San Fran City Leaders Consulted Ouija Board, Ghost of Dead Gay Guy for Advice

By Debbie Schlussel

San Francisco desperately wants to be taken seriously, rather than as the fruity, not-so-closeted “City by the Bay.” And, yet, the idiots who run it consult ouija boards and what they claim is the ghost of a dead gay politician for policy advice about whether or not they are far left and anti-war enough and whether their gay militance or anti-war stance should prevail. I guess this is what happens when people eat too much organic food and have too much gay sex. Clowns, indeed:

Far-Left Morons Run San Francisco

It is official: The San Francisco Board of Supervisors backs the idea of the Navy naming a vessel after gay political leader Harvey Milk. But the decision came only after debating the power of symbolism and consulting with a spirit board.

Milk, one of the first openly gay officeholders in the nation, was serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors when he was gunned down in 1978 by his former colleague Dan White.

Milk was a naval officer who served during the Korean War. . . .”Now, because of the repeal of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell,’ our community can serve openly and proudly,” he added. “We must support our LGBT soldiers past and present. I can think of no better way to do that than to name a vessel for a Navy officer who went on to become one of the most important civil rights leaders in history.”

But Supervisor Christina Olague voted against the legislation, not wanting to link Milk to the military.

“I just do believe that there are more appropriate ways to honor somebody who in their last days of their life was opposed to war,” she said, noting Milk’s public opposition to the Vietnam War. “I also have, my entire life, been against the military-industrial complex.”

Supervisor John Avalos said he sees the merits of the arguments on both sides of the debate. He and his City Hall aides turned to a Ouija board to ask for Milk’s opinion.

We “actually put our hands on the Ouija board and the letters g-o-o-d-r-i-d-d-a-n-c-e-d-a-d-t came out. We asked Harvey, and Harvey gave us these letters: ‘Good riddance don’t ask, don’t tell.’ It was quite clear that Harvey Milk would have been opposed to ‘don’t ask, don’t tell.’ I can honestly say that’s one aspect of this resolution that’s really valid.”

Yes, they actually did this. Morons. But I think I see a business void that desperately needs to be filled: gay anti-war psychic network.

Reader Duane:

Yeah, that is amazing seeing how DADT [Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell] wasn’t even put in place until 18 years after Harvey Milk died. I think I know what the first crew will look like:

Or the crew could look like this:

Or this:

Either way, I know what the ship’s theme song will be:

All this and San Fran still ain’t a Detroit. It’s only a matter of time one supposes.

California Uber Alles! (And don’t forget I’m from friggen’ Massachusetts!!!!!).

The political gays have gone full-tilt stark raving mad! Keep it up political gays. I am very disgusted with you and I USED to be on your side.

I am glad they used a Ouija board. If you know anything about the occult you will understand those are VERY dangerous portals and most of the “spirits” (if you believe in that) that come through are devious, evil and tricksters. I hope they keep using the board because bad things will happen to those dopes. I’m sure they’ll blame it on a homophobe ghost!

What a strange time to be alive. If you have any sense you’re upset at how kooky the humans are on Earth and how they are all playing with fire and going down the wrong road.

If memory serves me correct, during his political career Harvey Milk was a vehement supporter of Jim Jones and the People’s Temple religious cult right up to the mass suicide in Guyana and the murder of congressman Leo Ryan.
The voters of San Fransicko keep electing these freaks to high office; it’s no wonder to me that as time goes on this city resembles the historical accounts of the last days of the Roman empire.
Also in San Francisco: they’re going to name a street after Princess Pelosi. Since she enjoyed jetting across the country on the taxpayers dime so much when she was the ‘house madame’, I say it should be named ‘Broomstick Boulevard’.
Lee Rodgers would rightly say that San Francisco is the worlds largest outdoor insane asylum.

Dustbag [Genesis 2:7] on May 23, 2012 at 9:18 pm

Hey Dustbag don’t feel to bad about them naming some street in SF after that barking moonbat Pelosi. In WVA my home state has more things named after the late Senator KKK Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd. It’s so pathetically funny that I think pretty soon they’ll name a toilet in a rest stop somewhere in the state after him.

Oh, that’s San Francisco, what do you expect? Reminds me of the time in San Francisco or Marin, when a fire station was denied a certain permit relating to its fleet, since the feng shui of the station would be negatively affected.

Infidel on May 23, 2012 at 10:34 pm

Hahaha. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I must say I am never disappointed in the silliness of this city. I always tell my out of town friends that SF is a nice city to visit …for now…but to actually live there is if you have money to burn. I just say if you want to see a good example of the inmates running the asylum ala The Marquis De Sade style then come to San Francisco.

@Skunky “homophobe ghost” – LMAO

CornCoLeo on May 23, 2012 at 10:46 pm

The Holy Scriptures of the Jews and the Christians teach against the type of sorcery connected with Ouija boards. There is nothing fake about Ouija boards. They are real, and they work. But, they are very wicked and dangerous and will not do any good for anybody.

RT on May 23, 2012 at 11:20 pm

I, personally, cannot put any stock in the reliability of an Ouija board reading, unless the answer is also confirmed by the Magic 8 Ball.

      Lol

skzion on May 27, 2012 at 10:50 am

RT – i was thinking the same thing. but, it’s no surprise that leftist thinking instinctively and automatically excludes traditional values and morals. ANYTHING makes more sense to a leftist instead of humility and submission to God and the rational and moral thinking that has served mankind well.

kirche on May 24, 2012 at 9:27 am

Debbie as a form of political protest lets go to San Fran and have unprotected heterosexual relations with the lights out, doors locked and in the missionary position. Afterwards we can get dressed, eat Kosher food and tour various Jewish sites of interest while pretending to be shomer negiah.

A1 on May 24, 2012 at 12:53 am

I have no idea why they would even think this was even appropriate. The mayor at the time was gunned down as well, but I doubt that his name will be considered for anything.

Dan White obliterated Mayor Moscone and Supervisor Milk for not allowing him to withdraw a resignation from the Board of Supervisors: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvey_Milk#Assassination

If we were to rank the two killings, Harvey Milk would have been an afterthought for Dan White. There was no big anti-gay conspiracy here. That was the motivation.

Harvey Milk was a very generic leftist whose main claim to fame was being openly gay at the time. The hagiography that has evolved around this former camera shop owner is quite bizarre. We can see a more recent example of trying to create martrys out of thin air in the case of Gabrielle Giffords. She was nothing more than an unfortunate who was shot down by a mentally ill man. Harvey Milk was no more heroic than Gabrielle Giffords, but was just another victim of someone whose mind was gone. As noted before, Milk was not even the primary target. He was just a target of opportunity for White.

Worry01 on May 24, 2012 at 1:01 am

    Worry01–

Thanks for the post. Milk–like too many other American “heroes”–benefited from the old adage that Death is a career move.

Red Ryder on May 24, 2012 at 12:56 pm

Thank you Red Ryder. I just think that it is appropriate to remember that Harvey Milk was a holdover from the 60’s for whom San Francisco was a safe harbor politically in the 1970’s. He was nothing special, and his death was not due to his being gay. Some people lionize people without knowing who they really are, and Harvey Milk is a perfect example of this. Havey died at the right time for the gay movement, even if his death could not be rationally associated with their movement,

Worry on May 24, 2012 at 6:24 pm

@RT, I was about to reply that at least the city is using better advice seeking than in the past.lol

samurai on May 24, 2012 at 1:24 am

I guess they’re just refining the practices of our Secretary of State, Mrs. (or is it Ms.) Clinton. After all, she used to commune with Eleanor Roosevelt in the Rose Garden.

Little Al on May 24, 2012 at 8:08 am

And with the dumbing down that has occurred in this country since the 20s, they probably expect the majority of San Franciscans to believe in this claptrap.

Little Al on May 24, 2012 at 8:09 am

Early in my Naval career I had the pleasure of being stationed in nearby Oakland CA. Even back in ’93 San Francisco was a weird town. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful city with some of the most recognizable landmarks in the U.S. The major problem is just like most of the state of California San Francissysco is run by a bunch of nutball liberal democrats. How else do you explain that paragon of intelligence Nancy Pelosi. It doesn’t suprise me that the clowns that run the city would use a ouija board to get advice from a dead gay man. In reference to the Navy wanting to name a ship after Harvey Milquetoast. I have some ship types that would serve the purpose for that putz SecNav Mabus. A tugboat because they push and pull the ships towards and away from the pier. A minesweeper because they have powerful equipment to search for mines deep in the ocean. Lastly they can name a submarine after the leftist jerk. Because subs dive deep to sneak up behind enemy ship battle groups.

Ken b on May 24, 2012 at 10:57 am

I remember in 95 or 96 when New Orleans was having all that crime much perpretrated by cops. I read an article in the NYT saying the city was going to try santeria to solve their problems.

Margaret on May 24, 2012 at 11:32 am

When people stop believing in G-d, they’ll believe in anything. This, and the overwhelming majority of all the problems in our Country are the direct result of Marxist hippies who started in the ’60s and now control education, government and much of politics.

DS_ROCKS! on May 24, 2012 at 2:06 pm

A Ouija board, eh? More reliable than a Magic 8-Ball, I suppose…

Alan on May 24, 2012 at 2:45 pm

Let the seamen jokes begin

infidel13 on May 24, 2012 at 3:36 pm

That place is toast. Ain’t goin’ back.

Not Ovenready on May 24, 2012 at 6:23 pm

The fact that ADULTS, ADULTS in charge of running a city, consulted a Ouija board is what’s bizarre and scary, not the fact that they consulted a Ouija board to ask whether or not to name a ship after a murdered gay politician. I knew Ouija boards were nonsense when I was 10 years old.

Miranda Rose Smith on May 25, 2012 at 2:28 am

They’re all at it in ‘Frisco. Ronnie R used to consult a ‘medium’ as did union thug Rudi Tham.

For the ‘Frisco brains – when faced with a choice of targets, who do you think their 12th century retard pals will go after –
any old ship – or one named after a Jew and homosexual????

brickwood on May 25, 2012 at 8:34 am

Save your ravings for Stormfront. We are not interested.

    Worry01 on May 25, 2012 at 2:11 pm

Actually, Milk was no Gabby Giffords. He was an innovator. Alas, he was also a doctrinaire liberal.
