The Tape Nike & NBA’s LeBron Censored: TMZ Shows Amateur Dunking Pro Hoopster James

By Debbie Schlussel
Recently, I told you how Nike and NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers player LeBron James censored a tape at their basketball camp showing college player Jordan Crawford dunking LeBron. After James whined, Nike seized everyone’s videos and got YouTube to delete all the videos that were sneaked out and posted on the site.
Well, you can’t put the genie back in the opened LeBron bottle. TMZ posted the video. Check it out.

Debbie, in the annals of sport this is a true BFD moment. The video is a real let down. Also, some woman I met had her associate give me her business card. I was wondering if she dug me or if she is just a big yenta, but I didn’t ask.

Maybe Nike’s slogan should be, “Just Screw It” ??

Not as clear an angle as we’d like, but it is proof of the fact. Nice. It elevates what LeBron and his cronies did by confiscating the other tapes–showing them to be shmucks.
Lebron should release those now and make a spin campaign to say that was what he’d intended all along. Isn’t that how it is done in this country?
