Rick, believe the obsession with Black folks and names is because most Americans like you know that they have either German, Scottish, Irish, English, Italian and other heritages and I think it’s important to know your background. As a student of the Bible, I noticed scripture goes through mind-numbing detail listing folks lineage and heritage. So there must be great importance attached to it.

Unfortunately, as a Black person in America, I really don’t know my historical lineage. It could be Nigeria, Sierra Leon, Ghanadian or whatever. That knowledge was cut off during the slave trade. I suppose I could do an “Alex Haley” and go find my roots, but I’m too busy trying to keep a roof over my head and take care of my family at this time. So in order to somehow connect with a lost lineage, some Black folks call themselves African American. I’m not totally in agreement with it, but I understand the root cause of it. I believe God planted in human beings a strong desire to be connected to our ancestors as evidenced by the all the “who begat who” listed in the Bible..

As far as Debbie saying Black on White violence is in vogue and acceptable, I STRONGLY disagree with her on that. Maybe it is among the thugs and criminal element, but not among most mainstream Black folks that I know (you know, the ones that DON’T make the 6:00 o’clock news because they’re too busy trying to make a living?). I’m not looking for Crazy Al or Rev. Jesse to speak out against it…it’s not their niche or how they hustle their living. But if you search across the “Black blogosphere”, visit Black churches (again, not the ones like Rev. Wright who make the news!), or actually develop some sort of conversational relationship with fellow Americans who happen to be Black, you’ll find that Black on White, Black on Black, or Black on anyone kind of violence is not in vogue with them. And yes, there are Blacks against Black Violence campaigns and have been for years…because we Black folks are the main ones who suffer from Black violence! For example, if I as a Black man die because of violence, there is a 90% chance that the person who did it will look like me. And there is a strong organization of Black mothers nationwide who have lost sons and daughters to Black violence and are sick of it, but the name of the organization escapes me as I write this post. The anger and frustration with the criminal element within our communities is there…you just have to do your own Web search and find the articles and the organizations if you are truly curious about them and not assume it doesn’t exist because it’s not shown on the nightly news.

As for those ignorant knuckleheads (or “ig-nant cut-n-shoot Negroes” as my granddad used to say!) who do choose to engage in such racist violence against Whites, they do so to their own detriment. I hope they realize that the sentences for defendants who commit violent attacks against White folks are quite a bit harsher than if the victim had been Black. For example, in murder cases, I believe a Black defendant is 37% to 40% more likely to receive the death sentence if the victim was White. So they can act a fool if they want to….and watch what happens to them.

When I was in high school, I wanted to decorate my friend’s house for the football game. James Washington, my friend in Algebra, was a football player for our school and I never understood why the pep club didn’t assign members to decorate black players’ homes. So I got my friends together and off we go to James’s neighborhood. The minute we got off the freeway, bottles and rocks started hitting our car and we had to get the hell out of there.

I was naive. I had no idea how racist and intolerant black people were. Of course, I was raised one generation after the drugged-out flower children and it wasn’t right to admit that blacks are intolerant racists.

That incident happened in Oklahoma City.

Later, I was a flight attendant for a major airline based in NY. One day this Eastern-Asian attendant announced to me that she lived in a black neighborhood in NY. I didn’t really know what to say or why she was telling me that, but I said, “Oh, and how is that?”

She said, “It’s fine for me, but it wouldn’t be safe for you.”

I’m sick to death of this lie we’re living in the politically correct USA. I’ve never done anything to black people and I don’t understand why I have to be the “kicking boy” for them in today’s world. I hope the top blows off this issue. I’ve had enough.

As for this incident it is disgusting. No one should feel it is acceptable that certain groups can be murdered because they are in the “wrong neighborhood”. I have been in many “wrong neighborhoods”. Being Hispanic and working or walking through various neighborhoods of all White, all Black, all Hispanic or Asian, there is a difference in the way people look at you. A lot of these crimes are done on people that are physically weaker than them. Most of these guys are scumbags. They won’t go after someone their own size even with a gun.

Alan Keyes, Dr. Walter Williams, and Larry Elder all speak freely on the problems within the black community. They speak freely on the subjects that many in the media are too squeamish to breach. I’m sure there are more but none come to mind. You won’t see any of them on the O’Reilly factor. Thomas Sowell is another that can speak on this issue but the mainstream media will conveniently ignore these men and put on Sharpton, Jackson and that jerk off perfesor hill from columbia because they some how represent.

51% of the murders in America are committed by black males. 25% by illegals. Black males comprise 6% of the population. If there was ever a criminal class indicator, that is likely the strongest statistical indicator there ever was. Black and Male. The statistic is published annually by the FBI as well as the Time Almanac. BY the way, 75% of racial hate crimes appear to be reported as an African American perpetrator. But you have to delve in the FBI stats to get that info. The FBI bunches ethnic/racial/gender groupings to down play the stat. Most under picked on individual? Muslims. 18 cases last year rose to level of believable.

With this country’s history of contentious race relations, I have absolutely no desire to perpetuate any kind of racism by advocating violence against whites. I am a black woman with an extended family that includes whites. Needless to say, I believe that a hate crime is a hate crime no matter what race the victim is or the perpetrator is.

My heart goes out to Mrs. Hill’s family, because this was a senseless crime, motivated by hatred and ignorance. I wouldn’t wish this pain on any family. I am one of the numerous African Americans who go to work 5 days a week, help to support my family, pay taxes, and steer clear of criminal activities. The perpetrator or perpetrators should be held accountable for this atrocity, just as any white person who did the same thing would. Respect and tolerance are a two-way street, and any kind of racially motivated crime does a disservice to everybody.

I live at a job corps where 75% of the people i live with are black and from the various ghettos of NYC and never in my life have i been reminded so many times that i am white. And what Debbie was saying about it being unacceptable for white people to make any kind of hint even of racism all hell breaks loose. And this is very true. But when a black person says something blatant like “you white people think you can sit in the front of the bus” white people are supposed to take it. I don’t understand. In response to all the posters here: I really don’t know why there is so much more black on white violent crime here in America than there is vice versa.

But rather than speculate about an issue in which I don’t know the answers to, here’s a solid piece of advice for everyone: no matter what race you are, no matter where you live, never pack a gun (even legally). It will only get you into hot water with the law, one way or another, especially if you have to fire it. Instead, get in shape, learn western boxing and martial arts (and practice it every single day). Also, carry two cans of mace, one on your person and one in your vehicle, in case you must protect your loved one’s.

After a few years of developing and maintaining physical and mental fitness, I guarantee you: if you’re a law-biding citizen, your body language will display calmness and confidence at all times, and no one will mess with you.

No, you are right. Hate crime laws seem to only persecute white people for their racism. I’m betting the violent shooter won’t be punished under current hate crime laws because of his ethnicity. It is not the fault of blacks, but of the MSM in promoting the view that only whites are capable of racism, and that victims of their colonialization are somehow morally superior. It’s a fallacy that has perpetuated these crimes just like the ones white people commited in recent history. As long as the Sharptons and Jacksons are around, all societal ills, from poverty to crime are white people’s fault to poor black men. I’m sure most middleclass black men are less concerned about what Whitey has done to them in their past, and probably live in a white majority neighborhood. I hate to say this, but it is probably safer for a white woman to stay in a white enclave where whites are the majority population at these times right now. Before you call me a racist, just check the statistics, hard to argue with numbers. Until things change, Lindsey Castle is right, but unfortunately for the wrong reasons. However, black on black crime is a greater problem than even black on white crime. When I see a black person convicted under federal hate crime laws for killing a white, i’ll change my position, but until then, this author is very much right. Had the story been reversed, I’m sure some legislation would have gone through and the perpetrator would have been convicted to the fullest extent of the law with no chance of parole. I do sincerely believe that most blacks would disagree strongly with this man’s action and condemn him just the same as I would. But nope, as it stands, until minorities are punished under federal hate crime laws for their crimes against white people, I believe the scales of justice are tipping in their favor. I just hope when we are the minority if they’ll uphold their racist policing to protect us from such horrors that intolerant minds are capable of. Doubt it.

At the risk of repeating myself, I was writing when my computer went down. I took a vacation day today from my 60 hour a week job and hung an anti-Obama bumper sticker on my car. It wasn’t disrespectful and didn’t call any names, only “1/21/12 OBAMA’S LAST DAY”. I drove to a local store and when I came out, I saw a black woman digging into my bumper with a tire gauge or something to remove the sticker. Three other black women were sitting in another car cheering her on. I demanded to know what the hell business she had defacing my car. She screamed that I was a cracker, who the f*** did I think I was, that ‘He da best prez more den any cracker who got in there’. I surprised even myself by blurting out that, as one cracker to one nigger, we all have rights to say what we like and what we don’t. She and her buddies made a move to physically attack me. I dialed 911 on my cell and they hightailed it out of the parking lot. As they retreated in the usual cowardly way of blacks, I got a glimpse of THEIR bumper stickers: OBAMA/BIDEN. FRIENDS DON’T LET FRIENDS VOTE REPUBLICAN. DEATH TO PALIN. Someone please tell me why only the blacks and liberals get to speak their piece, and the rest of us continue to shut up. Here’s one ‘cracker’ who will no longer be silenced. Call me a cracker and you know what I’ll call you. I noted that, even on this blog, people keep referring to that as ‘the N word’. Why don’t we drop the politically correct courtesy to savages who don’t know what courtesy is? The blacks and their dunderhead leaders had best wake up before it’s too late for them. It’s quite sad really, especially when she tried to vaguely call for a “race riot” with her “it’s time from a white uprising” comment. I know someone will try to put a spin on her words, but in all honestly, what could she POSSIBLY mean by that? It sounds as if her anger got the best of her. A trait of the weak willed and potentially unstable(mentally).

Well, lets be honest when people say a few bad eggs, spoiling it for other folks. Just by the statistics blacks have about 12% of the population and about a 50 percent share of prison population. Alot of black on white crime is not reported as a racial incident even though when a black criminal is looking for a victim they end up picking a white person because thier ideas are that whites are law abiding citizens and easy victims. I know this because i am black and have friends that have been locked up for things and that is exactly how they picked thier victims. Its time for blacks to stop hiding behind color and start opening up to fair judgement as individuals in this society without any racial exceptions.

All of the race riots were due to white violence against blacks. Tulsa race riots on Greenwood was due to white hatred and racism against rich blacks by jealous whites.
