As readers know, I keep kosher and have never eaten (nor will I ever eat) an Oscar Mayer hot dog. (And because they’re not all that healthy, I eat hot dogs only on special occasions. Haven’t had one in about two years.) But just because I won’t, doesn’t mean my gentile readers can’t partake in Oscar Mayer’s free Jumbo Beef Franks giveaway.

Last year, I’d have gone for this.
But my hubby and I got hooked on Hebrew National dogs and haven’t eaten any other brand since.

Thanks Debb for alerting us to free goods. Personally, the best dogs are Tony Packo’s in Toledo. They’re more like a Kielbasa than a hot dog though.
I’ve also grown to love Hebrew Nationals from my season tickets at Comerica Park.

mmm mweenies. My favorite are the Nathan’s dogs you get in the Nathan’s shop, not the supermarket. The ones you get at Nathan’s have the skin on them 😉

BTW I worked there while going to college and they do make a quality product. They still smoke their dogs the old fashioned way.

I signed up for the free franks. I go between Ball Park and Nathan’s myself. Then again, growing up near NYC I should know about Nathan’s famous. I even remember in the late 1980’s/early 1990’s at a Caldor shopping center in Port Chester, NY, it had a little Nathan’s restaurant in it.
