Who is Nancy Cassis? How Selfish GOP Dolt McCotter Created a Pan-Muslim/LaRouche/Paulistinian Disaster
A month or so ago, when Michigan U.S. Congressman Thaddeus McCotter–an attention whore for FOX News more than anything else–resigned, a number of readers wrote to me about how sad they were. PUH-LEEZE. If only he’d left sooner. Instead, we are left with four horrible choices for his Congressional seat, and the winner will probably be decided in tomorrow’s Republican Primary in Michigan.
Because of the Idiocy of Thad McCotter, Pan-Arabist Republican Nancy Cassis Might Get Elected to Congress
A number of Michigan voters have asked me if they should write in the name of Nancy Cassis, a 70-year-old sleazebag establishment liberal Republican who voted for higher taxes and government interference with gasoline prices and made her Michigan legislative office the home for Muslim interns from all over the world, including one from a non-existent country she proudly recognizes: “Palestine.” Cassis is the choice of liberal Republicans, lobbyists, and the establishment. I would never vote for her. Look at the photo below of whom she chose for her office interns (and the accompanying press release I copied from her then-legislative website), and you wouldn’t vote for her either. (And she’s supported by a number of Islamo-pandering dirtbags, including sleazy lobbyist Paul Welday and repeated failed candidate Andrew Andreij Rocky Raczkowski.) The problem is who the other choices are: a Republican supporter of Ron Paul who wants to close up all US foreign military bases and operations and starred in a movie saying America perpetrated 9/11. On the Democrat side, the choices are a Muslim doctor and a supporter of Lyndon LaRouche (the Democrat version of Ron Paul). More about them later, but first a little more about Thad McCotter, the most over-rated emperor with no clothing I’ve ever encountered. I’m glad people finally woke up to that fact with his series of meltdowns in the last few months.
Nancy Cassis’ Mostly Muslim Foreign Foreign Interns Go to School in Michigan Courtesy of US Tax $s
State Sen. Nancy Cassis, R-Novi, On December 10 2008, welcomed to the state Capitol seven foreign exchange students who received Youth Exchange and Study scholarships from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The students are part of the Youth for Understanding program to help build positive relationships between the U.S. and countries of the Arab and Muslim world. Pictured are Sandy Hatoum from Lebanon, living in Novi; Ayad Amer from Yemen, living in Troy; Nisa Mehr-Un from Pakistan, living in West Bloomfield; Reem Sharha from Palestine, living in West Bloomfield; Adi Wakid from Israel, living in Lake Orion; Andreas Daad from Denmark, living in West Bloomfield; and Ramshah Bukhari from Pakistan, living in Ann Arbor. (12/10/2008)
I had to laugh whenever I read the idiocy of over-rated faux-conservatives, like the pretentious Glenn Beck atheist, Sarah Cupp a/k/a “S.E. Cupp,” who raved over then-U.S. Congressman Thaddeus McCotter, as some sort of Jesus. And those moronic guys on FOX News’ “Red Eye” who had an odd pseudo-gay mancrush on this jerk. Those of us who followed McCotter’s rise in Michigan politics knew he was a phony and a creep all along. He made his career as a Michigan legislator by holding inquisition-esque hearings against State Senator David Jaye (a conservative star whom he saw as a rival) because Jaye had a naked photo of his fiancee on a laptop. From there, McCotter, who had a law degree but never an actual job (he ran for and held office for his entire “working” life), ran for Congress and appeared at HAMAS CAIR events, including one which I attended at which he slobbered on ad nauseam about how great Muslims and the CAIR people are. He only changed his tune (slightly) when a woman onstage said she was embarrassed to be American. McCotter warned Jewish contributors of his (who are friends of mine) that he might start supporting CAIR and Muslims because they are gaining more money and power.
I’ve had at least three friends who served as Congressional Chief of Staff for McCotter. None lasted because he’s a cretin and a self-centered schmuck. He was too busy trying to be a rock star–playing guitar at local events and pretending someone noticed or cared, and introducing stupid bills, like one he proposed that gave people tax deductions and credits for caring for their pets. McCotter actually thought he could be President or a famous FOX News personality, which is why he ran for President this year. Again, no one noticed or cared and he wasn’t even in the debates. Then, McCotter, when it came time to file to run for re-election to Congress in May of this year, turned in photocopied, faked signatures from years earlier. He blamed it on his staff. But, frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the one who engaged in the fraud. The staffers whom he blamed then released to the Michigan media a ridiculous script McCotter wrote in his Congressional office on taxpayer time. McCotter actually formed a production company and was seeking interest in his script from his Breitbart-connected friends (he was tight with Andrew Breitfraud). The script wasn’t just stupid, but it described his vacant, gushing friend, Sarah “S.E.” Cupp, as a stripper.
When the script was released McCotter immediately resigned from Congress and left taxpayers holding the bag for a special election to fill his seat for the rest of his term–as a figurehead for a month, as the election takes place in November–an election which will cost an extra $1 million. Yup, that’s Sarah Cupp’s and FOX News Channel Red Eye’s “refreshing conservative,” Thaddeus McCotter.
Only in America. Also only in America are the choices left on the ballot. Since his was a safe Republican seat, the likely winner is the winner of tomorrow’s Republican primary, but since McCotter is out, the Democrats are now putting money into the race. On the Democrat side, there is Muslim Dr. Syed Taj and another guy who supports Lyndon LaRouche, a nutcase anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist. On the Republican side, there is Kerry Bentivolio, the only Republican whose name is on the ballot. He’s a Ron Paul supporter who wants to end immigration enforcement and close all U.S. military bases outside the country. He played a doctor in a conspiracy theory movie that implied President Bush organized and ordered the 9/11 attacks so he could enact the Patriot Act. Area establishment Republicans got together to endorse a write-in candidate, and the “best” they could come up with was Nancy Cassis, a retired 70-year-old career tax-and-spend politician, who, as a state legislator, made a big deal out of her desire to regulate gas stations and oil companies over the price of a gallon of gas. She whined that if the price of a burger at McDonald’s was the same everywhere, the price of gasoline should be, too. When a Detroit Free Press columnist pointed out that the price of burgers is different at different McDonald’s locations, that didn’t shut her up from her BS.
And all the while, she was inviting extremist Muslim kiddies to serve–on your dime–as her interns.
You want more of that in Congress?
Any way the people vote in Thad McCotter’s former district tomorrow, we’re all screwed.

I knew that when I saw S.E. Cupp on Oprah to cry about the photoshopped phallus in her mouth, that she was no conservative. She is kinda cute. Too bad about her brain though.
I guess she fits in with the faux conservatives at hot air.
