He’s referencing the FDR quote, not plagiarizing it. And there’s honestly no way to think otherwise unless you’re being intentionally obstinate.

He’s also copying Bush II. It really gets me how they’re not calling these monstrosities ‘bailouts’ any more; they are now ‘stimulus’ plans. Just like ‘investments’ under the Clintons. Throwing good money after bad, and the Republicans are just aiding and abetting him. And some of the Republicans who supposedly are opposed aren’t really opposed; they’re just trying to make the record so they’ll get re-elected. Bad as the Senate has been over the years, now with hacks like Burris, Caroline Kennedy and Al Franken, 2 clowns and a bimbo, American politics has really sunk to a new low.
