Thomas Homan: Trump’s Disgusting New Immigration Chief – Obama Ties, Exposed Genitals Rubbed On Phones, Gun Left @ Strip Club, Lied Under Oath, Suicides

By Debbie Schlussel

illegalalienssmaller2.jpgicebadgeupsidedown.jpg

Late last night, I got news from many upset ICE agents that President Trump appointed Thomas Homan–a man with a history of very blatantly disgusting, unprofessional, and unlawful behavior AND strong ties to the Obama Administration–to the position of Acting Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). At ICE, Homan is known as “The Clamshell” for exposing his scrotum to employees previously in his law enforcement career. He also lied under oath, rubbed his anus on phones of fellow employees, and left his gun at a strip club while drunk. And under his leadership, several of his employees committed suicide.

I’m told by some at ICE that this is only temporary, but others think this is an audition for the permanent job. Let’s hope not. Longtime readers of this site will be familiar with Tom Homan’s, um, hijinks . . . any one of which would get anyone in the private sector fired immediately. But there’s more.

Yesterday, Trump rightfully fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates for refusing to rule that his immigration Executive Orders are legal, despite career Justice Department attorneys holding that they are in fact legal. But in addition to that, many news reports said the President also fired Daniel Ragsdale, who has been running ICE–the agency charged to enforce immigration law. Ragsdale was and remains a bad guy, but Trump didn’t exactly fire Ragsdale, then the acting ICE Director. He just demoted him to Deputy Director. Ragsdale is still there at ICE. And the guy Trump appointed to “run” the place, Homan is pretty bad. Homan has been running ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), which oversees deportation of illegal aliens, for several years during the Obama Administration. And he’s run it into the ground. Maybe that’s why the Obama White House honored the guy with an award.

In 2014, I’m told by ICE agents, five ICE officers and agents committed suicide. Four of them were under Homan’s command in ERO, my sources say. But that’s only a small part of why Tom Homan is entirely inappropriate to head ICE the largest agency in Homeland Security. Sadly, in government, the dung rises to the top. As readers will recall, in 2013, I wrote all about Tom Homan’s career of sickening, juvenile behavior (with apologies to juveniles for the comparison). Here are the high . . . I mean, LOWlights:

DebbieSchlussel.com has heard repeated stories of his disgusting behavior throughout his career at the INS and then ICE. The stories, with identical details, were repeated by several ICE sources who’ve worked with Homan and who cannot believe this person is still employed with the federal government, especially since his outrageous behavior makes him and our national security vulnerable to terrorist blackmail. Many current and former ICE and INS employees who worked with Homan wonder why he’s not on the sex offenders registry for exposing himself to them at the office.

Here are just a few of the Tom Homan “incidents”:

* Genitals-on-Phones:

It is well-known among his ICE and former INS co-workers that Homan used to go into fellow employees’ offices when they were away and rub both ends of the employees’ telephone handsets on his bare butt crack and testicles. Once the victims returned to their offices, sources say Homan would call them, so that the phone handset–now swarming with his genital and anal DNA–would touch their ears and mouths.

Attention, ICE personnel: if Tom Homan visits your office, best to wipe it down with Purell afterward.

* “Look at My Clam-Like Genitals”:

Anyone who worked with Tom Homan at INS in Phoenix back in the 1990s is all too familiar with Tom Homan’s genital area because, sources say, he walked around the office exposing himself. Agents say that he would frequently unzip his pants zipper, expose his scrotum, and say, “Look at the clam! Look at the clam!” (I suppose we should be relieved he didn’t allegedly shout, “Look at the crabs!”) It should tell you something about the former INS that it had an agent who did this . . . and yet that agent was employed until the last day of the INS’ existence. It should tell you a lot about ICE that this agent is now in ICE’s leadership and that his predilection for spreading his nether bacteria and display its “similarities” to sea life didn’t detract from his rise to the top.

* Guns ‘N’ Strippers:

Homan apparently likes to frequent strip clubs. Once, when he was getting a table dance from a stripper, er . . . “exotic dancer,” in Phoenix, he took off his Government-issued gun. And he was so drunk, he apparently left his weapon in the strip club. For those not familiar: law enforcement leaving their service weapons behind for the public is a huge no-no. It’s grounds for major discipline and can also be the basis for termination. But not for Tom Homan.

* Lying Under Oath to ICE Investigators:

Homan bragged to third parties that he lied under oath to ICE Office of Professional Responsibility investigators when they questioned him in an investigation and when he testified at a hearing. The ICE agents for whom he lied were also found to have lied under oath and were fired. And, yet, Homan was promoted. So when Mr. Homan raises his right hand and is sworn in–as he was at the U.S. House hearing I wrote about this summer–it’s meaningless. How do you know he’s lying? His lips are moving.

So how did such a disgusting, immature, and incompetent man like Homan get this job?

Easy. He was hand-picked by former Obama immigration chief John Moron Morton, Morton’s chosen deputy Dan Ragsdale (a gay employee who openly discriminates against straight male ICE agents) to run ICE’s deportation division now known as Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), and Beth Gibson, another member of ICE’s gay mafia who was a top ICE official at the time. Homan is close with another ICE corruptocrat, the recently retired John Torres, who improperly used ICE resources to get jobs for his pregnant extra-marital girlfriend, pay his baseball idol Tommy Lasorda thousands of dollars for a speech (which had no relevance to ICE), and go to Major League Baseball games (for which he improperly accepted free tickets).

So how did Tom Homan get the job? He retired at the beginning of the year, and ICE agents at headquarters told me they haven’t seen him in weeks. So he knows somebody high up at the Trump White House. Somebody who doesn’t care that Homan was one of Obama’s top immigration non-enforcers . . . the very reason the Obamaniks appointed Homan to head ERO.

Last night on Twitter, several conservatives tweeted (follow me on Twitter) that Homan is a “cop’s cop” and is “eager to deport people.” But how do they know that? Because they read (and eagerly believes) a disgustingly gushing Washington Post article by “reporter” Lisa Rein, which consisted of endless self-puffery quotes by the incompetent Homan. Along with those quotes and the rest of her verbal Lewinsky to Homan, Rein cooed about his “strawberry-blond crew cut and baby-blue eyes.” Eeeuuuww, I just threw up in my mouth a little. Get a room, woman. By the way, somebody needs glasses. That “strawberry-blond” hair left the building a decade ago, Ms. “Reporter.” So, it’s official: Washington Post reporter Lisa Rein is a chubby-chaser. Maybe somebody in the Trump Administration is, too?

In any event, Tom Homan is a bad guy with a series of nasty incidents throughout his Government career. He’s a serial malefactor, who shouldn’t be anywhere near ICE’s leadership or anywhere near Government.

Again, even if only temporary, Tom Homan is an example of the sh-t rising to the top. If Donald Trump really wants to drain the swamp, he also needs to flush that toilet.

***

In fairness, one career ICE official whom I respect says that it is good that Ragsdale was pushed out (sort of), and that Homan, who came from the INS, does have experience in deportation and a career of immigration experience. Yeah, it’s all his other, uh, “experiences” that are the problem.

Some sources are also surprised that Trump didn’t pick top ICE official Peter Edge–a much more polished and professional guy–for the job. And they’re surprised that the much-reviled Obama-ite, Daniel Ragsdale wasn’t completely fired, but rather put back in, as a deputy director. He was completely incompetent. What is Trump thinking?

Scary. If this is any indication of what Ted Cruz said, that with Trump we’d get whatever Madame Slickness was bringing, then we’d better buckle up. This is BEYOND scary that this guy is anything but a sanitation man in a town with a population of one.

Sounds Like Prez Trump needs 2 slow down a bit & B more specific on some of his (Ideas).
Blowing the S*** out of ISIS HQ would B a recommendation.
Unfortunately, too many people don’t want an ending of these wars since they’re making so much money, Greed is everywhere.

Well done Debbie. Why isn’t the conservative Trumpkin media picking up on this and citing Debbie? Because they are Trumpkins no matter what. Just like the Obama cult, can’t say one bad word about their idol.

Lawrence on January 31, 2017 at 10:34 am

    ” Conservative Trumpkin Media ” ?!

    Are you serious ?

The only thing close to a conservative media are various websites and blogs.

There is nothing conservative of television or large volume print sites except the NRA and they’re attuned to only one issue.

Talk radio has some large audience conservatism. But it is listened to mostly by people who and when they are driving.

    You define the
    ” Conservative Trumpkin Media ”

    I say there is none.

JayPee on January 31, 2017 at 9:42 pm

I worked for Homan and I never heard of or saw the behavior you are talking about. I can see where some slugs might have tried to tarnish the man’a reputation. If you worked then you had no problems but if you didn’t work. watch out.

Dee on January 31, 2017 at 11:01 am

So then, there’s no documented evidence of the gun at the strip club scene? Debbie waved her magic wand, and brought it out of thin air, Dee?

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on January 31, 2017 at 11:08 am

Did she show you some proof or did she just quote hersay.

I worked for the man from 1998 to 2003. I never ever heard of a bad word said about the man. If you have documentation then put up or shut up. Let’s deal in facts.

Dee on January 31, 2017 at 1:50 pm

Dee, we need a more credible source than you. You are a long-time dive-bomber here…always contrarian and never backing up what you disagree with because you can’t and even if you could you would lose the debate. You swoop in quick & jet out…leaving NOTHING substantial but small poo balls of contrarianism.

Knowing that we know that about you…and perhaps that you are the sort who would cover for a bad guy just because he was good to you (yeah, you would be one of THOSE…) you don’t exactly have much cred. If you do leave it for once. But I suspect someone like you has had to pick up their phone with the “Clam-Man’s” crabs and anal vapours all over them. Ew…

And everyone else…if you’re debating a fool with TDS, alert them that here is a place they can credibly hit the President hard…believe me, they need the help because per usual it’s all unfounded and hyperbolic palaver they’re rolling their eyes and gnashing their teeth about…

Hey Dee, SCHMUCK!!! I took ONE ANGLE of Debbie’s story with which to approach you from. All you had to do was post ONE reliable link from an AUTHORITATIVE source to prove just ONE of Debbie’s angles was wrong, but . . .

you chose to get personal, SCHMUCK!!! ONE link. Dealing in facts, ehhhhhhhh??? You’re everything Skunky said you are and . . .

      MORE!!!

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on January 31, 2017 at 10:36 pm

WOW, I deal in facts. I would hope that no one would ever post cap like that about you. If, the alligators had merit then, the should have been addressed by OIG. The fact that this is a rehash of an article that Debbie wrote two years ago says it all. No facts, No evidence. smear campaign

Dee on February 2, 2017 at 2:37 pm

You say you deal in facts, but you’ve presented nothing, Dee. Where’s the Homan contingent’s law suit against Debbie, resulting in her disbarment?

Just ONE of these FACTS, Dee, just ONE FACT, . . . PLEASE.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on February 2, 2017 at 3:35 pm

What was Trump thinking? The main problem, I am coming to believe, is that he doesn’t think at all. He emotes. ICE seems to be a nest for sociopaths.

Best line to date

MrBigBrain on January 31, 2017 at 2:02 pm

It just occurred to me: Susie Barr, ICE Chief of Staff during the first Obama term, took a rather direct approach to approaching male employees for party favors. Debbie wrote about her more than once. Ms. Barr ultimately had to resign.

Primetime on January 31, 2017 at 2:10 pm

I’ve heard this turd was approved by McCain and his boyfriend Lindsay.

Elmo II on January 31, 2017 at 3:28 pm

On another note, I don’t get it. Trump does some outstanding things, like firing the acting AG, then turns around and does things like this. He must have some motive in mind.

BTW, you’re a wild woman on Twitter Debbie.

Elmo II on January 31, 2017 at 3:32 pm

I know Tom Homan personally, and he truly cares about the ICE mission and public safety. And just for the record – anyone who has served in the military or law enforcement understands ‘bathroom humor’. I’m not saying these things did or didn’t happen, just that we all need to chill the hell out. He’s a good man who does his best to preserve the integrity of immigration law. And he’s done it under more than one administration within the framework of BS that he’s been handed.

Little Doc on January 31, 2017 at 5:34 pm

I worked for Tom Homan from 2011 to 2015 when I retired, and know him to be an officer’s type of leader. If you are an officer/agent, I know that Homan will support and understand you. Homan took his marching orders from his President (then Obama), and he will do what President Trump asks of him. I’m sure that he is happy that Obama and his reign of terror are over. I highly respect Homan who is a survivor, and during the time I worked for him I never once saw or heard him behave other than professional. Homan is a good person and will make a great director.

Michael LeFavour on January 31, 2017 at 7:44 pm

Sorry Deb – I’ve seen them all. Nasty sociopathic liars, sleazy pigs and political hacks. Suzie the retard Barr – AKA the pole dancer who slept her way through ICE with subordinates, Beth Gibson, a piece of shit who who denigrated officers and did everything she could to strip them of their enforcement authorities, – and who because of an illegal personnel practice by that rat bag Morton is currently embedded within the DOJ in a plumb job in Colorado – so she could be near her girlfriend (Trump administration should look into that one) to John Torres a sociopathic liar who slept around and steamrolled anyone who contradicted him, Jim Hayes who scored nine out of nine in a job interview but who somehow got selected for a position he was not qualified for – and who slept with subordinates and abused government travel regulations so he could shack up with girlfriends along the way. I worked with Homan for years, mostly in the field and for a short time at HQ before retiring. He is not pure evil like the others mentioned. The time I knew him he was a hard charger who was always approachable and who supported his employees and the mission. His knowledge of the law and his ability to deal with congress will only help ICE in the coming days.

belugajedi on January 31, 2017 at 8:32 pm

And aside from “Dee” who COINCIDENTALLY worked with Homan, we can only hope that the others who claimed to have worked with him, have perhaps shed another light on the man. At least they didn’t choose to mix it up and get personally insulting with people.

We can only hope that their testimony is reliable. I’d like to think of Trump as making smart moves, but so far, only some of them seem that way. Some GOOD ones so far, but only some.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on January 31, 2017 at 10:40 pm

I worked with Tom Homan in Enforcement and Removal Operations, and I do support him leading ICE through the transition. If he has Obama ties for playing the music he was given, then so do I and all the other Agents / Officers. Now we have Trump ties, and some also go back further to 41 or 42. That’s the way it works, nobody states their conscience publicly like Sally Yates. Respect to Mr. Morales for putting his name to his comments above, I however am not retired. As Debbie frequently calls for critical thinking here I’ll take a shot.

The original 2013 DS story about the testimony about reverse escorts was true as portrayed by the witness. Mr. Homan and all top DHS officials who oversee law enforcement staff making high salaries all know about the annnual, statutory overtime cap of 35,000 and the per-paycheck limit (less-than or equal to freshman Congressman – ha!!). It is illegal to let staff from one field office go over the cap to meet the mission. The Secretary has to approve. Hence the reverse escorts. Also untrue in context of that story was stating ICE has juvenile beds. By law (see numerous stories about juvenile border surges and the asylum loophole) DHS gives custody of unaccompanied juveniles to Health and Human Services. I personally have done these missions, it is legit. ICE has family beds, another topic. By the way Mr. Homan was responsible for fixing the problem: ICE privatized these reverse escorts since the juveniles are not in DHS custody, it works better getting them to HHS.

As to the lying to OPR investigators- if it were true in any case, all federal law enforcement staff in that situation are blacklisted by the local US Attorneys Office. Called a ‘Giglio’ issue, the government has to tell the defense if there’s a credibility issue. If someone is approved for transfer or getting hired, it follows them. The easier thing to do is fire the employee and that does happen. So in this case it is highly unlikely (I don’t personally know) he lied. I also don’t believe he would lie, based on working with him. Go Tom, ignore the hate, for the short time you can make a difference.

The REAL story is Mr. Ragsdale’s demotion after being his boss for years. What’s with that? Hopefully a sign that the administration will be as pro-enforcement as possible.

06_Reader on February 1, 2017 at 4:14 pm

Come on Debbie, You think Pete Edge should be ICE Director because Homan is soft on immigration? Pete is a good guy, but he know ZERO about immigration. he would enforce less immigration than Ragsdale. He would do 99% customs stuff. I mean that’s OK, if you don’t wont any of Trump’s immigrations stuff done.

Jake on February 1, 2017 at 5:49 pm

“Anyone who worked with Tom Homan at INS in Phoenix back in the 1990s is all too familiar with Tom Homan’s genital area because, sources say, he walked around the office exposing himself.”

He walked around the OFFICE exposing himself! Did anyone notify the head of the department? If so, WHY wasn’t he dismissed? I’d like to see more official documentation too. Not saying what Debbie has written is not true….so many smear campaigns going on in the political world that I am not very trusting of emails and comments (hearsay) smearing a person. A full investigation into all of this should be going on. It’s one of the most disgusting behaviors that I have heard of … ever! The Dems are all over this and will make it public, add more of their own smears and if it IS true, more power to the Dems! Trump will be making a big mistake to keep this this guy around without these allegations being dealt with.

Where's the Proof? on February 1, 2017 at 6:17 pm

Though it’s off topic, I’d like to give my 2 cents on the Jerusalem embassy and the Jewish Holocaust controversy.

First, even IF Trump eventually moves the embassy, and that’s by no means a given, he’s disgraced himself by attempting to walk back his repeated promise to move the embassy. The truly lame excuses he’s giving truly lack even the slightest credibility (Arab backlash, allied opposition, etc)

You’d have to be living in a cave not to be aware of the opposition- the opponents of the move have been making the same threats for years, especially before and after the election, so for Trump to use that as an excuse is disgusting. He also pointed out that previous presidents “changed their minds” after they took office. It simply means that Trump intends to join Bush,Clinton, etc as being bald face liars who break their word and turn Arabist after they’re elected.

Trump’s behavior after the failure to mention Jews in his Holocaust remembrance statement is also disgraceful.

It’s certainly possible someone could pay tribute to victims of the Holocaust without mentioning Jews by name because the person assumed everyone knew the Jews were the main victims of the Holocaust.Fine. However, AFTER the oversight is pointed out, it’s expected the person would acknowledge the oversight, apologize for the hurt they may have caused Holocaust survivors and move on.

Instead, Trump made things MUCH worse by not only refusing to acknowledge the oversight, but rather he and/or his staff have decided to double down and even flirt with the Holocaust denial crowd by justifying the oversight by stating that there were many other victims besides the Jews.

Since Trump first announced his candidacy,Ive had serious doubts about his fitness for the office. These latest episodes are not assuaging those doubts.

Scott on February 2, 2017 at 1:20 am

There were many other victims beside the Jews and our President has risen in stature for having mentioned them. Now, if he would only stop US taxpayer bucks being squandered on Israel then he will become a truly great President.

BC: You’re clearly ignorant. The Holocaust was only about Jews and the Nazis’ attempt to eliminate them form the planet. Yes, there were certainly millions of other, non-Jewish victims of the Nazis during World War II but they were not part of the Holocaust. Anyone who thinks they were simply isn’t educated on what the term Holocaust means and what it refers to. The Final Solution was about the Jews. So was Kristallnacht. So were most of the laws the Nazis enacted about not doing business with Jews, not allowing Jews in many higher professions or in universities, etc. None of that happened to anyone else. Just the Jews. DS

Buffalo Bill, taxpayer bucks are being squandered on aid to dozens of nations who never pay it back. Taxpayer bucks are being squandered on programs that were originally part of LBJ’s Great Society. 22 trillion in the first 50 years, how’s things in the ghetto for all that money spent?

Taxpayer bucks are being squandered on giving hundreds of millions of dollars in various forms of welfare for non-citizens, and citizens who love to cheat the system.

But taxpayer bucks are being WELL SPENT in protection of Israel, a nation surrounded by the 57 states that the previous “president” claimed he visited on the campaign trail. And those 57 states, including a LOT of other people in the world, want Israel gone, and every Jew in the world as well.

But you already know that. Easier to play ball with Muslims, eh, Buffalo Bill? Easier to make friends with people who are 1 out of ever 4 on earth, rather than a people who number 1 out of every 520. Is that about right?

Tom Homan has got to be the best leader that ERO’s had. He genuinely cares about his officers and the mission, irrelevant of politics. I don’t know if these “stories” of Tom are true or not but I honestly could care less as all I have seen from him has been professionalism and taking care of his officers. He is a true leader that cares about his people.

I hope he is offered the job officially and he is confirmed by congress, that would make ICE a better agency to work for irrelevant of who the president is…

I’ll tell ya what, Dee, TROLL!!! Come to the bottom here. You’ve presented no facts of your claim that Debbie’s story isn’t factual. Dee, are you there? Is this Dee? Do I have Dee on the line? HELLOOOOOO???????????

Okay, Dee, let’s try this instead. Let’s take substance in baby steps. We’ll get BACK to the facts part soon enough. Remember my riddle a few articles back? Care to take a stab at it? Let’s see your power of reasoning, THEN we’ll get to your substanceless claims.

And isn’t it interesting, that with all due respect to those who might be REAL, since you put up your first trolling post, 113,254 people, or perhaps bots, have come to say they worked for Homan, and that he’s the greatest thing since Ben Franklin harnessed electricity.

Or are you all just a Ho, man? LOL!!!

NOW, Dee, or anyone else. I mean, if Debbie was as wrong as the number of trolls who come on here maligning her and accusing her of not having her facts in order, do you realize the magnitude if those claims were true? She would have been barred not just in the 57 states that the previous president visited on the campaign trail, but the other 236 as well.

She also would have had her law license revoked in about 1,567 countries, and at last count, there’s only about 200 countries.

SO, how ’bout dat riddle, or do I need to retype it? Let’s start small and work our way up. I’m in the mood to play tonight, and for once, . . .

I also have the time.

Thomas Homan, AKA Tommy the Retard, AKA Short Bus Tommy, previously gave false testimony to Congress on behalf of the Obama administration, which means that he has absolutely no moral compass or sense of duty to the country that he should be serving, as well as doing anything to he can to enrich himself and gain promotion. I have also heard from people that worked for him in Phoenix and they confirmed what Debbie states. Exposing your genitals is not bathroom humor. A former Special Agent in Charge was prosecuted and jailed for doing exactly that. Just the false testimony alone should bar Tommy from maintaining a security clearance—why does he still have one?

My sources tell me that Tommy was the acting Special Agent in Charge of Phoenix and was removed from the position, and escaped to TSA to avoid an investigation that was being conducted. His wingman, Matthew Albence, was getting removed from his position as head of the ICE academy and Tommy got him a position in TSA. My sources at the academy tell me that Albence, when he was in charge of the academy, was informed by some employees that there were gang members going through the ICE academy, to which Albence responded, “Well, maybe they are former gang members.” When Tommy left the TSA to go to ERO, he brought Albence with him. Reportedly, Tommy also brought Katrina Pavlik with him somehow convince ICE to consolidate the offices that handle FOIA requests (previously it had been handle separately by ERO and HSI and it apparently worked just fine), and then got Pavlik appointed as the head. Allegedly, this Pavlik person only has a high school degree (people in her position for FOIA usually have a law degree), and she cleared out the FOIA backlog by releasing EVERYTHING, including the names of informants and sensitive information regarding ongoing investigations. Pavlik also instituted a policy whereby illegal immigrants and their representatives were not charged for the FOIA processing (which is normally done), and yet charging everyone else. When employees started to complain about the information Pavlik was releasing, Pavlik had her special friend Short Bus Tommy go after them. At TSA Pavlik handled FOIA requests, and while she was there TSA released government documents that were redacted to protect sensitive law enforcement information, the only problem was one could download the document and remove the redacting.

I suspect some of the positive comments here about Tommy are from his little cadre of sycophants and even Tommy himself.

As for Peter Edge, Petey is a prime example of why you do not promote people strictly for their skin color. Under Edge, HSI has started a system of punishing people by transferring them or punishing employees by getting them medically retired (and the Fed’s medical retirement sucks). In one instance I heard about, Petey tried to medically retire an employee who was battling cancer, after first trying to send him to another office while the employee was under treatment. Petey also has left agents stranded on the border for years, all the while giving student interns, who are usually related to management or friends of management, cushy first assignments in nice offices.

Petey may also have a prostitute problem. HSI is currently trying to block the release of documents that are reportedly about an interaction between Petey and a hooker where she later took Petey’s badge and credentials. You may read about the sordid details here:

http://mimesislaw.com/fault-lines/ice-agent-sues-records-involving-fellow-agent-prostitute/15244

The agency should release the documents and revoke Ol’ Petey’s security clearance.

King David on February 2, 2017 at 9:03 pm

If you look at the org chart for the agency, you won’t be surprised to see where Albence is. Debbie, I am surprised you haven’t written about Ragsdale’s new job with GEO. It’s like seriously? The conflict of interest is unreal! Why isn’t anyone doing anything about it? I would see James Chaparro walking around the building and be like “didn’t you retire?” Then realize down the road they are all contractors now working for the other side. Second largest law enforcement agency? This agency needs to be purged from top to bottom.

    Ignorantfor13years on June 28, 2017 at 3:24 pm

Homan is a fat stupid inarticulate Obama follower. Hey Dee I know who are by the way you f-ck. When he speaks, he sounds like he has in his mouth what Suzy Barr wanted in her mouth.

Commander Stansfield on February 4, 2017 at 2:19 am

Commander Stansfield you lack of maturity is hanging out again. I did not attack you. I just stated that I had worked with Homan and never saw or heard anything bad about the man. This is a rehash of an article from 2 years ago about something that is alleged to of happened in the ’90!

Dee on February 4, 2017 at 8:14 pm

I worked with Homan for several years and then transferred to another office and he was a GREAT boss! He cared about the mission and he cared about the employees. I can tell you that both sides of the house were ecstatic when they were told that Homan was the head of ICE. You see he worked both sided of the house and I guarantee you he has more supporters than some of the spineless trolls that are on here attacking Homan’s supporters. Makes you wonder what they have to gain and why the ax they have to grin. Did he PIP them or terminate them for cause? Are they the one that made the allegation in the 90’s and it was found to have no merit. From the whining and attacks, I believe the answer to be “yes”, not fit to carry! Go ahead and attack me and Dee you spineless immature, guy with a small penis complex!

Jackie on February 4, 2017 at 8:30 pm

Jackie, I think you hit the nail right on the head. He is more than likely someone that got a bad PWP, PIP or terminated. Why else would someone hold a grudge soon long from the ’90. He needs to grow up, get a life and move on. Should you tell him that those pens enlargementioned pills don’t work? Nah, don’t take away his hope as he has nothing left.

Dee on February 4, 2017 at 9:59 pm

Oh-kaaaay then….deep breath everybody!! Personally I don’t care if the guy can fart the star spangled banner out his sphincter at the same time he takes a whiz at the man trough as long as he keeps the illegals out and does his job. I wasn’t an obummer fan or voter but had he done his job instead of trying to destroy america, cause a civil war and showing his true racist colours, he would have gotten big thumbs up instead of many thumbs down. And I don’t know if any of the stories are true about this dude….so much false info out on the net and in the media…who knows what is real and what is not, unless one was there and witnessed it and even then, one must keep in mind the old adage: “believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see”. Y’all have a blessed day!

Sofa king on February 4, 2017 at 6:44 am

The stories, with identical details

That doesn’t mean anything since they work in the same agency and could have colluded to get their stories to agree.

DS_ROCKS! on February 4, 2017 at 6:01 pm

    @DS ROCKS!

That doesn’t mean anything since they work in the same agency and could have colluded to get their stories to agree.

Seriously? I hope that comment was made in jest.

The agency has thousands of employees. For your assertion to be correct that would require that a number of employees seek and find each other, get together, form, and engage in a conspiracy to assassinate Homan’s character, and in furtherance of that, put together and rehearse a salacious story to the point whereby all participants could repeat it verbatim, over the course of years, without variance. And how would these employees ever seek each other out? The fear of discovery would have killed off any efforts to form an alliance against Homan, as Homan is management and discovery would mean termination for the employees.

It is near impossible for a collective lie to be maintained. Truth is the only constant that never changes over time. The narrative regarding Homan has never changed.

King David on February 4, 2017 at 9:14 pm

I was talking about the “look at the clam” story, but even that is like things that routinely go on in the Army (or used to back when I was in) by jokers and is a reaction to stressful conditions as a way to evoke laughter.

I’m not defending the guy’s integrity or ability to be loyal to job, but there’s no actual *proof* the guy is evil.

Debbie should have him on her radio show for an interview, and more importantly, why doesn’t Debbia have her own radio show?!

      DS_ROCKS! on February 5, 2017 at 3:03 pm

Dee, shall we look at the removal numbers since your fat, sub average IQ hero became Director of DRO? Want facts, “Dee” the f-ck. They fell quicker than dipsh-t Toman Homan falling into the Grand Canyon after he finished his 10th barbeque sandwich.

Commander Stansfield on February 4, 2017 at 9:40 pm

So, you are going to hold him accountable for POTUS’, the Director of DHS and the Director of ICE limiting him on who he could pickup. How about looking at his numbers when he was the ADDI in San Antonio when his hands weren’t tied.
Yeah, you have a big ax to grind. Stoptryin

Dee on February 4, 2017 at 9:53 pm

As the head of the agency you enforce the laws your agency was tasked with enforcing. If the executive branch does not want certain laws enforced, or only enforced on one subset of people, then the agency head needs to tell the executive branch that they need to go to Congress and have the laws changed. If one cannot do that then they should not be the head of the agency.

That was the very problem with the agency management in the past, and Ragsdale, head (no pun intended) of the gay mafia at headquarters, and Homan were part and parcel to that. They both need to go. It says a lot about what the government thinks of ICE that they are willing to appoint people with absolutely no law enforcement experience to run the agency (read Ragsdale, Johnson, Saldana, Napolitano, and Sandweg, etc.), or a person with a host of moral turpitude issues.

King David on February 4, 2017 at 10:19 pm

One more thing. I just wanted to point out that . . .

it is Sofa King GOOD(!!!) to see some of the new (to me), or names I have been unfamiliar with over the past four years. And some good commenting as well, in spite of those who reside under The Bridge Over Troll Bulled Water.

And YES, that was an excuse to say Sofa King GOOD(!!!)

ROTFLMAO!!!

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on February 5, 2017 at 1:24 pm

In a broader context, the defense of Homan by the witless writers responding to this post, seems consistent with the frenzied liberal justifications of illegality, misconduct, violence and terrorism that have plagued us since the time that President Trump has become a crucial part of the public domain.

The use of lies and falsehoods to justify inappropriate left-wing conduct and actions has, unfortunately been with us for quite a while, but it has accelerated exponentially in recent weeks and months. The mouthings of Dee and her cohorts who have challenged Debbie’s analysis should be seen in this light.

Little Al on February 5, 2017 at 2:42 pm

So, DS Rocks, you expose your genitals when you are under stress and you think that that is okay? You need counseling. That aside, let’s put this in context, Homan is the equivalent of a CEO. You wouldn’t think anything was amiss if the chairman of General Motors, during a board meeting, pulled out his penis and started rubbing it on people’s phones??? You would just laugh and laugh, and think that was unquestionably funny?

As for proof that the guy is evil, there is no proof of that. But there is proof in the form of eyewitnesses as to Homan exposing himself. That alone is enough to revoke his security clearance and remove him from his position.

King David on February 5, 2017 at 5:45 pm

So, DS Rocks, you expose your genitals when you are under stress and you think that that is okay?

You picked the wrong hill to die on, Kingy.

I realize that it’s the “metrosexual” sensibility to be “shocked” by “disrespectful” or “coarse” “woman talk” (like “pu$$y grabbing”), but anyone who has experienced life in a fighting unit in the Army knows that some men soldiers do and say plenty of crude things that they wouldn’t do in a civilian setting.

Some of us laugh at it and it’s done because you’re under high-stress conditions and that’s what young men laugh and joke about – the “coarser” and more foul, the better.

I’ve seen the “clam” thing, I’ve seen soldiers lay their members on other soldier’s faces while they’re sleeping and take a picture, and lots of other ridiculous behaviors. But they don’t rule out the actor as someone who you’d trust your life with when the $hlt hits the fan, and have nothing to do with civilian life unless civilian life entails the possibility of being blown up or shot to death on a routine basis.

So take your white-knight, faux outrage and imbecilic “you need counseling” “‘oh snap!’ moment” and shove it up your clam 🙂

    DS_ROCKS! on February 6, 2017 at 1:43 pm

There’s no question that the behavior you spoke of exists, and one doesn’t have to be in a military combat unit to understand that. It exists throughout America and perhaps the world. The fact that men, and nowadays women, can indulge in coarse talk and raucous behavior should surprise no one. It happens in locker rooms in gyms, locker rooms on construction sites, the back rooms of funeral homes, just name it.

That’s why the Trump “open mike” comments he made to Billy Bush were no surprise to most REAL New Yorkers. He’s a frat boy. WOWWWWWWWW!!! That would be people who grew up in blue collar Noo Yawk, are of a certain age, and a certain understanding of basic human psychology.

I didn’t see your statements as a direct commentary on Debbie’s article, you were merely stating certain facts of life.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on February 6, 2017 at 2:19 pm

Homan is like Terry Bradshaw a big “ah schucks” Buffon. The mere fact hat he is in charge of Ice is incomprehensible. What did fat dumb Tom promise you “Dee” you f-ck. Homan plays big brother to woman and rewards his friends with promotions. He is arguably one of the biggest pieces of sh-t on the planet. Bill Reilly. Homan living in Rielly’s temp quarters. Rielly claiming lodging and per diem when Homan was actually living there. OPR let Homan get away with it. Dee, you f-ck. Comments? I am begging the Trump team to contact me and I will testify against this joke of a tub of lard. Congress?

Commander Stansfield on February 5, 2017 at 7:34 pm

To Debbie’s readers,
Let me tell you what will happen next. Fat Phil (I use 40 dollar words) Miller will be named as acting director of DRO. I hear that fat Phil used to bowl in the Obama Whitehouse. If it is not true, let’s prove it. Team Trump, are you listening. Hey fat Phil, when you have an executive member of DRO coming before you for discipline, it’s best not to say in front of subordinates that that executive should not expect sympathy from you. Fat fuck. Oh Phil, the big words that come out of your crawdad eating mouth make you sound soooooooo smart.

Commander Stansfield on February 5, 2017 at 9:39 pm

I have been reading in the last few days about little groups or cells of Federal employees in various parts of the Government who are setting up secret networks to combat President Trump. Clearly this is subversive and illegal. Such networks apparently exist in EPA, the State Department, and other parts of the Government.

From some of the tripe I have read here, the potential for such a network clearly exists in ICE. One additional problem is that such networks can be slippery slopes. They can move from opposition to Trump (clearly illegal in and of itself) to more subversive actions, aiding and abetting enemies of this country.

I hope the Trump administration is alert to the potential for such networks in ICE.

Little Al on February 6, 2017 at 8:22 am

There is no question that such groups exist, Little Al, formally and informally. What certain pundits have been speaking about for years, that the bureaucracy is filled with likeminded, Marx-influenced people who will band together to attempt to thwart this administration’s policies is undoubtedly true.

I have first hand knowledge of this. Not that I have first hand knowledge of the actual formation of a certain group with definitely stated goals of doing such. But the fact that rabid, politically insane New Yorkers have jobs in many areas, including the ones Little Al stated, should come as NO surprise to anyone.

These people will go to extreme lengths to protect their jobs, and their agenda. Their agenda? Democrat good, Republican bad, no matter WHAT the policy is. It could be a policy IDENTICAL to what Democrats outlined in either 1993 or 2013, but if it’s coming out of a Republican’s mouth or pen, squash it. And they will do their level best to see to that, I assure everyone.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on February 6, 2017 at 9:55 am

As far as the travel ban goes (I would second Debbie’s sentiments about it), I think it’s interesting, and not necessarily coincidental, that some of those countries exempted from the ban are those where now-President Trump, over the years, has had business dealings. Like: Saudi Arabia (where 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers came from), Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates . . . I did appreciate the ‘Swamp Thing’ reference on the Twitter site to the likes of Homan.

ConcernedPatriot on February 6, 2017 at 2:25 pm

Off-topic comments criticizing President Trump remind me of classroom or other discussion situations where some snide, irrelevant, off-subject comment is made, totally out of context about the villain of the day or year, Reagan, the Bushes, Palin, Gingrich, Romney, Cruz, and now Trump.

Little Al on February 6, 2017 at 2:53 pm

Pancake rachel corrie on February 7, 2017 at 11:55 am

I know the slob Homan like the back of my hand. Right now, he is sitting around in a meeting with a bunch of kiss asses holding up his ugly fat barbeque sauce stained fingers saying “Duh, what did I do?” I don’t know Tommy the butter eater. Ruin people’s lives? Ruin their careers? Put unqualified friends in positions of power? When you go to hell Homan that gross fat of yours is going to melt like all the sticks of butter you have thrown in the pan.

Are you OK ?

We’ve all been looking at Tommie Homo’s disgusting pic for some time now.

Hope you are OK

Love and prayers, kid.

SAC LA has perfect managers at all levels. Promote one of them to ICE Director. Anyone puts their genitalia on my phone or my person is getting that genitalia ripped off and shoved down their throat. Don’t give me that military or locker room banter crap.

Worriedcitizen on February 11, 2017 at 12:06 am

Somebody please fix the abortion that is ICE. President Trump and General Kelly please I beg you….fix the cronyism and nepotism at ICE. Move HSI out of ICE and either a stand alone agency or back with CBP. I applaud President Trump for empowering ICE to get back to immigration law enforcement thank you. But please don’t lump HSI Special Agents into the immigration agent moniker. HSI was a major part of the investigation into EL Chapo everyday HSI special agents around the world work complex investigations that never make it to the limelight because that’s not what we want. Mr Edge you sir are a professional. As evidenced by your pep talk before the inauguration you are clearly the man for the job; we certainly didn’t need Ragsdales jazz hands before his speach. Debbie call Mr. Trump. Please fix HSI

Old Abe Lincoln would have been 208 years old today. Actually, Ah heerd tell they’s been a sightin’, Abe and Elvis at that McDonald’s in Wisconsin.

Well, that’s an interesting thought, but I can tell you right now he’s spinning at 30,000 rpm. To think this man died only 152 years ago. That’s not very long ago. Within a few years, there was electricity, the telephone, the car was well on the way, railroads made tremendous advances, etc.

Lincoln did not live the life he did for the Amerika we have today. I mean, AfroLabadSouthAmerAsiexico.

We’re dead. Prepare for irradiation. Right here, coming to a neighborhood near you.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on February 12, 2017 at 10:53 pm

I guess Homan’s crude behavior adds new meaning to the old saying ” Is there a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me” turns out it’s neither doesn’t look like his agents are happy to see him and at the strip club his gun wasn’t in his pocket apparently it was on the table. How unprofessional can an agent be especially when you factor in exposing his private parts along with rubbing peoples phones with them would leave him wide open for a lawsuit even worse for blackmail. Can’t cure stupid but you dam sure don’t promote it.

Jennifer on February 13, 2017 at 11:01 am

I’ve been running into Tom at the gym over the last year, seems to be a very nice down to earth kind of guy. Once I found out who he was I was like wow he actually talks to someone like me.
Nobody ever intends to cause someone to commit suicide. I can’t begin to tell you how many people made me feel like committing suicide in the Marines… But Thomas Homan is not this kind of a person. v/r Greg

Homan’s pick as OCR AD is just as disgusting and corrupt. Suspension in his past and aliens died on his watch at the detention facility he was over.

Tommy I eat 15 pounds of barbeque a day is arguably one of stupidest people I have met. Tommy boy being in charge of ICE is like Forrest Gump being the president of the US. He is an arrogant ass and he is part the HSI John Torres Mafia. He is one stupid F.
