Teen Stowaway on Hawaii Flight is Very Devout Somali Muslim; Likely Illegal Alien

By Debbie Schlussel

The much reported teen flight stowaway to Hawaii is a Somalian Muslim and likely an illegal alien. But you won’t read that anywhere (except here). While there is legitimate outcry regarding a lack of adequate airport security, there is little on the very relevant background of the unnamed 16-year-old (some reports say he’s 15), who is reportedly very devout and prays to allah “a lot.”

somaliteenstowawayislamiccrescent

While I was away for the last days of Passover, news broke about the California teen stowaway who easily snuck onto an airport tarmac and into a wheel well and miraculously survived extremely freezing temperatures and lack of oxygen. But what few of the stories note is why the teen sneaked on to the flight: he was trying to get back to his native Somalia to see his mother. That begs the question: why is a teen Somalian Muslim here while his mother is back home? It also begs the conclusion that the teen, who lives in Santa Clara, is very likely not here legally. Reports say the boy has not seen his Somalia-based mother since he was two years old. Also note that the teen has been handed over to the custody of child welfare authorities and NOT to any father. Is there a father in the picture? Don’t bet on it. We haven’t heard about one.

Speaking from outside Santa Clara High School the boy’s close friend, Ahmed Irving, said the stowaway, missed his biological mother. He said: ‘I know he missed Africa and he missed his mom. I think she is still in Somalia. You could tell from he wasn’t that happy here, but I’m sure if he’d have given it time he would have got used to it. ‘He was a very wise kid. He was shy and he spoke quietly, but when you listened to him he had interesting stuff to say. He prayed to God [DS: um, they mean, allah] and was very religious.

Many are wondering how the heck this kid traversed the fence, got onto the tarmac, and entered the plane’s wheel well unnoticed. And that’s definitely a national security concern. While you and I are subjected to security theater and stripped of our more-than-three-ounces tubes of toothpaste, the real security just isn’t there if anyone can hop a fence and get in the wheel well of a plane to Maui. A jihadist in the wheel well–however small that area is–can blow the whole plane up if he wants to. And this Somali Muslim alien could have done that.

That leads to other questions: do you believe this cover story about this 16-year-old doing all of this to try to see his mother, a woman he likely doesn’t remember and hasn’t seen since he was two? Or was this a dry run for something else? You might doubt someone would risk death to do a dry run, but that’s what jihadists (many of them 16 years old) do every single day: they risk–or actually experience–death in the name of allah and destroying the infidels.

There is definitely more to this story than they are telling us with regard to who this “kid” (who is nearly a man) is and why he’s here. And there’s probably more to the story with regard to everything else involved in this stowaway case.

This isn’t something you do just ‘cuz you miss Mom, a mom you don’t even know and really never met.

The kid in the picture has a rosary around his neck… WHY?

IJMA: Great observation. I don’t believe the bottom pic is him, so I’m removing it. DS

Debbie,

He looks African. Could be someone from northern Kenya/Southern Somalia where there are Muslims.

The rest of Somalia is mostly Arab. Something does’t add up here about the kid. I find it hard to believe he would fly home to see a mother he has no memory of.

Maybe he tried to go back to join Al-Shabaab? Lots of Somali youth in America have done exactly that. I don’t buy the story he was trying to fly home for a long-overdue family reunion. There are definitely things we aren’t being told.

But yes – Islamic terrorists have now learned of another way to bypass US airport security protocol. If it was a dry run, it was well planned. It doesn’t sound random at all. Stuff like this happens nearly all the time.

Flying For Jihad? Don’t be quick to dismiss it.

NF: Actually, almost all Somalians are Black (NOT Arabs), and most have distinctive features. None are “Arabs” unless you consider them Black Arabs, which they and Arabs do not. The bottom picture does not look Somalian, and I do not know if it is even him in the bottom pic, as I noted. DS

    DS:

But the country is a member of the Arab League and considers itself Arab and it follows Islam. The Somalis look more like Ethiopians than like black Africans.

What one can be sure of from the photo is the kid looks nothing like someone from the region and while Ethiopians/Somalis are black, their physical appearance resembles more of a European than of a black African.

And the kid in the photo is unquestionably a black African.

NF: I don’t go by irrelevant organizations. Ethiopians AND Somalians are Black Africans, period. While they have different facial features from other Black Africans, they are ALL Black Africans. That’s why I specifically noted that the kid in the bottom photo does not look Somalian. Somalians don’t look like that. But again, I don’t believe that bottom photo was him so I deleted it. The hair does not even match the other photo (it’s much shorter). DS

incomprehensible how these gaps in our security are continually exposed. There is more coming.

Obama has said that the teen stowaway “could” be his son, and has made special arrangements with the State Department to give him easy entry and exit from the US as the need arises. Plus he’s giving the teen roundtrip executive class US-Somalia airline tickets for his entire family as a gesture of goodwill.

But lets keep patting down and strip searching the elderly and infant children at TSA security points….we’re safer for it.

IceNoMore on April 23, 2014 at 4:31 pm

Yup. Let’s not look for stowaways. We should be lucky he wasn’t an Islamic terrorist. Next time, who knows?

None of our current useless security theater will prevent a stowaway from blowing a plane up. But the TSA has its priorities.

VERY important story, Debbie. Yes, the media have not provided the key information that you provide here. These media spin this as an “Oh Wow, Amazing!” story, where we should feel good that this creature survived the experiment.

skzion on April 23, 2014 at 6:40 pm

Thankfully, he didn’t have a large bottle of shampoo with him. Seriously, once again, this is the only site that mentions his ethnicity and Muslim connections. Nice job, Debbie.

They come to this country out of love.
Just ask Jeb Bush…he’ll tell you.

Yes, very disconcerting, great spot for a terrorist cell to place a suicide bomber…hopefully TSA has noticed

I don’t buy the story about MIRACULOUS SURVIVAL without oxygen and in minus temperatures for 5 hours, and mysteriously not falling out of the wheel well during take-off or landing.

MUCH MORE LIKELY: the Somali “kid” was indeed sent to scout for vulnerabilities. (Child perps provide great deniability – see Serbian “Black Hand” in 1914.)

As instructed, the kid found a way to sneak ON BOARD the airplane at night, hid somewhere overnight and during the flight (perhaps in the equipment bay below the passenger cabin), and then emerged after everyone had deplaned.

Guardian Angel on April 24, 2014 at 2:22 am

Too bad they don’t engineer those wheelwells tight so they’d have squished the stupid muslim Somali teen. With so many muslims crawling in and around airplanes and surviving, it seems as though they designed little cubbie holes for muslims.

DS_ROCKS! on April 24, 2014 at 3:55 am

Is there something I’m missing? If he wanted to go away to Somalia, what was the issue? Only issue should be in allowing him back into the US

Infidel on April 24, 2014 at 6:26 am

I do not believe the cover story. It is more likely that he was attempting a dry run for others unnamed.

Worry01 on April 24, 2014 at 7:45 am

Terrorist dry run seems most plausible here. Won’t be explored by the mainstream media.

Jon on April 24, 2014 at 9:33 am

my theory: this kid was posing as an airport employee- wearing a ground crew outfit to be on the tarmac without being noticed as he neared a plane- and was already within the airport. someone helped him with this, my guess is his jihadist handlers. i suspect he was supposed to blow up the plane but either botched his assignment (not bringing the bomb with him into the wheelwell) or he did have a bomb and the authotrities/media were asked/told not to release this info.

the pic of him with a rosary, that debbie deleted, is just more empirical evidence that something’s being covered-up.

kirche61 on April 24, 2014 at 9:32 am

You may well be right that the kid posed as an employee.

As an “employee”, he would probably have tried to get ON BOARD the plane and hidden somewhere inside the fuselage (e.g. equipment bay) as noted in a previous post.

My guess is that the media have agreed to play along with the “wheel well” story on the pretext that this lie helps prevent copy-cat terrorists sneaking on board other planes.

The REAL reason the media love to play along with these lies is because visible eruptions of Muslim terrorism are not helpful for the Democratic Party in 2014 and Hillary Clinton in 2015/2016.

Guardian Angel on April 24, 2014 at 12:13 pm

Probably not a dry run, but it does expose the lack of security. More importantly was that he was not criminally prosecuted most likely because he is black and Muslim. If legal, which is possible, since early reports quoted his father here, a conviction would make him deportable if he is here legally, presumeably sponsored as the child of the father who is here, presumeably naturalized fairly recently. Or the whole family could be here illegally. But remember, since there is no “serious” criminal conviction, he will not be deported by his fellow Muslim, Barack Hussein Obama. My bet is that he is here legally in any event sponsored by his father.

So says the tyrant.

Fill in the blank with your favorite criminal, including this America hater.

Who cares what religion he is!!!!! He is a teenager who simply needs help and guidance like any other kid, Jewish, Buddhist, Catholic, etc.

Liz on April 26, 2014 at 11:53 pm

Why, WE care which religion he is, because the point is that the Religion of Peace ™ is of special concern cuz its practitioners ARE MURDERERS.

    Get it now, Lizzy?
