Even though much of the world, today, is focused on this afternoon’s detention hearing in Detroit, featuring Northwest Flight 253 Islamic terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, that hearing will be a quick formality at which nothing of note will happen.  And, since it’s Friday, I’m taking a brief break (not completely) from the Islamic terrorism and hard political stuff.

After all, today would have been Elvis Presley’s 75th Birthday.  And much of Las Vegas and the rest of the strange but campy Elvis-lovin’ world is celebrating.  That gives me this chance to repeat something I like to brag about as a proud Jewish American.  While he was outwardly a practicing Christian, under Jewish law, “The King” was a Jew and he knew it.  Yup, I’m sure that’ll give a huge heart attack to many in the White supremacist crowd.  But he was one of us, not one of you.  He even did what people stereotypically claim Jews do:  Elvis got a nose job (for the record, no-one in my family has had this procedure).

Below is an excerpt of a Jewish Week article on Elvis Jewish heritage, which was reposted on Jeff Swope’s my space page.  The original, to which I used to link, is no longer online. Elvis knew of his Jewish heritage, but his parents told him to keep it quiet. He donated lots of money to Jewish charities and put a Jewish Star/Star of David on his mother’s original tombstone.  He carried a yarmulke and often wore a “Chai” (“life”) necklace, which is a Jewish good luck charm and symbolizes the tree of life and the number 18, which is a good number in Judaism.

Earlier today, I told you about Mansor Mohammad Asad, the Palestinian Muslim terrorist from Toledo on the Detroit-bound flight from Miami, who was removed from a plane Wednesday, along with three Islamic buddies of his, after yelling that he wants to “Kill All the Jews!”

Well, here’s the must see video from his court appearance in Miami, today.  Apparently, Asad told a Black police officer in Miami to “Go Back to Africa!”  And he claims he has over a hundred thousand dollars in the bank.  Gee, I wonder how much money he sent “back home” to HAMAS or Fatah.  I kinda like that judge, Jorge E. Cueto, who seems like a great “No BS” jurist.  Watch the WHOLE thing and the second video, which is a news report with testimony from passengers who saw the whole thing.  It’s MUST SEE TV.  I guarantee.

Last night, when I heard there was yet another disruption–on a Detroit-bound flight from Miami–by a passenger and his friends, I wondered if they were Muslim Arabs.  And, indeed, they were.

Mansor Mohammad Asad: The “Kill All The Jews” Islamic Terrorist

A Palestinian Muslim Arab, Mansor Mohammad Asad, shouted that he wants to “Kill All the Jews.”  And, predictably, the FBI and others say, there’s nothing to see here, and he was just momentarily upset and “disturbed.”  Uh-huh.  Sure, he was.  And, as I always note, Islam seems to have quite a disproportionate percentage of the “nutty”–who aren’t nutty at all, but cold, calculating mass-murderers in our midst.

And the guy was on the plane with three fellow traveler buddies.  We’re seeing a lot of these and have been in the last two months–many of these “disruptions” by Arab Muslims BEFORE the Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab attack on Northwest Flight 253 on Christmas Day.

First, there was  AirTran Flight 297, with several Muslim men disrupting things, refusing to get off cellphones, and frightening the entire crew enough to cause them to refuse to fly with those passengers.  Then, the airline and the media tried to cover up, even lying about its passengers and attacking them.  Then, there was United 227 to Denver.  Same thing–disruptive Muslim passengers. Then a flight to Phoenix.  Then, there was Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and his attack on Northwest Flight 253.  And now this–Mansor Mohammad Asad announcing his desire to eliminate the JOOOOS and being accompanied on board by three of his fellow co-religionist perps.

Hmmm . . . why are all of these Muslims in these “innocent” incidents and “misunderstandings” on planes traveling in packs? Because they’re, indeed, testing the system and trying to see what they can do to murder Americans on flights.

Tomorrow at the Federal Courthouse in Detroit, it’s expected to be a madhouse, as mobs of people, protestors, and press will be there for the first hearing in the federal case against Northwest Flight 253 Islamic terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.

But what should be getting a lot of attention is how a tax-paid federal public defender on the Abdulmutallab team and the two federal prosecutors and Obama U.S. Attorney prosecuting him all mocked the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and posted jokes about flying planes into buildings at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Below is a “joke” sent to Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric M. Straus, the lead federal prosecutor of Abdulmutallab by Richard M. Helfrick a/k/a Rick Helfrick, a federal public defender on the Abdulmutallab defense team.  He is the Managing Attorney of the Federal Defender Office in Detroit, and his salary–around $150,000 a year–is paid by you.  (As I noted previously, both Mr. Helfrick and Abdulmutallab’s lead attorney, Miriam Siefer, stole a federal judge’s stationery, forged his signature and impersonated him in the Detroit terror cell trial.)

Mr. Straus thought this “flying lessons gag” about then-convicted Islamic terrorist Karim Koubriti was so “funny” that he posted it in the break and luncheon room of the U.S. Attorney’s office for months.

If you’re a fan of the discount website Overstock.com (as I was . . . until now), you might want to rethink that.  The website now worships at the alter of animal rights orthodoxy.  Overstock.com bowed to PETA–we refer to it on this site by its more appropriate name, PUTAh a/k/a People for the Unethical Treatment of Animals and humans.  And it will no longer sell anything made from the exotic animal skins.

I think I might wear either my eelskin or rattlesnake cowboy boots (yup, I have and wear pairs of both), today, in protest.  Or, maybe, my iguana boots.

After receiving video footage from PETA’s brand-new investigation exposing the extreme suffering caused by the exotic-skins industry, Salt Lake City-based online discount retailer Overstock.com announced that it will no longer sell products made from exotic skins.

On Tuesday Morning, I told you about 15 Arab Muslim students at Dearbornistan’s Edsel Ford High School, and the sweartshirts they made glorifying the 9/11 attacks in which nearly 3,000 Americans were murdered by Arab Muslims just like the students.

I told you that the sweatshirts were in solidarity with other Muslims, and NOT the victims of 9/11, and were made because of the Islamic terrorist attack by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab on Northwest Flight 253, which occurred while these Arab Muslim students were away on winter break.  Many commenters from the left, from the Islamic community, and within the dimwitted dhimmi community of non-Muslim appeasers of Muslims at Edsel Ford, all attacked me, telling me some BS story about how the t-shirts were about unity with the class of 2011 (and, yeah, every class puts windows in their class year numbers to make them look like the Twin Towers, right?).  And virtually every mainstream media report went along with that phony story, all reporting that the students “made an innocent mistake,” didn’t mean it, etc.  They all echoed the well-fertilized statements of Dearbornistan Public Schools dhimmi-wit spokesfidel, David Mustonen.

Well, I give credit to Detroit’s local NBC affiliate, Local 4/WDIV, which didn’t go along with the halal baloney.  Local 4 reports that I was right:

“I was foolish to do it and I’m very sorry,” said Wadhah Almadhagi, one of the students behind the sweatshirts. “I can promise that as long as I’m in Edsel Ford I’ll do my best to ensure something like this, as foolish and naive as this, will never happen again.”

Another student told Local 4 the design was made out of frustration over some media portrayals of Arab-Americans in the wake of the Christmas day terror attack.

I’m getting tired of reading mainstream media descriptions of CIA double-agent Islamic terrorist murderer Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal Al-Balawi, universally referring to him as a “Jordanian.” (He’s the guy who murdered seven CIA agents and a Jordanian handler at a CIA base in Afghanistan, last week.)

Please stop.  Al-Balawi is a PALESTINIAN.  And a Palestinian Muslim at that.  Just like most “Jordanian” Muslims.  In excess of 90% of them are Palestinians.  But the media keeps calling them “Jordanians,” so we’ll forget that there actually is already a Palestinian state, where Palestinians continue to be ruled by the Hashemite minority (King Abdullah, his late father, King Hussein, etc.).  Yup, they don’t want us to note their hypocrisy as they whine and cover every tiny incident in which Israel tries to preserve some security for its people, while they look the other way on how the Palestinians are treated in their own country–Jordan.

The price of a gallon of gas will ultimately inch up again toward $3.00 and perhaps $4.00.  And, frankly, the prices now (I paid $2.63 a gallon when I last filled up) are far too high.  That’s not to mention–for the gazillionth time–that oil finances the Saudis, the Ahmadinejads, and the Hugo Chavezes of the world.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar is expected to announce Wednesday that his agency will require oil and natural-gas companies to clear more regulatory hurdles before they are allowed to drill on federal lands.
