I’ve been away–at court, sitting through a Hezbollah divorce with their Hezbollah attorney who has threatened me via e-mail.

My postings on this site for the last couple of weeks have been lighter because it’s a crazy two weeks for lawyers in Michigan.  If you didn’t have your motions heard this week, you’re mostly out of luck in most Michigan court rooms.  Most judges essentially take two weeks off, doing nothing on the taxpayer dime . . . and that’s in addition to their paid vacation.  So, I’ve been in court in the Detroit area and around the state (if you’re interested in hiring me as your lawyer in Michigan or in Federal Court, please e-mail me).

Ali Dagher & the Hezbollah Divorce

This morning, I was in “Family Court” on a custody matter, and I sat through a “Muslim divorce.”  It was so typical and so illustrative of the things I usually point out on this site.  The couple were Shi’ite Muslims from Hezbollah country in South Lebanon.  The divorcing wife gave all the kids and sole custody to the father. You know, so the Muslim hubby can raise the kids as his own special property and get rid of the unwanted property–the ex-wife–as easily as yesterday’s garbage.

As I’ve noted repeatedly on this site, one of the biggest problems associated with imprisoning and then deporting Islamic terrorists, like Mohammed Mustapha Ali Masfaka, is that they leave the many terrorist anchor babies they’ve fathered behind in this country.  Those kids have been trained to hate America, hate Christians and Jews, and continue in their fathers’ footsteps.

Extremist Makeover: With or Without Rug, Abu Ratib’s Anchor Baby Terrorist Army Gets to Stay in US

As you’ll recall, I wrote about Masfaka a/k/a “Abu Ratib” (also spelled “Rateb” and “Rateeb”) on this site, several months ago.  I attended his first Federal Court hearing, at which a crowded courtroom full of Muslims cheered on this HAMAS fundraiser who was the Michigan chief of the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) and lied about it to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.  I also noted that Abu Ratib is the Michael Jackson of the Islamic world in terms of fame and posted the extensive, detailed “Federal Information” proffered by Justice Department and ICE prosecutor Mark Jebson as an exhibit in the case, which includes Masfaka’s jihadist lyrics praising the martyrs and Islamic terrorism against Jews and others.  The Syrian-born Masfaka fled his Detroit home (which doubled as HLF Detroit HQ) to Canada when he realized that the feds were on to him, and his wife and kids lied to border agents when they went to visit him.

This week, Masfaka was sentenced to just a year and a day in federal prison.  The extra day added to the sentence makes him eligible for a reduction of his sentence.  It’s a very short sentence, after which he’ll be deported.    While it will be good to get rid of this man, I’ve seen plenty of drunk drivers get more time.  And, as I noted, Masfaka has five children who were born here–five terrorist anchor babies who will continue his work and have their own pan-terrorist kids in our midst . . . and so on.  And Masfaka’s wife gets to remain.

I can’t believe I’m writing this in late 2010 in the United States of America, rather than late 1939 in Germany or Austria.  But Barack Obama’s IRS has decided that Israel is a “terrorist group.”  No biggie that it’s only our most loyal ally in the world and that the country is nowhere on the State Department terrorist list.  The Obamaniks make it up as they go along.

As you’ll recall, some time ago, I told you about our friend, the indefatigable Harvard grad and patriot, Lori Lowenthal Marcus, the founder and executive director of Z Street and her righteous fight against Barack Obama’s IRS regarding her organization and Israel.  I’ve known Lori a long time and she is the real deal–“good people,” as we say.  Her organization, Z Street, is one of the most important new organizations fighting Islamo-fascism and Israel-hatred in America and the Western World.  With a tiny infrastructure, this superwoman is doing what plenty of Jewish and gentile organizations claim to do–BUT DON’T (Hanan Tudor/fraud “Brigitte Gabriel” fan club alert)–with millions of dollars and much unearned fanfare.

And, as I noted, Barack Obama’s IRS held out on granting Lori’s Z Street tax deductible status, claiming the organization doesn’t share America’s policy views on Israel and the Mid-East.  I noted then that this was interesting, since CAIR, ADC, MPAC, ISNA all openly support HAMAS and Hezbollah (both on the State Department terrorist list) and Israel’s annihilation–NOT America’s stated policy in the Mid-East and certainly in contradiction with our country’s stated opposition to Islamic terrorist groups–and yet all of these groups DO have tax-deductible, non-profit status.  As I noted, Lori filed a lawsuit, and since then, the IRS has a new response for its denial of tax-deductible 501 (c) (3) or (c) (4) status:  THAT ISRAEL IS A TERRORIST GROUP.

You’ve probably read about the long overdue racketeering indictment against imprisoned, deposed Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, which was unsealed and announced late yesterday.  Also indicted were Kilpatrick’s father, Bernard Kilpatrick, the former Detroit water chief, Victor Mercado, and a close friend and contractor, Bobby Ferguson.  They extorted and got millions of dollars in cash, gifts, and other shakedown lucre in bribes and kickbacks from Detroit contractors, water contracts (Detroit supplies water to most suburbs in the area and you must pay what they charge), as part of their giant shakedown scheme.  But another indictee, Derrick Miller, is the man whose indictment I’ve been waiting for because of his curious, close ties to Mitt Romney. In Michigan Romney campaign appearances and on Michigan’s Primary Election Night in 2008, Kwame’s right-hand man, Miller, was shown prominently on stage, celebrating with the rest of the candidate’s key supporters and family members.

It’s long been known that Miller, Kilpatrick’s best friend since childhood and press secretary in the Mayoral office, was the “bag man” who did the shakedowns and bribe collections for Kilpatrick.  It’s something that a former Kilpatrick briber, Karl Kado, detailed in his reports to the FBI while wearing a wire and in testimony to a Federal Grand Jury investigating the Kilpatrick team over the last six years.  The information on Miller demanding  (on behalf of Kwame Kilpatrick) hundreds of thousands of dollars from city contractors leaked in the Detroit papers earlier in the year.

But Miller’s 2008 endorsement of then-Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has always been curious . . . especially to me. What’s behind it?

Earlier in the week, the garage at a house in Dearbornistan blew up.  The garage contained a 100 pound propane tank.  Why on earth would anyone need a 100 pound propane tank at their home?  I don’t know, but reports claimed the propane tank–a fire hazard–was being used to heat the home.  Is it normal to heat your home by using a large propane tank in your garage?  Not for me.  And probably not for you.

So, who resides at the home?  Is his name Jim or Bob. . . or Mohammed?  For some mysterious reason, the Dearborn Fire Department refused to name the homeowner and/or resident who caused the explosion.  Why are they keeping it a secret, when it’s a matter that should be public record?  Not only did the garage blow up, but two other garages blew up and three houses were partially knocked off their foundations.  Plus the explosion shattered the windows of many homes in the area.  People heard the kaboom from the explosion a mile away.

I warned you about FIFA, the international soccer body’s choice of anti-Semitic, apartheid Islamic monarchical theocracy Qatar to host the 2022 World Cup.  (See also, here.)  And, now, my fears and warnings have already come to fruition, with FIFA chief, Sepp Blatter, telling gays how to behave in Qatar.

It’s interesting.  The religious right–and conservatives like me–only want to maintain legal marriage as a relationship between a man and a woman.  And the gay world goes nuts.  But Muslims–and their dhimmi Sepp Blatter–tell gays that in more than a decade from now they still can’t have sex in Islamo-fascist Qatar and . . . crickets chirping except for a handful of gay activists from a little known gay organization.  Sepp claims he was joking, but you be the judge:

Have one look at Muslim Muhammad Teshale, and you already know it’s jihad.  There’s no way this guy’s multiple hit and run accidents on I-66, yesterday morning, were an “accident” because he caused at least SIX separate accidents, while driving a shuttle at Washington Dulles International Airport.  And looking at the photo you gotta ask what the hell a jihadi looking person like this is doing as a licensed, employed airport shuttle.  Um, helloooooo . . .?  And the guy reportedly did this “to become famous.”  Yeah, “famous” to allah and the Arab street. Hey, just like the 9/11 hijackers, also “famous.” He was shuttling no passengers, and drove as fast as he could during rush hour traffic, at a time when he knew he could cause the most accidents and injure the most people. If this isn’t highway jihad, what is?  Teshale is replete with halal beard and all.

You can bet the FBI terrorism task force guys are looking into this.  There’s a reason the shuttle bus was seized for investigation. And it isn’t for “accident investigation.” So, who is Teshale? Where is he from? How did he get here? I’ll bet the answers are very predictable and not in a good way in terms of immigration, America’s borders, and national security.

The driver of a speeding SuperShuttle van left a trail of damaged vehicles as he fled at least six hit-and-run crashes along Interstate 66 and the Dulles Access Road on Monday morning, police said.

Hey, it’s another fine day of “peacefulness” in America brought to you by the “Religion of Peace.”  This time, I give kudos where it is due:  The Record of New Jersey–unlike most of the mainstream media–actually had the guts to report the guy’s religion. But the publication does try to whitewash it, indicating that somehow Islam got him to surrender and not pursue further violence. Uh, riiiight.  The guy, Trevon Johnson, is clearly devout, complete with his own Islamic facial hair. And have fun, New Jersey taxpayers. You’re paying for his lawyer.

A Maryland jail escapee who fired at police during a tense standoff at a Hackensack apartment building last week appeared before a judge Monday on attempted murder, weapons and other charges. . . .

I’ve been at the doctor’s office, today, regarding a knee injury, and something I saw in the examining room reminded me of a commercial that irks me.

An AT&T ad that is running on TV says that AT&T makes the world your living room.  But I really don’t want people to think the world is their living room.  That’s kind of the problem.  Too many people think they can do and say whatever they wish without regard to common courtesy because they think the world is their living room.  And that’s in no small part to the many high tech devices and services AT&T and others offer.  I don’t want to hear your loud fights with your boyfriend on your cellphone or read your texts while I’m at the movies.

And, so it goes, with this rudeness even inside the doctors office .  .  . while he is treating you.  My doctor, who’s a great doctor and friend, was forced to post signs in each examining room, which read:

PLEASE TURN OFF ALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES

INCLUDING CELL PHONES

WHEN A STAFF MEMBER OR DOCTOR

IS ASSISTING YOU IN THE  EXAM ROOM.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

It’s a sad day in America when doctors must post stuff like this in their own offices.  If you’re talking on your cellphone while the doctor is trying to examine and treat you, you’re a moron and a jackass. And you deserve to be sick.  It’s natural selection.  When a doctor is forced to put up a sign about the obvious required behavior, it’s a sign.  When I noted the sign and how ridiculous it is that a doctor actually needs to post that in every room, he said, “Well, you know everyone is in their own little world.”  See.  Exactly what I mean.  They now all think the world is their living room.

I don’t look for any of this to get better. I do, however, look for it to get worse and the rudeness to increase. It’s all yet another symptom and manifestation of the decline, dumbing down, and defining deviancy down of America.

Having a cell phone doesn’t make you civilized.  I’m beginning to think it’s actually a convenience that increases your lack of civility, when so many who use one can’t bring themselves to hang up even for a doctor’s exam and their own health–when it’s so bad, the doctor has to post signs.  Like anything else, it’s not about the device, but the people using them.  Still, I see a steep increase in rudeness and lack of civility associated with it.  As more Americans got the phones and texting ability, there was definitely a correlation.  And it continues.

America . . . a nation of morons on their cell phones in the examining room. Pathetic.

True to the asinine Charles S. Bolden, Obama’s NASA chief’s declaration that NASA’s primary mission is outreach to the Muslim and Arab worlds, the Obama Adminstration picked an Arab–whose surname indicates that he might be Muslim (but it’s not certain)–as its top scientist.  Figures.  You’ll notice there’s a “But” in my headline above.  That’s because, as noted in a story I broke on this site, the Clinton and both Bush Administrations NASA employed the Muslim Brotherhood’s chief Iraqi spy (who worked on Saddam Hussein’s behalf and later ran a charity that sends millions to Al-Qaeda and HAMAS) as one of their top scientists at the space agency.  That’s far more scary. It’s like no-one cares, despite the fact that many of our NASA activities are highly classified and lead to important discoveries or concern important missions that we need to protect.

It sounds like Abdalati has plenty of scientific credentials . . . if the study of ice clouds is a NASA priority (and since Obama’s NASA chief said Islamic outreach is the primary function of NASA, maybe those ice clouds contain 72 virgins or a secret zabihah halal cryo-shawarmeh stand). But so do a lot of scientists who’d love to be the top NASA doc. Was his choice an affirmative action pic in pursuit of the announced purpose of Obama’s NASA as outreach to the Muslim world and Arab street? I doubt we’ll find out. What are his politics? What’s his background? His bios all over the net are carefully cleansed of such information, and it leaves a huge question mark. On the other hand, maybe he keeps his nose out of Arabist politics (which would be a good thing), but I doubt it. What do you think? Reagan & Bush practiced pan-Arabist politics with NASA, so I’d hardly put it beyond Obama to continue doing the same. Here’s NASA’s press release:
