Muslim Comedians Make Fun of Us & 9/11 . . . Comedy Central Gives ‘Em a Show

By
Hahaha. I’m laughing at Comedy Central and all of you who will watch “The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour“–its unfunny show of Muslim and Arab comedians–Maz Jobrani, Ahmed Ahmed, and Aron Kader–on Saturday Night.
I’m laughing because it’s better than crying over how pathetic the network and all of its dhimmitude viewers are in giving a forum to a group of Arab comedians who want to make fun of our legitimate fears after 19 of their brethren murdered 3,000 Americans, and countless more of them want to murder infinitely more of us.

Haha Funny: Terrorism Comedy Tour

And that’s funny. Isn’t it? Hmmm . . . did the passengers on the plane with the Flying Imams think it was funny? Or how about those jokesters who allowed themselves to be run over by their cab driver, Ibrahim Ahmed, in Tennessee? Or those silly people who happened to be in the line of the jeep of Mohammed Taheri-Azar in North Carolina? Haha funny. Ditto for those people killed at Trolley Square in Salt Lake City and the Jewish Community Center of Seattle. Hilarious.
So, the way to solve Muslims and Arabs attacking Americans is to . . . give them a Comedy Central show to laugh about it. Hahahahahahaha.
Damn. Too bad there wasn’t Comedy Central around in the 1940s so that German American Bund members could joke about those concentration camps with the funny smells and ashes emanating from them. They could have called it “The Third Reich SS Waffen Crematoria Comedy Tour.” Hilarious.
And FYI, there’s even more dhimmitude than I originally diagnosed with Comedy Central’s “The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour.” One of the comedians (and I’ve seen them elsewhere–they ain’t funny, so they’re really not comedians) on this show got an award in Aspen as the best comedian at a recent comedy festival there. Except the guy–a Palestinian Muslim–really didn’t win. Actually, a Jewish comedian won. He got the most votes. But the PC forces there wanted a Muslim to win, so they made the Jew and the Arab co-winners.
Ain’t that sweet. Where’s Joe Pesci’s Tommy DeVito character from “Goodfellas” when you need him? Haha, funny.

The Arab Left is *hard* at work on the comedy circuit: http://arabcomedy.org/ And to think that American comedy was virtually pioneered by Jewish comics!
Last weekend I saw Jon Lovitz (SNL fame) do his standup routine live: he did a bunch of Jewish jokes (fairly proud) but a bunch of Bush jokes (all attacking). And he said, “I’m a Democrat” in his routine.

Jeremiah on March 9, 2007 at 3:04 pm

You can find a lot of these guys’ routines on their personal sites and also YouTube. They’re professional in that they’re timing is good and they’re practiced and they get a lot of bookings, not just in clubs but also on TV.
The guy in the middle, Ahmed Ahmed, exploits stereotypes about “uptight” white people in his routine about travelling on airplanes. After Pauline Klemmer, it’s just not funny anymore.
The guy on the right, Aaron Kader, has one good joke about being taken out to fast food restaurants in Egypt. Like Dean Obeidallah (another successful comedian, not pictured) he’s half-white (or Caucasian) but demonstrates no particular loyalty or identity about that.

Jeremiah on March 9, 2007 at 3:13 pm

[They could have called it “The Third Reich SS Waffen Crematoria Comedy Tour.” Hilarious.]
What about the movie, “To Be or Not to Be”?

Norman Blitzer on March 9, 2007 at 3:20 pm

“To Be or Not to Be” was not pro-Hitler. The creators of the movie were on our side. There were tons of comedy films and animated cartoons made during WW2. Radio comedians joked about the war. They were on our side. These Muslim comedians are not. They came out of the Trojan Horse of Islam. Enter the Infidel’s gates and work to weaken their will to fight. They want us to feel guilty for being afraid. That guilt will cause many people to let down their guard. If we let down our guard, the Islamists will strike. Intentionally or not, these Muslim comedians are doing the dirty work of their Islamist brothers.

FreethinkerNY on March 9, 2007 at 5:16 pm

It is just too bad internment camps don’t make a comeback…sad, really! It’s kind of like how entertainers should “shut up and sing”. So Arabs and/or Muslims should (fill in the blank)…
Nice to know the clear thinkers on this board are all riled up!

VinnyM27 on March 9, 2007 at 5:30 pm

rednecks have blue collar comedy tour, how is this different? Do they really come out and make jokes about 9/11? Links and transcripts from reputable sources would be appreciated. I’m just trying to figure out where this whole 9/11 joke thing is coming from.
I’m hoping it’s not solely from the fact that they are middle easter/muslim, and that that their name is “axis of evil”. That seems more like a joke itself since this particular “axis of evil” is a group of comedians, which in itself is not inherently evil.

ConservativesLovePuns(descent) on March 9, 2007 at 5:58 pm

There was some show of 60 Minutes or one of those news magazine shows where they did a profile of a Muslim stand-up comedian. He wasn’t funny, his delivery was awful, and all his jokes were about how people get scared of him when he’s flying on planes. Har har!

Dan on March 9, 2007 at 8:59 pm

They look like three arab asses to me. Very smug and obnoxious. Just look at those faces, NOT attractive. Those faces are saying, “the joke’s on you!” And they are right!
This is the legacy that dhimmi Jon Stewart has created. Every serious issue is turned into a joke, and it does wear people down. Those audiences are not as informed as they should be and that kind of humor does minimize the mess we are in due to the bankrupt satanic muslim religion.

CarpeDiem on March 9, 2007 at 9:27 pm

I have to disagree with you Debbie. Im watching the show right now. Its not that bad. A lot of their material makes fun of Arabs not America.
1) They dont support terrorists
2) One comic advocated peace between Israel and Palestine.
Its a funny show….
IF THAT’S THE CASE, THEN IN THE TRUE SPIRIT OF TAQIYYEH (MUSLIM DECEPTION OF INFIDELS), THEIR MATERIAL HAS BEEN CLEANSED AND SANITIZED OF THE USUAL FOCUS OF THEIR ACT, WHICH IS MAKING FUN OF US AND OUR SECURITY CONCERNS SINCE 9/11. SORRY, BUT JUST BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEY “DON’T SUPPORT TERRORISTS,” DOESN’T MEAN THEY DON’T. CAIR, ADC, MPAC, AND MOST MUSLIMS CLAIM THAT ALL THE TIME, YET THEY SUPPORT HEZBOLLAH, HAMAS, ISLAMIC JIHAD, ETC., ETC., ETC. THE TRICK IS THAT THEY DON’T SEE THOSE GROUPS AS TERRORISTS, JUST ISRAEL AND AMERICA ARE THE TRUE TERRORISTS IN THEIR MINDS. YOU MUST READ BETWEEN THE LINES WITH THESE PEOPLE, OR YOU WILL NEVER GET IT.

Oh, I see. They can audaciously make a travesty out of our tragedy but G-D forbid a comedian does a stand up show publicly ridiculing OBL and his accoplices in jihad, not only will he be thrown off of Comedy Central, but CAIR and the ACLU will scream bloody racist and try to press charges against him. That is no laughing matter. Then again, alot of us must have a perverted sense of humor in order to enjoy this sort of commical rhetoric.

Jew Chick on March 11, 2007 at 10:15 am

re: Jew Chick
I’m not sure what Comedy Central you’ve been watching, but shortly after 9-11 there was noting but shows publicly ridiculing OBL. If you don’t believe me, go watch the season premier of South Park from that season. The last 10 minutes of the episode is Cartman tormenting OBL.
re. Carpe Diem
I see, John Stewart is responsible for the population not being informed because the “serious issues” are joked about? At least John Stewart is covering the serious issues. Unless I’m mistaken, didn’t the news world stop for a solid week because of the death of a C-List Celeb who was best known for taking her cloths and marrying an 80 year old? Sadly, there is more real news in The Daily Show than there is in an average hour of any cable news outlet.
FYI, SOUTH PARK WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ITS EPISODE RIDICULING MOHAMMED TO AIR IN THE LAST YEAR. WHY NOT? WHY, OUT OF RESPECT TO MUSLIMS. BUT MAKING FUN OF JEWS AND CHRISTIANS, A-OK.

D*Rek on March 11, 2007 at 6:01 pm

What is OBL?
I love all the talk about this comedy show. It struck a nerve with people who think justice and freedom was invented for them.
WE THINK JUSTICE AND FREEDOM WAS INVENTED FOR ALL AMERICANS. THE PROBLEM IS THAT MUSLIMS BELIEVE IT WAS ONLY INVENTED FOR THEM AND THAT THE REST OF US AMERICANS DESERVE THE JUSTICE AND FREEDOM OF RIDING A PLANE INTO A BUILDING. THE REST OF US BELIEVE IN THE FREEDOM OF PREVENTING THAT. THAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO GROUPS. TAKE NOTE.

By the way these comedians are American. And only one is actually Muslim. Shlussel talks like these comics are some foreign group making fun of “real Americans” and “their fears,” as if everyone isn’t affected by 9/11.
As an Arab American the Jewish/Israeli bias is just as offensive as this comedy show is to you.
HMMM . . . IN WHAT COUNTRY WERE THE LACKAWANNA SIX AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS BORN? OH, YEAH, THE U.S. NO-ONE’S SAYING THEY’RE NOT AMERICAN. WE’RE QUESTIONING WHETHER THEY THINK THEY’RE AMERICAN. THE ACCIDENT OF LOCALE OF BIRTH AIN’T THE SAME AS LOYALTY TO THAT LAND. GET A CLUE.

I’m so glad I got to see this show because I missed the Killing Fields Comedy Tour and the Ruwanda Kill Your Neighbor Comedy Tour.

“Sadly, there is more real news in The Daily Show than there is in an average hour of any cable news outlet.”
D*Rek,
Your post proves Carpe Diem’s point. The Daily Show is NOT a news show, but a comedy show, even Stewart admits that. The fact that you think it addresses “more real news” only shows how it distorts and minimizes serious issues in the name of comedy. Making fun of terrorists or terrorism can dull our sense of danger.

WillPower on March 12, 2007 at 2:08 am

Debbie Shlussel writes ” WE’RE QUESTIONING WHETHER THEY THINK THEY’RE AMERICAN ”
??
Huh?
Uh, Yes they think they are American. Why wouldn’t they? Did you even see the comedy special?
Loyalty to a land? Hey Shlussel what do you say to the Jewish Americans that serve in the Isreali militaty? Where’s there loyalty? My immigrant Palestinian Grandpa fought for the U.S. in WWI. When did your family immigrate?
BTW
Im sick of everyone blaming the news. If you can’t get information in the “information age” then your dumb.
THERE ARE VERY FEW AMERICANS–JEWS OR OTHERWISE–WHO SERVE IN THE ISRAELI ARMY. REGARDLESS, ISRAEL IS AN ALLY OF THE UNITED STATES, UNLIKE EVERY SINGLE ARAB COUNTRY. AS FOR MY FAMILY, MY GREAT-UNCLE WAS A CAREER U.S. ARMY MAN AND GENERAL IN WORLD WAR II. MY FATHER WAS IN THE U.S. ARMY DURING VIETNAM. AND MY COUSIN IS CURRENTLY IN THE AIR FORCE, WHERE HE IS A CAREER MAN AND SPENT A YEAR STATIONED IN IRAQ.

That was then. We are living in a p.c. age of 2007 where you can no longer get away with these sort of things.Look no further than the Danish cartoon drawings of Muhamed that enparked alot of violence from the practitioners of the religion of P.O.S.

What is so american about these comedians who poke fun at 9/11? It seems rather trecherous to me. Who’s side are you on? Would you make a stand up comedy over Saddam’s execution?

Jew Chick on March 12, 2007 at 9:08 am

“What is so american about these comedians who poke fun at 9/11?”
Ok, are any of your guys actually going to provide us with any eveidence that these guys “make fun of 9/11”?? Or are you simply using Joseph Goebbels’ technique of repeating a lie so often that it becomes perceived as the truth?

“It seems rather trecherous to me. ”
Well it doesn’t to me, but then I’m not a paranoid right-wing nutcase.

Not yours.

Why not?

Only a liberal devoided from common decency would make such statements but I’m not at least insulted since I didn’t expect anything more than idiocy from you as I would from most warped left-wingers naturally. Let me ask you a facetious question if I may. Suppose a loved one of yours perished in the 9/11 or any terrorist attacks and some hot shot comedian got up and made a joke of it. Would you feel its necessary to bottle up your feelings and laugh it up fear you might offend the comedian if you do otherwise being that you are a sane, tolerant liberal with a hearty sense of humor?

Jew Chick on March 12, 2007 at 4:47 pm

Sarah Silverman an American Jewish comedienne, not only makes jokes about 9/11 but the also the holocaust.. ( Jesus is Magic) but then again debbie probably already knew that as she is so clued up about everything, BUT as things go on these blogs only muslims or anyone remotely connected to muslims get the bigotary treatment.
SARAH SILVERMAN IS REPULSIVE. . . AND ABOVE ALL, NOT FUNNY. I CONDEMN HER AND HER OBNOXIOUS “JOKES.” THE ONLY TIME I FOUND HER FUNNY WAS IN “SCHOOL FOR SCOUNDRELS” AND THAT’S B/C SOMEONE ELSE WROTE THE LINES. ACTING THEM OUT AND PLAYING OBNOXIOUS WAS NATURAL FOR HER. SO, YOU ARE WRONG–I GIVE HER THE “BIGOTARY” TREATMENT, TOO. I AM EMBARRASSED THAT BY THE ACCIDENT OF BIRTH SHE IS A FELLOW CO-RELIGIONIST (WHO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RELIGION).

re: WillPower
You seem to have missed my point. I’m well aware that the Daily Show is a Comedy show (although in order to get the comedy you must be well versed in current events). My point is that it is sad when I can get more real news in a half hour COMEDY show than I can in an average hour of cable news. The cable news outlets are quickly turning into Tabloid news. I mean, how many hundreds of hours were wasted on Anna Nicole or that Blonde teenager in Aruba? If CNN, MSNBC, and FOX would actually report the news instead of focusing on trivial/tabloid issues, then the country would be better off.
“Making fun of terrorists or terrorism can dull our sense of danger”
And I would counter that statement by saying that focusing most of our attention on tabloid issues rather than real issues is a much greater threat than a guy on Comedy Central cracking a few jokes.

The word is devoid, not ‘devoided’, and while I’m at it you need to look up how to spell ‘treacherous’.
Oh, and I’m not a Liberal, I’m a Socialist.

Well that wasn’t actually a facetious question, which tends to suggest you don’t know the meaning of the word. It is however an irrelevant question. The point is (and remains) these guys have not made jokes poking fun at 9/11, this is a little factoid that you have invented to justify your faux outrage.
The truth is, you hate these guys because they are Muslims, plain and simple, it’s nothing to do with their humour, because clearly you have no clue what their humour is. You and Debbie are religious bigots united in hatred for your fellow man.

I suppose you liberals are smarter than everyone else or more “enlightened”, mind you. If we right wingers are that stupid and close minded, why do you even bother with us? Why don’t pester the left-winged geniuses at MoveOn.org with your political wisdom? You guys are too smart to tell your behind from your head. What crack are you on?
