EXCLUSIVE: Tsarnaevs Committed Immigration Fraud – Bush Rubberstamped Asylum Claim; Amnesty Preview

By Debbie Schlussel

The Tsarnaev family committed immigration fraud, falsely claiming persecution and requesting asylum it never should have gotten. You can blame that on the Bush Administration, which granted the Tsarnaev family both tourist visas to come here and then asylum for the entire family . . . less than a year after 9/11, when scrutiny of Muslim applicants for asylum should have been stepped up. Instead, Bush Administration pandering to Islam was stepped up. My sources say the Bush Administration, which could have challenged the Tsarnaev asylum claim, did not and, instead, allowed the Tsarnaevs to be rubberstamped into America.

Anzor & Zubeidat Tsarnaev w/ Baby Tamerlan

DebbieSchlussel.com has learned that the Tsarnaevs claimed in their asylum application that they experienced persecution in Russia because they were Chechens a/k/a Muslims. But the evidence shows that the claim was a lie. In fact, the Tsarnaevs were not from Russia. They were from Kyrgyzstan, where 80% of the population is Muslim. But they were crooks and had problems with the “authorities” there. So, they moved to Dagestan, a Russian republic, where 83% of the population is Muslim. It is from there that the Tsarnaevs moved to the United States. They were not persecuted there. And, in fact, both parents are now back living in Russia, a sure sign that they experienced no persecution there, as was the fact that terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev traveled back to Russia. If they were treated so horribly there, they would not go back. But they did. They lied. Mommy Zubeidat Tsarnaev is more afraid of facing shoplifting and theft charges from Lord & Taylor than she is the authorities back in her “persecuting” homeland.

And the lack of investigation into the Tsarnaev asylum claim is typical of most immigration applications. They are not investigated, and if they are, the investigation is fast and superficial at best. This is typical of the kind of investigation the feds will do (or not do) for the millions of applications it will get if immigration amnesty pimped by Marco Boob-io and the Senate Gangbang of Eight is enacted. Remember, there are thousands of asylum claims every year in America. There are tens of millions of illegal aliens seeking amnesty. And the system does not investigate anyone thoroughly at all.

The Obama Administration could have made moves to strip the Tsarnaev brothers of their legal immigration status. But that could only happen with good evidence that they were involved with Islamic terrorist groups and/or had lied on immigration forms. Unfortunately, the Russians did not respond to questions from the American government after it initially contacted the U.S. about Tamerlan’s trip back to Russia. And there isn’t any evidence that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was on the radar.

Still, it was a failure of the FBI and Citizenship and Immigration Services not to follow the older Tsarnaev brother and see what he was up to after the first Russian government alert. You can bet that Vladimir Putin and his minions would be tailing this guy every step of the way if he lived back there.

I blame both the Bush and Obama Administrations for this avoidable horror.

I often question these foreign freaks how they got into the country. Everyone claiming persecution using asylum have been TOTAL WACK JOBS. I don’t see any evidence of screening or verification of info.

Too many self-described conservatives (e.g., David Horowitz and his army of culture war bloggers at Front Page) who perpetually howl about “Obama” and “Democrats” should read this piece. I’ve been saying it for years: Republicans, and the George W. Bush administration in particular, are every bit as responsible for illegal immigrant criminals as the Democrats. Indeed, they may have been more so.

Seek on April 24, 2013 at 3:47 pm

Seek – And if Rubio et al. have their way the Republicans will be responsible for making it even worse.

    I_AM_ME on April 24, 2013 at 3:54 pm

Conservatives are hypocrites on Islam and national security.

They’ve opposed the few Obama Administration policies that went a small way towards plugging the loopholes that allow aliens to arrive here without adequate scrutiny out of nothing more than blind partisanship.

And now many of them are resigned to a massive amnesty that will change the face of America forever and worsen our existing national security problems.

This all began under Bush. But its easier to point fingers at where Obama has gone wrong – I’m not excusing him, I’m simply pointing out that both parties have gotten this country into the mess it finds itself in now.

Profiling works! Political correctness does not. You’d think we’d know that by now.

And what do we have for our bend over backwards, turn a blind eye tolerance? What do we get for pandering to our enemy within’s every cry of “Islamophobia” every time a Muslim is–purportedly–given a dirty look at the mall.

For all our efforts at Islam ass kissing we’ve gotten an enemy hiding in plain sight not fearing to do us harm.

You are more right than you know DS! State & DHS hire LOCAL foreign service nationals to do the investigations & background checks overseas. The chance that any derogatory information is forwarded to DOS or DHS decision makers is slim, especially if the foreign national is planted by the local PD or worse yet, intelligence service.
The number of foreign nationals that work at our embassy/attache offices overseas that have IT access to USG systems is shocking!!!
We are losing the battle one Visa at a time……………..

O.K. Now that we know this terrorist family committed fraud, how about ICE-HSI begin a denaturalization case against all of them? Will ICE management have the cojones to seek denatz against them? Don’t hold your breath since ICE management (US Customs) doesn’t even know what it is or how to go about denatzing someone in federal court. Bring back some retired INS guys who were pros at this. On the other hand, maybe ICE can figure out a way to tie them to some counterfeit purses or sunglasses and indict the family members since it would be such a complex, newsworthy case that only they know how to do.

No Surprise on April 24, 2013 at 4:25 pm

Get over it, No. TEN years and you still think Customs agents don’t know, never knew anything. Ask the FBI why they wanted Customs to stop Op Greenquest. I suspect current ICE agents know how to do the INS work, only management won’t let them.

I hear that both parents are now traveling back to the USA soon at the request of the FBI.

And, furthermore, to make matters worse, Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act so dramatically altered the kinds of immigrants America admits that, since 1969, about 85 percent of legal immigrants have come from the Third World. They bring Third World levels of poverty, fertility, illegitimacy and domestic violence with them. When they can’t make it in America, they simply go on welfare and sometimes strike out at Americans.

As goes Israel, so goes the World... on April 24, 2013 at 5:57 pm

I’m finishing up an am show on my podcast (a good one, not like most of the Lumpenconservatariat shows…) and the hosts mentioned the mother(effer) (who can’t return to USA because there is a warrant for her arrest for the Lord & Taylor shoplifting illegal action) and they reported that the mother(effer) of these two dirt-bag Jihadis said that she doesn’t care that her 1st son is dead and that her other terrorist son is injured and going to be prosecuted for heinous crimes because she can say allah akbar.

I’m not shocked. DS convinced me long ago how heinous Islam is. I know many don’t wanna see it but the point is proven daily for those who have working brain cavities.

It just proves her point.

Also, another legitimate reason to not miss GWB. Not like the fakery the Lefties get all agro about. But real, bona fide reasons.

Skunky on April 24, 2013 at 6:07 pm

    Skunky,

I saw that broadcast as well. But she said something else that got my attention. She said several times that the FBI was controlling her son (the 26 year old dead son). She also alluded to having several meetings/encounters with the FBI. In law enforcement, investigators in charge of informants are called “controlling agents.” I have a suspicion that the 26 year old may have been recruited as an informant by the FBI after following up on the lead from Russia. If they could not build a criminal case against the 26 year old for supporting terrorism, then you try to recruit them as a source of information. If he was an informant for the FBI, that would explain why he was not being closely monitored because he was considered to be “on our side.” Remember how the left loved to beat-up Bush for the Patriot Act and how intrusive the government would now be in our lives. Where was the Patriot Act concerning the 26 year old? Why did we drop our guard and fail to monitor this guy? If you look at all the “green on blue” killings of our troops and the Camp Chapman suicide bombing in ’09 (7 CIA agents killed by an informant) you see that they regularly agree to work with us only to betray us later. When they agree to work with us we let our guard down and they know this and use it against us. It will be interesting to see if stories emerge that the FBI (or CIA or ICE) may have recruited the dead terrorist and considered him “on our side.” Just a thought.

This is really getting nuts. Here in Ontario Canada this week, a Chiheb Esseghaier and Raed Jaser, both here on Student visa’s were arrested for plotting to blow up an Amtrack on a run between Toronto and NYC. Esseghaier, at his bail hearing today was asked to speak about the charges. This is what he said about his Criminal Code charges: “”All of those conclusions was taken out based on Criminal Code and all of us we know that this Criminal Code is not a holy book,” He added that “It’s just written by a set of creations and the creations they’re not perfect because only the Creator is perfect… “we cannot rely on the conclusions taken out from these judgments.” what the #%@#! Remember, this guy has a PhD… these people are totally nuts! I’m guessing islam has around 1 billion “believers” I also know muhamMAD wrote the koran in a rhythmic arabic that is compleetely untranslatable; three quarters of the moslem world is composed of non-arabs, and none of them can read their own Scriptures! This is a relgion about HATE and MURDER. Primitive, Uncivilized Savages.

Evelyn on April 24, 2013 at 7:31 pm

I would ask what’s his face how as a creature he would even be able to comprehend the creator? How would he as a defiled creation know what a holy book even is? I would call his reasoning solipsistic, but it does not even rise to that level. It is more akin to the reasoning of a dull and anti-social child. Rather than stand in awe of such idiocy, it is necessary to confront it. There is no higher wisdom in his words, but a subhuman bestiality.

Debbie, There is strong circumstantial evidence that their uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, is a CIA asset. I don’t know why this is being ignored. This was no screw up. This family was brought here with the help of Uncle Ruslan for a stated purpose. Ruslan’s former work for USAID, as an oil gas attorney/executive for a string of suspect energy companies and a home just outside the Capital Beltway should send chills up your spine, not to mention the testimony he gave in a money laundering case involving the billionaire Kazakh regarding the use of offshore accounts controlled by a corrupt billionaire to purchase the Duke of York’s mansion for about $5 million over its market value. These puppet masters behind the curtain want everyone to focus on radical Islamists as the fall guys when in fact many of these terrorist acts are plotted and schemed by the very evil people within our own government who are waging war on the American people and the rest of the world for their own selfish interests. Who wins? Who loses? Think about it. Why doesn’t anyone ask why the Saudi consular post where John Brennan was posted greenlighted the granting of visas to 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers over the objections of the State Department professionals through the intervention of agents working under Brennan. Brennan knows what these two guys were doing a week ago Monday and what their true role was. Brennan also knows what the highly-connected Saudi student/person of interest who Michelle O took time out to visit in the hospital during her trip to Boston last week was doing at the scene of the bombings. I’m betting not a single member of Congress has the balls to demand the true answers to this latest terrorist attack, just like they failed to get answers for the American people after 9/11, or even the first World Trade Center bombing for that matter.

Granting admittance to the USA for these birds, for highly suspect reasons, was well established prior to G.W.Bush administration. Unfortunately, I had to work with many teenage “refugees” for numerous summer seasons. Worse, these “students” were permitted to “jump the line” for 100% federally subsidized summer employment, all in the public sector. This, in turn, eliminated employment opportunities for many American born students, many with special needs.

    Ken b on April 25, 2013 at 7:05 pm

As far as I can see, most of the people who are so offended by the possibility that their tax dollars are being misused, live in parasite states. What does that mean? You live in states that take in more federal dollars than they pay out in taxes. If you ever looked at a map showing those states, it’s a near one to one relationship with the states that vote republican.

So all of you bitches complaining about PAYING taxes sure seem ok driving on the road that I paid for (I live in Rhode Island).

Perspective people

Mitch on April 25, 2013 at 8:31 am

LOL, Bitchy. Who is gonna listen to a gas huffer like you?

In a previous thread you claimed all who come to this site have James Bond sorts watching us because the Gubmint doesn’t like us.

The same Gubmint who let two Chechen Mooooooslims slip thru’ the cracks and bomb the Boston Marathon. 4 dead almost 300 hurt. Yup, they are watching “us”.

Nobody cares what a dope like Bitchy thinks. EVER. STFU.

Skunky on April 25, 2013 at 11:13 am

Um, Bitchy, a couple of points about that stupid “parasite map” of yours. First, red states just happen to be warrior states, getting huge amounts of military spending. What kind of a scum would never join the military and then complain about the money going to those who would join?

Second, the takers in many red states just happen to be disproportionately democratic. If one parsed red states into congressional districts, this fact would be clear enough. Il other words, YOU and your ilk are the parasites.

skzion on April 25, 2013 at 12:46 pm

Mitch you want to talk about perspective. Well dude those parasitic red states that you’re croaking about are being taken over by libvermin like you. You see you people ruin states like California, Maryland, and yes Rhode Island. you then think you liberal hooky will work in states like Wyoming, Kentucky and North Carolina. So as to those roads that you brought up you can thank those hard working “parasitic” republicans who pay the taxes that in turn are used to keep the libvermin bottomfeeders on the dole. Perspective indeed.

You’re the type of filth that congeals in a stinkin’ public bathroom. Get lost!

Here is a clue that the asylum claim was a lie, they kept flying back there on vacation. Don’t see many Cubans float to Florida on a raft then fly back to Cuba for Christmas.

IceNoMore on April 25, 2013 at 1:31 pm

IceSoMoron, immigration fraud has always been as prevalent as immigration agent fraud, it was probably you or one of your DH colleagues who rubber stamped Tsarnaevs amnesty petition, under your DD’s orders, as immigration has done for the past several decades.
Immigration agents have made a career out of rubber stamping asylum and adjudication petitions, you make it sound like the DD pulled you away from that all important “criminal case” you were conducting, when in fact you weren’t, and were happy to spend 30-60 days TDY rubber stamping those petitions. You’re right, Customs agents never had to do BS immigration clerk-work, and who are you trying to bullshit? You have not answered my challenge issued months ago about naming some major criminal cases that immigration was the lead and that resulted in major prosecution. Fact is, there ain’t none, FBI or other agencies brought in immigration when they needed an illegal alien detained and processed. When was the last time you de-natz someone?

BTW you’re really fixated on that “cojones” “pole puffing” thing aren’t you? You probably one of them there closet queens that ins likes to hire.

sildenafil on March 6, 2015 at 6:04 am

It is ironic that President Bush is back in the news in light of what happened in Boston last week. Say what you want about the Obamanation but the fact is the majority of the blame for the Tsarnaev’s being here is squarely on GWB’s feet. His administration was willing to do whatever it took to appease Muslims. Ones that were here and ones that wanted to come here it didn’t matter. In that appeasement under the guise of protecting the citizens the Department of Homeland Suckurity was born. Now that department is being run by one of the most pathetic liberal hacks in government. It doesn’t matter who is president it seems just the degree of the capitulation. Such as Odingleberry’s apology tour and his “man caused disasters”, “overseas contingency ops” and my personal fav “workplace violence”. We will see what kind of justice those people that were killed and injured in Boston will receive now that the POS Dzhokhar has the rigt to remain silent.

Ken b on April 25, 2013 at 7:01 pm

Most of you have not the slightest idea what legitimate immigrants go through in order to come here (there’s no reason why you should).

What’s galling is that honest, qualified people who would provide value to the US are made to jump through hoops – and often get rejected.

While the murderous scum are welcomed and welfared.

Nir Leiu on April 26, 2013 at 12:17 am

MF Jones is right on the money, again. The only time in the history of INS did its investigators ever conduct a Title III investigation was right before the Immigration and Naturalization Service was disbanded by order of Congress, in the last days of the INS, while it was under the management of the legacy United States Customs Service. INS, like HSI, was never a law enforcement agency.
