30 Yrs After Hezbollah Mass-Murdered US Marines, Hezbollah Won & Has a Huge Beachhead in America

By Debbie Schlussel

Thirty years ago today, Hezbollah bombed the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut and murdered 241 Americans. As some Marines tried to flee the burning barracks, PLO shooters sent machine gun fire their way.

beirutbarracks2.jpg

The Marines were there to protect pro-PLO Sunni Muslims from the Israelis and from Christians who finally fought back against the PLO mass rapes, mass murders, and other ravages of the country, its Christians, and its Shi’ite Muslim population. We had no business being there, but President Reagan decided to go there and protect Muslims anyway. And after he sacrificed the Marines, he pulled the Marines out, like a scared animal with its tail between its legs, and ran away. We never fought back. The Ronald Reagan that everyone remembers as tough really wasn’t so tough after all. Osama Bin Laden cited this wimpitude in Beirut as his evidence that America would be attacked by Muslims and wouldn’t do much in response. And he was right.

beirutmemorialplaque.jpg

Thirty years later, Hezbollah isn’t just over there blowing up Americans. It’s here. We have tens of thousands of Hezbollah agents, operatives, and supporters who’ve created a beachhead in Dearbornistan and Dearbornistan Heights, Michigan, and it’s growing like a cancer. Arab businesses (including restaurants and bakeries), Arab newspapers (including the so-called Arab-American News), and elected officials (including two Hezbollah Judges) are backed, funded, and/or supported by Hezbollah. Money is laundered through Arabic supermarkets and halal meat shops–and used car dealerships–and sent to the “martyrs back home.” And Donald Trump even engineered the naming of an open Hezbollah supporter, Rima Fakih–whose family members are Hezbollah terrorists and “martyrs”–to win the Miss USA pageant in 2010.

And while these Muslims in the Hezbollahstan in America expand, they continue to take orders from Iran and South Lebanon. Despite that, our pan-Arabist President, Barack Obama, is now a frat brother with the ayatollahs who continue to run and direct Hezbollah from Tehran–the same ayatollahs who also direct Hezbollah’s illegal money-laundering and financing operations inside the United States, through illicit drug trafficking and counterfeit merchandise. And Walmart has built a store specially for them, making illegal price-fixing and purchasing deals with the Hezbollah businesses who compete.

beirutmemorialpic.jpg

Yes, thirty years later, the cries of the ghosts of the American men whose lives were snuffed out by Hezbollah have been forgotten. Instead, we not only never responded to their murders, but we allowed the circle jerk of supporters of their mass murderers to take over whole cities and elections on our shores and we are in foreign policy partnerships with Hezbollah’s creators and puppeteers in Iran. The two largest mosques in North America are run by known agents of Iran and Hezbollah, and they are not pariahs. Nope. They are feted by American Presidents–including both Presidents Bush and Obama–and other officials.

Thirty years later, the American bodies–those that remained and were identifiable–of Hezbollah’s victims are bullet-ridden and charred bones for which we have nothing to show in response. Not only have we allowed their murderers to go free, but to populate and take over the shores those Marines gave their lives to protect.

“They Came in Peace”: Memorial to Marines Slain in Beirut

Ronald Reagan isn’t the only one who bears responsibility for this. So does every single President afterward who did nothing to stop Shi’ite Muslim immigration to the United States and Hezbollah funding and financing from within it. So does every FBI and ICE Special Agent in Charge and every U.S. Attorney who dines on falafel and shawarmeh at the fundraising dinners of these Hezbollah front group organizations based in Southeastern Michigan, yukking it up, while they laugh behind our backs.

Blame also the many frauds in the media who cozy up to Hezbollah, like faux-conservative Frank Beckmann, a host on Cumulus Media/ABC Radio’s WJR-AM whose family members were Nazis, who made excuses on his show for Hezbollah and its bombing and mass murder of the Marines. He even did a whole show entertaining the laughable idea that Hezbollah was not behind the bombing (Hezbollah took credit and continues to) and attacked me for getting John McCain to dump a known key American Hezbollah operative, Ali Jawad, from his Presidential campaign. The same goes for WJR’s half-Lebanese morning host, Paul W. Smith, who also attacked me for that and whose Christian Arab ancestors are probably turning over in their graves for the multiple verbal Lewinskys Smith regularly does on the air for Hezbollah supporters and agents. Also blame the so-called conservative groups, like the Tea Party and Americans for Prosperity who constantly promote and give paid speaking engagements at rallies to Hezbollah supporters like Beckmann. They bear responsibility for elevating and promoting those who elevate and promote Hezbollah.

Thirty years ago we lost hundreds of American lives to Hezbollah. Thirty years later we’ve lost parts of America to it.

hezbollah4.jpgbeirutmarine.jpg

I wrote about this five years ago on the 25th anniversary of the Hezbollah bombing of the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut, and my words apply even more today:

It was a tragic event in U.S. and Marine Corps history. But even more tragic is that 25 years later, America hasn’t learned any of the lessons loudly broadcast in that and related episodes for Americans in Lebanon and in other interactions with Muslims around the world bent on our destruction.

The most basic of lessons should have been learned before President Reagan sent the Marines on this failed mission: No good deed goes unpunished. Even more basic: Why do a good deed for barbarians? We shouldn’t have been there. We should have let Israel and the Maronites finish the clean-up job they began, and things would have been different in Lebanon and the Mid-East today . . . for the better.

Instead, we sent our Marines there, and made them sitting duck targets, ordering them to sit with unloaded rifles and a weak barbed wire perimeter, lest we offend the Muslims. Our Marines were ordered to keep ammunition in their belts, not their guns.

Twenty-five years later, those barbarians are here and their punishment is only beginning. The real punishment will be felt not by us, but by several generations into the future.

The Shi’ite Hezbollah terrorists working in unison with their Sunni allies are not longer confined to the streets of Beirut and South Lebanon. They control the streets of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, Michigan and are growing like a virus in Southeastern Michigan.

Two key allies of Hezbollah spiritual leader Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah–the man who issued the fatwah for the mass murder of those Marines–are now two of the most prominent Islamic clerics in America, being feted by American Presidents and Presidential contenders and being given regular columns in a major newspaper by an irresponsible, clueless, PC editor.

Not only did President Ronald Reagan–in the biggest misstep of his career–pull up stakes and surrender to Hezbollah after they attacked and murdered our troops in cold blood; but he and his successors surrendered portions of American soil to Hezbollah through lax immigration and rampant political correctness for two-and-a-half decades thereafter.
Where once they only marched in Lebanon’s streets, now tens of thousands of Hezbollah’s minions march on America’s streets. Talk about reverse containment. Hezbollah is containing us, not the other way around. It is spreading.

Donald Rumsfeld, then a special envoy to Beirut, says the lesson he learned about terrorists was that we must

take the war to them, to go after them where they are, where they live.

But we did not do that to them. They did that to us. Over the last quarter-century since the attacks, that’s what they did to us. Now, they live where we live. They took their war to us, where we are.

I wrote a cursory list of several actual, moral, and/or political victories Hezbollah won over the West. It’s only gotten worse, since, but here’s the list from back then:

* In April, 1983, Hezbollah drove a van bomb into the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, killing 46, including 16 Americans. America was the intended target. But the U.S. did nothing in response.

* In October 22, 1983, the 241 U.S. Marines were murdered by Hezbollah, along with countless others injured. Consistent with the April attack, America not only did nothing to respond, but America packed up and left Lebanon. America’s non-response–for which President Reagan was never called to task–and its swift pullout were specifically cited by Osama Bin Laden as proof that America didn’t have the will to make its enemies pay . . . or even to survive. He cited:

the decline of American power and the weakness of the American soldier, who is ready to wage cold wars but unprepared to fight long wars. This was proven in Beirut in 1983, when the Marines fled.

Bin Laden had the ethos right, but not the correct group. The brave American soldier did and still does have the preparation and will to fight this enemy. Sadly, the American soldier’s commanders and politicians and law enforcement bureaucrats in America don’t have the will. Their will is to engage in political correctness, allow Hezbollah on our shores through a “peaceful” slow invasion, and bend over backward, forward, and every which way for them.

* In 1985, Hezbollah hijacked TWA 847 and tramples and tortures to death U.S. Navy diver Robert Dean Stethem. His lifeless body is thrown off the plane for U.S. cameras to show nightly TV news audiences. America does nothing to respond.

Today, Hezbollah’s chief negotiatiator, Nabih Berri of Deaborn, is speaker of the Lebanese Parliament and a figure honored with visits by and gushing from American Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice. Berri, who heads terrorist group Harakat Amal (the Shi’ite Amal Militia), brokered his alliance with Hezbollah through marriage, and is also constantly feted by top American Muslim leaders from Dearborn.

In December 2005, Germany released to freedom Mohammad Ali Hamadi, one of the Hezbollah hijackers who tortured and murdered Stethem–a story I broke on this site. Both German leader Angela Merkel and U.S. President George Bush allowed this to happen and neither did a thing to stop it.

* In 1992, Hezbollah and Iran bombed the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, killing 22, and in 1994 Hezbollah and Iran blew up the Jewish Community Center of Buenos Aires, killing almost 100. The target was specific: Buenos Aires has the largest Jewish community in Latin America. Hezbollah was asserting its presence and establishing a base in South America. A decade-and-a-half later, America finally noticed . . . far too late. Hezbollah is already entrenched not only in U.S. soil, but elsewhere on our hemisphere. Hezbollah and Iran paid Argentinian President Carlos Menem, an Arab and “former” Muslim $5,000,000 to cover up their involvement and block any real investigation.

* In June 1998, Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda worked together to bomb and blow up the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. The target was U.S. servicemen living there. 19 of them were murdered. America did nothing to avenge their blood. Once again, Bin Laden was right about America’s will to fight this enemy.

* In 2000, a man named “W.” from Texas runs for President and wins, making his pandering to Hezbollah’s tens of thousands of Shi’ites from Dearborn a centerpiece of his campaign, and garnering their Islamic endorsement. He makes ending of both “profiling of Arabs” and the use of “secret evidence” against Islamic terrorists points in a Presidential debate against Al Gore.

For this, George W. Bush is hailed by Osama Siblani, editor of the Arab American News and brother of a top executive of Al-Manar a/k/a Hezbollah TV. Bush eagerly accepts this, making many trips to fete the Hezbollah crowd of Dearborn, despite the fact that Siblani’s “newspaper” has been identified as Hezbollah’s key publishing house organ and Siblani one of its top agents.

* In 2001, when Bush takes office, he makes Hezbollah’s top friend in the U.S. Senate, Spencer Abraham, his Energy Secretary. No biggie that the defeated U.S. Senator from Michigan just sent $86 million in U.S. taxpayer money to Hezbollah in South Lebanon.

* Also in 2001, on September 11th, America is attacked. John Chipura, who barely survived the 1983 Marine barracks attack by Hezbollah, is a New York City fireman. He is last seen on September 11th running up into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. His scheduled October 2001 wedding would never take place.

qazwinifadlallah2.jpg

Bush Faith-Based Funding Policy Advisor Hassan Qazwini Hangs with Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, Hezbollah’s Spiritual Leader Who Ordered Murder of 241 U.S. Marines

* Throughout his first term, George W. invites to his Crawford, Texas ranch, fetes at the White House, and visits in Dearborn, three of Hezbollah’s top Iranian-backed imams–Hassan Qazwini, Mohammed Ali Elahi, and Husham Al-Hussainy. The President is photographedd kissing and hugging each of them at various times in his Presidency.

Despite Qazwini’s frequent trips to Lebanon to hang with Hezbollah spiritual leader Fadlallah–the man who ordered the murders of the Marines 25 years ago today–Bush invites Qazwini to his ranch to help him design the American taxpayer giveaway to his mosque, via the “faith-based funding initiative.”

* Also, in 2000, Republican Congressman Joe Knollenberg, his then-chief of staff Paul Welday, and then-U.S. Senator Spencer Abraham sought almost $300 million dollars in U.S. aid to Hezbollah, at the request of their non-constituent, Jim Zogby of the Arab American Institute. They got $86 million of that and sent it straight to the terrorists that murdered our Marines. Knollenberg is in a tough re-election fight and Welday is seeking a seat in the Michigan House. Remember this on election day.

* In 2002, a New York Times front page story floats the not-so-subrosa Condoleezza Rice-Colin Powell-George W. Bush plan to remove Hezbollah from the State Department Terrorist List and help aid the group in its plans to take over Lebanon in its entirety politically. Who cares about 241 old blown up skeletons of Marines when we have a “Religion of Peace” to pander to and a Nobel Peace Prize to win?

* In 2003, Marine survivors and relatives prevail when a federal judge, who declares Iran liable for the Beirut bombing of the Marines, awarding $2.7 billion to them and against Iran.

Because of Bush Administration pandering to Iran and Bush Justice and State Department machinations, these survivors and family members have never seen a dime. The Bushies refuse to give them any Iranian assets. At the same time, the Bush Administration has increased supposedly embargoed trade with the Hezbollah patron-state from $8 million per year under the Clinton Administration to almost $150 million per year.

* Also in 2003, President Bush’s hand-picked U.S. Attorney, Jeffrey Collins, discusses with the Detroit News and his friend, “former” Islamic terrorist Imad Hamad, their mutual support for the wearing of Hezbollah t-shirts in the Detroit area. Collins is Hamad’s date to a Detroit News “Michiganians of the Year” banquet. The Detroit News refuses to answer questions regarding why it picked this Palestinian supporter of Islamic terrorism as a “Michiganian of the Year.”

* In 2005, U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III joked at a Hezbollah mosque in Dearborn Heights that he doesn’t know why Hezbollah is on the State Department terrorist list, that the group just does great “humanitarian work.” Murphy allowed Hezbollah’s top American financier, Talal Chahine, to flee the country and allowed him to run and collect profits from his American business, even after he was indicted for fleecing American taxpayers of $7 million and laundering $21 million to Hezbollah through that business. Today, Hezbollah praiser and enabler Murphy is a Bush-appointed federal judge whose major ruling has been to allow ineligible voters to cast their ballots in November.

* In 2006, during the Israel-Hezbollah war, tens of thousands of Hezbollah and HAMAS supporters march daily through the streets of Dearborn and Detroit with photos of Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah and swastikas. America pressures Israel to quickly end the war and give a de facto victory to the terrorist group, further strengthening it and its terrorist recruitment efforts.

* In 2007, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff visits Hezbollah’s imams in Dearborn, feting them with his pate and blather. Not long after his protege, Julie L. Myers, fetes the rest of Hezbollah’s key leaders at a banquet at Dearborn’s Hezbollah Social Club, the Bint Jebail Cultural Center.

Their top official in Michigan and Ohio, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Special Agent in Charge Brian Moskowitz transformed an office that went after Hezbollah financiers and smugglers into an office that panders to Hezbollah’s top operatives here and refuses to get in the way of the terrorist group’s Dearborn- and Dearborn Heights-based operations. He also holds regular “apology sessions” in the few cases that there are meaningless, toothless raids on Hezbollah charities that are then allowed to remain open for business.

* In 2008, John McCain invited Hezbollah agent, key financier, and open supporter Ali Jawad to sit atop his campaign finance committee. The McCain will to denounce Hezbollah terrorists who murdered our troops is so weak that McCain wouldn’t release a statement stating why he dumped Jawad, despite Jawad’s declared support for Hezbollah. “We don’t care about the Hezbollah stuff,” declares Ambassador Ron Weiser, who heads up McCain’s finance efforts in Michigan and stands to garner yet another ambassadorship from McCain.

No big deal that Dearborn police caught Jawad selling smuggled cigarettes for Hezbollah, or that he gave about $200,000 in funds to Hezbollah-backed Lebanese Member of Parliament Ali Bazzi to get him elected.
Also in 2008, Jawad is invited to a pandering hour-long interview by airhead Detroit radio talk show host Frank Beckmann, on the station that hosts Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. Beckmann gushes over Jawad’s fanciful stories and open support for Hezbollah, saying it isn’t a big deal:

So, you support Hezbollah. But anyway . . . .

Beckmann even allows on the airwaves, unchallenged and undisputed, Jawad’s claim that Hezbollah was not behind the Beirut Marine barracks bombing. Even Hezbollah admits–in fact, brags and celebrates–that it committed this dastardly act 25 years ago, today. Disgusting and irresponsible. But, today, Hezbollah gets positive play on our airwaves and even has in its corner so-called “conservative” talk show hosts like Beckmann.

Also this year, Arthur Horwitz, a far-leftist and self-hating Jew who owns the Detroit Jewish News, formed a partnership with Hezbollah’s Siblani and his pro-Hezbollah/HAMAS Arab American News.

elahifadlallah2.jpg

Detroit News Columnist Mohammed Ali Elahi Hangs with Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, Hezbollah’s Spiritual Leader Who Ordered Murder of 241 U.S. Marines

* Today, Imam Mohammed Ali Elahi–open supporter of Hezbollah, crony of Hezbollah’s Fadllalah who issued the order to blow up the barracks, and former spiritual leader of Ayatollah Khomeini’s Navy in Elahi’s native Iran–has U.S. citizenship, despite the fact that he lied about his ties to Hezbollah on documents to get and remain here and garner citizenship. He was sent here by Iran and Hezbollah to further radicalize the Shi’ite Muslim community. He told The Washington Times that the Jews are behind the 9/11 attacks on America.

Also, today, Elahi is the only Hezbollah agent in America to have a regular column in a major newspaper for his anti-American, anti-Semitic ravings. He was given a regular column by irresponsible, pandering Detroit News Editorial Page Editor Nolan Finley, whose excuse is, “Well, he has a following.” So did Hitler. So does David Duke.

That was just the Cliff’s Notes version of what happened in 25 years since the Hezbollah bombing of our Marines. A lot more has happened in the five years since then. None of it good for us, all of it good for Hezbollah and its puppeteers in Iran.

Debbie, this piece, if you have the ability, should be printed up as a pamphlet and sent to every address in America. I know you don’t have the time, and it’s not possible, but I can wish. This piece should also perhaps have its own web site. And maybe it should even be sent to every e-mail address to every known American citizen.

A few comments.

Totally without ego, some of what Debbie says early on is what I began saying the day this horrible event took place, and tried to hard to say to as many people as I could for a period of years. Ronald Reagan, for whatever good can be said about him, REALLY messed this one up. When I was a little kid, I was taught that the Marines NEVER left a single body behind. I guess I was taught wrong.

Thank you Debbie, for clueing me in to this Beckmann character and his association with Tea Party speaking engagements. This underscores what I said to poster “gizzy” on another thread, that America has no more hope EXCEPT for God. There goes that Jimmy Hoffa quote again, “sooner or later, everybody does business with everybody.” There IS no saving America in the present. God is going to come and save the whole world some day, but FIRST, America gets flushed.

Debbie got one thing wrong, and it’s sort of silly to mention, but it’s sort of important. She said that this invasion of Hezbollah and beachhead they’ve established here in America will affect us negatively for generations to come. America doesn’t HAVE “generations” left. America has NO SUCH TIME left. The time is very short, not minutes, not weeks, but perhaps only months, or a few years at most. A few years is not a generation.

I know I repeat myself a lot. Prophets of Doom have a tendency to do that. I’ve mentioned the SECOND most important book in the world a number of times. If Debbie’s post here doesn’t convince you that there’s no time left, then you are dead. NO living human being with one tenth of a brain can read Debbie’s post and brush it off. We have no time left, America.

But while there IS literally a VERY SHORT time left, I suggest you ALL get yourselves a copy of The United States and Great Britain In Prophecy by Herbert W. Armstrong. YOUR LOSS if you don’t. At least you’ll be informed. The Founding Fathers wanted a well informed populace. If you fail to get that book and read it RIGHT NOW, you will be MUCH less informed.

That’s your business.

The Resident Dumb Blond(e) has to head out to the beautiful fields of The Enchanted Isle of The Caribbean, which will soon be a smoking hole in the ground. God bless you, and God love you all. A special blessing for our Fearless Leader, The Great Debbie Schlussel. I love you, Debbie.

Hey Debbie, thanks for this publication ma’am, at the beginning, I thought that the death toll of our Marines was somewhere around 300 when Hezbollah terrorists attacked the barracks in Beirut, Lebanon three decades ago, but 241 is a little better than 300, but still sad and heart-breaking though that the loved ones who lost their lives in that cowardly terrorist attacks.

I also notice that we didn’t go on the attack to retaliate against Hezbollah, who’s known for doing BS such as this, by doing cowardly sneak attacks and playing the victim at the end. You’re also right DS, that we had NO business being in Lebanon during the course of the Lebanese Civil-War, it was mainly Lebanon’s problem (similar to what’s going on in Syria right now), so in that essence, Reagan at the time was more of a warmonger of sending US troops to Lebanon, than Obama today of nearly sending brave US soldiers into Syria to help the so-called rebels (who’re al-Qaeda supporters and wants Sharia law in Syria).

You’re also right that parts of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, Michigan have become quasi Arabized, with countless Islamic immigration over the years (despite those stats Debbie, the Muslim population here in the United States is near 1%, believe it or not). Plus also not only left wing movements have been infiltrated by the Arabs, but parts of the right wing movement has been guilty of this crap as well, ie, the Tea Party Movement, Americans For Prosperity, etc., and also a few years ago, to your own credit, you were the only one in general who called out the TPM for inviting anti-Semitic speakers to their rallies, and also calling pro-Hezbollah Republican candidates from the TPM, and sadly, apologists trolls trolled here by trying to say that you were wrong, don’t what you were talking about, etc., etc., etc., in which Debbie you provided TONS of sources to back up your claims, we all fact-checked it on our own, and viola, you were right from the get-go, and the TPM trolls were wrong and full of BS!

Debbie,

Once one believes the propaganda that one is guilty of all the inequalities that exist in the world, that one will never – no matter how hard he tries – satisfy the so-called injured parties or their parasitic supporters.

Today and for some time now, the U.S. mentality is that WE can make the world a utopia. We give so much away. We do not demand cooperation. We think everyone will Thank us. We equate equal opportunity with equal results and when that does not happen, we pile more guilt on ourselves, i.e. we did something wrong AGAIN! We do not accept the reality that all cultures are not equal just as not all immigrants are not equal in adapting to or accepting of our culture and system of laws.

We currently tolerate those whose culture is one of misogyny, death, religious intolerance, barbarism, and thoughts of global conquest via religious dogmas to restore a 1,000+ year old fantasy.

My family heritage is French. What would one say or think if I dressed as Napoleon did? C-R-A-Z-Y! Right? So, how about today’s Burqa Babes in full hijab / nikjab mode even though it is not a religious, but cultural dress mode?

I really hope the supposed riff with the Saudi Royals is real.

This will enable us to relieve ourselves of this Middle East / Islamic burden to make nice. Conduct business? Yes. Allow unrestricted immigration of those whose cultures are so foreign to our culture with no obvious tolerance by them of American culture and mores? No.

Historically, we are a Judeo-Christian country and culture with a Constitutionally-Limited Republic form of Government. We do not bow or kneel before a Pope, a Rabbi, a King, a Dictator, an Emperor, or a Mullah / an Ayatollaha.

So, lets get out of NATION BUILDING MODE. Lets mind our own business in our country. If we are attacked, we decimate the idiots who think they can escape retribution. The Marine Barracks destruction should not have happened, but after it did, smoke ’em.

In the matter of Israel’s existence, we support them over the barbarians. It is the responsibility of the barbarians to prove themselves able to live peacefully with the rest of the nations here. If they attack Israel, let Israel smoke ’em.

When I was young, I had Catholic Lebanese friends as did my parents. Never did I hear any anti-Semitic rants or innuendos from them. We got along just like the majority of the neighbors did with each other.

I guess the long & short of this is that the Marines paid a very heavy price that day. Ordinary Americans did on 9-11.

When will we learn we cannot change the world – and especially this Islamic culture – by what we currently do. THINK ABOUT IT and make suggestions known to our Government, Business Leaders, News Media / Personalities, but keep in mind that even though we think the world is so sophisticated, NO ONE LISTENS TO WIMPS.

Semper Fidelis and “Goodnight, Chesty, wherever you are.”

Excellent post. I’m going to re-read it after I’m done commenting.

The further we get away from 9/11 (and even more alarmingly, this 30 year anniversary of the Hezbollah Mass-Murder on US Marines…) the more pandering to Islam and Mooooooslims happens.

I’m noticing everywhere (but very much so near the college locales) not an increase in Mooooslimas wearing hijabs BUT niqabs. No hyperbole.

I haven’t figured out Obama-Putin’s game with Iran yet. He loves and has helped the MB gain ground but I am trying to figure out where he may be coming from regarding Shi’ites. I don’t know. I don’t know if he’s just such an Islam fan he doesn’t acknowledge the war between Sunnis and Shi’ites or if he deep down even draws a line. I don’t know enough to even guess what the matter could be.

I notice everyone falls over that little Malala girl (the one the Taliban shot) but nobody seems to notice she is STILL a Moooooslim. I know that matters at the end of the day. People would be horrified if I asked that question but the truth is it does make me feel uneasy (after all I have learned…).

In Boston there are not only more Mooooslims but more South American Latinos. Many look very illegal, but I don’t know for sure. I am noticing these Latinos (who may be illegal and on the US dole…they look Peruvian and Equadorian et al…very indigineous looking…) wearing “Qatar Foundation” clothing. I wanna know what’s up with that? I do think it means something but I don’t get it. Are they donated clothes? Much of the clothing looks like sports apparel and I see them hanging in Latino stores with “Qatar Foundation” prominently displayed. It’s easy to say the Latinos do not know anything about Qatar (especially if said clothing is donated and they don’t even speak english), but it could be more canny than that. I don’t know.

I was in lovely East-Watertown today (where “Flash-Bang” Tsarnaev was hiding after his terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon) and I noticed the local elections are FILLED with super-Moonbats. That means Islamo-pandering. Looking at the signs was making me sick. I noticed that a relative of actress Eliza Dushku (pro-Fakestinian Lefty) was running (Aaron). I knew her Mum but haven’t seen her in years. Anyway, he fit right in with all the super-Moonbat political figures in terror-cell-filled Watertown. (I also noticed a new deli that either had Islamic lettering on the windows or it could be Armenian. I have forgotten what Armenian lettering looks like so I must research…that part of Watertown has been dominantly Armenian for years but there is a noticeable influx of Moooooslims).

These are the things bothering me in this moonbat state/towns and cities.

Well, Debbie recently made this statement, followed by a strict warning.

“Wikipedia is not a reliable source for anything.”

The warning stated that references to the hereinafter referred to web site as TUE (The Unmentionable Encyclopedia) are strictly forbidden. I believe that Debbie’s statement can be proven to be false. However, after 13 1/2 years posting on internet forums I have learned a few things. If one has a disagreement on policy or other such matters, one does NOT take an owner, administrator or moderator of a web site to task publicly.

I also am given to believe that Debbie may have some very good, PRIVATE reasons for not wanting TUE to be referred to here. That is her prerogative. Also, I will not seek to take this up with her privately. I have come to admire, respect and truly love Debbie quite a bit, and do not believe that she has the time to read a dissertation about my reasons for believing that TUE is a legitimate reference. It’s just not that important.

SO, with regard to Skunky’s curiosity about this Welcome Back, Quatar Foundation. They have a web site, which I have just come from perusing in a perfunctory manner. I have also used TUE to add to what I gleaned from my perusal. I will also add my own comment. That is, what I said on another thread.

For a number of years, Qatar has been raiding other countries in the sport of track and field, offering big bucks for track and field stars to become citizens of their country, and compete under their flag. In particular, Kenya has been raided heavily and this has caused quite a bit of consternation in Kenya, and some discontent among the body of athletes, as well the heads of Kenyan sports federations.

What it appears the Qatar Foundation is all about is furthering Qatar’s efforts to gain attention as a regional power of sorts, and is perhaps even a front group for what may be nefarious Islamic groups. I am deeply suspicious of Qatar’s motives, and it looks as though they are bent on some sort of regional hegemony. I think this “foundation” is about Qatar dressing up their image in the world, and perhaps serving as a spearhead for further Islamic legitimization efforts.

Sobering memorial piece, Debbie. Thanks for doing this.

Great piece. Why don’t more “conservative” columnists, especially Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and the crew at Breitbart.com and townhall.com, write retrospectives like this? Very likely it is because the thought of holding Ronald Reagan accountable overwhelms them. I must confess, despite the many good things Reagan did during his two terms as president, he badly miscalculated on Lebanon. The effects still can be felt today.

Ronald Reagan ran out of Beirut so fast that he did not even bother informing his allies. The Americans were there as part of an international force including, IIRC, a few hundred British, a thousand French, and a couple of thousand Italians. They were all left to make their own arrangements to leave hostile territory with no American help whatever. I had a boyfriend in the Italian force (we were young then) and they were not impressed with American nerve. If Americans ever ask why Reagan was not popular in Europe, nor ever taken at his own valuation, this spectacular act of cowardice at our expense is one reason.

“If Americans ever ask why Reagan was not popular in Europe, nor ever taken at his own valuation, this spectacular act of cowardice at our expense is one reason.”

Reagan wasn’t popular in CONTINENTAL Europe because Europe was filled with nincompoop ingrates, not all of them teenaged, led by the French, and sponsored in part by the Soviet Union.

Hey, those ingrates remind me of . . . Laura Latini!

After every Islamic terror attack, we are cautioned by US Mass Media not to judge the many by the actions of a few.

Won’t it be a good day when the US Media applies that standard to US Gun Owners?

“After every Islamic terror attack, we are cautioned by US Mass Media not to judge the many by the actions of a few.”

Yes, but, applied to gun owners, this would be fair enough. Applied to Muslims, the problem is that the vast majority in fact support the actions of more than a few.

I was serving aboard the USS Ranger in the Indian Ocean at the time this event occurred and it still brings a shiver down my spine especially since our troops were there with no ammunition to defend themselves.

Which is why I don’t heap such great praise on Ron Reagon as some do. He had no military acumen whatsoever and he would put our soldiers in precarious situations. I worked on an aircraft called the A-6E Intruder an all weather bomber better suited for night ops due to its lack of speed in a raid. What Reagon do? Send two bombers out during daylight to bomb Lybia one gets shot down and the pilot captured the bombardier killed all thanks to some no nothing politician playing wargames.

Great article as always Debbie.Thank you for all the good work you do to fight the evil that has invaded this great country.

the marines were not armed at the gates because of stupid un rules never send unarmed us troops to any muslim country

Hey, skzion, ask most Britons what they think of Ronnie Ray-gun, you might get a surprise. You may have bought the act, but the rest of the world did not.

Laura Latini on October 24, 2013 at 2:40 pm

yes Laura, exactly. The World cringed when Regan was elected and his subsequent demise from the effects of Alzheimers merely confirmed what we all knew. The man was crazy and a mere puppet.
Today, here on the other side of the world we are witnessing the government crack down on self styled outlaw motorcycle gangs. The reason given by the authorities is that the gangs are making and selling meth in vast quantities and shooting each other in a territorial war. And thus, must be wiped out or made to conform to society’s norms.
But,to me I see a different picture. The leaders of these gangs all posses arabic names and many are the children of persons who left lebanon in the period from 1983 to 1985. Most have strong family links to the middle east .
So,to me it can only be that the governments here have seen a large flow of cash off shore by these gangs and have decided to wipe out a funding source for Hezbollah et al.
Life will be more peaceful on the roads and in homes in our cities now that these clowns have been roped in ,but as i have said, these arabic connections are a major concern.
Perhaps the UN will send in the troops here in Australia to protect a minority…?

Oh what a pity. Aron Boring is being controversial (or Libtarded, which is what he REALLY is…) again.

If only he wasn’t so bloody boring. I couldn’t even get past the third sentence.

    Blah, blah, blah…boring. ZZZZZZ

Just thinking how times have changed since then. If it were today, that plaque would state “men and WOMEN”.

I recall the events then. Everybody in the world was up in arms over the massacre of Palis that happened following President Bashir Gemayel’s assassination – something that later turned out to have been done by Syria.

But if they were so eager to protect the Palis, then why send US marines there? The right country to have sent troops could have been Egypt, which at the time had normalized relations w/ Israel, somewhat sour relations w/ the PLO and bitter relations w/ Syria. They’d have handled Amal & Hizbullah appropriately.
