Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros: DREAM Act Illegal Alien to Whom Obama Gave Amnesty Murdered 2 Young Sisters

By Debbie Schlussel

She’s an illegal alien. Check. She’s been here for at least five years. Check. She came here before she was 16. Check. She’s below age 32. Check. Check, Check, Check, Check. We have yet another scintillating example of Barack Obama’s (and Marco Rubio’s) DREAM Act teens. You know, the ones Obama told us are “as American as us” except on paper. Uh-huh. Sure they are. Well, Obama and his Department of Homeland Security gave Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros a driver’s license, a valid Social Security number, and a temporary renewable work permit under the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. And because Obama refused to deport Garcia-Cisneros, she murdered to young sisters.

Obama Gave This Teen Illegal Alien Amnesty . . .

. . . And Then She Murdered These 2 Sisters . . .

Before the Sunday night crash that killed two young step-sisters playing in a pile of leaves in Forest Grove, Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, along with her boyfriend and brother, went to get something to eat. Attorneys for Garcia-Cisneros said Friday, Oct. 25, that the teens went to Sonic Drive-In in Cornelius, where Garcia-Cisneros had recently been hired. She was supposed to start her new job this week. From there, the three started toward home in a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. Court records say Garcia-Cisneros was driving. The vehicle, records say, belonged to her boyfriend Mario Echeverria’s mother.

Garcia-Cisneros purposely drove through a large leaf pile on Main Street, according to court records, and felt a significant bump. At her home, blocks away, she asked Echeverria to check the SUV for damage. Her 17-year-old brother returned to the scene on Main Street and told his sister she had “run over a child,” records say. Police say step-sisters Abigail Robinson, 11, and Anna Dieter-Eckerdt, 6, were struck while apparently lying in the leaf pile on Sunday. Anna died at the scene. Abigail died the next night at a Portland hospital.

Garcia-Cisneros and Echeverria, both 18, were arrested Tuesday evening. In Washington County Circuit Court, Garcia-Cisneros has been charged with two counts of felony hit and run. Echeverria faces one count of hindering prosecution. Records say Echeverria took the SUV to a car wash after the crash to destroy evidence.

Garcia-Cisneros, born in Mexico, has lived nearly all of her life in the United States, her attorneys said. She graduated from Forest Grove High School in 2012, and attended local elementary and middle schools before that.

Attorneys Jesse Merrithew and Ethan Levi, who represent Garcia-Cisneros, said their client has a driver’s license, a valid Social Security number and a temporary renewable work permit under the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. The program is available to undocumented immigrants who entered the U.S. before turning 16, are 30 or younger, have been living here for at least five years and are in school, graduated from high school or served in the military. Applicants cannot have certain criminal convictions.

Funny how this woman isn’t the valedictorian or Harvard student illegal alien we’re always told about when the DREAM Act BS is discussed. Nope, you never hear about the many illegal alien teens who are here who take American jobs at fast food places, murder two young girls, and then conspire with their boyfriends to destroy evidence.

Hmmm . . . why is it that we’re only told about how one of these “DREAMers” is the “next Bill Gates,” the “next Mark Zuckerberg,” but never the next Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, who might run over your kids and kill them?

Collateral damage in the Democrat camp. They see votes, we see dead people, not in the 6th sense sense, but in the real world. Expect to see many more such stories after the Repubutards cave on “immigration” and amnesty next year.

JeffT on October 29, 2013 at 6:43 pm

It is a very ugly thing. This woman should have been deported long ago.

Worry01 on October 29, 2013 at 7:04 pm

Well, she probably did this because she had to live in the shadows.

Little Al on October 29, 2013 at 7:19 pm

That’s right, not a super-religious, family-oriented valedictorian! How can that be? Illegal Aliens are almost always such. (///)

I see many stories on Mooooooslims doing bad in the news all over the world and the one demographic that is trying to catch up to them are people with last named like Gomez-Hernandez-Vasquez-Chimichanga-Taquitos.

That’s right, I’ll point it out.

Skunky on October 29, 2013 at 7:24 pm

    Right on, Skunky!

Little Al on October 29, 2013 at 7:41 pm

The dark side of amnesty we’ll never be told about!

Plus all the Muslim students who are budding Islamic terrorists.

Hey, they’re all part of the American family! And if you’re not exactly thrilled with welcoming them here, you’ll be labeled a xenophobe/Islamophobe.

Excuses for not safeguarding our national security are just that – excuses.

Remember that the next time amnesty is peddled to the American people as the solution to our broken immigration enforcement system.

Note to the 157 IQ Harvard grad in her family who named her.

C-Y-N-T-H-I-A, . . .

that’s how it’s spelled.

Whole you will find no one who despises the infamous DACA program more than me, why in the world were these kids lying in a leaf pile in the middle of Main Street? Where was the parental supervision? I would never let my children play in the street in a leaf pile.

please on October 29, 2013 at 11:01 pm

Y’know please, I was wondering the same thing. I thought, I must be crazy, I’ll go back and read that again later, because perhaps The Lord has shut my brain down. Kids lying in a leaf pile in the middle of the street? Doesn’t excuse killing them, especially since it seems she knew about it, but seriously??!?!!!! Is that REALLY what it said??!?!!!

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 29, 2013 at 11:07 pm

Those girls remind me of my own. really puts a lump in your throat.

DS_ROCKS! on October 29, 2013 at 11:17 pm

They look like gringos. So she will ask for a few months in prison and deportation so she doesn’t have to suffer the presence of gringos any more.

pat on October 30, 2013 at 12:24 am

From reading the story, it doesn’t sound like they hit the kids on purpose and didn’t know the kids were there, but they are guilty of the cover-up.

David on October 30, 2013 at 2:38 am

Absolutely, this is a tragic and very heart wrenching story. However, the pile of leaves was large and in the street. I do, however, have to question how Garcia-Cisneros could not see two little kids playing in it. But it’s not like Garcia-Cisneros drove up onto the lawn and purposefully with malintent ran over two little girls playing. This, without more information, was probably just a tragic accident and could have happened whether or not the driver was an illegal alien with a valid driver’s license.

Red Randy on October 30, 2013 at 5:49 am

Yes, Red Randy, that does make sense. I frequently like to drive over piles of leaves when I drive. I try to aim for snowdrifts, also.

Little Al on October 30, 2013 at 9:26 am

Critical thinking has gone on walkabout here, Little Al, but we have unfounded apologias in overstock.

Those wanting to shut off brain seem to not remember they went to Sonic so this Illegal Alien creep was prolly eating as she was driving. She didn’t care about any kids…just stuffing her face.

I guess they also didn’t wanna remember the conspiring that went on behind the scenes after the killings either.

Little Al, why aim for snowdrifts and leaves when we can make it like “Death Race 2000” and aim for people? Don’t forget that alterkakers mean EXTRA points. (///)

Skunky on October 30, 2013 at 10:06 am

Sounds like she was trying to mess up someone’s neat pile of leaves that were put in the street to be collected by the city. We do it here in Vancouver. But unfortunately, she did a lot worse than trying to mess up the leaf pile…

Karen on October 30, 2013 at 9:37 am

You mean kind of like premature trick-or-treat?

Little Al on October 30, 2013 at 4:02 pm

There’s a learning point for every parent here. Don’t let your kids play in a leaf pile in the roadway. There’s no predicting the sanity, sense or sobriety of any motor vehicle operator. Kids don’t belong where cars go.

Pete on October 30, 2013 at 10:20 am

Every time I return to this thread, I find it hard to miss the parts where I have to see her name in print. I find the spelling of her name to be extremely annoying. It’s almost like the Spanish speaking version of “Shaniqua.” She should be given extra time just for the (MIS)spelling of her name. I know she’s not responsible, but she needs to be MADE responsible. Old enough to kill a couple kids and cover it up? Old enough to get your name changed to the proper spelling, dumb bitch. She looks like a typical Kaliforniya porn video, burrito eating gangsta chick. Give her extra time for that, too.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 30, 2013 at 10:29 am

Waiting for the “Americans kill kids, too” argument. That may be so, but do we need to import them? Little notice of cop-killing illegals in Houston, shooting officers or just hitting them while driving drunk. Again, why import trouble? Worse, why let them stay? Jail her ass then send her packing to Mexico.

WilliamMunny on October 30, 2013 at 11:41 am

well what should be done about whites that run over people? nothing because they are legal? So only “illegal” immigrants aren’t allowed to make mistakes?

cris on October 31, 2013 at 2:49 pm

Mr. Munny, you took the words out of my mouth. Don’t worry, I’m beginning to smell peanuts, or at least peanut dust again. Believe me, the peanut allergy moms turned Muslim Defense League, will soon pick up the Undocumented Hispanics Living In The Shadows placards and begin parading around this thread soon enough. Probably as soon as they finish giving their kids those luscious lunch time vegan smoothies, along with the crushed Ritalin tablets hidden inside.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 30, 2013 at 11:51 am

Well, so long as they were young girls and not yet LGBT. If they’d been LGBT then a Republican House would be to blame for denying a Budget for Muslim Outreach.

Dear Debbie,
First of all i respect your thought and opinion. But to be honest your ignorant. I also recieved a visa from obamas EXUCUTIVE ORDER. For ur info its not the “Dream Act” its and exucutive order. The Dream Act wud give us more educational oppurtunities. Cinthya is a human bein, shes not perfect, people fuck up all the time. Even Americans. Not saying whatshe did was not wrong but, quit blaming us and stop being and igonrant person. For ur information its called Defered Action for Childhool Arrivals (DACA) not Dream Act. Know your facts before u write an editorial. Also u cant be older than 30 not “32” as u mentioned. What about the father of those two poor girls? Shoudnt he be a little guilty also? Who leaves their children covered in leaves in the street when its dark and can possibly get ranned over?? The father shud be ashamed, he shud of been more responsible of his own kids.

Uh thanks, Alex. You have certainly made the best of the educational “oppurtunities” you’ve already been given.

When will you people get it? There’s a heavy price to pay for all of your hatred and negativity and you WILL pay. No getting around Karma and that includes many undocumented people too as they harbor their own brand of hate. Its so hard to get past ourselves and just love one another. Its like a sickness has come over humanity that we cannot be made aware of. It must be miserable to have so much evil seeping into every crevice of your being for you to churn out all the hatred. Life is short and we are here to learn love. This life is like a conveyor belt so don’t end up in the reject pile. I here its a nasty place that one would NOT want to spend an eternity, and all that just to feel superior for a short lifetime

skzion on November 5, 2013 at 3:35 pm

Debbie sounds a bit miffed that Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros took her job at Sonic. Oh well, she can always come mow my lawn as long as she walks a straight line.

Mia Coxwellen on November 20, 2013 at 12:11 am

Alex,

You are a perfect example why we don’t need any more ignorant 3rd world parasites. Obama’s DACA exec order does NOT make you legal or wanted here. He violated OUR Constitution and will pay for his crimes.

For those that think the illegal POS should get a pass and the
father/mother blamed, do a little research….the leaf pile was in their yard; only a small amount of the leaves was in the curb. The illegal POS had no regard for responsible driving behind the wheel of a car since the article states she deliberately aimed for the leaf pile. Yeah right….we need to give more of them DL…….NOT! We have no responsibility to any illegal invader or their criminal parents. Throw their sorry asses back over the border….including their illegal anchor babies…..on the first offense. Second offense, shoot to kill. These parasites are doing what parasites do…..kill the host. Enough is enough!

^Don’t worry, not all Americans are as stupid as this one.

Luke on January 8, 2014 at 2:17 am

I’m in California in the county with the highest homicide rate in the state. We’re overrun with this stuff here. The Mexicans drive drunk like they think it’s a sport. Our murder rate is almost entirely due to the constant shootings going on because of the gang warfare between the two main Mexican gang factions, the Nortenos and Surenos. The Norte bunch tends to be from families who were already here when the huge immigration wave started following the amnesty the idiot politicians gave away in 1986. Thanks to that Mexicans are now the majority in this county.
The Surenos would make nice poster kids for the DREAMERS. They are almost entirely the children of immigrants, mostly illegal. The joke of newspaper here found ONE story where the girl was doing well in college and that went on the front page. But the many homicides (mostly unsolved) that go on specifically in the teen age range merit no attention. They get away with blandly labeling them “gang related” without even specifying what gang OR if the victim was even in a gang. The Sureno bunch have a well-deserved reputation for the most reckless insanity i.e. sticking a gun over the back fence and aiming at a group at night. Meanwhile the Nortes have been killing black teens in their territory and of course the “news” says nothing about this aspect. There was a shooting last Friday and it wasn’t even in the paper, so I guess now unless somebody dies it doesn’t count. Oh did I mention one of these punks (age 17) killed the first police officer ever killed in this town going back to the 1800s? He was a black man married to a white woman if that matters to anybody. So we’re really celebrating that “multicultural diversity” the liberals love so much!

Mark Tea on February 26, 2014 at 5:52 am

You are all a bunch of ignorant, racist, idiots who don’t seem to understand that it was an accident. Things happen, wether the driver was a white girl or a black or Mexican girl. It happens, and that’s just how it is. Live with it!

Caleb Husted on August 19, 2014 at 3:47 pm

Just found this article. Thought it was a joke. Is this the best you could do to complain about the DREAM Act? I am happy to have in my country.
