**** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE ****
I said it was if his wife truly has terminal (or even serious) cancer. Back in the fall, in an interview with The Buffalo News, I said that her cancer book was just another tool to .

Debbie, I think it’s even worse than that. If you could look up “scumball lawyer” in the dictionary there’d be a picture of John Edwards. He trots Elizabeth out as the anti-trophy wife to sanitize his poor image.

PR move for Edwards. Vote for me out of sympathy for my wife situation.

Gee, imagine the boost in the polls Edwards could enjoy if Ofrah would televise live any cancer surgeries Mrs. Edwards might have to undergo? Think of the ratings boost Ofrah would also get. If, God forbid, Mrs. Edwards should succumb to her illness and Ofrah could televise that live, as well, John Edwards would automatically become president thanks to the fawning of the Lamestream Media and the airheads who watch Ofrah. And, of course, Ofrah would want any of the above to concur with Ratings Sweep.

I do believe he is being an opertunist (sp sorry) to use his wives illness to raise his opinion polls, but imagine the media, and the presidential approval ratings, if a first lady died while her husband was in office.
