I heard on the news this morning that McCain and Graham are both proposing to arm the Syrian rebels.

I am not so sure now we would have been better off had McCain won.

I_AM_ME speaking of which, I read and saw an article about a week ago that al-qeada wanted muslims worldwide to help the so-called “Syrian rebels” to overthrow Bashir Al-Assad’s regime! Assad may be a terrible dictatorial leader in Syria, but the Muslim Brotherhood along with their terrorist ilk are waiting on the sidelines to take over the government is Syria. And BTW that article that I mentioned at the start of this message of mines, I linked that article onto my facebook page a week ago!

Any dictator in any Muslim country does what he has to do to maintain power, deal with these people with force. That is the only language they understand and our so-called leaders haven’t learned anything. Diapers and politicians need to be changed often, and for the same reason.

They also all go around talking about how wonderful Turkey is. One of the reasons we won the Cold War was that at least we knew who our enemy was, even though there was lots of confusion among politicians. Here, it looks like they haven’t a clue. And Egypt doesn’t even have any oil?!!??

Egypt has oil, thanks to the Israelis. The Israelis, when they captured the Sinai, developed an oil and gas field. When they stupidly returned it, the Egyptians were supposed to keep supplying gas to Israel via the pipeline Israel built. That pipeline has now been blown up 21 times, and the Islamic Brotherhood is not going to keep the Peace agreement which requires they sell the gas to Israel.

McCain is a moron who forgets to unzip his zipper before he pees. He wants to involve the U.S. in war after war, even when we are fighting on the wrong side, as we did in Serbia, when we fought to support the now Islamic terrorist states of Kosovo and Bosnia.

And before anyone attacks me for criticizing a POW, I note that McCain would never have gotten into the Naval Academy if his father had not been a big shot Admiral. Finishing at or near the bottom of his class, he wrecked a couple of planes before being shot down on his first mission.. Hey, my 2nd cousin flew 32+ missions as a marine pilot before he was shot down over North Vietnam.

McCain’s stupidity and nasty personality doomed the Republicans in 2008.

I think the Republicans lost in 2008 more from McCain’s abysmal political positions, rather than his stupidity and unpleasant personality, although I’ll admit that his constant use of the expression “my friends” was one of the most obnoxious features of his campaign.

But he mirrors the Republican Party as a whole. They are virtually united in their support of affirmative action and illegal immigration and appeasement of terrorists, in spite of occasional lip service to the contrary. The conservative intellectual (sic) establishment is united with McCain on these principles. Commentary Magazine has long been vocal in its support of illegal immigration. Linda Chavez writes one disgusting article after another, and I mentioned previously their support of the Arab Spring.

Several other ‘leading’ Republican senators are with McCain on his trip, and of course, their position is indistinguishable from his. Maybe the reason he and Graham are in the spotlight is that neither is facing re-election this year.

John McCain has gone from cynical to senile. He has become as mentally derranged as Jimmy Carter. I have no regard tor those leftists in Egypt, but one does have to be blunt. We are looking at a thinly disguised hostage situation. It is nice to know that this bright and beautiful new Egyptian regime resorts to extortion to keep the money flowing frmo the U.S. and the use of hostages as bargaining chips. How is Egypt really different from Iran now in its anti-Western orientation?

Ron Paul is the only answer but by the time everyone catches up to his thinking which they will eventually, the easy way or the hard way (ruined economy and worthless dollar/devastating WW3) it will be too late…

But maybe it won’t be if people wake up, its not too late Ron Paul 2012!

The whole situation is pretty disgusting,senators acting like whores to the savages of the mooooslim brotherhood and the traitor sitting in the White House,It worries me bc like Debbs says our governmnet officials are selling ud down the river,but it is them damnest politicians,we tje american people haven t lost the desire to really fight and.defeat those beasts if only the politicians would step aside,the problem is if politicians keep it up and keep waving the white flag,we the american people will push the aside as well.

Everything balances out. We can afford the billion plus to the Muslim Brotherhood because we will be saving by cutting back on border security. We’ve already eliminated a number of positions. Why do you think his name is ‘Hussein’?

In 2008, I was among those who hated McCain, and although not supportive of Obama, was nonetheless glad that he at least put to pasture both Hilary’s & McCain’s presidential ambitions. My point being that if we’re going to have a Liberal in the White House, might as well vote for a real one, instead of a pseudo-Con.

None of what McCain’s doing now surprises me, nor should it surprise anybody, least of all Debbie. After all, this is the man who said ‘I admire the Islam’, opposed special tribunals for trying enemy combatants and insisted that Geneva conventions apply to them, tried second guessing Don Rumsfeld every step of the Afghan war, and in that famous debate question from Brit Hume as to whether he’d engage torture to squeeze out information from terrorists to prevent an imminent terror attack, said no. I’ve actually thought that McCain would be even more pro-Islamic than even Obama, and I’ve not seen any evidence to rebut that. In fact, I’d argue that Obama had the pluck to send commandos into Pakistan to kill Osama & give him a sea burial, which Bush never dreamt of doing, and I bet that McCain wouldn’t have either. So I don’t think the GOP deserves to be automatically thought of as the party ‘good on security’.

Romney in 2008 used to make the right statements on Muslims, although since that election, he’s moved farther away from his anti-Jihad positions. Today, I wouldn’t support him, but I don’t mind admitting that at that time, I did, on the basis of what he said he’d do. In the current setup, I support Santorum – while Norquest may have preferred Perry to Newt, I don’t doubt that Newt is Norquist’s favorite of the current lot, not counting Ron Paul.

Currently, I support Santorum, and hope that he gets the nomination. For the Congressional races, hope that pro-Muslim candidates of both parties are trounced, be they (R) or (D). I want future governments to be prepared to conduct limited wars against our enemies, by which I mean destroy their fighting power, but don’t occupy them to rebuild them. Iran, Syria, Egypt and Saudi Arabia are badly in need of that.

Term limits, anyone? McCain and his butt-boy Graham continue to cause trouble. Arm another group of “Rebels?” I’m waiting for the state run media to call them “Freedom fighters” as they did Castro and his thugs. If the Syrians want to kill each other, so be it. We see the results of the “Rebels” in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya. Amazing how the state run media ignores these countries now that obambi’s “Foreign policy” is a total failure. Look for more of the same as McCain wears out the carpet “Crossing the aisle.” This putz has to go!

John McCain and other conservatives suggesting warm feelings for the Muslim Brotherhood is no less than giving aid and comfort to our enemy and they are using our money to do it! Burt his military career would have gone nowhere. People forget that McVain was next to the bottom of his class at the Naval Academy. As to his career in the Senate. I find RINOs to be as equally reprehensible as the democraps. McVain is the most pathetic of the bunch. This man ran a shotty campaign against one of the most unqualified people ever to run for president.If he put as much energy in that run as he did when he got reelected to the Senate he might be president today. His tendency to walk across the isle to work with scumbags like Kennedy and Feingold will stabbing true conservatives in the back told me all I needed to know about him. And let’s not forget what he did to his first wife to that he could marry a younger woman with money (does that sound familiar.)While I salute his service to this nation and his time as a POW he needs to retire. Oh and McCain when you do go please take that idiotic daughter of yours with you.

It seems that your prejudices stand in your way to see the real broader picture again. If somebody from the arab world will burn the bible wouldn’t you be upset as well? To the point of killing somebody?! Perhaps not. But some fanatics would do it and perhaps you’ll approve it; the blood wouldn’t be on your hands, isn’t it. So you may want to think of these people as some fanatics as well, because I imagine that you wouldn’t burn the holy book of another people = nation either being it the coran, the talmud, the Budda teachings, etc. As I was tought a good reporter is the one that sticks to the facts, witch obviously isn’t the case in your case. You always seem ‘to have a chip on your shoulder’, the same one…
That’s why, perhaps, you cannot see the forest for the trees.

LOFL, for starters try to spell the word “taught” correctly, second Debbie is a VERY good reporter, to her own credit she does her own investigative research on what’s really happening in todays world, and she can back what she says with facts. If you think Debbie’s a bad reporter, than how come alot of bloggers, pundits, media people, etc. steal her work, plagerize off of her and NEVER cite her and/or give her credit? I’ll be waiting for you to answer my question, then again, you’re not going to comeback here and answer the question, because what I said is %100 correct and you can’t contradict what I said.
