The Politically Correct Oscars: From Jew-Hating “Ida” to Race-Baiting John Legend to Amnesty Fan Innaritu
From the Oscar going to openly anti-Semitic movie, “Ida,” to John Legend accusing America of now trying to take away the Black vote, to the “Birdman” director using his Oscar win as a platform to pimp us on illegal alien amnesty, last night’s was one of the most politically correct, leftist Academy Awards in years. And, yes, while “American Sniper” is an anti-war movie (and its director, Clint Eastwood, says so; so does Rosie O’Donnell), it got snubbed by Oscar because it’s now perceived as a right-wing pro-American film. And Oscar can’t have that. Amid the boring, predictable Oscar winners were the boring, predictable Oscar PC lectures.
If you haven’t yet made the move to follow me on Twitter, you missed my commentary, last night, about the “Oscars,” which were more overtly far-left than you might realize. Oh, and as I pointed out, they snubbed Joan Rivers from the “In Memoriam” segment, probably because she was openly pro-Israel, a proud Jew, and a proud critic of the Obamas. And we can’t have that. Also, John Travolta and that obvious rug?! Can we talk? I was wondering who the official vacuum cleaner sponsor of Vinnie Barbarino’s rug was.
The clothes were classy. The sentiment uttered from the stage wasn’t. I didn’t need to hear every political viewpoint of every idiot who ever made a movie and got a politically correct gold statue. But, unfortunately, those idiots thought so.
Muslim cop-hating racist rapper Common (a fave Obama White House guest) and John Legend got to sing their stupid song and then got awarded for it, even though it was probably the worst song nominated. Glen Campbell, who is dying of Alzheimer’s Diseases and whose song (from the documentary, “Glen Campbell: I’ll Be Me”–read my review) was far better, got screwed in the name of affirmative action. But PC always wins. Almost always, anyway. Then, I was forced to hear Legend tell us how bad America–which has made him a multi-millionaire and wealthy beyond his wildest dreams–is. He lectured us about all the Black men in prison (most of them for committing crimes against other Blacks, about whom Legend apparently doesn’t care). Then, he told us that America wants to take voting rights away from Blacks. Um, they do? Funny, ‘cuz I don’t see the Obama Justice Department moving in that direction. On the contrary, they protect the Black Panthers in their intimidation efforts of all voters. But you won’t hear that from John Legend.
So, they won't remember Joan Rivers @ #Oscars2015, but Muslim cop-hater, racist Common gets to sing his dumb song #tcot #gop #Common

Oy. Why do we need to hear John Legend's race-baiting political rant BS? Shut up and sing. #sorewinners #tcot #gop #Oscars2015 #Oscars

I had to hear “Birdman” director Alejandro González Iñárritu lecture us about how we in America need to treat this latest generation of Mexican immigrants (he meant illegal aliens) as well as we treated the previous wave of them (he meant amnesty). Funny how he isn’t lecturing his own country, Mexico, to treat illegal aliens as well as they are treated in America. In Mexico, unlike here, they mean business about immigration. They protect their borders. It’s only a one way street into Consquistadorica a/k/a American. Not the other way around.
I was forced to listen to Patricia Arquette whining about how the leftists don’t pay women the same as they pay men, all while they pretend the bad guys who hate women are those of us in Red State flyover country. But she didn’t mention that second part–about how Hollywood hypocrites blame us for this. Blah, blah, blah. Free market, bitch. Get it? Got it? Good. Your movie was a gimmicky reality show about a dumb idiotette who marries three losers, two of whom are alcoholic wife-beaters. Look in the mirror, moronette. We have equal rights. The equal right to make a dumb movie and collect accolades for this three-hour drivel.
And then there’s “Ida” (read my review), a horrible movie–the message of which is that all Jews are unhappy sluts and Communists who help kill people and that it is better to be Catholic (the choice of the woman in the movie who discovers she is Jewish). I guess I can’t totally fault Oscar for picking Jew-hatred, when the phony mooch in the name of fighting Jew-hatred, David Horowitz, is pimping this disgusting movie on his Frontpage Mag screed site and allows a Polish Jew-hater to gush on and on about the virtues of this movie on Horowitz’s site. It figures that “Ida” won over anti-jihadist film, “Timbuktu.”
“Boyhood”–a gimmicky reality show. Predictable. J.K. Simmons for Best Supporting Actor. As a member of the Detroit Film Critics Society, I already voted for him back in December. And so on. More boredom you don’t need to be a psychic to see. My favorite accessory at Oscar–other than John Travolta’s new Persian-rug-atop-head–was that Yale bulldog on leftie Gwyneth Paltrow. Oh, wait, that was a giant accoutrement on her dress, which is supposed to be a flower or something. It looked like your ethnic grandma bought this tackiness at Chico’s. I tweeted that, and got attacked for being a bigot because I used the words, “ethnic boater grandma.” Um, I am an ethnic. I’m not allowed to say so? Not that my grandmothers dressed this way. Both were very chic in their dress, but . . . .
So, to sum up, proud Jews like Joan Rivers, bad. Movies perceived to be patriotic and pro-American, even worse. Illegal alien amnesty, feminism, race-baiting, and head-carpeting good.
Thanks for the lesson, Oscar. Like I needed it.

Hey, maybe this is why Michael Keaton didn’t win:
A first-time nominee at 63, Michael Keaton has a serious work ethic that’s worth sharing. #Oscars pic.twitter.com/VR0ziXDPiD

I like Keaton because he’s a fellow PGH native and seems like a nice guy, but he has only performed and is only capable of performing one character, just in varying degrees.
