Mondull: 2nd Half of Irrelevant Presidency Says We’re “Racist”
It’s official. The second half of the Peanuts Presidency says we’re racist.
That’s right. Walter Mondale, the dullest politico alive, says that those of us who criticize Barack Obama are racists. Now, I know why it was so important to have a Black President. It wasn’t to “break racial barriers.” Nope. It was to innoculate the latest uber-liberal in the White House from all criticism by playing an easily played race card.
Walter who? He’s the guy who was Jimmy Carter’s Veep and then got trounced–trounced!–atop the Dem ticket by Ronald Reagan in a 49-state sweep. The only states this race-card player won were his home state of Minnesota and the Communist enclave of the People’s Republican of Washington, DC-istan.
The biggest news this has-been failure made in the last two decades was when his daughter Eleanor was on the White House visitors list and Lincoln Bedroom Gymnastics Team when Hillary was away and Bill was looking for some “lovin’.”
So, now this irrelevant second half of America’s worst Presidency in contemporary history, Mondull, spouts this Jimmuh regurgitation:
Former Vice President Walter Mondale joined his old boss Jimmy Carter Wednesday, arguing that some of the opposition to President Obama’s agenda is fueled by racial animus.
Asked at an event in Washington whether he agreed with former President Carter that racism was behind some criticism of Obama, Mondale took a long pause before answering: “Yeah.”
“I don’t like saying it,” Mondale continued. “Having lived through those years, when civil rights was such a bitter issue, and when we argued those things for years … I know that some of that must still be around.”
“I don’t want to pick a person, say, he’s a racist, but I do think the way they’re piling on Obama, the harshness, you kind of feel it,” he said. “I think I see an edge in them that’s a little bit different and a little harsher than I’ve seen in other times.”
Mondull made these comments at a screening of “Fritz,” a documentary on his life in politics. Hmmm . . . how do you document paint drying?
Well, it’s pretty smart to play the race card. He got momentary attention for an irrelevant, waste-of-time movie that would die in oblivion. And will anyway. Just like he will.
