Yuck: Mediocre Actress Luvs Famous HAMAS Advisor

By Debbie Schlussel
I’ve never liked Renee Zellweger. I don’t get the fascination with her. She’s very average looking and perpetually looks like she’s been crying. And she’s just an okay actress, who has been in some big movie bombs, lately–including her awful anti-American “New in Town” (read my review) in theaters today. But there’s nothing remarkable about her.
Apparently, though, she thinks HAMAS advisor Jimmy Carter–out with his latest anti-Israel screed book–is just fabulous (in addition to Obama):

Renee Zellweger has a new man in her life, but he doesn’t know it.
“I have a crush on Jimmy Carter. I admit it,” Zellweger says. “He has an extraordinary mind. He’s an exceptional human being. And he writes poetry, for crying out loud. He’s all good things.”

Mediocre Actress Loves Jimmuh

So wowed was Zellweger that she waited in the blistering Manhattan cold for 21/2 hours on Monday to have the 39th president sign her copy of his latest book, We Can Have Peace in the Holy Land: A Plan That Will Work.
“It was super-cold,” she says. “I thought he was going to speak or read from his book, but he signed. And that was enough. I was not expecting 21/2 hours in 4-inch heels. That, I did not plan for. I made the ridiculous presumption that the Barnes & Noble people would be really nice and let us wait inside. No, that was not happening, because 10 people at a time had to go through security. I was number five-hundred-something. And I got there early, OK?”
But wait she did, in a line that snaked around the Midtown bookstore, and chatted up a father and daughter and a German tourist shivering with her. Zellweger, 39, an intensely private woman who splits her time between rural Connecticut and Manhattan, relishes moments like these, where she can click with humanity.

Hmmm . . . apparently, she’s still out of touch with humanity, if waiting in line for Jimmuh “HAMAS’ Peanut Farmer” Carter, is the best example she can come up with.

Those mean Barnes & Noble people wouldn’t let her wait inside! Gasp! Barnes & Noble is my favourite bookstore. I Love their Vannila Frappacinos!
🙂

Well, I do give Barnes & Noble some credit. Even if they shouldn’t have had the book signing, they did at least make these creepy people wait outside for a long time; they weren’t cowed by a movie star.
If this is an intensely private person, babbling to the press about having to wait in line, I’d hate to see the kind of people she regards as public people; oh, wait, I guess Carter is the example of that.

Renee is hot!

Independentone on January 30, 2009 at 12:48 pm

Uh oh! We’re really going to have problems. The February issue of Marie Claire has a story about this creepon p. 92 she says that she plans to study American History and Political Science. Yikes! Maybe she wants to run for political office, like Clown I, Al Franken. BTW, she does look real good in the Marie Claire pictures, better than the one on your post.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. As the church lady would say, “Now isn’t that specialllll?”
Wow! The Butterface Zellweger ACTUALLY talked to a regular person. No, a “human.” Man, poor ole Renee did her good deed for the year.
No wonder she idolizes the worst president in history, yes, even far worse than Bush.
The one and only good thing about Jimmuh Carter is he ushered in the Ronald Reagan Era.
I still loathe Carter’s behavior upon Reagan’s death. The extremely little, bitter man almost seemed happy.

Well, shucks, you’re a female.
I’m a guy.
Guys think differently than gals.
Oh, I just LOVE Renee Zellweger!!!
Of course, being a guy, like any other guy, I also love you – – – and virtually any other female I might encounter.
What’s to explain?
It’s chemistry and physics, and it’s the music of the universe.
Sanity and logic have little or nothing to do with it.
Thank you.

Renee Zellweger has a chipmunk face.

I hope we see Renee Zellweger and Jimmy Carter in a porn movie pretty soon.
Or at least in a “stolen home video.”

Independent Conservative on January 30, 2009 at 2:30 pm

Well Debbie, since you opened this can of worms. As for Renee Zellweger, as a man, I would say it is those beautiful almond shaped eyes, enhanced by those high cheek bone and seductive lips. And she looks much better in that long flowing blonde hair, not that bob cut.

californiascreaming on January 30, 2009 at 2:34 pm

I think “chipmunk” is exactly right.
But remember : even a hippopotamus looks good to
another hippopotamus !

Jimmy Who? People didn’t realize how apropos the slogan was in the 70s when I was a teen. How much more fitting it is today!

NormanF on January 30, 2009 at 4:04 pm

As I guy, I find nothing attractive about her. She was barely ok 12 years ago or whenever she was in Jerry McGuire. I saw about 10 women on the bus this morning that were far better looking than that lucky, talentless, empty-headed “humanitarian.” Her pathetic little girl voice grates and I’ve never heard her utter anything remotely interesting or funny, but I usually change the channel when she’s being interviewed as I’ve always found her repulsive.
By the way, I love how all the lefty socialist poseurs in Hollywood hate when they are treated the same as everyone else. The meaning of social justice to someone like Renee Zellweger means waiting inside while the ordinary masses are stuck out in the cold. Bleep her and Jimmuh, who may be entitled to his obscene opinions on the Arab-Israeli conflict, but should be called out on every lie he tells that contradicts verifiable facts. Too bad most members of the media don’t know the basics on which they report.

4infidels on January 30, 2009 at 4:37 pm

this is so petty, Jimmy Carter was no great president but he’s hardly the anti-christ. I like Renee more than you, at least she seems like a pleasant person

MorrisMinor on January 30, 2009 at 7:35 pm

Gwyneth Paltrow also is average looking to me.

ramjordan on January 30, 2009 at 11:00 pm

Of course she’s impressed w/ him,if you were a typical neurotic, hollyweird bubblehead, w/ a single digit IQ wouldn’t you be enthralled by a peanut brain.

billybob on January 31, 2009 at 5:14 am

If the ‘towels’ succeed in taking over this country, the only bright spot will be in watching Hollywood hit the chopping block first.

VBurckard on February 1, 2009 at 8:04 am

Oh, Debbie, I agree with you totally on your assessment of Renee Zellweger. I admit that I liked Bridget Jones and Jerry Maguire, but that was in spite of Renee, who is a horrible actress in my opinion. Did anyone see Miss Potter? Lordy, she was abominable. I do not know why she tries to do an English accent. It was torture. She was also “decent” in Cold Mountain but again, there are a thousand actresses who could do better. She is NOTHING SPECIAL. She does not have almond shaped eyes, by the way — she has squinty little eyes that are too small for her face. The voice is grating. I’m sick of the lip action too; what’s up with that? She’s always making chewing and sucking motions with those hugely thick lips. I’m pretty certain this is an actress who slept her way to the top!
Michelle Pfeifer is a true beauty and a better actress.

BanishThem on February 1, 2009 at 7:24 pm

Permanent frown is right, good description of an empty headed actress ? Renee is no leading lady with her values. “To be or not to be?” Renee is a GOOD EXAMPLE of what not to be. That’s it! She and all of Hollywood is paid way above their pay grade along with our lousy corrupt government. It goes without saying Obummer has long since passed his pay grade. He should be paying us to be the so called leader, he wanted the job so bad to win using fraud to get it. Obummer is the actor, let’s pray for his boring performance be his last act.

carolyne on February 2, 2009 at 10:08 am

Zellweger aside (she’s just another Hollywood dimwit….)the buzz words “I love Jimmy Carter” or “Jimmy Carter was a great President” are just code words for “I am an anti-Semite, aren’t you?” Amazing that some leftish Jewish folks haven’t figured this out yet! I have heard this “Jimmy Carter greeting” at my jobs & I KNOW what it means.

crazycatkids on February 2, 2009 at 10:40 am

Plain and simple, FUCK JIMMY CARTER. He’s a Israel, and Jew hating traitorous scumbag, that should have charged, tried, and locked up long ago. We also can thank this piece of shit of ex-pres for signing into law, his socialistic “1977 Community Reinvestment Act.” Legislation that was later enhanced during the 90s by William Jefferson Clinton, that contributed to putting the United States, and world financial institutions into ruin.

Jackson Pearson on February 2, 2009 at 1:49 pm

Renee who??????????
Carter I have heard of, and I can’t conjure up a more despicable person. Why won’t the lamebrain just go away, instead of meddling in affairs that don’t concern him?
He was America’s worst, do-nothing president, but he’s now making up for his dull, mediocre tenure.
When you consider what he has done to US foreign policy, he should be hung, drawn and quartered.
Don’t be fooled by his avuncular smile, that disarming grin that is nothing less than condescending!
I have never forgotten his unwarranted support for the then exiled Ayatollah Khomeini, a “holy” man whose return to Iran was immediately followed by his extermination of hundreds of his so-called enemies, shot to death, for which Carter must now share the blame.
With Islamists in control, we now hear of many executions of gay people, many of whom were just in their early teens, girls and boys, stoned to death or left dangling from crane jibs, wrongly accused or not.
Carter is directly responsible for the Middle East crisis which continues to this day, which is not surprising given his blatant links to terrorist organizations.
He is shameless in his actions, a zealot who was voted into the presidency by a populace who knew nothing about him, hence Jimmy who?
Carter, the smiling clown, an anti-American who is one’s of America’s most dangerous men today!
