“Sleeper Cell”: Showtime’s Muslim FBI Agent Not the Real Thing; But US Muslim Terror Cell Very Real

By
Self-anointed, extremist Muslim leaders across America are up in arms over Showtime’s new show, “Sleeper Cell,” about a Muslim terrorist cell in Los Angeles, which will debut Sunday Night.
Too bad. Even the liberal New York Times just loves it. “Better than ”,” proclaims NYTimes TV critic Alessandra Stanley.
Maybe she likes it better because, in addition to a realistic, assorted variety of American Muslims who all want to kill us, the show–unlike “24”–features a Muslim FBI agent who is a loyal American. That’s our only objection to what sounds like a great show. In real life, the main Muslim FBI agent working on terrorism before and after 9/11, Gamal Abdel-Hafiz, was as disloyal to America as they come–tipping off targets of investigations and refusing to do surveillance and wiretaps in four separate investigations, including the case.

What tells us most that this will probably be a great show: objections from far-left, self-anointed, unrepresentative Jewish “leaders” like Detroit’s Sharona Shapiro, who verbally services radical Islam as enthusiastically as Monica Lewinsky physically serviced Bill Clinton. She’s upset that Muslims are actually portrayed as terrorists, with one infiltrating the Los Angeles Jewish Community Center, posing as a Jewish coach for kids sports. This dupe, Shapiro, openly claims that we Americans are just not as smart as her on the “real Islam.” Puh-leeze. It’s vice versa. I’ve observed this calorically-gifted chick’s excessive pandering to the most extremist, pro-terror, anti-American, anti-Semitic Muslims (while they laughed at her), and it’s very clear she needs forced IQ and common sense injections.
Since she and extremist Muslims hate it, we think this show may just be just as good as (Unfortunately, one of the Muslim writers for “Sleeper Cell” thinks that apology was just terrific.) We especially like that there is a character who becomes an extremist Muslim and terrorist because his leftist Berkeley professor parents didn’t pay enough attention to him. Priceless.
The show’s tagline: “The enemy is here.” Amen. Glad someone in Hollywood finally noticed.
We’ll try to watch “Sleeper Cell,” Sunday Night, and let you know. Stay tuned for an upcoming column.
***UPDATE: We did not watch (we’re Cable Free) and did not find anyone who had Showtime in time. So, sorry, no review at this time. We’ll try to contact Showtime for a complete tape.

Debbie – you’ll be pleased to hear that 24 ran over here in England, MINUS the Keifer “apology”. And doesn’t it make you feel good to know that his son’s show must drive leftist celebroid Donald Sutherland totally nuts.

Now i’m thinking I should have shelled out the extra 5 bucks for Showtime, but I already have HBO which kicks Showtimes’ ass usually 10 times out of 10. But, now i’m feeling the song of regret cue up on the hi-fi. Well, there’s always the inevitable “Season 1 DVDs” in about 6 months.

If you want another reason to buy Showtime, Penn & Teller’s Bullsh*t is another good reason to shell out the extra cash.

Confronting the haters
By William G. Hamilton | December 5, 2005 | The Boston Globe
”THE MOST dangerous thing for a nation or an individual is to plead guilty to imaginary sins.” A century ago the Jewish thinker Ahad Ha’am penned these words. Today they seem just as compelling with the release of Marc Levin’s unnerving new film, ”Protocols of Zion,” which documents a furious resurgence in their global popularity.
