Huh? Your own link says that Muslims own 10% of UFC, so what about the religion of the owner(s) who own 90% of the company?Why should any act coming out of this company be directly linked to the religion of the people who own a minority of the company and not to the religion of the majority owners?

So, in other words, when Muslims tell us that they hate the “sexual depravity” of the US, they are lying. I agree. I mean, these guys have bacha bois (who, periodically, are slaughtered, but still). By the same token, it’s hard to take seriously any claims that they care about trannies and homos in the US. But if this is so, why are we regularly told here that we are giving Al Qaeda ammunition by having trannies and homos on the telly? For example:

“This is the stuff that the Bin Ladens and Zawahiris of the world were all too happy to use as public relations tools about how warped America and the West have become.”

The real problem with the West, in Muslim eyes, is that it is not Muslim. Every specific Muslim criticism of the West is thus epiphenomenal and should be treated with contempt.

When, after making this footage part of his monologue last night, Jimmy Kimmel announced that he would be interviewing this guy himself later on in the program, I immediately switched over to Craig Ferguson’s show. I wasn’t really interested in listening to anything else that Mr. “Rampage” had to say.

neither the ufc nor its minority muslim owners had anything to do with this video. this video was conducted for an unaffiliated website (cagepotato or something like that), and has nothing to do with the UFC with the exception that rampage fights in the ufc. in that sense, the japanese are more to blame than abu dhabi, as rampage was a star when he fought over there BECAUSE of these types of interviews.

in other words, this has nothing to do with muslim modesty, and even if the ufc were pimping this video (which they are not because it would promote another webpage other than their own offical webpage) it would not “shatter the myth of muslim modesty” because the minority owners do not have a say so in the day to day operations. Those are handled by dana white (pres of the UFC) and lorenzo fertitta (owner and pres of Zuffa, the parent company of the ufc).

PS anyone who missed out on the kimmel interview with rampage and jon jones (an avid christian, by the way) missed out on some great TV. Rampage is, and always has been, one of my favorite fighters because of his colorful personality (yes, there will be some black on black crime this weekend).

Debbie you may also remember a little situation where this scum bag engaged the police in a high speed chase that resulted in some very light penalties. Maybe two years ago, while he was the 205 lb title holder. This scum bags actions resulted in the miscarriage of a womans baby but a slick lawyer made that whole thing go away. Maybe a brief case of small bills left in a undisclosed location? Jackson is always acting like this. Another time was like this in front of the reporters husband running the cam! Stupid jerks like this let it go due to fear or stupid worship. Kind of pisses me off he got a title shot at all.
