America has men and women like the guy craves for in this video. They’re in the mountains of Afghanistan, the streets of Baghdad, the Sunni Triangle, and ships of war in the Mediterranean Sea. The shame of it is, America doesn’t have one running for President in 2008.

The Chopper Reed character is based on a real-life Australian gangster of the same name. He earned the nickname ëChopperí after an incident in state prison. Having got wind that he was about to be murdered by a rival gang, he chopped off his own ears, so that he would be admitted to the prison wing where they couldnít get to him.
Anyway hereís an hilarious clip of ëChopperí doing the Aussie weather report.
