Well, say good-bye to “Sean” and “David” a/k/a Pradeep and Srinivasan, and hello to “Sean” and “David” a/k/a Mohammed and Yasser.
As I told you previously, despite our worsening economy and $4 per gallon gas, President Bush decided to bail out the Palestinians with a $250 million business development investment arm to fund Palestinian small businesses and a $500 Palestinian mortgage funds giveaway corporation.
Today, Bush is in Israel, and he has an even better idea on how to separate Palestinians from their terrorist ideals (kinda like performing a lobotomy): call centers.

Meet “Judy,” Phone Jockey & Magic “Solution” to Islamic Jihad
I personally would rather call Pradeep and Srinivasan–hoping they are the non-Muslim variety of Islams–with my password, ID, and address than I would Mohammed and Yasser.
But President Bush and failed CNN chief and Bush-appointed U.S.-Palestinian Partnership chairman, Walter Isaacson, plan to push U.S. companies to move their call centers and technology start-up spin-offs to the Palestinian Authority. Not exactly a brilliant move, when it comes to national security or getting good service on the phone.
If you didn’t like Pradeep’s and Srinivasan’s accents, multiply that by ten with Mohammed and Yasser. And add to it a little jihadi ethos:

“The more economic opportunities you have, the more likely you’re going to have a foundation and a constituency for peace,” said Walter Isaacson, president of the Aspen Institute and chairman of the U.S.-Palestinian Partnership, a [U.S.] government-backed development group.
Efforts to build up the economy have been led by the Palestinian Authority, with support from the Bush administration . . . .
“With the relative stability you’ve had in the West Bank, it’s a huge business opportunity,” said Mr. Isaacson. “If war breaks out again it’s going to be a mess. But at the moment people are realizing that there’s double-digit growth, a highly educated population, and it’s a good place to be doing business.”
Mr. Bush likely will get an update on the economic situation when he meets on Thursday with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who now oversees the international peace effort. Mr. Blair has been touting high-profile industrial parks for the West Bank. Call centers and information-technology start-ups also are being considered, with housing and other infrastructure another big focus. U.S. consumer-products makers also are interested.

Sorry, but the presence or absence of call centers and high tech corridors won’t change the Palestinians’ desire to kill and maim. Don’t forget that Al-Qaeda has many wealthy terrorists and they smartly use a lot of high tech gadgets and the latest in IED high tech. Letting ’em get a job as Judy, the Time-Life phone jockey for a few hours each day, won’t change their devotion to jihad.

On Monday, I reported that non-Arabic-speaking Iranian Revolutionary Guards were caught (and killed) by Druze Lebanese men fighting Hezbollah terrorist’s attempted invasion of their homes outside Beirut.

We all know–or should–about the years of international Muslim rioting and violent outrage over Mohammed cartoons published in a Danish newspaper. We’ve all seen the signs they held several years ago at a London rally, screaming (and threatening): Behead Those Who Insult Islam.
Given that, I’d like to point out that this particular set of “artwork” did not inspire anything of the kind by a certain religious group–or any religious group. Yes, a museum chief is in criminal legal trouble over it, but there aren’t murders of nuns and other violence in response. In fact, there’s barely a peep about it from Christians around the world:

Russian prosecutors brought criminal charges against an outspoken Moscow museum director Tuesday, saying a modern-art exhibition he staged incited religious hatred and offended human dignity.
The case against Yuri Samodurov, director of the Andrei Sakharov museum, is viewed as a test for artistic freedom under Russia’s new president, Dmitry Medvedev, whose speeches frequently call for strengthening individual rights.
The exhibition, called “Forbidden Art,” was staged in March 2007 to gather works rejected by mainstream Moscow galleries. Art on display included a painting of Jesus with Mickey Mouse’s head superimposed and an icon of the Virgin Mary and Jesus hewn from black caviar.
The Russian Orthodox church denounced the works as blasphemous. Though legally separate from the state, the Russian Orthodox Church enjoys strong support from the authorities.
The Rev. Vsevolod Chaplin, a spokesman for the Orthodox Patriarchy in Moscow, said he thought the exhibit was designed to provoke the faithful, the Interfax news agency reported. “Any normal person will react negatively if that which is most dear to him is ridiculed and insulted,” he said.
If a court finds Mr. Samodurov guilty, he could receive a maximum five-year jail sentence.
Mr. Samodurov, a Kremlin critic who has supported anti-Putin opposition statements, said he thought his prosecution was part of a wider Kremlin campaign to snuff out dissenting voices. “The government is trying to take control in all spheres,” he said. “It is an attempt to build a society that is totally loyal to the government.”

Not that I condone the man going to jail for this very offensive display. But contrast that with what’d happen to the museum sachem if this were Mohammed with Mickey Mouse on his head or a falafel bust of Mohammed.
He’d be dead or facing a lifelong fatwa calling for his death.

Meet the Nanny Chef, Gordon Ramsay, the anti-carbon print kitchenmaster.
Personally, I don’t like British Chef Ramsay’s two successful FOX reality shows, “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares.” He’s overly abusive with his quick temper, and takes the Simon Cowell schtick too far.
But what I really don’t like is how he’s now trying to use government power to impose his idiosyncracies and politics on other chefs. Oh, and he doesn’t practice what he’s trying to get government to do to his kitchen colleagues across Britain.

Gordon Ramsay, Nanny Chef
Ramsay wants the British government to fine chefs who don’t use his politically correct choice of produce and ingredients–so-called “local ingredients.” It’s the latest rage across America, too: You’re supposed to help your community and reduce the carbon footprint (in terms of packaging and delivery fuel costs to import the food) by only buying local ingredients and only when they’re in season.
Yet, while Ramsay wants others to do this, he himself doesn’t practice what he preaches. And that’s in addition to his nanny state approaches results–putting poor farmers in the Third World out of business. I’m all for buying American and supporting your local economy, and I try to buy products made and ingredients produced in America to support our economy. But that’s a choice, and that’s the way it should be–not a government mandate. What Ramsay is trying to do in British kitchens and haute cuisine is haute statism:

Britain’s most-decorated chef – he has been awarded 12 Michelin stars – demanded the Government outlaw all out-of-season food from every restaurant in Britain.
By making his comments, the chef, author and television presenter was laying down a marker of his personal food philosophy. But he also risked accusations of hypocrisy because he fails quite brazenly to practise what he preaches in his own restaurants, which serve food from thousands of miles away.
Making a call for legislation on Radio 5 Live, Ramsay said: “There should be stringent laws – licensing laws – to make sure produce is only used in season.
“The quicker we get legislation pushed through the Houses of Parliament, the more unique this country will become in terms of its sourcing and level of inspiration. Chefs should be fined if they haven’t got ingredients in season on the menu.”

Again, at Ramsay’s restaurants all over the world (including in New York and the Mid-East), he regularly imports ingredients from all over the world. Do as Chef Ramsay says, not as he does.
And it’s interesting that Ramsay is concerned with the carbon footprint when–to film his two reality shows in America–he constantly flies himself and production staff all over America, and then constantly flies back home to Britain. That’s a lot of fuel wasted, more than was used to make your non-local-ingredients gourmet meal.
Hmmm . . . I think we see what the real “Hell’s Kitchen” looks like. It’s not the one hosted by Ramsay on FOX. It’s the one hosted by Ramsay and the British Government in the UK.
Time to deport this alien chef away from America’s kitchens. Gordon Ramsay’s politics and hypocritical statist goals are a recipe for disaster. Keep them off America’s menu.
Exit question: What’s the carbon footprint for production, sale, and delivery of these many Gordon Ramsay products?
Hard to say, but it surely rivals the cash footprint left in Ramsay’s bank account. That’s the only real green Chef Ramsay really cares about.

I hope you are as nauseated as I am that liberal Federal Judge Avern Cohn gave Hezbollah spy Nada Nadim Prouty a/k/a Nada Nadim Al-Aouar Deladurantaye Valley Prouty ZERO jail time and only fined her $750. This woman spied for Hezbollah, accessed records on the investigation of her brother-in-law, Hezbollah financier Talal Chahine, on his behalf, and gets zero jailtime, while Jonathan Pollard rots for life in prison for spying for an ally. A drunk driver does more time than this spy. Not a day in jail. For treason. Outrageous.

Prouty engaged in a sham marriage to gain U.S. citizenship–that’s immigration fraud, then infiltrated the FBI and CIA (getting top security clearance), improperly accessed federal investigations and disclosed the information to a Hezbo agent–her former bro-in-law, Chahine, and she gets a $750 fine?!

And, as I noted in a New York Post column, her family was intimately involved in the Syrian National Socialist Party, which some say is even worse than Hezbollah. The column was cited in a Kool-Aid brief by Prouty’s lawyers, which this demented federal judge drank.
What’s more, Judge Cohn heaped praise on Prouty. In his “reasoning” for this absurd ad infinitem sentence, Judge Cohn said that Ms. Prouty was getting no jailtime because there was “no evidence” that she shared the info she got on the Hezbollah investigations with her former brother-in-law. Hello . . .? Was she doing this for her health? He secured a kitchen worker from his restaurant to marry her so she could fraudulently obtain U.S. citizenship. And she owed him.
Moreover, Chahine fled the country before he was indicted. I’d say that’s proof that she informed him of the status of the investigation. Any claim that she didn’t share the info is dubious, to say the least.
Cohn also said that Prouty served with distinction in terrorism investigations in Iraq and elsewhere. But, big whoop. Prouty was working on behalf of Shi’ite Hezbollah. The investigations she was involved with were going after Sunni terrorists. This is a Hezbollah/Shi’ite goal, not something for which she was brave or merits plaudits:

Uh, not. See my comments above. Her adopted country is Hezbollahstan, and for that country, she did place herself in peril on its behalf. But NOT for us.
It’s interesting that Ms. Prouty–who is Druze, not Muslim–worked on behalf of Hezbollah over here, while the group is now killing Druze (and Sunnis and Christians) all over Lebanon. They’re suffering, and she wins big. Sickening.

Samar Spinelli, Hezbollah Sham Marriage Artist
Gets $500 Fine, No Jailtime
One other thing, yesterday, the despicable Judge Cohn gave Prouty’s ex-sister-in-law, Samar Spinelli–who also engaged in a sham marriage and immigration fraud, worked for Hezbo financier Talal Chahine, and infiltrated the U.S. Marines–zero jailtime and a $500 fine. And he used the same reasoning:

“She has lost her citizenship and employment, her financial resources have been depleted, and the U.S. Marine Corps has lost the services of a first-rate officer,” Cohn said of Spinelli.

Disgusting. Excuse me while I vomit.
Hey, while they’re at it, why don’t they give Prouty and Spinelli back their jobs in the CIA and Marines.
Or they could have a beauty pageant of immigration defrauding Hezbollah spies allowed to stay in America and keep their citizenship. Thanks to Judge Cohn and our limp government, their ranks are growing to the point where they will soon be able to field one from each State in the Union.
**** UPDATE #1: Some readers are asking me about Judge Avern Cohn, whom I’ve followed for many years, including on this site. And while I’m surprised he issued such an absurd sentence in this case, it isn’t new for him. Like I said, I’ve followed this far-left Jimmy Carter appointeee for some time, and have written about how he’s shown a predilection for helping repatriate to the U.S. deported Muslim illegal aliens who paid off an INS inspector and for Islamic terrorists seeking citizenship.
Still, that doesn’t make his “sentencing” of Prouty and Spinelli any less nauseating and outrageous.
**** UPDATE #2: Detroit News reporter Paul Egan quotes me in his coverage of the sentencing:

Debbie Schlussel, a Southfield attorney and conservative commentator, said she is disgusted by the sentence. “I think it’s pretty clear she misused her position as a federal agent,” Schlussel said of Prouty.

Contrast that and what we know Prouty did with this comment by the DisHonorable Judge Cohn in Egan’s report:

“You have rendered extraordinary services to the United States as an agent of the FBI and an employee of the CIA,” Cohn told Prouty. “At no time did you compromise any investigation from improper behavior or inappropriate conduct.”

Um, hello . . .? The woman accessed classified information on a major terrorism investigation that she was not authorized to access, and it just so happened to involve her bro-in-law. That’s not “improper behavior” and “inappropriate conduct”? That doesn’t “compromise the investigation”?
Those of us in the Detroit area who follow terrorism cases (and other federal cases of similar import) have long known it’s well past time for Judge Cohn to retire, and, sadly, there is no mandatory retirement age for federal judges. Unlike the wise Federal Judge John S. Feikens (also sitting on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan) who is the exception (at age 90, and still churning out very sound decisions), Judge Cohn (at almost 84 years old) is the rule.

I was gone most of the day because I was in Downtown Detroit doing an interview on the Rush Limbaugh-affiliate, WJR, regarding John McCain’s ex-Michigan campaign finance committee member, Hezbollah supporter and federally convicted criminal, Ali Jawad.
On Friday, Mr. Jawad was given a ridiculous, pandering interview, and I was on, this morning, to respond. I’ll try to post an audio file or a link to it on the WJR site, later.
Mr. Jawad claims that John McCain 2008 Michigan Finance Chairman James B. Nicholson, called him to tell him that the McCain campaign wants him back on board and didn’t find what I wrote about him credible. But I contacted the McCain campaign, and they emphatically deny that.

The Arab American News, the latest issue of which ran the claims of Jawad about John Mccain and Jim Nicholson has an Arafat-ian style of “reportage.” They write one thing in the English half of the paper, but a completely different, less sanitized version in the Arabic language part of the paper.
What follows is what ran in the Arabic part of the paper, known as Sada Al-Watan – “The Voice of the Country,” followed by the McCain campaign’s response discrediting what Mr. Jawad and Mr. Nicholson are claiming. Notice the emphasis on the female gender of myself and John McCain’s Michigan fundraising official. Yup, that gives Muslim men a prob, doesn’t it? Also notice how I’m described in the Arabic-language headline, as a “Zionist.” You know what that’s code for: “Jew.” Well, at least they didn’t use the adjective that they usually use to precede the word, “Evil”. Thank heaven for small favors.
Remember, Osama Siblani, the editor of this “newspaper,” has been identified as an agent of Hezbollah by Al-Seyassah, the Kuwaiti newspaper, and his brother works for Hezbollah-TV, Al-Manar, in Lebanon.

Remember Ginnah Muhammad?
She’s the woman who insisted on wearing her niqab–the full ninja face veil with slits for eyes–in court. Her small claims suit in Hamtramck, Michigan was defaulted by courageous, principled Judge Paul Paruk, who refused to let her testify in the niqab. Muhammad sued in federal court (and it appears she lied about not revealing her face in the presence of men).
Well, yesterday, U.S. District Judge John Feikens–who, at the age of 90, is the brightest, most well-reasoned judge on the federal bench here in the Detroit area (and one of the best in the U.S.)–said “Aleikum Salaam” (Unto You Peace/Buh-Bye) to Ms. Muhammad’s frivolous lawsuit.

That’s the way it should be, and I applaud him for his courage to issue a dismissal in this case amidst the growing radical Islamicization of the Detroit area:

A federal judge in Detroit has dismissed the case of a Muslim woman who sued a judge for demanding she remove her veil in court.
The judge ruled Monday against Ginnnah Muhammad’s claims that her rights to freedom of religion and court access were violated.

Congrats to the Honorable Judge Feikens for informing Ms. Muhammad and others that in America, the courts do not bow to any religion, and congrats also to Judge Paruk for standing his ground in the largely Muslim community of Hamtramck.
Brave people like them and you, dear readers, will save America and American culture as we know it.
This is an important, precedent-setting case, and I hope it’s regarded as such in the future litigation over this issue, which America is sure to see. The Islamist crowd does not go silently into the sweet night.

Thanks to the many readers and friends who sent word of the passing of the heroic Irena Sendler, who died earlier today. Even though she was tortured within inches of her life, she risked it anyway and saved at least 2,500 Jewish children from deaths at the hands of the Nazis. She was 98 years old.
Irena Sendler, a righteous Gentile and Polish woman, has a special place in heaven:

WARSAW, Poland: Irena Sendler credited with saving some 2,500 Jewish children from the Nazi Holocaust by smuggling them out of the Warsaw Ghetto, some of them in baskets died Monday, her family said.

Angel on Earth Risked Her Life to Save 2,500 Others

President Lech Kaczynski expressed “great regret” over Sendler’s death, calling her “extremely brave” and “an exceptional person.” In recent years, Kaczynski had spearheaded a campaign to put Sendler’s name forward as a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Sendler was a 29-year-old social worker with the city’s welfare department when Germany invaded Poland in September 1939, launching World War II. Warsaw’s Jews were forced into a walled-off ghetto.
Seeking to save the ghetto’s children, Sendler masterminded risky rescue operations. Under the pretext of inspecting sanitary conditions during a typhoid outbreak, she and her assistants ventured inside the ghetto and smuggled out babies and small children in ambulances and in trams, sometimes wrapped up as packages.
Teenagers escaped by joining teams of workers forced to labor outside the ghetto. They were placed in families, orphanages, hospitals or convents.
“Irena was truly a noble lady and a great humanitarian who helped save thousands of children and was saved herself from death at the last minute for her activities,” said Stanlee Stahl, executive vice president of the New York-based Jewish Foundation for the Righteous.
Records show that Sendler’s team of about 20 people saved nearly 2,500 children from the Warsaw Ghetto between October 1940 and its final liquidation in April 1943, when the Nazis burned the ghetto, shooting the residents or sending them to death camps.
“Every child saved with my help and the help of all the wonderful secret messengers, who today are no longer living, is the justification of my existence on this earth, and not a title to glory,” Sendler said in 2007 in a letter to the Polish Senate after lawmakers honored her efforts in 2007.
In hopes of one day uniting the children with their families most of whom perished in the Nazis’ death camps Sendler wrote the children’s real names on slips of paper that she kept at home.
When German police came to arrest her in 1943, an assistant managed to hide the slips, which Sendler later buried in a jar under an apple tree in an associate’s yard. Some 2,500 names were recorded.
“It took a true miracle to save a Jewish child,” Elzbieta Ficowska, who was saved by Sendler’s team as a baby in 1942, recalled in an AP interview in 2007. “Mrs. Sendler saved not only us, but also our children and grandchildren and the generations to come.”
Anyone caught helping Jews in Nazi-occupied Poland risked being summarily shot, along with family members a fate Sendler only barely escaped herself after the 1943 raid by the Gestapo.
The Nazis took her to the notorious Pawiak prison, which few people left alive. Gestapo agents tortured her repeatedly, leaving Sendler with scars on her body but she refused to betray her team.
“I kept silent. I preferred to die than to reveal our activity,” she was quoted as saying in Anna Mieszkowska’s biography, “Mother of the Children of the Holocaust: The Story of Irena Sendler.”
Zegota, an underground organization helping Jews, paid a bribe to German guards to free her from the prison. Under a different name, she continued her work.
After World War II, Sendler worked as a social welfare official and director of vocational schools, continuing to assist some of the children she rescued.
“A great person has died a person with a great heart, with great organizational talents, a person who always stood on the side of the weak,” Warsaw Ghetto survivor Marek Eldeman told TVN24 television.

Although Hezbollah has retreated–by its own choice (and it could easily return and retake)–from Beirut, the Iranian/Syrian-backed, Lebanese terrorist group is fighting in the surrounding hills.
My exclusive Lebanese Intelligence sources tell me that a number of Hezbollah terrorist fighters have been caught, over the weekend, and they cannot speak Arabic, only Farsi. They are Iranian and have identified themselves or been identified by third parties as members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. This is the same group that, under Khomeini, took over the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and kept U.S. civilians hostage for over 444 days in 1979-81, in Iran.

As I reported, last week, Druze leader Walid Jumblatt (previously a Syria supporter) called for an end to flights to Lebanon from Iran. He claimed that these flights were likely being transport Iranian fighters and their weapons into Lebanon for a big conflagration and takeover.
Now, his claims have been borne out.
Again, Iranian Revolutionary Guard members are fighting on behalf of Hezbollah on the ground of Lebanon, near Beirut.
Iran is expanding its temporary satellite state from South Lebanon to the entire country. Where is George Bush on this? Nowhere to be seen.

I can only imagine the Craig’s List classified ad Morehouse College took out:

On Sunday, Joshua Packwood, will graduate as the first White valedictorian ever in Morehouse College’s 141-year history. Morehouse President Robert Franklin said,

He happens to be Euro-American and brings much-appreciated diversity to our campus.

Yup, that’s their definition of “diversity”: One white guy ringer in 141 years. And listen to how the honky was initially treated at this “diversity-appreciating” school:

Packwood still laughs when he remembers his first day on campus, wandering the grounds in pajama pants and getting stares from black classmates who wondered if the freshman wasn’t a wayward student from Georgia Tech, Georgia State or perhaps Emory University.
After convincing the photographer to take his student ID, Packwood headed to his room in Brazeal Hall. Shortly after, his roommate arrived with his mother. Four years later, Packwood still can’t get over the irony: After years of being one of a few blacks at majority-white schools in Dallas, Phillip Smithey had come to Morehouse to get the “black experience.”
Instead, he was sharing a room with the only white guy in his class.

Sounds like a comical, reverse-Spike Lee movie. And we already know what they think of White people, as enunciated by Lee, the school’s racist, most famous graduate.
It’s interesting. When government investigators go to majority White institutions, they look at things like the number of minorities working there, the number promoted to higher positions, and the historical number of minorities there. Any organization found to “historically” discriminate against minorities gets a Justice Department and/or EEO lawsuit slapped on ’em.
So where’s the lawsuit against Morehouse?
Yes, this is only the first White valedictorian, and the school has had a few–a scant few–White students attending the school, aside from him. And it’s not like White guys are falling all over each other to go to Morehouse.
But these are the same answers that certain White-dominated organizations and institutions make. And they still get the Justice Department and the EEOC on their tails. Certain sciences, for example, don’t attract a lot of Black Ph.D. candidates. Certain universities and companies in those fields won’t–due solely to that reason–attract qualified minority candidates. But that excuse won’t work when they’re slapped with litigation.
They’re encouraged to do minority “recruiting”–lowering of standards and qualifications and increased spending on finding candidates–and universities are encouraged to spend on minority-only scholarships.
So, where are these things at Morehouse? And why is there only the 1st White valedictorian in 141 years in 2008?
Hmmm . . . Must be “discrimination” and “racism.” Time for the Justice Department to investigate this new “much-appreciated diversity” of ONE.
