of shape women, sitting at desks, talking on the phone.)

We’re asking because it doesn’t really look like, from the video, that ICE is interested in recruiting male agents. ICE paid a graphics artist to draft an ICE “leaders” emblem for the beginning of the video. And four out of five of the human figures in the silhouette are women. Why?
Well, we’ve been told that incompetent ICE chieftess a/k/a “The ICE Princess” has made affirmative action for women in recruiting and promotions the key goal of ICE, NOT law enforcement. That is evident in the fact that most of her top hires are women–women, like (who heads the Office of Professional Responsibility and is supposed to be routing out impropriety and corruption among agents)–for whom the conditions, hours, and other job requirements have been .
Longtime, high-ranking ICE agents informed us that this was the same goal (with all minorities–not just women–as the target) of the old U.S. Customs Service (which has now largely morphed into ICE) under Ray Kelly, Hillary Clinton’s friend who headed Customs under Bill Clinton. Now Bush’s unqualified ICE Princess is giving us more of the same. Only worse.
Is this any way to fight the hemmorhaging illegal alien infestation of America?
Other problems: Just how much did this waste-of-taxes video cost to produce? It’s largely a promotional vehicle for the ICE Princess, with several stupid shots of her pretending to read documents. We noticed how empty her desk looks. It matches the amount of work we’ve been told she does at the agency. As in, not much.
We can’t help but notice the staring eyes that readers say remind them of the “Runaway Bride,” who is concidentally also back in the news.
And we noticed that ICE Director of Investigations a/k/a “Peppermint Patty” has a cameo in the video. Isn’t she supposed to be coordinating investigations into illegal alien smuggling, rather than co-starring in stupid ICE sex-ed videos?
And since she’s in the movie, doesn’t she object to the lie put forth in the video that ICE’s

Mission is to protect national security and uphold public safety by targeting the people, money and materials of terrorist . . . organizations that threaten national security.

As Forman and The ICE Princess well know, ICE does not have any jurisdiction over terrorist-related cases. Forman lost that with the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. As we lamented on this site, then-DHS Secretary Tom Ridge signed a Memorandum of Understanding with then-Attorney General John Ashcroft taking all terrorism cases away and giving them to the FBI.
So why are they lying to those they’re trying to recruit to ICE that they’ll actually be involved in those cases? And the few cases ICE could manage to look into, despite the agreement? We know of so many terror-funding cases to which ICE “leadership,” like ICE Special Agent in Charge a/k/a “Abu Moskowitz”, have looked the other way.
We had to shake our heads at the statement about the Federal Protective Service protecting our nation’s buildings, since we know that FPS, a division of ICE, just laid off many of its threat assessment specialists who analyze threats to federal buildings. We guess all terrorist threats have ended forever and there will be no-one who endangers those officers guarding federal buildings.
ICE is an organization with several separate missions that have nothing to do with each other. Its creation was a mistake that needs to be fixed. The agency cannot effectively fight illegal immigration and peform its old Customs tasks.
Phony recruitment videos and completely false slogans–like “ICE, Where Leaders Go to Work”–won’t change that.

If you’re like me, you’re tired of the hype–both political and otherwise–coming out of Hollywood.
That includes this annoying obsession that Tinseltown operatives have successfully implanted in many of America’s brain-addled women that the banal, silly ABC TV “Grey’s Anatomy” and its star, Patrick Dempsey, are worthy of the national conversation. Sorry, they aren’t. It’s all forced marketing inculcated into the American psyche, instead of fighting Islamic terrorists and facing down Kim Jong Il.
And guys, here’s a tip for your girlfriends, wives, and daughters who are so hot for Dempsey. He doesn’t merit the media nickname he’s been crowned with: “McDreamy.” More like “McShleppy.” I should know. In July 2003, he and actor Ryan Phillippe sat at my table at my cousin David’s wedding. I didn’t recognize either of them because they looked like regular, kind-of-shleppy people. It was one of those Hollywood-style weddings on a mountain ranch in Malibu, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This was before “Grey’s Anatomy” hit the airwaves. I said, “You know, you look a lot like that guy in the movie, ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ Patrick Dempsey.” He said, “Yeah, I get that all the time.” My friend next to me, actor Justin Walker from the movie, “Clueless,” said “That is the guy. And that’s Ryan Phillippe.” I thought he was putting me on. I looked closer and it was them. But, these guys looked pretty plain to me, not like movie stars.
And that’s the point of this post. Hollywood–whether it’s showbiz or their unwanted political prognostications–is all smoke and mirrors. Fake, trumped-up, glamorized, plastic. McShleppy is all of the sudden “McDreamy”? I don’t think so.
Don’t believe the hype.

A while ago an ad endorsing Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice for President began running on this site for a few weeks. We couldn’t understand why they’d want to advertise here, since we’ve been very critical of the woman, who’s benefited more than anyone we can think of from PC job hiring and promotions based on minority status than anyone we can think of in the Bush Administration. Proof that affirmative action is alive and well in the congenital GOP.
Now, in a two-fer, Condoleezza has given us yet two more reasons why she merits our moniker for her, “Condoleezza Clueless.” It may be the first time merit and Condi-Clueless have met.

Today’s USA Today has an article on the non-existent “GOP’s Gay Identity Crisis.” It’s a trumped up story. Anyone who’s worked in Washington knows that especially there, home to DuPont Circle a/k/a “The Fruit Loop,” there are plenty of Gay Republicans in the circles of power. And here, we have to say the obligatory, Seinfeldian, “Not that there’s anything wrong with that.”
More notable about the article is Condi-Clueless’ statement about gay marriage, her implication that it’s legal, when it is NOT:

WASHINGTON – At a State Department ceremony this week, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warmly acknowledged the family members of Mark Dybul, whom she was swearing in as the nation’s new global AIDS coordinator.
As first lady Laura Bush looked on, Rice singled out his partner, Jason Claire, and Claire’s mother. Rice referred to her as Dybul’s “mother-in-law.”

Mother-in-law? Huh? Since when is gay marriage legal throughout America? It isn’t. But it tells us a lot about Rice. She’s not qualified for most of the jobs she’s gotten, but she’s no dummy. She chooses her words carefully. The “mother-in-law” statement was no accident. It was deliberate.
Then, there’s her dumb statement about the Palestinians. It’s outrageous enough that she spoke, last night, at the annual banquet of the falsely-named American Task Force on Palestine (ATFP), an amalgam of extremist Muslims who support a host of terrorist groups that murder Americans and whose funding is apparently largely from overseas Islamists.
But then, in her speech to the Islamofascist group–she repeated the BS line that Palestinians deserve a better life “free of the humiliation of occupation” and in a state of their own. “I promise you my personal commitment to that goal.”
Free of the humiliation of occupation? Hello. . . Condi-Clueless. Did you bother to check a map? What “occupation”? They–your precious, “humiliated” Palestinians–already control, in their own pseudo-State of barbaria, over 97% of the land originally claimed to be “Palestine,” and has (but for Gaza–which they got the rest of over a year ago) for well over a decade.
If anyone is humiliating or occupying that land it is the various Palestinian “leaders” Condi-Clueless has welcomed to the White House and Foggy Bottom. It is the Fatah freaks and HAMAS-niks, which only too recently, Condi-Clueless said symbolized that the Palestinian people have “.”
Rice’s–again, carefully calculated and deliberately uttered–statement can only mean that she agrees with the group’s claim that ALL of Israel is “Occupied Palestine.”
Is this the new U.S. policy? When the Secretary of State utters it to Islamofascists on our shores, perhaps it is.
If this is the chick you want leading the country, please get a lobotomy (perhaps the problem is that you already had one).

So, President Bush’s Justice Dept. got a grand jury to indict Al-Qaeda’s American face, Azzam Al-Amriki a/k/a Adam Gadahn.
Our response: Big deal.
The guy is not here and will never return. The indictment is meaningless. And it’s more of the same. (And why aren’t we indicting –who is here?)
As we’ve noted numerous times, Detroit’s own Justice Department chief (when he’s not watching porn on his USDOJ computer all day long), a/k/a “Abu Porno”, hangs day and night with the most extremist Islamists in the Detroit area. Some of them are openly laundering money to Hezbollah, others to HAMAS and Al-Qaeda. And he knows it. But he looks the other way and lends them legitimacy by eating a shawarmeh sandwich (looking at him, probably many shawarmeh sandwiches) with them.

Empty indictments of terrorist fugitives will never bring convictions. The question is: Why did Murphy and other USDOJ officials look the other way when a lot of these terrorism funders were still here? And why did they continue to allow them to fund the mass murder of American soldiers and innocent civilians all over the world.
Empty indictment papers won’t wipe the blood off their hands. It’s not even good recycled toilet paper.

Last night on Palestinian Broadcasting System a/k/a PBS, a “Frontline” special on “The Enemy Within” was hardly surprising. A joint venture with the New York Times, the program basically said there is no enemy within, that there are no terrorist sleeper cells and all the cases against Islamic terrorists are trumped up.
That’s hardly a surprise, as it’s in line with the PBSNYTimesACLU official Taqiyah. Extremist Muslims who hate America are our friends, more American than even Mom or applie pie.
What’s disturbing are the comments of former 9/11 Commissioner Thomas Kean, former Republican Governor of New Jersey. With his patrician New England prep school accent, he’s the complete noblesse oblige clueless liberal GOPer package. But has an “(R)” in front of his name. So what? It’s clearly a distinction without a difference, given his comments.

Kean was asked about the Islamic terror cell in the New Folsom State Prison in California and its plans to blow up synagogues and military recruitment centers. He dismissed this very serious, legitimate Islamic terror plot, saying, “That’s not Al-Qaeda. That’s not Al-Qaeda. We’re fighting a specific group. One organization. That’s not them. They’re not the threat.”
Uh, they aren’t?
Sorry, Gov. Kean, but you need to get a little red blood to go with your blue blood.
We are fighting Islamic terrorism and Islamic fascism. It doesn’t matter what the name on the marquee is. Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Abu Sayyaf, HAMAS, Al-Muhajiroun, Islamic extremists in prison–they are all (or should be) on our agenda. That the Republican leader of the 9/11 Commission doesn’t recognize this more than 5 years after the attacks is shocking and disturbing.
He hasn’t a clue. His commission was the “9/11” commission. Not the “Al-Qaeda” commission. Its focus was supposed to be on how the attacks happened unthwarted and how we can stop similar ones in the future–from any sector of Islamic terrorism.
It’s as if a Weight Watchers’ spokesman said of fried foods, “that’s not the kind of fat we care about.” Yet it’s still harmful to the whole body.
Tom Kean just doesn’t get it.

Yesterday’s South Bend Tribune has a completely absurd editorial in favor of the paper’s fave Islamic terrorist, Ibrahim Parlak. More on the editorial, later.
As you’ll recall, last year, I wrote about Parlak and his biggest supporter, film critic Roger Ebert (who is still recovering from surgery, and )– and here. Ebert and Parlak’s other, mostly left-wing supporters have successfully fought to keep Parlak in the U.S. while he fights deportation. We , and Ebert even mentioned me in his syndicated movie review column, regarding the matter.

It’s unfortunate because Parlak admitted he was involved in the killing of a Turkish border guard and that he trained in Islamic terrorist training camps in Lebanon. Not the kind of guy we need more of on our shores. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Attorney Mark Jebson magnificently fought to get Parlak deported, and at the Immigration Court, he won every step of the way, with a 60-page decision by smart Immigration Judge Elizabeth Hacker, saying that Parlak was a terrorist, lied on paperwork to stay here and get citizenship, and should be deported. Her decision was .
Unfortunately, less valiant Department of Justice attorneys lost out before lefty, agenda-riding federal judge Avern Cohen (a more inane and liberal judge is hard to find in the Midwest). Cohen delayed Parlak’s deportation, and he’s still here. On top of that top Homeland Security officials have given Parlak the star treatment, easing reporting requirements and virtually every other condition to make it easy for Parlak to remain here, when they could have done otherwise. Chalk that up to the fact that DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff a/k/a “Mr. Burns” used to work at the fancy law firm that is home to Parlak’s primary lawyer.
Now, back to the South Bend Tribune. More like the South Bend Over Tribune.
The paper is comparing Parlak, who still won’t admit he’s an Islamic terrorist, and lied on 4 or 5 different applications and documents, to of all people . . . Walid Shoebat.
But Shoebat is a REFORMED terrorist. True, he was a Palestinian terrorist. But he repented for his ways. He converted to Christianity and disowned the life he once led. Instead, he travels the country and the world telling us all about what Islamic terrorism is really about. The man has become a true American patriot. His young son sent me e-mails to me about how upset he was at a left-wing, anti-American teacher who attacked our country. Shoebat’s courageous son was taught by his reformed father to love America, freedom, and non-violence. I contrast Shoebat’s son to Parlak’s illegitimate daughter, whom he is teaching to question our country’s fight against terrorists on our shores.
To compare Shoebat to Ibrahim Parlak is absurd. Shoebat is a man of peace, who has admitted what he was and truly changed. Parlak is just a liar and opportunist who takes advantage of the special economic opportunities in America that so many deserve far more than he.
Shoebat’s conversion from terrorist to freedom-loving American is authentic. Parlak simply never had a conversion at all, unless you count from Islamic terrorist, over there, to terror-supporting Islamic restaurant owner, over here, a change. And I don’t.
But you know how papers like The South Bend Tribune are–all Muslims are alike to them. They can’t understand the very pronounced nuances and distinctions.

With all the Democrats screaming about Mark Foley, we wonder why there’s hardly a peep from Republicans about Dean P. Proffitt.
has learned that Proffitt–the indicted chief of a Missouri Trucking School—-is THE Democratic candidate for the Missouri House of Representatives from Missouri’s 151st District. As we reported in September, Proffitt was indicted because, as superintendent of the South Central Career Center Truck Driver Training School in West Plains, Missouri, his school provided answers for the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Test to Muslim students seeking to fraudulently pass the test and seek CDLs and Hazardous Materials hauling certificates.

A whopping , who’d traveled from all over the U.S. and the world to take the test specifically at the school. That’s because his school enabled Muslims to cheat. Some never even attended classes and can’t drive trucks. As we reported yesterday, there has already been one fatality linked to a Muslim driver from the school, the . True to the phonetics of his surname, Dean Proffitt apparently cared more about making a profit than America’s security.
From my September post on , resulting from an FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force investigation:

The defendants included Ernest A. “Mustafa” White [DS: who converted to Islam in prison], 49, of Kansas City, who owned the Muslim Brothers and Sisters trucking company in Kansas City, Kan. . . .
Also charged were Dean P. Proffitt, 71, superintendent of the South Central Career Center Truck Driver Training School in West Plains, Mo., and Orbin Dale May, 63, a truck driving tester from West Plains. . . .
White then allegedly arranged with Proffitt to have Muslim Brothers and Sisters students take the driving test at the facility in West Plains, South Central Career Center Truck Driver Training School, a division of the West Plains R-7 School District. May was authorized by the state of Missouri to give the test as a “third-party tester,” according to the indictment.
Students paid the defendants amounts “far in excess” of the state’s licensing fee, and White’s students were given abbreviated tests, had someone else take the tests for them or, in some cases, did not even travel to West Plains for the testing, prosecutors alleged.
May then allegedly submitted documents to the Missouri Department of Revenue falsely reporting that the students had successfully passed the test.
“This fraud became quite lucrative for May and White,” Schlozman said Thursday.
Proffitt allowed May to conduct testing on weekends – a violation of state law – and also assisted him in testing more than the four students per day allowed by the state, the indictment alleges.
Although the indictment refers to about three dozen test applicants by name, White and May have told investigators that between 200 and 300 students fraudulently got their CDLs through the conspiracy, officials said Thursday.
Of those, 150 to 200 later obtained certification to haul hazardous materials. . . .
The investigation leading up to the indictment began in the fall of 2004 when a confidential informant “reported suspicious activity” at South Central Career Center, Keathley said. Another tip came from the Missouri Department of Revenue, which noted the school’s extraordinarily high pass rate of 99 percent, compared with a statewide average of 83 percent. . . .
Information obtained by the Associated Press under Missouri’s open records law indicated that more than 300 of about 520 people who did not train at the school but took the test there between May 2004 and December 2005 had names that could be Middle Eastern in origin.

And apparently the Missouri Democrat cares more about Republican gay former Congressman than America’s security, since there was nary a wince from the party over Mr. Proffitt’s September indictment. We called both the Missouri Democratic Party and Dean Proffitt for comment. But predictably, neither responded. Since he’s been indicted in federal court, we doubt Proffitt will be talking to anyone but his attorney for the foreseeable future.
But what we’d like to know is WHY DIDN’T THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY CALL FOR HIS RESIGNATION AS THEIR CANDIDATE FOR THE MISSOURI HOUSE? To date, he is still listed on the Missouri Democratic Party’s website.
Frankly, you’d think a party that is still up in arms about a former Congressman’s instant messages–with no criminal wrongdoing–would be a tad concerned about their own candidates for office. . . especially when one of their candidates apparently sold out his country to Muslims committing fraud.
Their candidate already has blood on his hands–the killing of Oklahoma Trooper William Lloyd “Bill” McClendon. Why isn’t that and a federal indictment not enough to get the Dems to dump their legislative candidate, Proffitt?
We hope all of our Missouri readers living in District 151 will vote for Proffitt’s opponent, incumbent Republican State Rep. Ward Franz.

The school, where 60% of those taking the test for Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs) had Muslim and Mid-Eastern names, gave the Muslims the answers to the test, so they could cheat, and committed assorted other frauds.
Well, now, sadly, we have our first killing, resulting from a Muslim “grad” from the phony school, and the victim’s a cop.

My friends, Michael DelGiorno and Gwen, on the morning show on Tulsa’s KFAQ FOX News Radio 1170 alerted me that, on October 1st, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper William Lloyd McClendon, 37, was killed by Hussein Haji-ege Osman, 25, a Kenyan Muslim. Osman was one of the many who was being asked by the State of Missouri to retake the test. A letter to that effect was scheduled to go out to him later this month.
But that’s too late for McClendon–who was killed, along with Osman, in a crash a few miles from the Will Rogers Turnpike. And too late for his family. From Tulsa World:

McClendon, who was driving a 2006 Dodge Charger, had his emergency lights and sirens activated when he tried to make a U-turn from an outside lane and collided with the 2002 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by Osman, who was behind McClendon in the same lane, OHP spokeswoman Kera Philippi said.
A concrete median wall with gaps every 1 1/2 to 2 miles separates the four-lane highway, she said.
Osman’s truck veered into the left lane, and the vehicles collided, said Philippi, who said the speed of the vehicles and the distance between them could be included in a full investigative crash report that hasn’t been released.
An inspection of Osman’s Peterbilt showed some mechanical defects with the braking system, which were a “contributing factor” to the crash, she said.
Emergency vehicles can legally make U-turns, Philippi said.

More disturbing are these facts:
* Osman listed his residence at Kansas City, Missouri on documents for his CDL, but he actually lived in Columbus, Ohio. Why did he lie? And how many other Muslims who cheated on their CDL exams at this school (and other schools) provide fake addresses on their CDL documents (so we can never locate them)?
* Osman planned to bring his wife and four children, all Muslims, to the U.S. from Africa. But it’s not even clear if he, or his aunt–Sulekha Ismail, who lived with him in Columbus–are even here legally. Where’s ICE Office of Investigations and Detention & Removal Operations when you need them? Attention, , , and .

Equally disturbing is this fact:
Oklahoma’s Tulsa World is publishing a storm of sob stories about the Muslim trucker. Why? Why should we cry over a Muslim, not necessarily here legally, who apparently cheated on his CDL exam to fraudulently obtain a CDL, and then killed a cop?
And what about the cop? In a story on his children, who are now fatherless, the paper blames him for the accident.
Trooper William Lloyd “Bill” McClendon’s funeral was Thursday, and he left three children. If the FBI and the Dept. of Justice had done something on this school earlier, the death might have been avoided.

Can you imagine us giving Al-Qaeda everything, and yet terrorist attacks continue, and soldiers and other Americans now being held hostage in Iraq are not returned?
Can you imagine us giving Al-Qaeda some northern states, like Minnesota and Washington and New York (after we’ve already given them western and eastern ones, like California, New Jersey, and Georgia)?
That’s what Israel is doing. At our and the U.N.’s behest.
