Dawud Walid a/k/a career criminal Delano Anthony Willis, Jr., a CAIR official in Michigan and imam of a Nation of Islam mosque in Detroit, recently returned from a trip to Mali, where he convened with other extremist Muslims (redundant phrase) of his ilk and tried to help organize them the way they are organized here by CAIR.  Predictably, the Detroit Newsistan gushed over it and gave him a softball, uncritical interview.

We don’t know what else Walid did when he was in Mali.  Like, did he meet with Islamic terrorists?  Did he help transport or raise money for terrorist attacks?  Did he help train Malians to commit terrorism?  CAIR officials have done all of these things on U.S. soil, so there’s nothing that says they won’t do it when traveling overseas to foreign lands, where they are under even less scrutiny than they are here under the Forever Buttkissing Islam FBI.

But here’s what we do know:  Walid admittedly attacked America’s treatment of Muslims in Mali.  He spoke to Mali’s Muslims of the shooting death of Imam Luqman Amin Abdullah, an Islamic convert with a criminal record who pulled his gun on FBI agents.  As Arnold Jackson Drummond would say, whatchoo talkin’ ’bout, Willis?  The man deserved to be shot.  But, of course, with CAIR, no Muslim ever deserves anything, no matter what the crime he committed against us infidels in Dar Al Harb.

I was out for most of yesterday and the early parts of today with a horrible migraine headache.  When I get these, I’m often incapacitated and tossing and turning in pain in bed in the dark.  Even the strongest of medicines don’t knock them out unless I hit it right at the beginning.  It’s very debilitating and frustrating because I have to drop everything.  That’s why I’m happy I only get these once in a while.  But this is the second one I’ve had in within two weeks.  This one is just going away now (hope I didn’t jinx it).

What are your best cures (prescription and natural/homemade) for migraine headaches and other types of headaches? Will try almost anything (so long as it’s legal, ethical, and kosher). In the past, I’ve asked for your best remedies for colds and flu, and I tried some of them. Some of them seemed to work. So I’m asking for your advice again.

Many readers and others are sending me the article about Oliver Stone’s latest anti-Semitic comments, in which he says Jews control the American media.  Stone told the Sunday Times of the UK that the Jews prevent a “free debate” on the Holocaust and putting it in its “context.”  (Hey, Pat Buchanan, I found your soulmate, dude.)  Stone attacked Israel, claimed Jewish control of U.S. foreign policy, and expressed support for Iran, where his honorary Mullah-Jew act is old-hat, already taken up by his fellow self-haters in the Neturei Karta (Stone’s father was a Jew, but his mother was not, and he was raised Episcopalian).

Oliver Stone Echoes Views of Best Bud Yasser Arafat

I’m not surprised by Stone’s comments in the least.  And I really didn’t want to give the comments further exposure.  But people seem shocked–shocked!–that he would go this far.

I’m not.  I’ve written about Stone many times for more than a decade.  And as I noted in “Angelina Jolie’s and Oliver Stone’s Terrorist Problem”–which you must read–he was a close friend of Yasser Arafat.  He sees nothing wrong with HAMAS and visited and fawned over a top HAMAS official before HAMAS was even in power.  Stone made a sympathetic fake-umentary on Arafat for HBO and filmed it right after Arafat okayed the bombing murder of innocent Israeli families in the 2002 Passover Massacre.  He hates Israel and danced on the deaths of Jews at the Passover Seder terrorist attack.  So, why on earth would anyone be shocked that he openly espouses the anti-Semitic views that Arafat and HAMAS espouse?  He celebrates these parties.  So, of course, he’d openly celebrate their anti-Semitic views on the media, the Holocaust, Israel, and their patron-state of Iran.

This has to be the video and photo of the summer.

Late last week, a couple–Ralph Mothes and Paloma Werner–went sailing on their yacht off the coast of South Africa for a little whale watching.  Ultimately, a giant, 40-ton whale attacked their yacht, jumping on and tipping it over.  Ironically, the yacht’s name is “Intrepid.” The whole thing was caught on video.

Fortunately, the couple was not hurt and survived.  But, leave it to the liberal mainstream pan-animal rights media to attack like a killer whale.  CBS News anchor Katie Couric and many other mainstream media outlets are claiming the whale was “harassed.” (Reminds me of when pseudo-conservative Laura Ingraham made like an animal rights terrorist and wrote that humans provoke sharks into biting off their limbs at beaches and that the “scariest animal wears pants.”)  Hilarious.  PETA is infecting CBS’ newscast, along with the rest of the leftism that’s been infecting it from day one. Quick. Someone call in the employment discrimination bar, so some trial lawyers can represent the whale in a yacht harassment case.

I can’t wait to hear the excuses of the far-too-many blind followers of Palinmessiah for her little planned get together with the other famous tabloid family, the Gosselin’s of TLC, “Jon & Kate Plus Eight” fame (now just “Kate Plus Eight”).  Yup, this is exactly what you want in your “conservative” Presidential timber–a selfish fool who quits barely halfway into her first term as governor to collect millions of dollars . . . and hang out with Kate Gosselin.  Barack Obama is laughing (for you Palinmoronistas, that’s laughin’) up a storm.

I’m sure that Sarah Palin will come out and “refudiate” now that she’s even more of a laughing stock, and claim the story isn’t true.  But I’ll bet that it is . . . or was going to be.

TLC . . . the Silver Spring-based cable network went into full “No Comment” mode yesterday in response to a media pile-on over a report Kate Gosselin and Sarah Palin were going to meet up in one spectacular “Kate Plus 8” TV special being shot for the cable network.

You know my views on the proposed Ground Zero mosque a/k/a “Cordoba House.” They haven’t changed.  But the hypocrisy and fraud of many of those who claim to oppose it has gotten louder.  Newt Gingrich is Exhibit A.

Memo to Newt & Co: It’s Not the Mosque @ Ground Zero. It’s Islam, Stupid.

Gingrich put out his statement against the mosque, this week.  It is intellectually dishonest.  He repeatedly talks about “Islamists,” but won’t bring himself to mention Islam, itself–not even once in his statement.  Sorry, but the men who brought down the planes on 9/11 were not “Islamists.”  They were Muslims.  “Islamists” is a phony term invented by those who refuse to attack Islam. It’s a fiction. And if the 9/11 hijackers were “Islamists”–not Muslims–then why be against a mosque at the site? After all, the mosque is not “Islamist.” It’s Muslim (or Islamic). Yes, those who belong to it are extremists. But they are no more extreme than those who run almost every single mosque in America. Islam is extreme. It’s not simply that there is this extremist group within it, called “Islamists.” That’s a fraud, simply denial.

Yet, Gingrich says, “There should be no mosque near Ground Zero in New York so long as there are no churches or synagogues in Saudi Arabia.” Well, why? Why is it that it is okay for him to have mosques everywhere else in America, and still no churches and synagogues anywhere in Saudi Arabia? Why does he limit himself to saying there should be no mosque at Ground Zero? Does he believe that only Ground Zero should go toe to toe with Saudi Arabia? And, again, if he won’t condemn Islam, why does he condemn an Islamic house of worship anywhere in America? The guy is a hypocrite and a grandstander on Islam. That’s why.

AMC’s “Mad Men,” one of my fave shows on TV, debuted its fourth season tonight, and as I wrote this, the first episode just finished.  You know my views on “Mad Men,” which is about advertising executives in New York in the early ’60s.  Love the show in a guilty pleasure soap opera kinda way–plus I could watch for the clothes and cool decor alone, as the set and clothing designers pay such exquisite and gorgeous attention to period detail.

But is Don Draper a/k/a Dick Whitman (played by uber-handsome Jon Hamm)  the typical  early 1960s guy?  Not even close.  In fact, as I wrote last year, since he’s written largely by women, they’ve written him in an anti-male fashion.  In some ways, it’s even anti-American, since the show tells us that a Korean War vet and successful advertising exec can only be a serial adulterer and liar (pretty much every guy at the ad agency is–including the married gay guy, who was fired last season). Not to mention, the son of a hooker.  The guy’s a lout . . . a very hot lout.  But a lout, nonetheless.  And now, with Season 4, he’s a divorced lout living in Greenwich Village and “seeing” (euphemism) prostitutes. It’s “Desperate Housewives” played by men.

So, did you watch?  (I did not, as mine is a cable-free household, and I have to wait for the Season 4 DVD to come out, but then I watch the whole season of episodes back-to-back.)  Did you like it?  Did Season 4–with the new ad agency–live up to the usual “Mad Men” expectations and drama?  Or is it getting old?  I bet the former, though Don Draper as a single guy probably loses a lot of his appeal, since it’s no longer cheating, so not as dramatically exciting (like Howard Stern going to satellite, and he no longer has to watch what he says and broach a line he can’t cross).  But I’ll rely on those of you who watched to give me your reviews.

For now, pour me an “Old Fashioned” from the virtual 24/7 Mad Men bar.

Several years ago, I wrote about Brian J. Doyle, a top Homeland Security official who was caught trying to solicit sex with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl, online. Instead it turned out to be sheriffs in Polk County, Florida. But, as I noted then, thank G-d the sheriffs caught him before Muslims did. They could have blackmailed him into doing who knows what against America.

Now, the Boston Globe reports that many Pentagon employees with top secret security clearance have been caught buying and possessing child pornography.  Can you imagine what would happen if only a fraction of them had the peccadilloes discovered by Islamic terrorists before our government did?  It’s very scary. Kudos to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who originally caught these people through Operation Flicker.

Federal investigators have identified several dozen Pentagon officials and contractors with high-level security clearances who allegedly purchased and downloaded child pornography, including an undisclosed number who used their government computers to obtain the illegal material, according to investigative reports.

Yet another weekend of the consistently bad summer for movies.  Ironically, the best of the bunch–and that’s very relative–is a kids movie, “Ramona and Beezus.”  The two other new choices are feminist fantasies with no bearing on reality.

*  “Salt“:  This thriller is a far-left, anti-American feminist’s wet dream, in which an anorexic woman (Angelina Jolie) can physically beat up men who are not only bigger then her, they’re several times bigger.  Sorry, but in the real world, that ain’t gonna happen.   But in the feminist fantasy, yes, a tiny woman can beat up all the men.  And don’t forget that Skankelina Jolie is openly very anti-Israel, pan-Muslim, pro-Syria, and compared US Immigration Enforcement to Hitler. (See also here.)  She’s visited and hung out with Palestinian refugees in Jordan, the human rights abusing Assads of Syria, and Egyptian America-haters.  If you see this movie, that’s who you are patronizing. And while we’re at it, a Muslim CIA mole would have been far more timely, believable, and appropriate than a Russian one, as is the premise of this movie.

Plus, the movie would have been more exciting if I hadn’t figured it out–figured out the twist and who the bad guys were–in the first five minutes. You see enough of these stock thrillers, it gets easier and easier. And while Angie Voight (that’s her real name) pretentiously said she wanted to play James Bond, not a Bond girl, the stunts and feats in this movie are even more ridiculous than those of Bond. I mean, really, jumping diagonally down an empty eight story elevator shaft–across the shaft one whole floor at a time without succumbing to the forces of gravity!–it’s just not credible. Ditto for a lot of the other stunts. Just laughable.
