Now, it can be told.
For most of the past year, I’ve been representing, pro bono, an indigent client, Ron Wolf, in a frivolous lawsuit filed against him by Haitham Masri, MD, an unscrupulous and extremely wealthy Muslim physician. The lawsuit was designed to squelch Mr. Wolf, a proud Jewish-American, and his First Amendment free speech rights. It’s not the first time I’ve defended innocent victims of Islamic legal aggression in our judicial forums (and won). The litigation jihad never ends.
And, after a long battle, Dr. Masri–a Shi’ite Muslim extremist (redundant) from Syria–was defeated. His defamation lawsuit against my client was dismissed, and, though he was seeking a million dollars, he didn’t get a penny or a single concession. On June 12, 2009, the case was thrown out, but I waited to tell you about it because I didn’t want to give Masri a chance to re-file it, appeal the order of dismissal, or file some motion to reinstate the case.
On the eve of the eighth anniversary of the Islamic terrorist attacks and mass-murder of 3,000 Americans on U.S. soil, it’s important to note that Muslims continue to attack us and our freedoms in every way they can. The case of Haitham Masri, M.D. and Masri Clinic for Laser & Cosmetic Surgery, P.L.L.C. v. Ronald K. Wolf is yet another example.
Haitham Masri is a mustachioed Hafez Al-Assad look-alike and plastic surgeon whose offices are in Dearbornistan. His medical license was suspended for several months after he got caught doctoring patient’s records (read the Michigan Board of Medicine) when that patient sued him. There have been many rumors about Dr. Masri. And while I won’t repeat them here, let’s just say that the FBI should be investigating how many of the cosmetic nose jobs and other cosmetic procedures he performs on Muslim patients are billed to insurance as necessary health care procedures.
Many of Dr. Masri’s patients are Shi’ite Muslims who, like him, attend the Hezbollah-supporting, Iran-backed Islamic Center of America. As I’ve reported over the years, the mosque hosted an anti-Semitic speech by Louis Farrakhan and it’s imam, Hassan Qazwini, is a close friend of Hezbollah spiritual leader, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, who issued the fatwa to murder our Marines and embassy officials in 1983. In February, Dr. Masri, himself, posted a comment in support of the anti-Israel, anti-Semitic boycott of Starbucks on the website of the openly anti-Semitic Arab American News (in which he has advertised).

Dr. Masri is officially divorced from his wife, Fatina Masri, under Michigan law. But it is believed that they are not divorced under Islamic law. That’s very convenient, since his multi-million dollar lakefront mansion (complete with tennis court) at 5720 Pontiac Trial in West Bloomfield, Michigan (pictured below), is in his “ex-wife,” Fatina Masri’s, name, as is his medical practice. His lawyer, Mr. Malizia, informed me that she “is the owner” of his business.

A check with the Michigan Secretary of State could not find any property in his name, other than a 20-foot boat, which was purchased in 1989, and which I was informed may have since been sold or had its ownership transferred to someone else. I was also unable to determine ownership of the black Porsche 911 [the numbers are so appropriate] we saw him driving after a required mediation appearance in the case. Below is a picture of the Masris at an Hour Detroit Magazine party in late June. Do they look like a divorced couple to you? (And would a devout Muslim woman so concerned with modesty that she’s covered from head to toe, including a hijab, touch a man who wasn’t still her husband?) In a past malpractice lawsuit filed against him in Wayne County Circuit Court, writs of garnishment were entered. I wonder why.
Fatina & Haitham Masri
Over a year ago, my client’s friend, a Muslim nurse who was caring for his mother, had a nosejob performed on her by Dr. Masri. Mr. Wolf lent her some money to help pay for the procedure and accompanied her to Dr. Masri’s office, where he says comments were made that a Muslim woman shouldn’t be seen accompanied by a Jewish man (Ron wears a very visible Star of David pendant). My client said that the nosejob Dr. Masri performed on his friend was a cheaper substandard procedure and not the more expensive one for which they’d paid. He wanted Dr. Masri to correct it or refund the money, and Dr. Masri refused and demanded more money.
Thereafter, Mr. Wolf posted a comment against Dr. Masri on the “RipOffReport” website. The comment was opinion and included the statement, “This man is not a good moslem [sic] in my opinion.” It was this statement in particular that was cited in the lawsuit Dr. Masri’s SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation). Frankly, in my opinion, Dr. Masri is a good Muslim, because his outrageous behavior is what good Muslims do to us infidels and their own people who are seen in the company of “evil Zionists.”
Masri claimed that my client’s comment (which was like the 5th or 10th result for “Haitham Masri” on google at the time) cost him over $100,000 in business in the second half of 2008–a claim that wasn’t backed up by any evidence. Apparently, it wasn’t the bad economy and decline in plastic surgery all over America because of it. And it wasn’t the fact that the top result on google for Dr. Masri is the decision suspending his license and noting how he doctored patient records. No, that wouldn’t deter patients from hiring him to operate on their faces, right? And it wasn’t other comments complaining about Dr. Masri, elsewhere on the internet. It was “that darn Jew” who caused all the problems.
I’m sure these Yahoo reviews of Dr. Masri wouldn’t deter patients either:
