As if we needed to know, one of George W. Bush’s spawn-ettes is letting us know she supports gay marriage and Hillary Clinton for Prez. Told ya they were liberals.

I never liked the Bush daughters, twin princesses of privilege living it up and getting drunk while their faux-conservative Daddy was Prez, and both of ’em apparently voted for Barack Obama. Their mother, Laura, was always a pro-choice liberal, who mocked her own hubby after 9/11, when he said he wanted Osama Bin Laden “dead or alive.” I guess, in the world according to Laura Bush, we shouldn’t have gone after Bin Laden at all and left that “poor man” alone to live the life of a worry-free mass murderer with several wives in the world’s ugliest mansion in Pakistan. Now, her jewelette is chiming in.

In the August 26 print edition issue of People, Barbara Bush tells us all how great she is for living the life of the noblesse oblige in New York City’s Greenwich Village, while she has a four-year relationship with a painter and “creative consultant” (a more BS term for a “job” there isn’t) from Panama and treks around Africa with her intellectual friends helping to solve the Third World’s problems, giving up a planned career in fashion after she saw a young Ugandan girl dying of AIDS. All together now!: Awwwww. We are the world, we are the children. . . . “I’ve spent so much time in Africa, I know the taxi drivers at the airports.” And, yet, she refuses to stay there. Too bad. I was out all day for something having to do with Homeland Security, but shhhhh!, I can’t talk about it. While I was out, though, it turned out that the guy who tried to rob the Louisiana bank, early this morning, and took hostages was a member of the “Religion of Peace.” And yet another of those scintillating, outstanding DREAMers. Twenty-year-old Fuaed Abdo Ahmed, who took two women and a man captive–shooting and killing one of them and critically injuring another–is an immigrant from Yemen. You know, those immigrant kids the Wall Street Journal is telling us are the next Elon Musk or Abraham Lincoln. You know, those kids who are “valedictorians” waiting to happen. Yes, this guy was a naturalized U.S. citizen, but he is no different from others his age who are eligible for DREAMer amnesty, and there are plenty of them who might have done this.

Oh, and did I mention that while his deadly, jihadist bank robbery may have been the result of his self-professed devotion to Islam, it’s already being dismissed as the usual “Halal Twinkie Defense”: that he was a paranoid schizophrenic . . . a condition that seems to affect a disproportionate percentage of followers of Mohammed and his moon god?

Eventually, Ahmed told negotiators he was going to kill the two remaining hostages. State police entered the building just before midnight Tuesday. That’s when Ahmed shot the two hostages and then police shot and killed him, Edmonson said. Charla Ducote, spokeswoman for Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La., said the wounded hostage, LaDean McDaniel, was in critical condition on Wednesday. Jones said she was on life support in the afternoon.

The slain hostage was identified by the sheriff as Jay Warbington. The hostages were both shot with a handgun. Edmonson said Ahmed also had a duffel bag containing items he was going to use to torture the hostages. “His intent was to inflict pain and kill these individuals,” Edmunson said. **** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE – ICE’s Top Cop Responds to Schlussel ****

Hmmm . . . I guess since Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the largest agency in Homeland Security, won’t arrest and deport illegal aliens in our midst, it needs something to do to keep busy. So, ICE agents are taking war souvenirs from American soldiers who risked their lives and limbs in the Middle East and handing ’em back to Muslims who hate us.

Today, I was talking to a friend who sells military equipment and memorabilia. He told me that his grandfather has a Hitler Nazi youth sword, which he brought home from Germany as a souvenir of his experience fighting there in the U.S. Army against the Nazis. I told my friend that those days are over. That’s because, these days, if you find anything–if you take any spoil of victory, any souvenir–our government, specifically the arm that is supposed to be enforcing immigration laws but isn’t, will make sure it goes after you, takes your souvenirs, probably prosecutes you, and then does a photo op with some smiling Muslim official taking it back. It used to be that souvenirs were the tiny perk of risking your life for America. No more.

Imagine, you are a soldier sent to risk your life and limb to hand over a Muslim country from one sect of Muslims who hate us (Sunnis) to another sect of Muslims who hate us (Shi’ites). And while you’re there, you happen upon Saddam Hussein’s sword. But you don’t just take it, because you might get in trouble. So, instead, you make sure you’ve secured permission from your commanding officers and the American authorities, who give you the okay. But, once back in the States, ICE agents–not allowed to enforce immigration laws and with little aim or mission for their agency–are busy scouring auction house listings looking for souvenirs they can repossess for Muslim and Communist governments who are the enemy (whether we admit it or not). The ICE agents order the auction house to cancel the auction for the sword, and they phone the Iraqi Embassy, asking to schedule a photo op for a top Homeland Security official to smile for cameras and show a country full of America-hating Hajjis that we are bending over for them . . . yet again.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. ICE agents, under the Bush Administration took some poor diver’s coins that he found far off the Saudi coast and gave them “back” to the Saudi government, particularly to a Saudi Prince close with Bin Laden. No matter that the coin was minted centuries ago before there were any Saudis or Saudi Arabia or House of Saud to speak of. Then ICE chieftess, Julie Myers a/k/a “The ICE Princess” posed with Prince Turki Al-Faisal, the Bin Laden enabler, smiling with the coins they stole from an American diver who took the risks and found the loot.

Now, it’s ICE’s Director of Investigations (or as it’s now been branded, HSI–Homeland Security Investigations), James Dinkins, posing smilingly with Saddam Hussein’s sword and the Iraqi Ambassador to the U.S. Longtime readers know that I am friendly with and like Detroit-area native Jim Dinkins, who is a mensch and a good guy. And I know that Jim doesn’t set ICE policy (or lack thereof). It’s above his paygrade. But the picture he’s in, above, is silly. And it’s more than that. It’s a disgrace. I don’t think having terminal cancer is an excuse for becoming a drug dealer, killer, and maker of lethal drugs. And, so, I was surprised when I got hooked on AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” the first of the last eight episodes of which debuts tonight. As longtime readers know, I don’t have cable, so I watched the show on DVD, which I mostly checked out of my local library. The show–about high school chemistry teacher Walter White (Bryan Cranston)–has developed a cult following.

To those who do not watch, here’s a “Debbie’s Notes” version of the show. White, a smart, middle class teacher in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is diagnosed with terminal cancer. He figures out that he’ll need almost a million dollars in cash for his family–his wife is pregnant and he has a teen son who has cerebral palsy–to survive after his death. His brother-in-law is DEA Agent Hank (Dean Norris), and while on a ride-along with him, he spots his former student, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul), involved in the meth trade, getting away. Soon, White comes up with the idea of cooking and selling meth to make the money he needs for his family before he dies.

White and Pinkman become partners, kingpins, and killers, but the viewer is always rooting for them, even though what they are doing is wrong and illegal. That’s what troubles me about the series, even though I can’t stop watching and want to know what happens up through the end of this season. (I’m also troubled by the incredible violence in some seasons of the show.) Through it all, White goes into remission after expensive cancer treatment, and his brother-in-law is always on the hunt for “Heisenberg”–White’s drug dealer name on the streets. White and Pinkman best and outsmart all of their competition, including many evil criminals who are competitors and want to put them out of business, as well as kill the bro-in-law DEA Agent Hank. Sorry my movie reviews are up late, but there are eight new movies debuting in theaters this weekend, and I just didn’t have time to finish my reviews of them all before the Jewish Sabbath. Trust me, you didn’t miss much. They are all pretty much dreck, with the best of the bunch–and that’s relative–being the Woody Allen flick and the kids’ movie. Even those weren’t too good, though. I sat through more than a full half day of crap for these reviews. So, better late than never. Or in the case of these movies, maybe it’s better never than late with most of ’em.

* “Elysium“: This is nearly two hours of the most blatant silver screen propaganda I’ve seen in a while. And it’s incredibly boring, predictable, and a waste of your time. It’s a cinematic screed for illegal alien amnesty and Obamacare. Not surprisingly, the movie doesn’t accurately portray how America deals with illegal aliens or healthcare because in this movie, they actually catch and deport almost all illegal aliens. We barely catch or deport any. And we provide all of them with excellent healthcare, better than most Americans get, not as it is portrayed in this movie. Typical Hollywood class warfare yawn-inducing garbage.

The story: it’s the future, and all the poor people are stuck on Earth, where the air is polluted and conditions are horrible and squalid. Strangely, they all speak Spanish, even star Matt Damon who has said in interviews that his character is Hispanic (as are most other people remaining on Earth). The wealthy top percents of people–all of them Aryan, patrician types–live on Elysium–a nearby space station shaped like a giant wheel, where the lawns are lush, it’s always sunny, and everyone lives in a giant mansion. Also, no one is ever sick because they all have a contraption in their homes that looks like a tanning bed, but is instead an instant healer. It scans the body and eliminates all illnesses, including cancer. But it only works on recognized citizens of Elysium. Citizens of both Elysium and Earth have computer chips or tattoos of some sort on their arms that tell the scanner of what state they are citizens. Read the rest of this entry »

Unduly respected idiots like plagiarist Mark Steyn have long applauded immigration because of high immigrant birthrates. But that’s something only a moron–or someone who wants Western countries to become Muslim nations in the long run–would do. Today’s Wall Street Journal reports that the United Kingdom’s birthrate hit a 40-year high in 2012 and that the UK will soon surpass Germany as Europe’s most populous country. Problem is that’s only because Great Britain’s immigrant women–translation: Muslim women–are having far more children than native born Brits. In fact, while the number of births for every thousand UK-born women was only 1.9%, the rate is nearly 20% higher at 2.3% for every thousand immigrant women who enter the UK. The article doesn’t mention Islam, but the religious demography of Great Britain’s immigrants is quite clear: Muslim. There’s a reason Mohammed is the most popular boy’s name among new births in England.

If the only way you replace your population is with births from the religion of terrorism, intolerance, and mass murder, you might as well just die off. It’s suicide either way, and the survival of Western civilization won’t happen. Members of Congress, now considering immigration amnesty for illegal aliens should take note. They want to not only give instant citizenship to those already here legally, but their chains of relatives and friends (whom they claim are relatives) whom they bring here will also get citizenship. They will give birth to more and more of their own and America will be less and less America and more and more Al-Amerika and Aztlan.

The WSJ quotes an expert who says higher fertility is generally a sign of confidence in the future. And, clearly, Muslim immigrants are rightly more confident in their future than the rest of us are in the future of our civilization. And that’s not counting the births to native or first-generation Muslim women there.

The number of births in the U.K. hit a 40-year high in 2012, official data showed Thursday, making it the European Union’s fastest-growing country and adding to forecasts that it will surpass Germany’s population as the bloc’s largest within decades. . . . The Office for National Statistics said there were 813,200 births in the U.K. in the year ended June 2012—the largest number since 1972. There were nearly that many births in the prior 12-month period.

Stuart Basten, research fellow in demography and social policy at Oxford University, who wasn’t involved in the study, attributed the boom most prominently to a shift in which women aged 25 to 29, among them an influx of migrants, are increasingly giving birth. . . . Read the rest of this entry »

As you know, this week marked the beginning of the long overdue trial of Fort Hood Islamic terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan. And as you probably know, the victims and survivors of Hasan’s murderous attack were not awarded Purple Hearts–as they should have been–because the Army, per the Obama Administration’s orders, does not want to treat the attack as an act of terrorism, but, instead, as “workplace violence.” Because of that–because they were not awarded Purple Hearts–ABC News’ Brian Ross reports that the surviving victims say they are getting substandard medical care for their injuries, and they rightfully feel betrayed by the U.S. Army. This Obamanik Secretary of the Army, John McHugh, making excuses for this outrageous treatment of these victims of Hasan, is full of it. It would not jeopardize his trial or any such thing. I really hate using People Magazine as a source for stuff like this. But the magazine’s August 5th issue has a long article about Katherine Russell Tsarnaev, widow and apparent co-conspirator of Boston Islamic terrorist, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The story makes a ton of excuses for Ms. Russell Tsarnaev. But, in it, there are a few interesting tidbits (assuming you can believe a single thing in People, and I’m not so sure), including these:

* “A relative” says that Russell Tsarnaev refuses to give up Islam.

The relative tells People that Russell is listening to rock music and watching movies again, activities once forbidden by her husband. But there’s one concession she refuses to make. “She has made it clear to her entire family that she is a Muslim and will remain a Muslim,” says the relative. “That’s non-negotiable. Over the years, I’ve noted that a significant percentage of doctors and other healthcare professionals who commit healthcare fraud are Muslims, Arabs, or both. This is true not just in Michigan–where Arabs and Muslims are each, at most, two percent of the population–but also in other states with lower Muslim and Arab populations.

Yesterday, Middle Eastern Detroit-area cancer doctor, Farid Fata, MD, was arrested by FBI agents, and his palatial home and several offices were raided. Fata, a renowned oncologist and a graduate of Lebanese University, amassed multi-millions by defrauding Medicare and telling patients who did not have cancer that they did, so that he could give them poisonous, fatal chemotherapy and fraudulently bill Medicare for it. He defrauded the government to the tune of over $35 million dollars. Fata also gave chemo to cancer patients who were at the end stages of life, where chemo would not help them and only made their last days more miserable. But, hey, they’re just “worthless” infidels, and he needed to bill the government, so he could add to those millions and maintain his mansion in ritzy Oakland Township. Read the Federal Criminal Complaint unsealed yesterday against Dr. Fata.

Watch This Shocking Video Report about Dr. Frankenstein Fata, an Utter Monster . . .

According to the complaint, Fata employed hundreds of foreign doctors–most of them Muslims and Arabs–and did not even know if they were licensed to practice medicine. He had those foreign doctors administer the lethal chemotherapy to hundreds of patients per day who did not need it. Many of those foreign doctors are probably not even in the United States legally. (More of those Paul Ryan and Marco Boob-io want to get “out of the shadows” with instant amnesty citizenship. Fabulous!) Some of the surviving family members of Dr. Fata’s patients believe he murdered them, and they are probably right. If you don’t have cancer, and you are given chemo, it’s poisonous and can be fatal. Fata’s had thousands of patients through the many offices of his Michigan Hematology Oncology P.C. company, which employed mostly Muslim and Arab doctors even among those who are licensed to practice medicine here.
