Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Will Rot In Hell, But Not Very Soon & Here’s Why
Boston Jury to Tsarnaev: Bleep You, Too, Bitch . . .
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Gets Death. Rot In Hell, Bitch! Sadly there will be years & years of appeals #tcot #gop #Tsarnaev #TsarnaevTrial

After you spent millions of dollars to finance Islamic terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s defense, I’m sure you agree with me that it’s a good thing the federal jury in Boston gave him the death penalty, today. But, unfortunately, his punishment will not be swift, as I noted back when he was originally charged for his crimes. It will take years before Rolling Stone cover boy Tsarnaev will rot in hell or as they call it in his religion, jehenim. He’ll have plenty of years to see his newly grown halal Islamic beard grow longer and enjoy his martyrdom in the Big House mosque.
Just as the federal government paid millions for his defense (including to fly his cousin here from Russia so she could testify that he cried during “The Lion King”), the government will also shell out millions for endless appeals. It will likely be at least a decade, if not more, before Tsarnaev fries, if ever. Some of his surviving victims–they number nearly 300–will likely die before they ever see him get his well-deserved punishment. And that’s the problem with our system of justice.
I believe in giving a man every shot to prove his innocence. But in this case, we know he did it with certainty. He and his army of lawyers admitted that. And while many have argued that the death penalty is not a deterrent, that is in part because the punishment is never swift nor is it certain.
For the record, I used to support the death penalty enthusiastically, but now–after years of representing criminal defendants, and seeing that an innocent man often can’t afford a good and effective defense–I support it only in certain cases. And this is one of those cases.
Unfortunately, the U.S. taxpayer will support Tsarnaev’s three hots and a cot and new role as someone’s girlfriend for a long time. He will live a lot longer than most of those he murdered got to and maybe longer than some of the survivors of his jihad.
Today, just as the death penalty phase verdict was announced, news also broke that famed toy store FAO Schwartz (enshrined in the “Big” movie) will close its Fifth Avenue doors in June but may move to another location. Still, it won’t be the same. This store gave a lot of happiness and fun to a lot of children, including me when I was a kid and my parents took us there on a trip to New York City.
Ironically, the store, which enriched a lot of lives will die long before the Muslim murderer who took innocent kids’ lives and limbs, as well as those of adults who’d barely lived yet. He will continue to live life for quite a long while as the star Rolling Stone supermodel in prison.
In case you were wondering, if he ultimately faces an unnatural death, he won’t literally “fry,” as much as halal Kentucky Fried Dzhokhar would be deserved. Tsarnaev would face death by lethal injection if his appeals ultimately end and are unsuccessful.

Debbie , you’re a lawyer
Question :
Why was Timothy McVeigh executed the same year he was convicted and sentenced and we’re going to wait eternally for this pig to be executed ?
JP: McVeigh told his lawyer to stop appealing his case. Otherwise, he might still be alive now. DS
