I love you Debbie, I agree with you when you point out all the media people who steal your ideas, posts and points, sometimes word for word. I do however, think you are somewhat sensitive on the issue. You accused Rush once, and he made mention of it. My point is this, It is true that Ted Kennedy is scum and I am happy you noted it, however, Mark Levin’s monologue on Friday last, was of this very note, One could either assume that great minds sometimes think alike or one could conclude that you listened to his show and now you’re stealing good ideas and points. Just saying.

doing some research on the “Chappequidick” incident, I found reference at Media Research Center, to a Boston Globe article (another liberal brid cage liner owned by the NYT) extolling Ted Kennedy in terms of MaryJo’s death versus the “care she would have because of Kennedy’s health measures…(parenthetically if she had lived). Get out the emesis basins – it’s barfing time..
July 18th 1969, marks the 40th anniversary of the death of a woman named Mary Jo Kopchene- it hasnít really been noted at all in the liberal press, unlike the 10th anniversary of the death of JFK Jr. Letís compare and contrast, shall we? Teddy Kennedy was a lowgrade then, and is a lowgrade now. He is a classic example of someone with an inherited status that was entirely unearned. However, in 1980 Teddy was unable even to jump over a discredited President Carter in his ultimately futile bid for the Presidency. Nice reminder Debbie–We don’t seem to hear about this anniversary anywhere in the lib MSM do we? I was 8-9 years old when this all happened–I recall the moon landing and all–were you even born yet, girl? So this was one year earlier, nearly the same date. I never caught that.
As for Kennedy–Chappaquiddick is exhibit A of the Kennedy clan’s ability to white wash their sins. If it weren’t for this having happened, after Bobby had been killed too, we’d have no doubt had another President Kennedy–ugh! Imagine! He might have out-Clintoned, Clinton!
“objectivist” Mark Scott of old talk radio in Detroit, WXYT, used to say, “……that Senator whose name is SYNONYMOUS with Chappaquiddick, Ted Kennedy.” How fitting, as this still is his greatest legacy. I also love Rush’s parody of Teddy, “The Philanderer.” Captures the Cape Cod Orca quite perfectly, I’d say.

I met a Massachusetts State Trooper who was called to the scene of the accident and then summarily dismissed when he began, with another officer, to actually investigate the incident. The news suppression was a top-down event. No surprise there.
