Will America Be the Next France?

By

11/08/05–When I wrote this May 2002 column on France and its radical Muslim population resulting from uncontrolled borders, I predicted violence worse than the wildings in Central Park. Unfortunately, over the last two weeks, French Muslims from North Africa proved me correct, 3.5 years later. The column is as newsworthy today as it was then–perhaps more so.

Will America be the next France-and become a radical Muslim country?

Or will it remain the home of the free and the brave?

That depends upon whether you agree with President Bush or Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-Colorado) on immigration.

Bush wants to open the floodgates and Tancredo wants real reform.

Bush wants amnesty for all illegal immigrants currently in the U.S. – to grant them citizenship. This will be the last time, he promises. We’ve heard this before. In the ’80s, Congress passed identical illegal immigrant amnesty legislation. That was the last time they’d ever do it. They promised. But now is really the last, last time. Or so they claim, until the next time, which will be the last, last, last time. And so on.

To add insult to injury, Bush, with the aid of Arab-American Congressmen, like Hezbollah mega-fan Darrell Issa (a/k/a Jihad Darrell) (R-California) and Nick Joe Rahall (D-WV), have repeatedly passed legislation to make it easier for undesirables to immigrate to this country.

Why is Bush doing this? That’s easy. We are being shamelessly henpecked by Mexican President Vicente Fox and a host of pro-immigration radical Muslim groups operating within our borders. They know that the amnesty program doesn’t differentiate between Mexican illegals and those who pledge loyalty to Al-Qaeda while planning homicide bombings and other terrorism.

Instead of thinking, “Gee, the Census reported at least 100,000 illegal Middle Eastern immigrants, all of whom are potential terrorists,” White House political director Ken Mehlman and senior Bush political advisor Karl Rove took Tancredo to the woodshed.
Rep. Tancredo, head of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus, complained that Bush’s “open door” border could lead to more terrorism on our shores. “Then the blood of the people killed will be on this administration and this Congress.”

If we do not listen to Tancredo, President Bush will help make this country into a nation ruled by radical Islam-maybe even democratically elected, at first.

That’s France’s problem. With few controls on immigration, there are now between 5 and 10 million Muslim Arabs in that country of 60 million. The range in numbers of Muslims there is so vast because nobody knows for sure exactly how many there are. One thing is for sure: in the next 50 to 100 years-maybe sooner-France will become a Muslim nation. Demographics dictate it.

There is a reason Yasser Arafat’s wife, Suha, and daughter reside in safety and comfort in France. The country is dominated by Arab Muslim immigrants from North African countries–Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Tunisia, by the way, was home to Arafat and his terrorists for much of his pre-Palestinian Authority exile.

Remember Zaccarias Moussaoui, now standing trial as the would-be 20th hijacker of 9-11? He’s a French national of Algerian descent. (Last summer, before 9-11, French intelligence warned the FBI that he received training in Al-Qaeda camps. But while in France, he was untouched by those same authorities-just as his computer hard-drive was untouched by our authorities prior to 9-11, due to an over-abundance of Bush political correctness.)

Right now, Islam is the second largest religion in France. There would be nothing wrong with that, if it were a moderate form of Islam, such as Sufism. But the raging anti-Semitism and violent crime-wave of gangs that has accompanied the increase in Muslim immigration and birth in France is illustrative of radical Islam. Don’t like the wilding of New York’s Central Park thugs, or the gangs of South Central? You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.

Come to France’s city of Roubaix, which The Atlantic’s Christopher Caldwell nicknames “The Harlem of France.” With over 40 percent immigrants, mostly Middle-Eastern, unemployment is 26 percent, crack and other drug use is high, and so is welfare dependence. The unions, controlled by “Maghrebians” (North Africans, ie., Arabs) only hire Maghrebians. Violence rules.

Aside from the massive Arab Muslim immigration, there is French reproduction. It’s no coincidence that France was one of the first countries to use RU-486. Its non-Muslim Arab population practices birth control like nobody’s business. They are not reproducing much. Contrast that with the high birthrate of Muslims in France, most of whom are religious and do not use birth control.

None of these factors is exclusive to France. They can, will, and already have been exported to the U.S. due to lax immigration restraints. That is why groups like the Dearborn, Michigan-based Arab American Political Action Committee-a group whose officials support homicide bombers–stressed relaxed immigration policy as a requirement for endorsing candidates at all levels. That included endorsed candidate George W. Bush, who fiercely competed with Al Gore for that endorsement.

It is also why groups like Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)-a Hamas front-group, according to former FBI Counterterrorism Chief Oliver “Buck” Revell-support weak immigration restraints. In 1993, CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper told the Minneapolis Star Tribune, “I wouldn’t want to create the impression that I wouldn’t like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future.”

Similarly, Islamic Society of North America President and Hamas supporter Muzammil Siddiqi, said, “Allah’s rules have to be established in all lands, and all our efforts should lead to that direction.” (Pakistan Link, “Issues and Questions,” Oct. 18, 1996). He’s the one who delivered the Muslim prayer at the National Cathedral Service and then hung out with the President at the White House, just after 9-11.

President Bush is a little too comfortable with radical Islamists who support free immigration to the U.S. with subversive motives. Like he said, “You’re either on our side or the terrorists’ side.”

I know on which side Congressman Tancredo is. The question is, on whose side is President Bush?

America must not become La Prochaine (Next) France.

Debbie:
When will oyu and the rest of my heroes get it right? They are not “illegal aliens”; they are not “illegal immigrants”; they are foreign invaders and should be treated as such.
Kill them all, let God sort them out.

What I want to know is why do we have to put up with the tail wagging the dog in this situation. Why can’t we, as citizens, make citizen arrests and help to deport the criminal aliens?

Until the right and the left finally decide that they are not each others enemy and start looking within to see who really are, I can only see a continuing down spiral in this country.
Debbie, your comment about which side GWB is really on is very telling. His open border stance is beyond rational thinking. I am a Republican and proud of it, but I don’t think we elected the most qualified or deserving person as our leader. I’ve espoused it before and I will yet again: I believe that he got elected twice only because the Democrats had such lousy candidates to oppose him. Being a staunch moral man with strong convictions is nice, but it just doesn’t cut it as qualifying as the free worlds leader. I can only see him as continually fighting off the Dems superfluous charges for the next three years and bumbling his way to retirement. Unfortunately, he will propably take some good senators and congressman down with him. If that happens in sufficient numbers, god help us with the Democrats in charge. Me thinks it’s time for some of those good men/women to abandon ship. Our party is in desperate need of a transfusion.

I voted for President Bush in both 2000 and 2004. He’s made mistakes before, but this one is out of order. The problem with the invaders is that the politicans and the media are putting a very dangerous spin title on them, “illegal aliens”. They’re breaking the law, They’re invaders! Criminal invaders!!! The jihadist see this and know that the only thing that will happen is that they’ll get deported back across the border. But who is to say that they haven’t set something in motion? Laid the beginnings for another 9/11 type attack? Our border are so lax, this could be true!!! We need to arm ourselves, anti gun crowd be damned, and as private citizens defend our borders. The minutemen need to be given commendations for doing their part in keeping this country secured. President Bush needs to get it together as far as the borders are concerned. He starting to look like Bill Clinton on this issue, and thats not good!!! We all know that he didn’t care about National Security!!! September 11th, 2001 is our proof!!!

hi everyone—an excellent column and some of the most insgihtful comments i’ve read on the web BUT—GWB isn’t ‘one of us’—he’s an oligarch—connected. One important connection is to Brown-Harriman which is a group that owns a portion of the federal reserve. the goal of the elite to which he belongs is virtual enslavement of all but the elite—who apparently believe common people should work our whole lives and have little to show for it but debt due to borrowed money—from them. their allegiance is not to the US but to themselves. they have no interest in sealing the us-mexico border (which by the way, would require a great wall of china-style barrier). they are not interested in sealing the border because doing so would prevent the parity they are attempting to create between the US and mexico and other countries like it—countries where the std. of living isn’t so high—where the masses have little time for researching, learning and discovery—especially with regard to who is really in control—if bush had an interest in sealing the border, it would be done with relative ease—he does not have such an interest and unfortunately, neither will his successor be he or she repugnican or dummycrat (i need not disparage any other party because the aforesaid two have a strangelhold on us politics). regardless of who is elected, you may be certain that the individual who “wins” in this fraud of a democracy will be one of them: a member of the ruling elite who will mystify rational, thinking patriots with their refusal to do what makes logical sense in order to better this nation. so instead of hoping for a sealed border, the us govt minting money instead of a group of wealthy families disguised as a govt. entity; instead of a plan to exit iraq with dignity for us and our brave soldiers, a plan to wean us from arab/opec oil, real tax reform, real prison reform (who cares about the torture of us prisoners? terrorists housed at abu ghraib were forced to wear panties on their heads); instead of a plan to stop the monopolization of all us business,a plan to stop the spread of legalized gambling (and crime that follows it), a real war against drugs, a secure and plentiful water and food supply, a war on us poverty, a plan that would afford some security regarding interest rates and a govt that prevents big business from gouging consumers for necessities such as gasoline—> instead of hoping for all or even any of that, wake up, smell the coffee and realize that it will not happen because our government has become corrupt. imagine our choices for 2008—hillary? (dear Lord please help us)kerry? (apocalypse now)condoleeza?(sure) mccain? (fat chance) jeb? (even fatter); anyone with half a chance to make it, will be someone so wealthy, so powerful and so connected to the not-so-NWO (for lack of a better acronym) that we will get more of the same and worse. anyone who could have helped(e.g. pat buchanan) will be so swiftly and surely demonized by the elite controlled media that he/she wouldn’t stand the chance of hell in high water not to mention that he’d lack sufficient funding in the first hopeless place—our only hope is faith in Christ (unto salvation—“pistevo” in the original Greek) and prayer to God in the name of Jesus)—may the Lord continue to bless the US in spite of its apostasy.

Bravo, Sarkozy!

Nicholas Sarkozy, the French interior minister, is setting a very good example by making efforts to deport Muslim rioters who were illegal immigrants.
