Okay, so Connery’s Malone wasn’t talking to Eliot Ness about getting HAMAS. He was talking about getting mobster Al Capone. But the message is the same, even if the cockroaches attacking Israel are far less honorable. Unless you are willing to fight HAMAS to the finish and turn Gaza into a parking lot, you’ll never beat ’em. They will keep arising from the ashes like cancer that has metastasized. It’s unstoppable, unless you really want to fight a war. And Israel won’t do that (in part because the world will never allow it, while the world allows HAMAS and the rest of the Muslim world to continue its jihad, unhindered, against the Jews, Israel, Christians, America, and the West). My late father used to always get upset about these “mini-skirmishes” because he knew that Israeli soldiers’ lives would be lost but that Israel would never finish the job and HAMAS and the Palestinians would quickly return, rejuvenated, to their old terror ways. And I’ve been upset about it, too, over the years.

Before you get too excited that, this time, Israel will do the job, read my words from late 2008 when Israel fought back against HAMAS and did just as I predicted then, and as I predict will happen now. It’s a waste of Israeli lives and more Israelis will die if Israel doesn’t finish HAMAS off by killing a lot of people and blowing up a lot of buildings and homes. Sadly, Israel will beg off and give in to a ceasefire. Yes, in 2008, Tzipi Livni, who was much farther to the left than current Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is, was running the show and she was desperate to win an election in which she was far behind Netanyahu, so Israeli soldiers’ and their lives were accessories for what was essentially a deadly campaign commercial for her. But, sadly, Israel will do the same now as it did then. How sad, how predictable that the same old thing holds true. From my December 28, 2008 column, “Don’t Get Too Excited About the Phony Baloney, Temporary Israeli ‘War’ vs. HAMAS“–remember, I said all of this nearly four years ago, and is business as usual:

I’ve been getting a number of e-mails from readers cheering on the current Israeli strikes on HAMAS and Gaza in response to HAMAS’ katusha rocket attacks on Israel. And to those readers, I say, Don’t Get Too Excited. . . . Anyone who thinks this latest “salvo” against HAMAS is of any significance whatsoever, really doesn’t know much about Israel and hasn’t been paying attention to goings on there for the last couple of decades, especially the last several years.

There have been many of these occasion, temporary Israeli attacks on HAMAS or temporary blockades of funds or supplies to Gaza. And they are a waste of time because Israel doesn’t mean business. As I’ve said repeatedly on this site during each of Israel’s major responses to HAMAS terrorism–in 2006, 2008/9, and so on, it’s a waste of time, unless Israel finally flattens the terrorists of Gaza. And, I mean, really flattens them by destroying most, if not all, of the place. Otherwise, it’s just a waste of time, because they will refresh, regroup, reload, and continue their non-stop rocketing of missiles on Israel, as they’ve done every single day for years, but the media don’t report about it. And I have a feeling that this time won’t be different. There will ultimately be a ceasefire, and HAMAS will live for yet another of many days to keep attacking Israel.

Unlike his own ultimately peacenik father, Ariel Sharon’s son, Gilad Sharon, agrees with me. He has it right. If only his father hadn’t abandoned Gaza to the Palestinians, this problem wouldn’t be happening in the first place. More from the Sharon son:

The desire to prevent harm to innocent civilians in Gaza will ultimately lead to harming the truly innocent: the residents of southern Israel. Why is a FOX News personality comparing Israel to HAMAS and its Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades (HAMAS’ military wing)?

Instead of tweeting a single thing in support of the Jewish victims of non-stop HAMAS missiles and rockets raining over Israel, FOX News’ Andy Levy morally equated Israel with HAMAS on Twitter, Thursday. (And some of his fellow idiots retweeted it.)

And after I tweeted about it to the JIDF, which called him on it, the insecure, frosted-haired Liliputian Jew In Name Only (JINO) Levy attacked me on Twitter (follow me on Twitter). Clearly, I got under his skin. And he cowardly, quietly deleted his tweet (which I copied and saved for you, above), without apology because this is what he still believes. When it comes to the koran, Gilberte Khawam a/k/a Jill Kelley doesn’t believe in the First Amendment and and was planning to hire a lawyer to sue, in order to stop a radio host from frying the Muslim holy book that has inspired the murders of millions of innocents around the world, including thousands of Americans.

I was supposed to be a guest on the radio show of Tampa-based syndicated talk show host “Bubba the Love Sponge” a/k/a Todd Clem on the day that he and his stuff announced they were going to “deep fat fry” the koran. I was scheduled to be on to talk about Islamic intolerance in America and support for Islamic terrorism on U.S. soil. I missed his producer’s call, and I wasn’t given a call back number, so by the time I finally called them, it was too late, even though they’d repeatedly announced I’d be on. But, apparently, it wasn’t too late for Jill Kelley, Arab “Christian” dhimmi soldier for Islam to try to stop it. I already told you that she was the “go to” skank to host parties for Muslim nations attempting to influence our nation’s top generals in favor of pro-Muslim, anti-Israel Middle East policy. And, now, we’ve learned that she claimed to be then-CIA Director David Petraeus’ and General John Allen’s protector of the koran.

In March, Jill Kelley said U.S. Gen. John Allen needed her help.

In emails obtained by the Tampa Bay Times, she claimed Allen, commander of the U.S. war effort in Afghanistan, called and emailed her seeking assistance in tamping down a threat by disc jockey Bubba the Love Sponge Clem to “deep fat fry” a Koran. . . . Read the rest of this entry »

David Petraeus’ urge to pander to Muslims spared terrorists’ lives and cost Americans their lives.

As I’ve repeatedly told you, the disgraced former CIA Director, Petraeus, was (and remains) an Islamo-pandering, anti-Israel specimen of political correctness and dhimmitude. And I’m glad he’s gone, unlike way too many conspiracy theorists on the right who insist that this liberal was “our guy.” But, now, we’re learning that Petraeus’ pandering to the Islamic world may have cost U.S. lives . . . and I’m not talking about the Benghazi attack on the U.S. consulate. Petraeus was hated by the CIA, and when a man who is a pan-Arabist is hated by even the pan-Arabist CIA that says something. And, in this case, it says that he was to the left of even them when it comes to the Islamic world. David Petraeus didn’t want to offend his Muslim buddies in greater Arabia, and he spared the lives of known terrorists by refusing many drone strikes, even when his own counterterrorism chief felt those strikes were imperative.

Even though it’s a movie made by leftists for lefists, there’s one movie I liked out of the five I saw which are opening in theaters today, and it is . . .

* “Lincoln“: This is a great movie, but beware that it has a very liberal, Obama-esque vibe to it. Beware also, as I’ve told readers before (after another reader alerted me), that Daniel Day-Lewis is a self-hating, anti-Israel Jew who sides with the HAMASniks in Gaza. Especially now–with HAMAS rockets killing innocent Jews on a more regular basis than normal, it’s something you must take into account whenever you consider whether or not to support a movie and the actors who are in it. Ditto when it comes to this movie’s screenwriter, Tony Kushner, another anti-Israel, self-hating Jewish creep, who supports HAMAS (which would filet his gay ass) and the boycott of Israel. Also keep in mind that the movie is based on a book about Lincoln by known plagiarist and liberal Doris Kearns Goodwin. Yup, these are the people that director Steven Spielberg a/k/a “Abu Spielberg” loves to hang with.

I wondered how historically accurate the movie is, and a very interesting piece on liberal Slate does a pretty good job at itemizing and documenting all the accuracies of the movie (DON’T READ IT UNTIL AFTER YOU SEE THE MOVIE), as it has many spoilers. I’m no Lincoln expert, and that’s at whom the movie is aimed: those of us who love America, love American history, aren’t experts, and would enjoy knowing and seeing the nitty gritty of Lincoln’s life at the White House during the period of Civil War in which emancipation of slaves was being pushed by Lincoln, at the same time he was also seeking to make peace with the Confederacy and end the war. While Israel is forced, today, to defend its innocent civilians against hundreds of rockets in the non-stop war perpetrated by HAMAS, another HAMAS war is being won in America with the help of Barack Obama. On November 5th, the day before Election Day, Obama quietly removed HAMAS terrorist and Chicago resident Muhammad Salah from the Treasury Department Terrorist List. Salah was the conduit for Al-Qaeda financing of HAMAS. Salah sued the Department of Treasury in September, and when the answer to the lawsuit was due, the Obama administration chose to remove Salah from the terrorist list, rather than fight for what’s right. You cannot say much better for the Bush administration, which protected Salah every step of the way.

Federal agents and the lawyer for the Boim family, whose son was murdered by HAMAS, didn’t know this was being done. And they are all outraged that this Islamic terrorist–who shouldn’t be walking free on American streets–is not only free, but now is no longer designated as an Islamic terrorist, which means he’s free to go about his business. Muslims are gloating.

Salah was convicted of funding HAMAS in Israel in 1993, after Israeli authorities found $95,000, which he admitted he was transporting to HAMAS, in his Jerusalem hotel room. He pleaded guilty and then spent four-and-a-half years in an Israeli prison, and America’s Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control put Salah on its list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT). This should have meant that Salah was not allowed back into the U.S. or that he served time in our prisons, as well. But it only meant that Salah would have difficulty getting a mortgage, opening a bank account, or getting a job without the government’s permission (permission that they rarely withheld). And HAMAS terrorist Salah walked America’s streets–the streets of Chicago, in his case–freely. Later, Salah was convicted of lying under oath in a lawsuit filed against him, the Holy Land Foundation, and other HAMAS terrorists and financiers. The lawsuit was filed by the family of David Boim, a 17-year-old American murdered by HAMAS. A court filing, posted below, just made announces the amount.

I told you, last week, that the biggest winner in Barack Obama’s re-election, other than Barack Obama, was Hayes, and that the lawsuit would be quickly settled. And I was right. As I told you, it would be very embarrassing to Barack Obama to have Napolitano and her lesbian girlfriend, Dora Schriro, deposed, along with disgraced former ICE Chief of Staff Suzy Barr. That the Obama administration was willing to pay $175,000 to keep this from happening is pretty clear evidence of the lengths to which Barack Obama is willing to go to cover up embarrassing details of the top people he hires, including the woman who is supposed to be protecting America from terrorists, and is instead protecting gay and lesbian paramours and female sexual harassers. Jill Khawam Kelley was the hand-picked lobbyist for Muslim nations and their agenda at Central Command.

Kelley, who is part of the soap opera that the Petraeus scandal spawned, was in charge of hosting parties and social events to push the Islamic agenda of Middle Eastern countries. She was seen by Muslim Mid-East nations, especially Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, as the “go to” woman to push their agenda on top American generals. She was a lobbyist for their cause and, yet, wasn’t required to register as a lobbyist, like all others who host lavish parties for top American officials, like she did, in an attempt to influence U.S. policy in the Middle East.
