I saw the new Star Wars movie, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” on Tuesday afternoon at one of the most mysterious, secretive movie screenings I’ve attended in my 12 years or so as a movie critic. It was worth the intrigue and the wait. The movie, while far too chickified (just like America), delivers. I’ve been careful not to give away any spoilers on this page or below, but I posted a link below to another page with the spoilers. There are some big ones. Read the rest of this entry »

Every year, the movies get worse, and this year is Exhibit A. I don’t understand what the heck Hollywood is doing, giving us horribly dreadful movies like “In the Heart of the Sea,” in theaters today. This is supposed to be Christmastime, when the studios give us their best movies. But instead, they bring you this–“The Feel-Good Cannibalism, Animal-Rights/Save-the-Whales Movie of the Year.” Thanks, Ron Howard. (“MacBeth” also debuts today, but I saw so many new movies this week–more about that in a later post–that I didn’t have time to watch the MacBeth screener DVD until later this week, and I kept falling asleep because it was boring. Will try to finish it and post a review over the weekend or next week.) *** SPOILER ALERT: This review contains SPOILERS! for which you’ll thank me, as I am performing a public service. A CNN host wants all Jews deported from America, and she picked the Jewish holiday of Chanukah to announce it. Oh, and she still has her job. Read the rest of this entry »

In “investigating” Islamic terrorist mass murderers Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, the FBI failed to look at what could be the most important piece of evidence. And, now, it may be lost forever. Here’s yet another reason why I (and most agents in other federal law enforcement agencies) refer to the FBI as Famous But Incompetent. And it’s yet another contrast in what Muslims are willing to do and we aren’t. Read the rest of this entry »

Don’t believe the hype. Sadly, Donald Trump will never ban Muslims from entering America . . . even if he legally could. Trump certainly knows how to manipulate the lumpenconservatariat. That’s not news. And his statement yesterday–including a position paper–about banning Muslims from entering the U.S. is more Trumpian smoke and mirrors. Bread and circuses stuff. You gotta read the fine print. Read the rest of this entry »

*** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE: Syed Farook a/k/a Syed Rizwan Farook was devout Muslim & Recently Traveled to Saudi Arabia ***
Syed Farook, part of a married Islamic terrorist newlywed couple who massacred at least 14 Americans in San Bernardino today, had things a lot of other people wish they had: a decent-paying job with the State of California, owned a home with a large walk-in closet, a family with a child, and so on. His wife, the other jihadi, Tashfeen Malik, an immigrant, had most of that stuff, too. And, yet, despite everything that America gave this Muslim who went to high school in California, he and and his wife snuffed out 14 innocent Americans’ lives and took limbs and mobility from countless other Americans whom they shot up. But you know the drill: Islam had nothing to do with it. He was mentally ill [the Halal Twinkie Defense]. It was “revenge” for a dispute at a Thanksgiving Party (was it a halal bacon bakin’ party or did someone hide bacon dressing inside that halal turkey . . . and you needed body armor and your own personal tactical division to take people out?). Yada, yada, yada, blah, blah, blah, We Are the World, We Are the Children, cue John Kerry’s “legitimate” jihad justifications, cue his buddy James Taylor’s “You’ve Got a Habibi,” and cue more of all the other usual BS that always comes with an attack like this and weak America’s attempt to sympathize with the religion of the perpetrators by doing stripper pole contortions to blame everything else, including your over-indulgent, expensive yoga pants from LuluLemon. So now I’m under attack from the New York Times and MTV for correctly pointing out that Muslims–in New Jersey and around the U.S. (not to mention around the world)–cheered the 9/11 attacks. But a video report from CBS News reporter Pablo Guzman proves I’m 100% right, despite MTV’s attempt to go back and get a witness to change her story. Muslims cheered on 9/11. It happened, and pretending it didn’t is the work of idiots and morons. Watch the video, below . . . Read the rest of this entry »
