Since Senator Dodd is 65, this means, he should be required to under go ‘end of life’ counseling to determine if he is worthy to continue to not only live , but take much needed resources from those who are younger and more worthy to receive this surgery. Government counselors trained to discuss with Dodd how to end his life sooner and not be a burden on the system , how to decline nutrition and hydration and how to go to hospice. Also his bank accounts should be released to the goverment for transfer of funds to pay for this surgery. This eugenics part of the bill starts at page 425.

They, congress, the democrats and Adolf Obama claim our Health Care system is broken, if that is so why do people from all over the world, still come the United States for treatment, of any kind.
