HUH? Israel Apologizes; This is What “Peace” w/ Palestinian Muslims Looks Like

By Debbie Schlussel

After Egypt let Palestinian Muslim terrorists use the Sinai as a base of attack, Israel, over the weekend, did the uber-boneheaded thing and apologized to the Egyptians for accidentally killing five Egyptian “police officers” in targeted missile strikes directed at the terrorists who planned the attacks.  HUH?  Yup, it’s right out of the Obama playbook.  You never apologize for defending your country and your people.  But Israel did it.  Don’t forget that this Egyptian regime, to whom Binyamin Netanyahu apologized, is the same Egyptian regime which re-united HAMAS and Fatah.

And what will the apology get the Israelis?  Nothin’ (other than snickers).  In fact, the Egyptians won’t be nicer and are already saying the apology is “not enough.”  Egypt won’t stop more HAMAS and Fatah and Al-Qaeda terrorists from attacking Israel from the Sinai and entering Gaza from the Rafah gate. Nothing will get better.  It will only get worse.  And it has gotten worse.  HAMAS has been sending rockets over Israel non-stop, and after murdering people, has a temporary “cease-fire” . . . or as they call it in Islam, “relock and reload.”  The cease-fire didn’t last long though as new Kassam rockets have already been shot at Israel.  Among those killed by HAMAS rockets over the weekend was Yossi Shooshan, from a Sephardic Jewish family forced to flee Muslim lands to avoid this Muslim Judenrein.  But you cannot avoid it anywhere anymore.  Shooshan left a pregnant wife.

Here are a few photos of Shooshan’s wife and family at his funeral in Ofakim, Israel, yesterday. WHAT PEACE WITH MUSLIMS LOOKS LIKE:

I’d apologize—I’d apologize I didn’t kill more. Debbie, my firm belief is that it will take a similar beatdown to ehat the Nazis absorbed in WWII to get the Muslims to quit being assholes. We’re nowhere being serious enough—including the Israelis.

Occam's Tool on August 22, 2011 at 3:46 pm

Well, Obama, McCain and the rest of them are never going to say they were wrong about the Egyptian “spring”. So Egypt will become the second Fatah. The peace process will double. Now it will not just be harassing Israel to have talks with Fatah. The nagging will also be to have talks with the Egyptian “peace partner”, and efforts to bulldoze Israel into the “peace process” will double. When they get around to forcing Israel to apologize to Turkey, the peace process nagging will treble.

Imagine the day when Debbie see’s a picture of a Muslim kid in Israel whose parents have just been blown up, screaming and crying. Religion prevents you from seeing humanity, being empathetic and hardens your heart Debbie. You can dislike Islam, (like me) all you want, but I don’t think your cold hating heart can ascend from the depths, and accept people no matter their religion.

Viddy Well on August 22, 2011 at 3:54 pm

Jeez, Viddy. You can ask your same stupid question to a Mooooslim. In fact, perhaps you should because like the old saying goes…if the Moooslims would stop, there would be peace. If the Jews put down their weapons, that would be the end of the Jews.

And I am not Jewish and I EASILY see it that way.

And cut the crap about religion bashing. If you want to religion bash, go after the fake ones like Islam and Scientology (and Santeria). Otherwise to each their own.

All these dopes who hate religion fail to see Communism has killed more than religion has. It’s tiring.

And since when does being religious mean that one becomes a weak pansy? We are human. I like to see who is right and who is wrong and being mortal, I am not so egotistical to think I know more than God. In the end he’ll set us straight if we have strayed. I expect it too, since I take a hard-line and don’t mourn the demise of the evil.

I guess Viddy Well must have been inspired by the previous post, where a Muslim creep blamed everyone else, all other races and creeds for his own criminality.

Yossi Shooshan’s family needs to apologize to Hamas because Yossi aggressively bumped into one of Hamas’ missiles.

I_AM_ME on August 22, 2011 at 4:16 pm

To some of the anti-DS trolls who once in a while post here and say this BS, “yadda yadda yadda Debbie why are you a lover of the Israeli government yadda yadda yadda” or “yadda yadda yadda Debbie you’re such a propagandist for the Israeli government yadda yadda yadda”, if DS is such a friend of the Israeli government and a “propagandist” for the Israeli government (in which Debbie is NEITHER a propagandist or an apologist for the Israeli government), then why did she call out the Israeli government and criticize them for apologizing for Hamas who commited this crime against some of the citizens in Israel and also against the “Shooshan” family?

Sean R. on August 22, 2011 at 4:52 pm

Do the Egyptians benefit from the “apology”? No. Its just lip service, and looks good to Western countries. Doesn’t hurt Israel, and Egyptians will go about their business as usual.

Private Eye on August 22, 2011 at 5:04 pm

Of course it hurts Israel. It undermines Israel’s credibility internationally, is a slippery slope for more apologies which its enemies will undoubtedly use to try to force physical retreats, can damage Israel’s trade relations, and give politicians internationally more elbow room to criticize Israel, cut down on weapons sales, etc.

Little Al on August 22, 2011 at 5:12 pm

Hmmmm. It is always crazy-making when the side that is RIGHT apologizes to the wrong side…and I believe the WRONG side in this conflict is absolute evil incarnate.

I don’t even know what to say. Except when they pander like this, they are doing evil to the righteous and innocent. And the evil side doesn’t need any help in that dept.

Did anyone hear that the White House has removed all references to Jerusalem (on their website) as being tied to Israel? If this is true, this is further proof how anti-zionist and Jew the Zero Administration is.

AND if the above is true, why don’t they openly refer to Jerusalem as that stupid Moooooslim name that sounds like a cat hacking up the biggest fur-ball in the world? (What’s the name?)

Yep, as Savage says (when he plays The Kinks “Walking on A Thin Line”) “There Is No England Anymore”. Londonistan is alive an kicking back against what it once was, and is now trying to establish a Sharia Law Islamic Republic. They are even more doomed than we are. (and their British dole-bludgers (non Islamic) are the least of their problems…even thou’ they are quite a problem.)

And from the article, here is why I will NEVER, EVER support the evil Moooslims…

Skunky on August 23, 2011 at 11:53 am

Okay. How can I put this? You people scare me.

I’m a Brit, living in Britain. Muslims (not Mooooslims, which is a horrible and quite frankly childish way to mock almost millions of people) do not generally cause a problem. If you’re going to refer to the riots of August, then they were caused by people of all colours, races and nationalities. If we were going to be very specific, one could say that the black community started the whole thing, as it was a black man who was shot dead and his community who initially rose up to rebel against it.

Not all Muslims hate the American/Western way of life. I can only wonder where you have got that idea from. They live in my country, they live in yours: out of choice. If they hated your way of life, they wouldn’t live here. If you’re about to tell me they’re living here as some sort of plot, that’s such a ridiculous conspiracy that I can’t even contemplate it.

It seems it was Ehud Barak – the worst politician in Israel’s history – who actually apologized to Egypt. Remember Barak is also the person who, before looking at the evidence, apologized for the ‘killing’ of Muhammed Al-dura in September 2000; although this was subsequently proved to be a hoax it directly led to a thousand Israeli civilians being murdered in the subsequent intifada and the entire Muslim world has been indoctrinated about the Al-dura myth. Barak’s motives this time were the same as in 2000. He feels that apologising for something the Israelis were not responsible for is worth doing if it can ‘help calm things down’. These are very worrying times indeed, all the more so for the fact that Barak is in charge of Israel’s defence. See

ED: Uh, here’s a tip. Netanyahu is the Prime Minister and Barak serves and acts at his behest. Stop making excuses. WAKE UP. DS

Edgar Davidson on August 22, 2011 at 5:39 pm

I agree with every single word you said!!! Thank you for saying it out loud. Ehud Barak was the worst prime minister we’ve ever had, and it took us a year and a half to end his tenure… Next elections Ehud Barak will be so out of our government – hopefully forever…

An Israeli citizen on August 23, 2011 at 5:15 am

Israel apparently learned nothing from the Al Dura “killing” or the Gaza beach explosion, both of which Israel quickly – and without justification – apologized for. The first was later shown to be a Paliwood hoax, while the latter was ultimately traced to a Hamas mine. Such “apologize first” policies show a lack of confidence in one’s own righteousness.

We also see the fallout from the last 14 months of Turkish demands for an Israeli apology, compensation, and an end to the blockade of Gaza. Just about everyone in Israel beyond the extreme left and the Arabs knows Israel did nothing to merit such a response. The general sense is Israel owes Turkey nothing, while Turkey is really out to humiliate Israel and thus earn kudos within the Arab world. But dickering over the wording over such an apology – one that Turkey will find acceptable and won’t get Netanyahu booted from office – makes Israel look weak, feckless, and willing to take abuse. If one acts like a doormat, don’t be surprise the world thinks they can walk over you.

The US role in all this shouldn’t be overlooked – not that Israel is thus absolved from its fecklessness. When Turkey refuses US entreaties to “make up” with Israel, or Egypt refuses US entreaties not to blow the border incident out of proportion, the US’ default Plan B is to press Israel to “give them what they want”.

But it gets worse. Egypt is intent on either tearing up its treaty with Israel (which could cost them US aid) or at least rendering it meaningless. About all that’s left of the treaty is Israel’s right of passage through the Suez and Red Sea and the demilitarization of the Sinai. Slowly slowly Egypt is adding troops and armaments to the Sinai – with Israeli approval – ostensibly to “maintain security” there. They’re daring Israel to say no. Allowing a certain amount of lawlessness in Sinai, especially if it costs Israeli lives, benefits that agenda.

There can never be peace with Islam, for Jews or ultimately for anyone else. Now is the time for all people of good will to give serious thought to how we can weaken and eventually destroy this evil death-cult both spiritually and materially.

A Jewish apology satisfies no one.

I don’t understand why Israel rushed to apologize for Egypt before waiting to see all the facts come to light.

Oven, your Hindu co-worker understands. I have always wondered what the anti-semites who blame Israel for everything think about the troubles the Moooslims give the Hindus in India.

And if I recall correctly, I remember Michael Savage (after 9/11) saying (at the time) these Moooooslims have conflicts (actively) going on in 14 other countries (maybe Sean remembers and can clarify more vividly for me).

I wonder what all the dirt-bags who support the Palestinians think when they have to process their beloved “underdogs” are also causing trouble for the fore-mentioned 14 other countries Mooooslims are bugging?

The WH continues down the path of ‘False Apology Syndrome’ and cringe worthy nu-age Obamanations. Examples of this:

‘The president chose Arab television, Al Arabiya, to give his first sit-down interview. He took the opportunity to confirm the long-held Arab view that the real problem is America, and President Obama apologized on our behalf.

“… America was not born as a colonial power,” he told the Arab viewing audience – implying we are now. And he regretfully confessed, “We sometimes make mistakes. We are not perfect.”

Sorry, but weren’t we the ones that were attacked? Do we not stand in long lines and disrobe in airports because of them? Does anyone recall anywhere, anytime hearing apologies from any Arab or Muslim leader?

At the annual World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, the president’s confidant and adviser Valerie Jarrett continued with apologies. This time to the world’s business and political movers and shakers.’

Obama and his coterie of WH confidantes are dealing in lopsided tactics that continue to undermine the credibility of the USA. False Apology Syndrome’s underlying purpose is to make the apologist look good.

‘It is therefore a rich but poisonous mixture of self importance, libertinism, condecension, bad faith and loose thinking’.

The Israeli govts. first role is to protect it’s citizens.Until big mouth Barry has safely delivered Gilad Shalit thro’ the Red Cross channels back to Israel, he would be wise to keep schtum about Israel apologising to every Mohammed, Moustafa and Momojo in their mission to save lives.

If I was given an Edward de Bono’s moment of ‘provocative thought’ I would say ‘ Israel give Gaddafi asylum and let him spill the beans on all the lying politicians and their backhands’……

Ehud Barak should have left the military and politics after his success with the Sayeret Matkal. Since then he has been nothing except a huge failure specially after ordering the I.D.F. to withdraw from Lebanon in 2000. Israel need another Moshe Dayan. PERIOD.

Daniel. on August 23, 2011 at 1:33 am

I think it’s a great step from Israel.
Especially in the eyes of the international press, it looks very good to apologize for killing another countries soldiers.
I doubt it’ll change the opinion of the Muslim brotherhood, or Hamas, but the general population – whether it be in Egypt, in the US or in Germany, will say: “Hey, these Israeli’s aren’t so bad after all – they admit (some of) their mistakes”.

It’s good PR, Debbie & Friends, see it for what it is. In fact, it’s GREAT PR for the Zionist Entity.

WOW, good article… so good, but not very popular… It’s not popular today to say the truth. I heard Obama asked, how come the Israelis are not so happy for Egypt, well here’s why. Mubarak gave us more than 30 years of true peace, with true commitment to stop terror attacks and have a safe border. The Israelis did not take it for granted. It’s a lot!!! He was reliable not only towards Israel, but also towards the western countries as well. Now, the Egyptians are not loyal to the peace agreement that they have adopted, and as far as I can see – they will not be reliable allies, not to Israel and not to any other western state. Watch out, dear old world, because the Egyptians get money and weapons from the USA, but they look like Lebanon, Syria and Iran now!

“Motives'” poor and unusually stilted language suggests that this person (sic) is not a native English speaker. where is Motives from? Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran?

The fact that this person (sic) talks about winning over the average Egyptian or Turk by apologies shows the danger of Obama and the Neoconservatives’ “democracy” theory. Plays right into the hands of the Muslim haters of our way of life.

Little Al on August 23, 2011 at 7:57 am

Well, Little Al, you got that one right!
Indeed, I am not a native speaker of the English language.
My first language is Dutch, actually.

As for Obama: I am no big friend of him either. If you ask me, he’s a sissy, a weakling and an embarrassment for the USA. But after eight years of Bush, Americans know all about embarrassment. 😛

Motives on August 23, 2011 at 9:22 am

And”Zionist Entity”? That expression is used only by Israel haters, either on the left or Muslims who want to see Israel destroyed; the term “Zionist entity” suggests that Israel is a political movement rather than a country.

Little Al on August 23, 2011 at 7:59 am

I am against Israel, but I cannot deny it’s excistence.
It is foolish to stick your head in the sand and pretend something you dislike does not excist. Israel isn’t “the bad man under the bed”, Israel is very, very real. 😛

Zionism is a political movement, and one I am very much against.
I am not on the left – I am a mostly right-wing. I actually almost voted for Mr. Wilders for his stance on European Integration and immigration. And Wilders is a Zionist and one of the biggest supporters of Israel out there – despite his Indonesian muslim heritage. 😉

Am I a “hater of Israel”? Probably. I have spoken to several Israeli’s though, and some of them I could agree with. A few (one or two) where even likeable. But so where most muslims I spoke with. The destruction of Israel would not sadden me, but I won’t applaud when Hamas rockets kill Israeli women and children. But the “retaliations” of Israel ALWAYS seem to cost much more lives on the Palestinian side.

Overall, I am on the side of the Palestinians. The Jewish nation of Israel will sooner of later be destroyed, and turned into the Islamic nation of Palestine. But not before the blood of millions will be spilled in the Holy Land. And God is nowhere to be seen to help His “Chosen People”. Neither does he seem to help the Muslims very much, btw. xD
