Aisha Khan: Muslim Hate Crime Hoaxer Gets Away w/ It

By Debbie Schlussel

For the last several days, news stories all over Kansas focused on the disappearance of Aisha Khan, a recently married Muslim woman.  Khan made statements on her sister’s cellphone making this out to be some sort of hate crime by a drunk non-Muslim against Muslims, and it was reported that way by the dhimmi sheep in the media. Now, she’s mysteriously re-appeared with zero explanation about where she was and a whole lot more questions.  Instead of a “hate crime” against Muslims, it appears the only crime committed here is her lies against non-Muslims. Apparently, Khan fled her Muslim husband from an arranged marriage. But no apologies to all of the non-Muslims this kalbeh [Arabic for “dog”] defamed. Oh, and Nancy Grace needs to shut her piehole, attacking police and the university for not doing enough to find this hate crime hoaxer.

Regardless of what happened, this woman (apparently of Pakistani descent) and her family wasted a ton of expensive and scarce law enforcement resources that could have been used in investigating a real crime.  Usually, when an abduction is faked–as in this case–the person who pretended to disappear is criminally charged. After all, Khan lied on the phone about what happened to her, blaming it on some infidel drunk man, which isn’t what happened.  But unlike in most cases, Khan won’t be charged for the fakery and accompanying circus because, hey, we can’t make Muslims face the same justice as everyone else, nor can we publicize that Muslim girls are forced into arranged marriages with Muslim men (many of them foreign aliens seeking a green card).

Instead, the impotent Overland Park police are closing the case without any further investigation into the hoax and fraud that wasted resources and much taxpayer money in the first place. And without asking her if she fears for her safety with her husband. Yes, Islamic ways of dealing with things have already taken over the mindset of American police when they deal with Muslims. It’s sharia of the mind.

Even though Aisha Khan, the 19-year-old Kansas college student who disappeared on Friday, has been found unharmed, many are still baffled about what led to her disappearance and where she is, including her own family.

“Right now, at this point, all we know is that she’s safe and sound and there are no further details,” Aisha Khan’s sister Faiza Khan, 21, told ABCNews.com.

Khan said that the family has not seen or spoken to Aisha Khan. The Overland Police Department notified them on Wednesday night that they had spoken to Aisha and confirmed that she was safe and not being held against her will.

Since Khan’s disappearance on Friday, her family, including her husband of five months, made tearful pleas for her safe return and expressed a strong belief that she had been abducted. Now, the family is waiting to hear from her and discover what happened. . . .

Many are still questioning what happened and wondering if Khan will face any punitive or monetary consequences for the search.

The Overland Police spent about 400 hours looking for Khan with around 60 law enforcement agents, including the FBI. But authorities are saying that Khan will likely not face any legal consequences. . . .

The formal police investigation has been closed and [Overland Park Police spokeschick Michelle] Koos said police have not released Khan’s location to her family. Koos said the cost of the investigation is not known at this time and may take a few days to determine.

“As an adult, all we need to do is verify that the person was not abducted or being held against her will,” Koos said. “That’s what we’ve done. Beyond that, it’s a personal family issue to deal with.” . . .

Khan was last heard from the morning of Dec. 19 when she left her sister a troubling voicemail, saying that while she was studying for finals at an outdoor picnic table, a drunk man had been harassing her and attempted to kiss her before she hit him and took off.

“Oh my gosh he was so scary. My heart is, like, pounding. I’ve never got this scared in my life,” Khan can be heard saying in the message. “Pick up your phones, I am freaked out right now.”

The Overland Police spent about 400 hours looking for Khan with around 60 law enforcement agents, including the FBI. But authorities are saying that Khan will likely not face any legal consequences.

Yup, committing a mass hate crime against three hundred million Americans who are not Muslim and defaming them for a fake kidnapping isn’t a crime. At least not on the books in Kansas.

I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again. Expect more and more of this in America as we let more and more Muslims into the country and refuse to tighten our porous borders.

Reader John:

My parents are visiting from Kansas City, and they said this was about the only thing on the news for the last five days in Kansas City: the missing Muslim student “abducted.” The media was pushing it as some type of hate crime against Muslims.

Then, surprise! It turns out that the girl had run away and was found safe a week later (obviously to flee an abusive Muslim husband). Now, the family doesn’t want to answer any questions and is pleading for privacy. It seems like the media is not interested in asking any questions.

Of course, not. They are only interested in asking questions when it will make Muslims look like the victims instead of what they clearly are here and in many other cases: the perpetrators. And liars.

Reader R:

It does seem to fit a familiar pattern. Sounds like this toad might have had in mind to stage a bit more elaborate hoax but decided to chicken out, or maybe she’s just as dumb as she looks. I’ll bet they never find the “drunk man” because there never was one. There’s no mention of other witnesses to the dastardly “attack”. Studying for finals….hmm. Missing for a week…about the time finals would be over…..hmm. Nothing at all to be suspicious about here. She couldn’t call in a bomb threat because the disruption timeline would be insufficient, and besides, her ilk would never have aaaanythiiiing to do with bombs EVER. We need many more here like her – keep that visa lottery at full speed!

Exactly.

You’re absolutely correct Rocky Lore, I to am not holding my breath for any apology from the far-left and Muslim pressure/front-groups for this fake crime that Aisha Khan claimed.

Debbie, I’m listening to “710 KCMO” on my internet (even though I don’t live in either Kansas or Missouri, but I’m planning on moving to either Kansas, Missouri or Nebraska) and I heard this story and the reporter for KCMO didn’t mentioned that Aisha Khan LIED about her abduction, etc.

More special treatment for very special American citizens….Moooooooslims.

And on will go the American ignorance of what Islam is all about.

The dhimmis see us as intolerant and hard-hearted and bigots.

Dhimmi has even been deemed as hate speech on some places on the net.

The special treatment will continue….

Skunky on December 22, 2011 at 9:38 pm

I don’t suppose we’ll be seeing Ms. Khan any time soon on an episode of “All American Muslim”.

lee on December 22, 2011 at 9:46 pm

So let me get this straight… it’s because she is Muslim that this is happening. Let’s not consider the fact that there might be an abuse case, or that any other race can pull this kind of stunt. I’m not saying that what she did was right. In fact, what she did was increibly selfish. But Debbiecakes, what the hell made it okay for you to damn an entire race because the stupidity of one girl. That’s the problem with humanity. Instead of recognizing that what she did was childish, we blame her for being Muslim. Pathetic. The next time some white, black, yellow, purple, or blue pull something like this, I hope you tell them not to cross the border as well.

YourMom on December 22, 2011 at 11:28 pm

Islam is not a race. Also, there have been similar events of people faking attacks and they got sent to prison. Muslims have a known history of faking hate crimes and CAIR defending them. Remember Safia Jilani or Noor Ramjanally?

Bogus hate crimes like this make it harder to solve legitimate crimes. Thanks to that lying whore Crystal Mangum, rape isn’t taken as seriously!

Rocky Lore on December 23, 2011 at 1:03 am

Bogus crimes make it hard for truly innocent victims to get help. And that means some people could die. If enough people cry “wolf,” the police are not going to be on hand when there is a real emergency.

That’s why a stop needs to be put to this.

NormanF on December 23, 2011 at 2:10 pm

Sorry, that does not work. She could obtain protection without lying about the circumstances. Imagine if some white woman claimed that she had been assaulted by some black guy, and it was later demonstrated that no such thing had occurred. If she had gone to police with such a false report, she would have been prosecuted.

    Worry01 on December 23, 2011 at 7:56 am

“what the hell made it okay for you to damn an entire race because the stupidity of one girl.”

First off, islam NOT a race and muslim is NOT a race either, there are many muslims from different races and ethnicities. Secondly have you heard of the term “taqqiya”? That’s what Aisha Khan did by using taqqiya, this is something that taught in islam, for muslims to lie under oath to non-muslims (infidels like all of us that commented here) and look like the victims, etc. I’ll give you a link of the term “taqqiya”, so you can notice what Aisha Khan did.

I IMMEDIATELY suspected something was phony about this case when I heard the voicemail she left – IN ENGLISH, her 2nd language.

It’s hard to imagine an immigrant in fear of her safety would leave a voicemail for her sister in anything other than her native language.

Obviously, she felt the impact on the American news media would be a lot less if the phone message had to be translated to English from Urdu.

Scott on December 23, 2011 at 2:49 am

Scott, I want you to re-evaluate your entire life at this point. I’m a Muslim and if I was ever in trouble, I would call my family and speak English (my second language). Also, I’d call 911 in English too. Was there an actual valid point you had to prove… or were you okay with sounding like a 5 year old?

Ifrah on December 23, 2011 at 5:22 am

You need to actually read what Debbie posted before hammering Scott. Aisha Khan was perfectly safe. She made up a garbage story that wasted the time and resources of the police, and thus the taxpayer as well. I think that is a far more serious matter than your English or no English rant. Also, would you like to be in a situation in which this “Crying Wolf” nonsense causes Muslim women or men who actually are facing a crisis to be discounted or ignored when they call for help? Someone over five might think that far ahead.

    Worry01 on December 23, 2011 at 8:02 am

Here was the clue. When the woman’s mother was interviewed on television during the alleged kidnapping, she was smiling and did not seem upset.

I hope their husbands meet out some Shariah justice and kill them. Two less breeder reactors to deal with.

As to your remarks about Nancy Grace, well, she is just a Goodyear blimp who thinks everyone is guilty of every crime ever created. After DNA evidence showed that the American who rotted in Italian prisons did not murder her roommate (or at least there was no evidence to show she committed said murder), Nancy Grace decried that the release of this woman was a miscarriage of justice. Nancy Grace’s mother should have had a miscarriage.

Jonathan E. Grant on December 23, 2011 at 8:07 am

Jon – you beat me to it. But I was going to ask – What is the Sharia compliant response to what burkha girl did? She ran away from her husband, so do they chop her feet off? She was also studying (the Paki muzzies don’t like their woman educated), so do they also chop off her fingers? She ran her mouth about her husband, so do they chop off her tongue?

Jarhead on December 23, 2011 at 9:36 am

The weather in Overland Park on December 19 was a high of 49 with rain showers. She was studying outside at a park table? Go figure.

Joel Harrell on December 23, 2011 at 9:54 am

I’m not surprised Nancy Grace had another pre-emptive breakdown and immediately accused the innocent of being guilty. Remember her premature accusations against the Duke University Lacrosse team a few years ago. Why is this witch still on the air???

NormCBS on December 23, 2011 at 10:28 am

I don’t know what you all are talking about but when I saw Nancy Grace she qualified it as very suspicious. She made the same points as you’re all making. I think every critical thinking person in this country thought it was suspicious. Unfortuneately though, most aren’t critically thinking. So again – Nancy Grace thought it was suspicious and appeared to me was thinking it was exactly what it was, a family deal. However, just in case…she was covering her ass just in case we all were wrong. I think we all gave this about a 90/10.

harvan on December 23, 2011 at 10:53 am

Sure charge her with a crime, any every other child under 21 who’s ever hoaxed authorities on fake kidnappings.

She’s not the first and she’s not going to be the last one, and guess what her being Muslim doesn’t make a difference.

So if a Muslims saves the life on of our leaders will you be ready to pin a medal on this Muslim and open more of our doors to them??

Face it, this site and its posters are dogs that just need a bone.

Bill on December 23, 2011 at 10:57 am

    Bill,

I suspect you like to be boned.

Of course a Muslim would save Obama; he is one of theirs.

The fact is that others have been charged with crimes for doing exactly what she did. She is an adult, and should have to face the consequences just like every other Christian, Jew, Buddhist, and Hindu in this country.

The crime, amongst others, is filing a false police report. Her parents may be in on it, and could also be charged.

Jonathan E. Grant on December 23, 2011 at 11:48 am

      Jon,

Did the police follow standard procedure? In missing persons cases, action is not taken for up to 48 hours to allow for a false alarm and the possibility the victim will show up by then.

That’s the usual rule followed by every police department. They will take the report but will follow up only if it looks like the person is in fact missing. Then its treated as either an abduction or a murder case.

If the Overland police investigated right away, then they failed to wait long enough for it to resolve on its own – and owe the taxpayers an explanation.

NormanF on December 23, 2011 at 12:08 pm

Bill, I bet you know nothing about Islam. The more one is ignorant of Islam, the louder they speak in the defense of. Ignorance is a dangerous thing.

This site and it’s post-ers are a dog that has gotten it’s bone and are trying (feverishly) to get the other dopes to catch up. It’s a thankless job because the Moooooslims are using our best qualities against us and their ability to confuse and get sympathy from peeps who should know better (but stay PC) is astounding.

And the evidence is quite clear since 9/11.

Skunky on December 23, 2011 at 12:30 pm

I’ve seen other examples of (non-Muslim or those who aren’t members of a “victim” group) women faking kidnappings and being forced to pay for the costs of the investigation.

Rocky Lore on December 23, 2011 at 1:00 pm

Faking a missing persons report is a crime. Its not the same as filing a missing persons report in good faith and someone turns up – you can be forgiven for being genuinely being concerned about them. If you don’t know about a loved one’s whereabouts, better safe than sorry. But if you know where they are and intend to defraud the police, then yes, you deserve to have the book thrown at you.

Debbie is pointing out not that innocent people don’t deserve help, its that when Muslims are not prosecuted for abusing the system, they are getting special treatment others don’t get. This is one more example of it in America and it happens every day.

Dhimmitude is assuming Muslims are always innocent and infidels are always guilty. Its a safe assumption in our PC world.

NormanF on December 23, 2011 at 3:41 pm

I’ve pasted a comment you’ve made below which states:

“But unlike in most cases, Khan won’t be charged for the fakery and accompanying circus because, hey, we can’t make Muslims face the same justice as everyone else,…”

I agree, someone needs to go to jail, why she didn’t and who ever else may have been involved is beyond me. But to say that just because one is a Muslim they won’t be criminally charged and yet common “American” citizens would have been charged?

I’m an African American small business franchisee operating a wireless service center. Last Saturday a young white man entered into my place of business and robbed me at gun point. I immediately called the police gave a very strong physical description down the the eye color. A young man fitting the description down to the eye color was abducted around the corner and you know what? They let him go. Had it been one of my son’s they would have been detained anyway. I don’t care what you say what I’ve stated has been a fact. You don’t know anything about injustice, you’ve never experienced it. Take your column and shove it up your wank.

I knew when I watched the videos a few days ago that something wasn’t right about the incident you can hear it in her voice so I’m not defending her. What I am defending is the assumption that because she was Muslim. Nothing indicated from law enforcement that because she was Muslim just like I can’t rightly assume that because the young man wasn’t detained can I assume that because he wasn’t taken in can I say it was because he was a white man? No I can’t yet I can assume.

See this is the problem we have in this country and most of the problems we have in this country with one another and other peoples around the world are assumptions. We look at other peoples around the world and other peoples who don’t fit the standard of what it means to be an American and yet we fail to realize or even admit publicly in a collective manner how we treat one another as common citizens. We talk about “terrorists” as if only Muslims are terrorists and we need to get them out of this country. That kind of talk and yet the terrorists that we have here born Americans who turned to gangs have killed more people in this country this year than the terrorists. The gangs in this country are doing better than Islamic terrorists groups.

I miss the day when capitalism expanded because it was built first upon giving value to people. Our modern mass media has degraded itself to scour shocking news that is solely based upon making more money for ad space, without giving regard to the story as a whole. Thus, the victimized Muslim sells more ad space compared to her safe return with proper explanation. This is why blogs like yours, Debbie, has become the voice of the people. Keep up the good work!

So stop saying she broke the law.

These imigrants are playing their part rather well as the media goes into their usual battle cry of islamphobia in America. It’s the same here in Europe as they stir the pot to gin up interest in this jaded and boring subject. But what are they doing living in the brilliant melting pot that is America as they continue to wear the costumes of 7th century Arabia, live in islamicised ghetto’s and torment their host country with a myriad of other problems they continue to screech about? All things considered, if they are unwilling to integrate then they must return to their home countries where they and their ilk can continue to live in the past, in ignorance, in despair and in abusive life styles.

Dear Debbie… I am really disappointed with this article.. I am also a Pakistani American Muslim..and I do not agree with what Aisha did. When she went missing I was very concerned and prayed for her and her family, I felt so bad for her parents the way they were crying. Anyway.. I do not think her family had anything to do with her disappearance, and I think her husband was innocent. Yes she probably had an arranged marriage, but now a days no one is forced into it. I think she just went along with the idea and her family because that is usually what is expecting in the culture. I am sure that if she said no from the beginning her parents would of been fine with it.I myself when I was younger had an arranged marriage, barely new the guy, talked to him on the phone for 3 months, he came out with his mom to see me, and that week we were engaged, and year later we were married and saw each other 3 times before marriage. I wasn’t forced.. I was just young, and gullible and thought it was the right thing to do. Anyway, I tried almost 2 years to be with him, and it didn’t work out. He had lied to me about everything, and I couldn’t take it anymore. I came back to my parents to visit, and then told them I didn’t want to go back, and they were on my side, and supported me.I could of taken the step that Aisha did, but I had support from my family and friends, and I guess I was a bit more mature then her. Anyway that was almost 7 years ago. I am now remarried, and very happy. Through those years I have learned a lot about myself, I have matured, and realized that I have to do things for myself, and not please others so much. I think that was the case of Aisha. This has nothing to do with religion.. it is more of a culture issue, and the way a family brings up their child in a different atmosphere then their own.
every culture and religion had it own faults, but you can justify that religion or culture because of one person who did something stupid. I hope that one day you will understand, and be more open minded on other faiths, and cultures. America will always be a melting pot, and that is what makes this country the best, and the most beautiful.

Fina on December 30, 2011 at 2:39 pm

Yes, America is lost. America is now the United States of Islam. All non-Muslims are dhimmi class. I remember when Jennifer Wilbanks in 2005, a 2nd class white, non-Muslim woman who did the exact same thing. She was charged with at least one felony. They had mug shots done of her and kept her in the media’s attention doing hundreds of hours of community service

Remember this Americans, especially if you have white colored skin: If you offend a minority you are in serious big trouble, and remember this: you don’t even have to commit a crime. Our government will commit real felonies lying about you. There is no free speech in America. America is dead the Constitution of the United States is dead. Be wary of who the real haters are.

Did she tell the police she was abducted, or her family? if just her family then you can hardly blame her for trying to escape. She didn’t do it in the best way but she was in a horrible situation. Have some compassion!

bob on April 7, 2013 at 3:28 pm

Wow. Okay, so I’m Muslim and have lived in America since I was four years old (1996). I am so thoroughly embarrassed and shocked at the ignorance of the people on this site. What Aisha did was incredibly stupid and selfish, and even I would like to know what the hell she was thinking. She should be charged with her hoax. But all this bullshit you guys are writing about my religion is genuinely hurtful. I do not know what makes you people think so dark and with so much hate. I have never in my life hurt someone, and this is not because of my religion, but because of me as a person. This Islam that you are describing is not the Islam I have grown up with. I have been taught to NEVER lie, no matter if the person is Muslim or non-Muslim, and I have never in my entire life heard of “taqiyaa”, which btw means pillow. Yes, it is common to have arranged marriages but not the way that media and some choice ignorant Muslim families display it. There is always a choice. If a girl is not willing in happiness to marry someone, parents buy Muslim law CANNOT force her. If she does however enter into an abusive marriage, she has a right to get divorce. I don’t know where you guys get your “facts”, but you need to check your sources. Don’t take the Islamic militants and extremists version of Islam to be the true Islam. They are most arrogant of all, and will find out soon enough how wrong they are. That is not Islam. My Islam promote Peace and Love. Please, open your eyes. Allow yourself to understand the unknown. Love other religions just as I have grown up to learn about and love and respect Christianity and Jesus and Mary and Judaism and Moses and Hinduism. I have been taught to give the equal amount of respect to all Religions and their Prophets as I do to my Religion and Prophet.
