Why does it take guts to request this subpoena? Aren’t they supposed to enforce the law? Other than someone in the military or law enforcement, how does it take guts to do your job? Is this a joke (Rhetorical question, I know the answer).
At any rate, if ICE won’t do it Congress should pass a law requiring all Universities that get any form of federal money (whether it be financial aid for students or research grants for faculty) requiring that all applicants certify under oath if they are here legally before they are admitted.

Liberals have victimized all criminals and illegals. So liberal universities will justify all this nonsense. If illegal students were doing such a great job then why don’t they self-deport themselves and come through as a foreign exchange program? Kind of like what KING HUSSEIN COBRAMA did. He went through college through foreign exchange with his Indonesian passport. Why won’t COBRAMA unseal his college records?

The above is just theoretical. I know exactly what would happen to me (unlike what is not happening to them) if I don’t pay my taxes.

I was ANGRY to read this BLATANT DISCRIMINATORY “call” for Illegal Aliens to (a) not only get into College but (b) get a grant/scholarship/monetary benefits as well.
I have written, studied, and witnessed FIRSTHAND how White Males are/have been WHOLLY DENIED their “place at the College Admissions Table” and they are being DENIED (whole and/or in part) because they are…White Males.
They are NOT considered as a “two-fer” (i.e. an African American Woman is considerd, to use their terminology, as a “two-fer” as in TWO FOR ONE becuase they get a “tick” for female and a “tick” for African American”. If it happens to be a “two-fer” from OUT OF STATE (i.e. higher tuituion) then it goes up to a “three-fer”. If you add Muslim to that it goes to a “four-fer”.
Whatever the TERMINOLOGY is there are White Males who are EARNING 4.0GPA, excellent SAT scores, and wonderful volunteer/etc. and they are being DENIED at their 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3 choice, all the way down the line.
These children are being DEVESTATED and I have seen it firsthand. I have spoken to many “Admissions Personnel”, off the record, and it is SHOCKING what they tell me about how they are able to DENY a White Male who is WHOLLY DESERVING because of…political correctness under the guise of “diverse”. How can it be DIVERSE if everyone is anything other than a WHITE MALE?
In America the FAIRY TALE is that if you work really hard, make really good grades, then you can get into College and apply youself there and then choose your profession. However, we have to amend that tale to say UNLESS you are a White Male. Then you will be DENIED (whole and or in part) because of the color of your skin thus someone is getting into YOUR SPOT because of the color or their skin. It is WRONG and it DEVESTATES these children.
White Males are NOT being given options. The Percentage of White Males being ADMITTED into Colleges is at a ALL TIME LOW (note: it has been declining for three decades in a row).
My wife, who is incredibly educated and a Teacher for 18 years and she is also a Special Needs Children Advocate, who is Jewish (and proud of it) says “it breaks my heart” to see an entire GENERATION of White Males just…told NO. Year after Year. This is NOT a secret at High Schools becuase they see it year after year. It is NOT a secret at Colleges either. Parents, of White Males, will tell you after they stop CRYING their eyes out.
Then I read this article about someone ILLEGAL getting (apparantely) IN STATE Tuition and financial aid. What INCENTIVE is there for White Male American Citizens? I would WELCOME Debbie Schlussel doing an indepth study on this matter because it needs to be brought out into the light…NOW.
Our Schools, Universities, etc. should go to American Citizens SOLELY. Any American Citizen applying should be judged based upon their results/efforts and not (whole and/or in part) becuase of the color of their skin. It was wrong in the 60’s and it is JUST as wrong now.

ICE’s mission continues to be much too diverse. With the recent emphasis on border violence relating to the drug cartels, ICE is now trying to focus resources there. They should be commended on trying to respond to an emerging problem. However they will never be able to address both Customs and Immigration issues with the zeal that both demands. There should be seperate agencies that handle Customs and Immigration violations, it was true pre 9-11 and it’s still true today.

I cant’t believe our government is willing to provide scholarships to people who are felons. What happened to taking care of our own first. It’s gotten to the point that having citizenship means nothing anymore. What a shame that America is going down the toilet and many people are allowing it to happen.
