Faux Condemnations and Burial Plot Pretense: Crocodile Tears From Muslims Over Mumbai Terrorist Attacks

By Debbie Schlussel
Some ignorant conservatives, along with the predictable liberal mainstream media, are falling for the crocodile tears from Muslims in response to the Mumbai attacks perpetrated by Muslims.
First, there’s CAIR–the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the HAMAS front-group and unindicted co-conspirator in terrorism. CAIR “condemned” the attacks. But, in fact, in its faux-“condemnation” declined to mention the Jewish and Israeli hostages, only mentioning Brits and Americans. That’s because CAIR doesn’t actually condemn the attacks on the Jews or their executions.
And even had CAIR specifically condemned those, it would be phony, since it has always been CAIR’s policy never to condemn homicide bombings and attacks on innocent civilians by Hezbollah, HAMAS, Islamic Jihad, Fatah, etc. Those are no different than the attacks of last week.

The Real Islam

Oh, and lest you miss the real point of CAIR’s “condemnation”, I’ll repeat it for you, here. It’s not about the victims. It’s about the Muslims–you know, the “real victims” of all terrorism (despite the fact that they are almost always the perpetrators and almost never the victims):

The Washington-based group [CAIR] also asked the Indian government to protect all its citizens from the type of retaliatory attacks that have taken place following similar incidents in the recent past.

Because you know, Muslims who murdered dozens and wounded hundreds are not the ones who are really violent. It’s the “retaliatory attacks”–the “backlash” that never happens and, frankly, should happen or the terrorism will continue–that should be our priority.
Typical.
Then, there are the Indian Muslim cemeteries, which are letting you know–to great mainstream media reception–that they won’t accept the remains of the Islamic terrorists for burial.
Wow, thanks for the favor.
It’s really surprising to me that some so-called conservatives are sooooo ignorant and uncritically thinking when it comes to Islam that they bought these crocodile tears hook, line, and sinker.
But here’s the real scoop. Muslims in India know that non-Muslims there are sick and tired of their crap and far less PC about Islam. They don’t want further bad publicity or gravesites that will be scenes of deserved vandalism and protests. This ain’t about doing the right thing. Or about charity. With Islam, it never is.
When they start denying burial plots to HAMAS and Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad and Fatah homicide bombers and terrorists at Islamic cemeteries all over the world (and especially in the Mid-East), then it’s something to take note of. Until then–as in when hell freezes–this is a calculated, empty, cheap PR ploy. That’s something Islam knows how to do well.
They aren’t doing this out of kindness, but out of recognition that it will bring increased, deserved ill will toward them from non-Muslims in India who are sick and tired of their crap.
Oh, and by the way, I’m sure the Paki Muslim cemeteries will happily oblige. Don’t you worry your little heart about it.
Calling any favorable attention to this story is like gushing over the “the hijackers hijacked our religion” crap we constantly heard after 9/11.
All BS. Pure bullcrap.
Muslim “condemnations” of Muslim terror attacks? Muslim “denial of burial plots” to Muslim terrorists?
Three letters: B-F-D. Big Deal, with a very appropriate adjective in the middle.

People have to be really stupid and gullible to believe CAIR. It reminds me of the PLO constantly ‘condeming’ Muslim/terrorists attacks on Israeli Jews. We all kow the condemnation is phony, but the elite (sic) in the U.S. and Israel continues to cling to the PLO as a peace partner. How can anyone believe the PLO is condemning terrorism when it is apparent they approve of, and promote terrorism? Same with CAIR.
And of course, the fact that Indian Muslim leaders say they don’t want the terrorists’ remains to be buried in their cemetaries, doesn’t mean they won’t be. Just another rhetorical statement.
The conservative movement is in an ideological crisis, just like the Republican Party is. I think the next few months will tell whether it is able to regenerate, or whether it will just continue, as a whole, moving in the direction of being an opposition cheerleader squad.

I just noticed that one of the conservative web sites (becoming more and more dominated by phony conservatives) has a symposium on the Democratic foreign policy team. Bolton correctly says our emphasis should be on developing programmatic clarity. The other participants get into speculating what Hillary will do, what this person & that person will do without recognizing that the Democratic Party’s bureaucratic left-wing structure will, on an overall basis continue to dominate foreign policy, and it will be a policy basically of conciliation and appeasement. Many conservatives failed to recognize this in 1992 when the supported Clinton. Some are even worse, hired mercenaries who think the financial grass is greener if they move to the left. Former speechwriters and their cronies are a large portion of this group.

We need to treat killers as killers. Why do so many, in light of the bloodbath perpetrated upon the innocent consider allowing the killers a redress of greviances rather than making their lives miserable?
What is self-defense if not the protecting of one’s own (and others’) lives?

If the Indian mozlums had buried those animals in their graveyard, there would be another repeat of the Gujarat 2002 moslem annihilation but this time country-wide. Their statement was political and probably coordinated with terrorist supporting groups like cair.
Surprisingly, I see this news in a UK news website and not in any of the major Indian newspapers. Meanwhile other western news outlets still keep referring to the murdered Rabbi and his wife as “ultra-Orthodox”. And the mozlum terrorists were “gunmen” and only “gunmen”. Excellent islamo-pandering-dhimmi journalists we have around these days.
The only kind of burial fit for these mozlem animals is throw their corpses out in the junkyard and allow the stray pigs and dogs to eat them and show it on TV.

Its not a war fought with guns and bombs. It certainly involves that but the larger question is what does the West believe in? In our modern multicultural societies the true answer is nothing. You can’t believe the proposition all cultures are equal since its a self-evident contradiction in terms. The West is slowly dying. What will replace it will be far worse than what we have today and most of us alive right now will thankfully, not be around to see that future.

Who would believe anything CAIR would szay?

mindy1 on December 2, 2008 at 5:48 am

Hi Norman F. I’m not sure that I have heard them called terrorists and not gunmen. I will have to pay more attention. I do agree with your premise that as Islam’s evil tentacles ever increasingly creep into the west that the west is “dying”. Not as much from Islam as from the mealy mouthed wishy washy politicians and those that expound “political correctness”. We are more being defeated from within than from the outside. Unfortunately if we are not around to see the future our children will be.
Yes, anonymous that would be a fit buriel for them.

More and more, I see our politicians allowing the wool to be pulled over their eyes, surrendering our hard-fought-for freedoms to the insidious advance of Islam in the U.S.
America is already well on the path that Europe has chosen to follow.
And more and more I see the specter of vigilante groups stepping up to the plate, because someone, sooner or later, will have to tackle the job that the pols are too scared to touch.
The UN, backing the Muslim demand for respect for Islam (what a ludicrous oxymoron given their past and recent history!) is well and truly emasculated.
Every dog has its day!

Nick,
Your mention of the vigilante groups is a reminder of when Richard Ramirez (the Night Stalker) was terrorizing Los Angeles. The men in our neighborhood who owned guns took up two-hour shifts through the night for the week until Ramirez was caught. They watched from the rooftops, and one guy chased off a vehicle that looked like they were scoping out possible robbery victims. All in all, the neighborhood slept well that week.
There’s a lot to be said for an armed citizenry, and our Founding Fathers said it beautifully.

BTW, I love the BFD reference. When my kids were very little and asked me what “BFD” stood for, I told them it’s Big Fat Deal.
Debbie, you’re absolutely right. Until the Muslims start living out their self-criticisms, whatever they say is just BFD.
