Check out this photo, below, allegedly shot by a stewardess–I mean, flight attendant–on an American Airlines flight aboard a 757.  It was sent to Kieran Daly and his Unusual Attitude aviation blog.  THIS is why people are anti-fat people.  It’s also why humane airlines force fat people to buy two tickets, a policy which some airlines hilariously call their “People of Size” policy.  Can you imagine being forced to sit next to this dude?  I once had to sit next to a morbidly obese woman like this on a bus, and I thought I was gonna die.  I had to do contortions the other way to fit in my seat and not be squeezed against her enormous hips and butt.  GUH-ROSS.

What if he’d been given the middle seat on a full flight?  And what if there’s an emergency and people need to get off the flight.  Try getting passed his aisle blockage.  The airlines must be happy there are no longer meals or free snacks on most domestic flights because I don’t think the food tray had any chance of squeezing past him down the aisle.

And please don’t give the BS about glands and heredity.  My response to that is, why are Asians so thin (other than Sumo wrestlers), and then when they come to America and get acculturated to the fast food culture some of them get fat?  It’s not genes or glands.  It’s learning to control your appetite and diet and taking a brisk walk outside once in a while if you can’t afford a gym membership.

Saw this in the print edition of USA Today (can’t find it anywhere online).  I think it’s the best photo from last night’s wimpy Obama Afghanistan speech at West Point.  If a picture speaks a thousand words, this one speaks a million.  And by the way, check out the headline that accompanied the article in which this appeared.  “Rapt audience”?  HA!  Oh, and since Chris Matthews thinks West Point is “the enemy camp,” it’s only logical to conclude he thinks Bin Laden is “the friendly camp.”  Trust me, Bin Laden isn’t worried about being killed anytime soon, especially not with Barack Hussein Obama as the “leader” of the free world.

You’ve heard the story about Barack Obama’s Muslim illegal alien aunt, Zeituni Onyango.  He had plenty of contact with her BEFORE he ran for President.  But then threw her under the bus, like he’s done with many of his family members.   Incredibly, though, she hasn’t been deported and is still on U.S. soil, taking advantage of a number of costly entitlements and benefits you pay for (but millionaires Barack Hussein and Michelle Obama refuse to pay for).

So Sad, Too Bad: Barack’s Illegal Alien Auntie Zeituni Under the Bus

Now, Auntie Zeituni is telling AP, in an exclusive interview, how upset she is that her nephew cut off all contact and has added her to the mile-high road kill under the Barack Bus.  Remember how Obama didn’t bury his grandmother until more than a month after her death?  And then there’s his brother, with whom he recently met and spoke of icily.  And now it’s the illegal alien aunt he should have escorted from American soil before he had Presidential ambitions, rather than coldly cutting off ties after he began to pursue those ambitions.

Well, he didn’t last long.  Within minutes from the time I write this, General Motors CEO Fritz Henderson will announce his resignation.  He barely lasted nine months.  So much for getting the unions to force the other guy, Rick Waggoner, out.

And so much for the government takeover.  GM recently announced disastrous sales numbers.  And Henderson didn’t help stem the tide of the bad times.

So, what do you make of this . . . other than that a government takeover and pandering to unions doesn’t work?  Is it a case of hatcheting the hatchet man?  The guy is supposed to be the keynote speaker at the L.A. Auto Show–a huge show of great importance–tomorrow morning.  I guess that’s out.  I question the timing, given that.

I hope GM ultimately succeeds, but I don’t think that’ll happen, except in a much smaller version.  Read what I wrote over a year ago on the occasion of GM’s 100th birthday:  Will GM (or Ford or Chrysler) Have Another 100 Years?

Almost a year and a half ago, I told you about Fanchon Stinger, then an employee of FOX News, who served as the anchor of Detroit FOX 2 morning show.  Stinger was fired after it came to light that she was in business with Synagro, a company which obtained a billion dollar sludge contract with the City of Detroit and which used her married Muslim boyfriend, Rayford Jackson, to bribe Detroit City Council members (including Congressman John Conyers’ wife, Monica).

Stinger also illegally put hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Jackson’s fancy cars, including a Rolls Royce, in her name to shield them from authorities and her married father-of-four boyfriend’s creditors.  Oh, and by the way, her boytoy Jackson was tight with then-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who was embroiled in scandal and much in the news at the time. Stinger worked for FOX News, and when I called the local station with questions, my call was returned by a FOX News/News Corp publicist.

At the time she was sleeping with him and anchoring the FOX News owned and operated Detroit news operation, Rayford Jackson was the number one man in Louis Farrakhan’s Detroit Nation of Islam operation.  And Stinger gave racist, anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan a half hour gushing interview on FOX 2 (Watch the Video) that sounded like an infomercial, telling him he wasn’t anti-Semitic and thanking him for the “wonderful work” he did “for our people.”  It was so disgusting and pandering that many FOX 2 reporters complained.  Even Al-Jazeera has been tougher on the guy.  And Stinger used her podium at FOX to promote extremist Muslim causes, including a group that openly supports HAMAS and Hezbollah.  More on that later.

Now, Stinger is doing the rounds in Detroit–giving interviews to two pandering local TV anchors who are Black women like she is and friends of hers.  Predictably, she’s playing the victim (someone put a gun to her head to make her transfer $500,000 in cars to her name?), and none is asking tough questions and they’re letting her get away with her lies.  And she is going to give “her side” to ABC’s “Good Morning America,” next week (December 8th).  But so far, “her side” is a pack of lies.  As I noted on this site, Stinger, who was in the process of converting to Islam, when she was “dating” (euphemism) Jackson set up a publicity company specifically to help facilitate the Synagro sludge deal.  And she also accompanied Jackson to a meeting in which he tried to convince neighborhood residents to support a sludge plant in the vicinity.

What’s disgusting to me is that Tareq and Michaele Salahi appear to be on their way to getting everything they wanted in their White House-crashing stunt.  They’re now under contract with a production company, they got their Matt Lauer interview, and it looks like their 15 minutes are getting extended–all courtesy of the NBC family (“Today Show,” Bravo, etc.).  Unfortunately, I predict that they won’t be prosecuted, and if they are, they’ll get a deal of a tiny, minor irrelevant blemish on their records.  It’s already a win-win for this couple.

Imagine this:  You’ve worked hard all of your life.  You’ve managed to pay off your house in an upwardly mobile Detroit area suburb, and you plan to live there for the rest of it.  But, suddenly, Muslims buy the home next door and turn it into a mosque, right smack-dab in the middle of your neighborhood and next door to you.  But, wait, it gets worse, the mosque members want to transform the front lawn and driveway into a parking lot.  And soon, very soon, they will insist of broadcasting the Muslim call to prayer at all hours of the day and night.  And you will have to see a crowded parking lot next door and hear the call to prayer falsely claiming that allah is the only god.

Well, if you are Bent and Renee Boving, ages 89 and 81, respectively, and the other residents of a Northville, Michigan neighborhood, you don’t have to imagine it.  It’s a nightmare that’s very real.

Remember how President Bush told us we need to give amnesty to illegal aliens because they “do the work Americans just won’t do.”  It was bunk then, and it’s even more baloney now.   If Obama uses that phony-baloney excuse, he’s clearly not paying attention to the developments throughout the American landscape during his “economy.”

I feel for these people.  They are clearly not looking for a handout and willing to do anything legal to survive.  And, while not emphasized in this article, they are still competing against illegal aliens for work on U.S. soil.

When mechanic Donald Thee used to arrive at his job every morning, he would glance at the day laborers gathering across the street jostling for work when a pickup rolled by.

Over time, he befriended some, buying them meals from a taco truck when they were hungry.

Three months ago, he joined them.

“That’s how quick things can change, especially in an economy this poor,” he says.

Thee, 39, was laid off from the gas station where he worked and needed a way to make money. He applied for jobs at more than 100 businesses – “even McDonald’s, and they’re not hiring,” he says – and finally decided to try to get pick-up work as a day laborer.

In 2006, I noted that Swiss–normally uber-socialists–voted to make it much tougher for aliens to get into the country and get asylum, and also voted for reforms making it tougher for aliens to get government assistance and benefits.  With a growing Muslim illegal alien population, I thought:  finally, these chocolate-, watch- and secret-bank-account-producing Nazi-enablers get it.

And over the weekend, they “got it” again, voting to ban minarets, the towers that come on many mosques, from Switzerland.  I’m all for it.  This isn’t about zoning or airspace or Muslim eyesores piercing the sky.  It’s far more important than that.

To understand why it was important for the Swiss to do what we in America simply don’t have the guts to, you must understand what the minarets symbolize and why they are there.  It’s epitomized in the phrase “allahu akbar.”  The phrase does not mean–as has been repeatedly reported–that allah is great.  It means “allah is the greatest” or “allah is the greater,” as in greater than the Christian and Jewish G-ds and that of any other religion.

And the minarets on mosques are the architectural version of that.  They establish Muslim supremacy.  Minarets make a mosque higher than any building surrounding it, higher than any church, higher than any synagogue, higher than any Buddhist temple.  And that’s the point of the minaret.  There is no other function other than the loud announcement of Islamic supremacy that consciously betray the smarmy Muslim pretense of “co-existence” BS and “interfaith” blah-blah-blah.  Muslims have this thing for towers. Remember how they took down two of ours in New York? They chose those for the same reason they use minarets to establish their dominance. Size matters. And these faux modesty-obsessed Muslims are actually really more obsessed with sexual and phallic symbols than any other organized modern religion.

A number of readers have asked why I haven’t commented on the Tiger Woods “car accident” saga.  The answer is that I really don’t care.  In the scheme of the issues that are important to me and which I think should be important to you, this barely registers.

I’m far more concerned that Tiger Woods, like the Williams Sisters, has no problem constantly playing in sporting events in Dubai and the other apartheid-practicing United Arab Emirates and Gulf states, all of which do not allow Jews with Israeli passports or stamps on their passports to enter the country and all of which engage in the Arab boycott against Israel.  In that behavior and in tacitly endorsing that Judenrein, Woods is a whore no different (and less respectable) than the women who walk the Eight Mile corridor in Detroit and sell their bodies.  Both he and they are selling their strokes of a different sort to the highest bidder.

It’s not like Woods needs the money or any of the Gulf state tournaments.  If these countries didn’t allow Blacks (though Muslims treat Blacks horribly and use the Arabic word “abed/abeed” [“slave/slaves”] as their noun for Blacks), we’d be hearing from Woods and the others, and I guarantee you that he’d drop his “Cablinasian” adjective real fast. (Contrast Woods’ cowardly behavior versus pro golfer Tom Watson’s courageous decision to drop his membership in the National Gulf Club of Kansas City, when it refused to admit a Jewish member based on religion and ethnicity.)
