A Schmuck Reminds Us Why He’s a Schmuck: Mr. Burns Seeking Muslim Speaking Tour Invites

By Debbie Schlussel
G-d, I can’t wait for Mr. Burns to go. Not that The Lesbionic Woman will be any better. But it’s hard to get any worse than Serpenthead.
Whatta Schmuck, but hey, he’s greasing the skids for that lucrative Arab/Muslim speaking tour thing:

The Bush administration’s point man in protecting America against terrorism says U.S. investments in safety should not be restricted to airport screening machines or border fences. Michael Chertoff says the U.S. also should spend more on foreign-aid programs, scholarships for foreign students and other tools of so-called soft power. . . .
Mr. Chertoff said he came to his views over the past six months or so, when he finally had time to think about big-picture challenges. Now, he said, “a lasting victory in the safeguarding of the country” can be achieved only by marrying traditional security with winning “a contest of ideas, and a battle for the allegiance of men and women around the world.”

Buh-Bye, Soon: Michael “Serpenthead” Chertoff Delusionally PC as Usual

It’s unbelievable that this idiot–any idiot–is still pushing this crap. The fact is that going to school here doesn’t make Muslims hate us any less or solve any problems. It just breeds hatred and disrespect at how pliable, gullible, and overly tolerant we are of those who hate us–and makes them hate us more. Just ask Homaidan Al-Turki’s maid, er . . . slave. Or the late Sayyid Qutb, whose most famous follower is Osama Bin Laden. Yup, that scholarship and course of study at Colorado State College of Education in Greeley, Colorado was reeeeeeal helpful.
Oh, and remember those 19 guys who went to school here to learn how to fly planes? Well, they weren’t on scholarship, but do you really think if we paid for them to go to flight school they wouldn’t have crashed them into buildings and terminated nearly 3,000 Americans?
Anyone who does is a complete fool, as Chertoff keeps reminding us that he is.

It is a case that President George W. Bush’s critics have pressed for years, although Mr. Chertoff is careful not to criticize his boss. The term “soft power” was coined and popularized in the 1990s by one such critic, Joseph Nye, a Harvard professor who is among the nation’s pre-eminent liberal thinkers on foreign policy.

Puh-leeze. There is no such thing as “soft power.” It’s like hot ice cream–just soup. It sounds like a stupid feminine porn film title–“Soft Power” starring Cherry Hills. The only power our enemies understand is toughness and no mercy. That’s the only thing they respect. Until we get that, more of us will get killed. And this dump “soft power”–which belongs more in a tampon or women’s deoderant commercial–won’t save a single life.

[H]e said he intends to keep speaking about the issue after he leaves office. His message resembles statements Monday by President-elect Barack Obama and others on his national-security team: that the U.S. must rely on the power of its moral example alongside more traditional military means to achieve its goals abroad.

Aha! So, Chertoff, looking for a job now, knows that no-one would hire this incompetent to head their security or disaster management since he was a disaster in both. So, he’s preparing himself for the halal rubber chicken circuit and seeking speaking engagements. So that explains why he cozied up with some of the most extremist pro-Hezbollah imams on the planet.

Mr. Chertoff said that in the short term, the nation is almost as secure as it can get. On a scale of one to 10, he said, the U.S. is around an 8-plus.

Are you fricking kidding me? What drugs is this guy on?

He said increasing exchange programs is vital, because most people who visit the U.S. carry away positive attitudes for a lifetime. Foreign aid can also boost public perceptions of the U.S. as it did in Europe after World War II, he said.

Like I said, Sayyid Qutb, the 19 hijackers, Homaidan Al-Turki, etc., etc., ad nauseam.
Expect Mr. Serpenthead Burns to appear soon at a CAIR banquet near you.

soft power = Jizya
Jizya is the Dhimmi tax.
Don’t know what a Dhimmi is? Better find out before you become one.

The most famous proponent of “soft power” was named Neville Chamberlain. And we all know what that got him. There’s another word that isn’t used much these days that describes the thrust behind soft power: “appeasement.” If your enemy is bent upon destroying you, no amount of good will or talks will soften his resolve. It didn’t work with Hitler and it won’t work with the Islamists.

No, Debbie the ‘Blessed Nineteen Martyrs’ did not go to flight school on our dime. Georgie-Porgie had THAT bright idea AFTER 9/11.

[PC: PLEASE READ MORE CLOSELY. THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I SAID:

This “soft power” idea is a symptom of some grave sickness of western civilization. It is a combination of weakness, cowardice and stupidity. When Alaric, the Goth general was at the gates of Rome in 410 AD he responded to an empty Roman threat by telling the Romans that they were a weak and effeminate nation and that he was offering them only their lives in terms of surrender. There is a sickness of some kind that is preventing the west from dealing with terrorists, pirates, illegal immigration and even criminals on our streets and even in our prisons and jails.
Another thing. I wonder what kind of sensitive information this Chertoff jerkoff was or is privy to that he is passing on to his Moslem bosses and benefactors.
Another bizarre thing that used to happen during the long and agonizing fall of the western Roman empire was individuals, officials and even entire armies changing sides and going over to the enemy. Some of it is strikingly similar to some of the things going on now.

Winning the contest of ideas — unfortunately Mr. Chertoff doesn’t specify the ideas he is talking about. I’m almost afraid to know —
battle of allegiance for the men and women of the world — what does this mean? appeasing the rest of the world? Supporting the United Nations’ obnoxious campaigns?
Maybe Mr. Chertoff has his eye on those lucrative college honoraria; of course he knows that he has to move to the left to get them.

‘cf’ just nailed it … he does have to move to the left to get those gigs … but when his current engagement closes the curtain, that final night, just look whose standing in the on deck circle: Janet “Cottonmouth” Napolitano (the Governor of Arizona that paved the way for the construction of an Illegal Immigrant passing lane on it’s State Highways).

At least he’ll have to pay for his own huge security detail once he’s gone. I bet his blatant abuse of security was the inspiration for Theresa Betrtucci. Wonder if he’ll hire Bernie Keriks boys…..

Debbie–
Most of this is right on, but maybe it’s time to set the record straight on Chamberlain…
By far, the most often cited example of failed diplomacy is British prime minister Neville Chamberlain’s policy of appeasement toward Hitler in September, 1938. In fact, it should be regarded as one of the few successes, limited though it was.
Kissinger and Arafat got Nobel Peace prizes for accomplishing NOTHING. Chamberlain, at least, postponed a war, that Britain was ill-prepared to enter as it did, a full year later. He was, for a short time, regarded as a popular hero, and despite the talk of “Peace in our time,” sped up the British rearmament program.
In March, 1939, when Hitler grabbed the rest of Czechoslovakia, Chamberlain disavowed appeasement, and established Anglo-French guarantees of armed support for Poland, Romania, and Greece in the event of similar attacks. Soon after, peacetime military conscription was instituted for the first time in British history.
One wonders what more he could have done, noting that the mood in Britain at the time was anything but bellicose.

Here is the download of the whole Hitler take over.
Hitler could not have invaded Czechoslovakia & Poland with out GM synthetic fuel process. Adolf knew he needed another ally to go after Uncle Joe Stalin. That is why he made the deal with Chamberlain, and let the British troops retreat Dunkirk. When the Brits ( Churchill ) refused to go along with him he began to get nasty, and like a spoiled child he began to go after the Brits.
Let me point out here also, “follow the money trail” the ones that are in back of all this are causing the problem.

Michael Chertoff is a traitor; he failed to enforce our borders and intentionally failed to enforce the immigration laws on the books. He is nothing but a stooge for the New World Order elite of the Rockefeller CFR.
I am sure they will line up all kinds of speaking gigs to reward his treason in retirement.
