Can’t wait DS, should be very interesting.

Debbie how come haven’t been going onto the mainstream conservative talk shows? Are the conservative host afraid of something that’ll you say about someone or something? Are the right wing talk show hiding something and not having you on their show(s)?

I look forward to that broadcast! I know of him as Tammy Bruce always talks about him and has him on sometimes.

Sean, I can’t speak for DS but I used to wonder what you asked myself (since I first heard DS loooooong ago on Howard Stern) but I no longer wonder because over the years I have seen many of the so-called Conservative talk show hosts are NOT the warriors I initially thought they were. And this year alone, I have seen that these talk-show hosts can be clique-y…not in the hanging out way but very few will take a stand because they don’t wanna be “persona non grata” in the Conservative talk-show host-land.

I mean, half of these peeps are still holding on the the old “moderate” Moooooslim meme. THAT is the one that annoys me the most. It’s a vital issue that needs to be talked about and many hosts will not go there. It’s dangerous and annoying and PC!

I certainly saw who was who when DS exposed the Sean Hannity concert scam. It’s not cool to call out Liberals on their crap and then not call out Conservatives on their crap when they are being dishonest or moving the goal-post.

I find that DS is conservative and isn’t phony about it and she is willing to challenge others when they act in ways that discredit or are NOT Conservative. I appreciate that!

And most of all to me it seems she doesn’t have the time to try to convince these fools who are STILL beholden to PC sensibilities on “sensitive” matters to wake up and smell the coffee on coffee that should have been smelled years ago. We are down to the wire now and if one hasn’t figured it out by now they WANT to be deluded!

This year has been very enlightening for me. I’ve seen so-called Conservatives back down when they should have gotten louder and stronger and I have seen many, many Conservatives NOT stick up for a fellow Conservative when the Lefty attacks got pretty hot. I didn’t like what I saw this year. I am paying attention and taking names, too!

DS would never do that and THAT is why I come here.

Debbie is a brilliant columnists, but she is more fantastic on tv/radio because we get more Debbie mediums at once, plus it showcases her ability to think on her feet and how sincere and bright she is.

Just a great, great interview, although hearing those horrible women like the one who threatened to kill Debbie “with a baseball bat” was hard to take. It’s frightening to hear these “average”, small-minded, hostile little people.

John Phillips seemed innocuous enough, but he was a bit of an ass with his faux “shock” and trying to wring extra hysteria, but I guess that’s his job to try to keep his popularity up.

Also, I made it on the air and got a “right on!” from Debbie for suggesting that, by the reckoning of the “anthropologist” caller, that the kidnapper is the actual “hero” for choosing to not murder these kidnapped kids.

I love Debbie. What *she* does is heroic.

DS_Rock are you sure and serious that one caller on John Phillips’ show made a threat to Debbie and wanted to do physical harm to Ms. Schlussel? If that’s the case, than Mr. Phillips’ production crew can trace that caller of that woman who threatend DS’s life and call that woman’s local authorities and arrest that woman for making a threat. It’s no longer about freedom of speech/freedom of expression when you make threats towards anybody, it’s the equation of yelling “fire” in a crowded movie theather! If that’s the case, than that woman who made a violent threat to Debbie ought to be arrested, that woman is a very dangerous person who also the equvilant of the islamist-jihadist who make threats to everybody on a daily basis.

Skunky, as I said in my message about an hour ago, Mr. Phillips’ production crew ought to trace that caller and contact that woman’s local authorities and have that sociopath asshole woman arrested for making a threat, not just any threat, but making a violent threat on the air-waves.

I’m going to give John Phillips an email and demand that his production folks trace that caller and contact the authorities to arrest that woman, what she did was step out of line by making a threat to Debbie’s livelihood. And since DS is an attorney, she can prosecute that woman in US courts and DS will win that lawsuit!

@Skunky – I thought I sounded like a goofball, but thanks. It was fun voicing support for Debbie’s argument and against the majority, foaming-at-the-mouth, idiot callers.

@Sean R. – I think what Skunky said is accurate – that the woman said “if I was in a room with you I’d hit you with a baseball bat” or something to that effect, which sure sounds threatening to me – if someone said that to me or a loved one, I’d definitely take it seriously.

The host did interject to the caller, saying “whoa, whoa! You can’t say that..” but then let her to continue talking.

I think your idea of emailing them and demanding action is a good one, but I fear that’s the double standard against conservatives – it’s okay to disparage, mock, insult and threaten or assault us because the “mainstream” ideology dictates that we’re “asking for it” and you can’t help “normal” rage or a violent reaction against we “haters.” Makes me sick.
