The following are some non-discriminatory questions that any employer especially the school board should be asking.

Are you a follower of islam or its doctrine?

If you are a follower of islam or its doctrine is there anything that you disagree with?

When is the last time you visited or attended a mosque?

Do you currently attend a mosque or intend to do so?

What islamic related memberships or associations to individuals or groups if any do you have?

The objective of course is for the safety and well-being of children, families, customers, a business and anyone else from someone who is a follower of islam. It is grossly irresponsible to knowingly send someone who is a follower of islam or a member of its organizations into someones home, place of business, meetings or to be in contact with children or others.

Note that Muslims who have publicly left islam such as say for example Ayaan Hirsi Ali or Wafa Sultan would be acceptable if not in fact high desirable for hiring or association. But those are only two courageous extraordinary and intelligent individuals out of 1.8 billion.

The NJ ruling sends them the wrong message – we have to accommodate their backward, barbaric and twisted beliefs.

They don’t have to adopt American values and live by our rules.

That’s exactly why Linda Hardan got away with it.

Off Topic but pertinent: People need to know their history. The U.S. and Mexico were built and governed under very two very distinct ideas of government. And I think you can look at these two forms of government as a reason for the success of the U.S. and the Failure of Mexico.
The U.S. was colonized by England and formed laws and constitution based on English Law (Individual rights)
Mexico was colonized by Spain and formed laws based on a Monarchy. Individual rights were not recognized. You can see this in Texas where Spain and Mexico failed to colonize Texas because of their immigration policies. It took English values to and immigrants to colonize Texas.

If only we could emerge out of the frozen phase where we cannot speak of the differences that count and make for cultural problems. Hell, the Saudi’s and emirates announced in sept 2015 that they couldn’t take in any Syrian refugees because 1. they couldn’t be certain who was a terrorist and who wasn’t. 2. people from different cultures have trouble assimilating to new countries. Got that?
They can use the terrorist word and cultural difference theme, but if we or anyone else does, we are bigots, haters and or ‘Islamophobes’. It would be nice if we started pointed out how muslims spoke,as they did above, and use their own arguments against them.
Appropo a little jewish geography, so I was at my daughters celebration (kiddush) for her month old and we stayed at a house of two folks who were from the Detroit area. It was late Oct. and the discussion went into the latest Jihad slaughterings and as I spoke the women mentioned that it sounded a great deal like someone who she knew in Michigan, and sure enough she spent several Passover seders with Debbie Schlussel, hearing such information and I told her that indeed I had gathered much from Debbie over the years and so on and so forth. She and her husband were putting me and my wife up for the Shabbas. So, anyway, back to the issue… I hope we can finally begin to speak about how the problem is not some miniscule minority of muslims who have nothing to do with Islam, but rather ordinary muslims who become more devout. The equation should read… more devout, more dangerous to all others. And in the case of this young women- devotion in Islam must be examined because indeed it has problems for others that
are an obliquy to Islam’s source and sight.

Uh, were the raped students Muslim? B’cos under Islamic law, this Muslima would be a tilth of whichever guy she had sex w/. While it would be fine (under Shariah) if she were a male raping a female infidel, it’s not halal vice versa

If any of the students in question are non-Muslim, then she would be guilty of genital apostasy. Muslim women are only supposed to offer that treasure of theirs to Muslim men, period. So her punishments, under shariah law, would be death by stoning, be it either due to adultery, if she was married, or apostasy in this case, if she weren’t.

Why not send her to Gaza, w/ a note to Hamas of her crimes against Islam, and let them handle her according to shariah law?
