Probably the FOX cutaway was market-driven. The Obama supporters are very intolerant of those who disagree with them; they are fickle and impatient with those they disagree with. This is the height of an emotional campaign for them; they see things emotionally, and the station was probably afraid they would lose many viewers permanently if they didn’t look like they were pro-Obama.
I suspected McCain would give a classy concession speech, but I am not sure that this is what I wanted to hear. He’s back to what he always was, the Democats’ favorite Republican. That’s not what we need right now. I think we would have been better served with a speech that outlined something about real policy directions, but of course we won’t get that from McCain or the rest of the Republican hacks.

This Obamanation will divide our country as it has not been divided since the early 1960’s. If McCain had been a member of the KKK for twenty years as Obama was a member of Rev G-D America Wright”s Church, would we accept him as President of the United States?
This Obamanation is on George Bush. Me thinks this election is going to result in a disaster of biblical proportions for the United States of America. Keeping this country together over the next four years will be one of the greatest challenges any U.S. President has ever faced. If Obama continues the leadership of arrogance that Bush brought to the highest office in the land, there will be blood in the streets before his term is over. Contrary to what CNN would have you believe, this is a country very much divided. May G help us all.

I fear for the next four years in this country…freedoms lost, economy trashed, and a surrender to the vilest enemies we’ve ever had to fight.

We’ll accord Obama the same respect the Democrats gave President Bush. The only thing I disagree with Debbie, is why Republicans have to be gracious losers. You can be sure if the election went the other way around, the Democrats would have gone to the courts, rioted and inflicted great harm on the country. I’m not feeling any love or unity here. I will never get behind a President who doesn’t share my values and who makes common cause with its enemies domestic and foreign. We’re in for a nightmarish four years.

I think the vote went the way it did is because most people feared being accused of “racism.” White guilt is powerful even in the face of one of the most bigoted and callous people on the face of the earth. G-d help our country!

While I voted for McCain, I will be glad to see him go away. He is a loser.
McCain is a compromiser’s compromiser–always ready to forsake principle in order to “cut a deal”–ready to sell out the party in order to appear the wise one, the maverick. I’m sick of McCain and I say–Good fr–cking riddance.
Let’s count the sellout ways for a moment. leading out on illegal alien amnesty (he’ll probably lead on this for Obama next January), selling out the party on principled judges in leading the gang of 14, McCain-Feingold finance reform–a real winner which helped ensure his defeat, voting against extending the Bush tax cuts (though he called for extending them in the election) blah blah blah.
McCain, the heck with your whining speaches–go away you sorry ass loser. You make me sick.

John McCain stated in his concession speech “I urge all Americans who supported me to join me in not just congratulating him, but…to come together to find the necessary compromises to bridge our differences…” Those of us who believe in personal liberties, economic freedom, and fiscal restraint know that this marks the beginning of another “bipartisanship” nightmare.
Don’t be sad for John McCain, for McCain is happy that Joe Biden – who is his co-member in the elitist Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) – will be the Vice-President and will be the real power behind the throne.

Everything which has its beginning also has its natural end. Soviet Union fell apart. Now it’s time for America. I am very far from enjoy this catastrophy. I came here with my family 19 years ago to start a new life. And I see with my very eyes how this life comes to an end. I am not a Jew, but I – and my family members – started a while ago preparations for possible leaving this country, that already became our home, forever. God cannot save it any more.

I am not by the way a man of McCain. I am utterly irritated by his nomination as a candidate. He is stupid (it’s not Senior Moment – it is ALWAYS with him; his brain reached only pretty low development), ignorant; in 22 years in senate he did nothing of any importance; he didn’t learn anything of necessity – neither computer skills, nor foreign languages, nor any other professional skill. Ron Paul was much, far much better. Besides, McCain is a pathological Russophob, and this I will never pardon him for. All this I say to stress my point concerning Obama. What I feel – it is very palpable – is that he will perform a coup d’etat no later than several months after his inauguration. And that is how he will hold this country together. I am not going to sit and wait here for our demise.

What is with that ugly dress that Michelle was wearing last night? I can’t figure it out with the black over the torso of a red dress. I am reminded of a bug costume, the kind that have the dummy arms connected in front of the costume wearer’s torso.
Her dress was RED and BLACK, one daughter wore red, one daughter wore black, and it looks like Obama wore a red tie with his black suit. A lot of people associate red with communism, but when I moved to Miami from MI in the 80’s, I remember once I wore a black skirt and red blouse to work and a Cuban born friend teased me all day that I was wearing the Communist colors. RED and BLACK, was that a message they were sending?

Quite the contrary. This resounds so much because I think many here, like me love America deeply. I regar November 4th 2008 as the day that freedom in the USA died- not from a foreign foe, not from the state of the world, but by acclaim of those who love this country so little that they put their singular self interests above its preservation. It’s all gone. The chance for a decent energy policy with drilling and mining here in the US to put fuel into the system until the newer “alternative” energy sources can be brought online. Most of our gun rights will be gone. The small gains the US has made in foreign policy, gone. The chance for getting control of our borders, gone. The use of US policy and funds to benefit US interests, rather than being a global, one world welfare program, gone. The concept and idea that character matters in choosing our leaders, gone. The idea that whether you do good or evil in your life determining whether or not you will lead, gone. The US as a “superpower”, not gone yet, but on it’s way out. The chance of the economy having a true recovery, gone. “We” just elected the worst president in US history. (that’s my prediction)We will have a “hip hop” white house, like Detroit had a “hip hop” mayor.
Those of us, just under fifty percent, that voted against Obama and his socialism, need to stay active, stay vocal and start raising hell in order to salvage anything out of this disaster.

I voted for McCain, but he ran a lousy campaign besides being a lousy choice.
I blame George W. Bush for having zero leadership this past year.
I blame the Republicans who always want to shun the conservatives to appeal to the mushy middle.
Wow!, welcome to the Peoples Republic of United States for the next 4 years. Our freedoms are now going to be taken away slowly and gradually. We have allowed the yahoos, the lazy, the stupid take over for the sake of Oprah.
Trying to find some light, maybe after 4 years of this train wreck we’ll see another Ronald Reagan step up.
Things for sure about to change. Here comes the hangover after the big party…..

Conciliation is the LAST thing patriots need to be thinking. SHAME on McCain for being gracious – it’s a bad habit required by the foolish rules of the Senate. He should have publicly admitted his grief over what has happened to the former USA. The GOP gave it up to the RATs and we now have the USSA – the Untied Socialist States of Amerika.
