It’s Over: Toronto Police Help Muslim Mob Punch Man w/ Camera

By Debbie Schlussel

This is in Canada, but if you think it can’t, won’t, or hasn’t already happened here in the U.S., you need to get your head out of the sand.  Apparently, you cannot take pictures in a public place anymore .  .  . when Muslims are involved.  Yup, when Muslims are involved, all democracy, all freedoms, all rights go out the window . . . because, hey, we might offend them.

David Menzies Assaulted By Muslims Who Are Defended by Dhimmi Toronto Cops

David Menzies, a Toronto freelance writer, writes this excellent and frightening Toronto Sun column about how a Muslim woman in a hijab punched him for daring to take a photo (and not of her).  The nerve of him. But it gets worse. The dhimmi Toronto Police defend the Muslim woman for punching him and trying to destroy his camera. Oh, and the Arab Muslim mob acts like they are in Saudi Arabia’s “Chop Chop Square” and it’s jihad time.

What constitutes a physical assault in Toronto these days? . . . I learned firsthand on Sunday, a fist in the face doesn’t necessarily constitute assault in our increasingly culturally sensitive Toronto.

The details: I was at Yonge-Dundas Square with my nine-year-old son. We ate pizza. We drank bubble tea. And I used my new Canon camera to take photos of this neon shrine.

Suddenly, a woman wearing a hijab ran toward me. She was part of a group that included two women wearing full face-covering burkas. She was screaming: “We are Muslim! You do not take pictures of us!” (Odd. I can’t find the “no photos” rule in the Qur’an.)

I informed the lady I was in a public square in a democracy. I can actually take pictures of whomever I please.

And then: Ka-pow! Her fist collided with my face. Worse, she almost knocked my new camera from my hands.

My son and I were then surrounded by a mob of about 20 people, many of whom were speaking Arabic. One kept demanding I surrender my camera to him.

It was surreal. Was I in Toronto — or Riyadh?

It could be Dearbornistan or Minneapolis.

I spotted a group of bicycle-mounted police officers. I burst through the mob with my son and made a beeline towards them. I told a Toronto Police officer what had happened and I wanted to press assault charges.

Better yet, a man and a woman came forward as eyewitnesses.

The 50-something couple, originally from Syria, told the police they had observed the entire affair and my allegations were true. The couple said they understood Arabic and knew what the mob was saying.

Alas, my Spidey Senses started to tingle when I overheard the questions being asked of the witnesses. “Was it a closed-fist punch or an open hand? Was it the front or the back of the hand?”

Huh? Physical contact had been made. Why did severity matter?

After the officer took my statement, he went over to the offending woman. Another constable was inexplicably miffed I was (legally) taking photos in the first place. The irony: Just above our heads a Toronto Police Service sphere was videotaping the activities.

The officer interrogated the woman. She was still hysterical. Good. The constable would encounter firsthand what I had been forced to deal with earlier.

The cop walked back to me. No charges would be laid, he said, because he believed the woman’s story — namely, she was merely trying to knock the camera out of my hands.

Got that? Apparently, attempted property damage is OK. If a face gets in the way of a would-be vandalizing fist… hey, accidents happen.

The Syrian eyewitnesses were speechless. I continued to plead my case.

Toronto Police cruisers are emblazoned with the slogan, “To serve and protect”. But increasingly, the unofficial slogan seems closer to, “F.I.D.O.” (“Forget It; Drive On.”)

The fact we have Islamists living amongst us who despise western values isn’t news. But surely you can’t just sock someone in the mouth.

Well, apparently you can — as long as the intent of the aggressor was merely to inflict property damage.

Happy Ramadan, everyone! And say good-bye, North America. I used to say we were 10 or 20 years behind Europe when it comes to collapsing under the weight of Islam and Muslims.

But we’re getting there faster than that. Time to get fitted for a keffiyeh.

This is surreal. The lady admits to a cop that she
attempted to destroy property and no charges???!!!

Also, how come the Police Officer gets to be the
prosecutor and judge? So what the officer is actually so
dhimmied down that he does not believe there was an
assault. Why is the decision on whether or not there will
be charges up to him?

I_AM_ME on August 4, 2011 at 7:34 pm

Police officers have discretion to decide if an offense has been committed. That’s true with infractions and misdemeanors, they can let you off with a warning. But an arrest is usually mandatory in a felony. And what is a physical assault upon another person or making threats against them but a felony?

It appears that in Canada, the police are more afraid of offending Islam than they are concerned with upholding the laws.

NormanF on August 5, 2011 at 1:38 pm

Absolutely crazy-making.

I used to be so very PRO Police, but I find my appreciation of them disappearing. They are so effing lazy and act like they are the final say in these matters when they are needed as the FIRST step. And then they kill your chance at taking further steps!

Last September I needed their help and they did the same thing (FIDO…forget it, drive on) even though they knew I had a pending lawsuit against a crazed aggressor (which I did end up winning in court).

I will NEVER give to their fundraisers. They had me on their side (I even took the Police offered RAD classes and their Citizen Police Academy classes because I revered them so much).

Yep, DS is right. It makes me so angry!!!

Skunky on August 4, 2011 at 8:10 pm

I think that reporter should file a complaint against that officer. It may not go far, but at least he could give it publicity. Do we really want psychotic Muslims determining what can and cannot happen in their general vicinity? Also, apparently Muslim women loose their modesty and good manners when they are not dealing with fellow Muslims. Frankly, that reporter would have been within his rights to physically retaliate.

Worry01 on August 4, 2011 at 8:19 pm

Canada does not have the same freedoms as we have. No 1st Amendment. Now, the cop is wrong, but I will bet you that any judge in Canada will back him up.

Jonathan E. Grant on August 4, 2011 at 8:29 pm

Unfortunately, the problem with the police is not limited to incidents such as this. I have been a witness to a crime, called 911 immediately, and continued to track the perpetrator in my car so that I could alert the police to the criminal’s location. 911 was incredibly slow to respond to my request for help, and the police were slow to respond and their follow-up action was poor.

When I discussed this problem with others, I learned that this is a common problem. Although the Police are fantastic when it comes to issuing parking tickets and traffic citations, when it comes to real police work, they are sub-mediocre at best.

Insofar as the Muslim women not wanting to be photographed, this is actually a common response from primitive, uneducated, unsophisticated, or uncivilized people. It comes down to believing that a photograph can somehow steal a soul, “imprisoning” it in celluloid or digitial pixels, as the case may be. This primitive belief itself is derived from the fear of mirrors, in which the broken mirror can result in bad luck. And if you know your vampire lore, you’ll remember that Dracula could not be seen in a mirror, for, after all, he had “no soul” that could be reflected in a mirror.

So, when you combine a primitive, uncivilized people with an ineffective, unresponsive, and poorly motivated police– justice, the rules of law, or even common sense are going to have to go to the back of the bus. It’s a Bizarro World sometimes.

Don’t judge all cops by the idiots in Toronto. My family and I traveled to Toronto a few years ago to attend a family function. When we were driving our rental car back to the airport, there was a huge backup on the highway. The trip to the airpor, which should have taken about 20 minutes, took us about 75 minutes. We were extremely concerned that we were going to miss our flight. When we finally got to the airport entrance we saw what was happening. Limo and taxi cab drivers were staging a protest at the various entrances to the airport (because their wages were too low). There were about 20 cops directing traffic and the limo and taxi drivers (just about every one of them was an arab) were being allowed to slowly walk across the highway carrying picket signs protesting their low wages. Every minute or two, the cops would allow three or four cars to pass into the airport. It was unreal. When we finally got through I told one of the cops that the traffic jam that was being caused by these guys was horrendous and people were going to miss their flights. I asked the cop why police resources were being used (again, there were about 20 cops there) to enable these people to virtually shut down traffic going to the airport. The dopey cop said that it was their “right” to protest. I asked the cop about my “right” to catch my flight and access the public roads leading into the airport. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I lost all respect for the cops in Toronto that day. I hope that the same thing would not happen in the U.S. Canada is, unfortunately, full of leftist morons who don’t know and don’t care about their rights being given away. BTW, we made our flight because the pilots were caught in the traffic jam as well and couldn’t get to the airport on time.

One of the disturbing aspects of this story is that Canada currently has a conservative national government, a government which has been more supportive of Israel than virtually any other government in the world.

The fact that something like this could happen with this government in power suggests that the Islamization of the West will be hard to stop even if the Republicans win in 2012.

Little Al on August 4, 2011 at 10:10 pm

Ontario has a Liberal government. Toronto has a new conservative administration but it doesn’t affect the makeup of the police, that falls under the authority of the municipal civil service. All the populous provinces have their own provincial police services and the larger city jurisdictions have their police as well. The RCMP covers law enforcement in the rest of Canada.

NormanF on August 5, 2011 at 1:43 pm

Must be hard work for the Toronto Officers filling out all those forms, having to interview witnesses…you know? Doing their jobs?

P. Aaron on August 4, 2011 at 10:22 pm

I can say with full confidence that this will NEVER happen in Texas. Some arabic woman hit a Texan, she better be ready for justice at the hands of the police. She will be going downtown, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. I dare say, most states at least in the south and west with the exception of California, the results would be the same.

Jimmy D. on August 5, 2011 at 1:04 am

It’s good to know that great things are happening in my hometown. My birthplace. My Beloved Mistake By The Lake.

Over the past few years before conservative Rob Ford became mayor, Toronto was run by leftist politicians. Meaning that it was run into the ground. Literally.

The incident experienced by David Menzies (a fine journo, BTW) is aggravated partly due to all this cultural “sensitivity”(read “moral/cultural/social/political equivalency and social engineering”) training that virtually de-balled traditional Canadian policing.

I wouldn’t be too surprised if affirmative action had been taken to the ultimate extreme with Toronto Police – taking in every single group imaginable regardless of competency. Nor would I be too surprised if the cops blowing off Menzies were Jihadi Muslims themselves.

To be fair, in a huge Canadian city like Toronto, police are running all over the damn place, quelling riots, settling disputes, facing down domestic disturbances, investigating accidents – just like good old American cops. Everyone and their dog would love to move to Hogtown, and the police know it. In order to serve and protect the community, it’s not a bad idea to have any copper speak its language. Hence you have cope that speak Mandarin, Urdu, Punjabi, Farsi, Russian, Portuguese… that’s the price of cosmopolitanism.

But one thing for certain – the Criminal Code of Canada (CCOC) applies to everyone, regardless of where you live anywhere in the country. The book should have been thrown at this Jihadist mob. But this being Toronto, Canada’s biggest social experiment and crypto-hippy-fascist Petri dish (it would be an insult to the respective groups to refer to it as a socialist or liberal one), Menzies might wind up getting charged with a hate crime. I just hope that mayor Ford corrects that one real fast, provided that he REALLY has the balls to carry that out, eh?

Oh, and right back at Little Al… a) we have finished our mandate in Afghan and many Canadians felt that in spite of the best efforts of our brothers and sisters, the mission had been more or less a glorious fail; b) just as it is in the US of Eh? our politicos, once elected, will work on getting re-elected. So, yes, the campaign for the 2015 Federal Election is currently underway; and c) Imagine if Obama were your president for 40 years. Soon, you’ll be just like us, only ten times worse.

Still… don’t fuck with a Canuck, eh?

Toronto is lost. This popped up on Mark Steyn’s website less than a month ago, but could just as easily have been written by Debbie Schlussel:

Time to sue and if that doesn’t work, you know what to do.

Oh Debbie, even your own guys go against you. Calling young Norwegian kids and children terrorist enablers, you’re like the Westboro Baptist Church, completely insane & a big narcissist. Well. Shimon Peres phoned our King Harald to pay his condolences to the Norwegian people. He’s obviously a much bigger (emotionally, not physically of course) person than you.

http://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Editorials/Article.aspx?id=232535

ILN: Hilarious. The Westboro Baptist Church hates Israel and Jews, just like the kids in the Utoya Camp. They’d get along very well with the Westboro morons. You think Shimon Peres and the liberal Jerusalem Post are “my guys.” Ha. Shimon Peres was behind the Oslo accords, the failed “Peace Treaty” which was hammered out in your G-d-forsaken piece of crap country. He is a leftist who constantly panders to enemies of the West. No shocker there. Guess what? His party lost and is long out of power in Israel. Get a clue. DS

I love Norway on August 5, 2011 at 7:15 am

    Hey “I love Norway”;

How many Norwegians were transported to death camps, had Nazi Numbers tattooed on their arms, placed in gas chambers, suffocated, and reduced to ashes just for being “Norwegians” during WW II?

Peres is a politician…Debbie is not – get the picture?

The dufus who murdered all those people had no right to do so and I am sad to learn Norway has no death penalty…yes, an un-PC remark, but evil does not care if one is PC or not. So, don’t yell at Debbie…yell at the Norwegian police who took so long to arrive on scene and your naive laws about guns and CCWs.

Dennis on August 5, 2011 at 9:05 am

I don’t love Norway. In fact, I hate Norway. You are a nation of anti-Semites. Ever here of someone named Quisling?

If every anti-Semite were shot tomorrow, I would shed tears…OF JOY!!

Jonathan E. Grant on August 5, 2011 at 11:21 am

I despise Norway. They are Dhimmi scum and Nazi sympathisers.

The solution to this problem, if we do not take steps to force Sharia into an appropriately submissive relation to secular law (as Rabbinical law is in the US), will be found after the inevitable first WMD explodes on US Soil. It will be found in the grimly brilliantly prophetic novel Caliphate, by Tom Kratman. I advise all regular readers of this website, especially Sean, Skunky, and Jonathan, to read this book if they haven’t already. It will be the most brilliantly chilly novel you have ever read.

    Occam's Tool on August 5, 2011 at 1:36 pm

I don’t need to add to what Debbie says. I despise and hate Jews who grovel before anti-Semites and apologize to them.

Puhleeaze! They don’t speak for the Jewish people. And the Jerusalem Post, under its new management, keeps getting worse. As for Israel’s fodgey space cadet Peres, he is only President by accident, elected to a post he didn’t deserve in the first place. Plus, its now recognized in Israel the so-called Oslo Accords concocted by Peres in cahoots in the PLO, were a disaster for Israel. The last thing they brought the country was peace!

Jews and Israel don’t need to be lectured to by Norwegians on good behavior and common decency.

Right back @…

Irving: Toronto has been lost for over 25 years or so. As I’ve mentioned before, it’s been a huge lab for social over-engineering, pandering to every group and species of plant/animal/mineral imaginable. Okay… so we won back-to-back World Series in the 90s, and we’re still waiting on the Leafs to bring the Stanley Cup home since ’67. But the city is continuing to grow too damn fast, and with an overburdened infrastructure operated by many crybaby workers who feel entitled to their entitlements (waah-waah), compounded by the Me-Generation fallout represented by the desperate need to be New York City’s (read: Manhattan’s) rightful replacement, it is on the verge of a total collapse.

I love my birthplace, diversity, tall buildings, warts and all. But the last time I visited it, I never felt so suffocated in my life. And at that point, I felt that I had to move on. However, once a Torontonian, forever a Torontonian, and without hesitation I’d jump at the chance to defend/criticise/praise it.

Truth: all nations are nations of sheep. If you mean “left-leaning” sheep, look at your own country (unless you’re Canadian, which in this case, I reply with “BAA”. Or “MOO”.) And whatever happened to good, old American Conservative Exceptionalism? Why are only the right-wing blogs (including this one) promoting it?

I Love Norway: what does that have to do with Toronto? Get off the E-train and stay on topic. Okay? Atta boy.

The Reverend Jacques on August 5, 2011 at 12:26 pm

The last part of what he said about living in Riyadh sure helped me relive some interesting childhood memories. Having lived in Riyadh for most part of my childhood. I can assure to people who haven’t been or lived in that part of the world, that Sharia law will be scary if the world doesn’t stand up to it sooner rather then later. The worst part is your basic freedom rights to object to something etc, stripped right under your very nose and you won’t notice it till it’s gone, you can’t object to anything that could offend Islam but of course the double standard is promoted and they are allowed to object to anything you believe in. Sure they’ll be your best friend and give you the world if you stand idly by and let them walk all over you and your views, but if you try objecting to Islamic views on any subject like say for example building a church or a Synagogue in their soil, chances are you’ll be interrogated harshly, hanged, chopped etc. Anyways, i hope this writer gets some sort of retribution after the abuse he had to take from that lady.

John B. Martyn on August 5, 2011 at 1:20 pm

Norway has 1500 Jews, who are currently living in fear of retribution for the murders, because the murderer professed an admiration for Israel. Norway is one of the most anti-Israel and antisemitic countries in the West.

Occam's Tool on August 5, 2011 at 1:39 pm

better sooner than later. There should be laws against paparazzi always trying to pry into other peoples business. If someone doesn’t want there picture taken then they should have the right to defend themselves Muslim or not. And there is nothing wrong with Jew’s becoming Muslim either. The whole world should be Muslim and Jewish and Christian after all you all believe in the same end and the same One God. So why should anyone cast a shadow on another. Why do you look at the speck in your brothers eye when you have a plank in your own. Let him who is without sin get stoned first. You bunch of uptight hypocrites need a prescription and a bong then the world would be a more peaceful place. BTW Islam means “PEACE”

“Yourall Crazy” Islam mean’s “Submission to Allah”, get your fact right and don’t base it on some new’s report you watched while flicking through a couple of channels. Who said Muslims worship the same G_D as the Christians and the Jews, that’s just propaganda Muslims like to promote to make all three religions look the same and worst most people are so gullible and naive to fall for it without actually doing some research on it. Reality is Muslims worship an ancient deity which has been worshiped for 1000’s of years in that part of the world better known as the “Moon-God” A.K.A “Allah”. Do your homework first before preaching about Islam or any other religion.
As for the writer taking photo’s, as long as he didn’t insult the lady, abuse or rape the lady which he didn’t ( Something muslims always do to Women the world over and get away with it through a biased media ) then he’s well within his rights to take pictures.
Besides Muslims always B.S. and frame Israeli’s by attacking them to near death experiences usually through a Mob ( cause they resort to cowardly acts ) and then Frame Brave Israeli Cops by taking ridiculous pictures of that Same Police man through an interesting angle indicating that he was responsible for making the man bleed when it was all because of the angry mob in the first place. This is just one of probably a gazillion incidents going on daily which is sad actually. Worst of all, they send those pictures to news channels with a pack of lies added to that picture of course. The Networks of course don’t do much research and simply broadcast whatever makes a good story to sell, If they can do all that then why can’t this guy just take a simple picture of a mosque and comment about it on his article? What worries me is the authorities really are ignorant in Canada, maybe when they’re grand kids are probably hinting idea’s of being a martyr for Islam, maybe….. hopefully then they’ll see what they did to this guy was wrong and wish they did the right thing or…do the right thing. You obviously haven’t been to the middle-east enough because that bong you seem to be smoking isn’t doing much but destroying whatever brain cell you already have in your head. Who knows you probably are a muslim 😛

I’m not suprised. I live in Virginia and the State Trooper that investigated an accident where my wife was hit in the back end took the word of the woman that hit her that someone hit her and drove her into my wife’s car. He didn’t want to get out of his car and look at the damage. We had to pay the deductible because her insurance refused to pay. I’ve lost a lot of respect for the cops.

Hartwood on August 5, 2011 at 4:57 pm

Norman, I hope you send Debbie an email about that link, because the writer of that blog is a complete jackass! This is to the writer of that blog, Paul Mutter, where in any of those Norway threads did DS ever say that she’s happy that those kids were killed by Breivik? She didn’t say anything like that Mr. Mutter you putz! Furthermore Mr. Mutter, those threads really had NOTHING to do with the victims who were injured and killed, it had to do with that youth group and their ideological thinking, truth is that they support “fatah”, a islamic terrorist group.

Norman, I got a little offended at some of those fascistic posters, one of them had the nerve to say that “islamophobes should be monitored by the FBI and homeland security, yadda yadda yadda yadda”. To that specific poster who said that fascistic sentence, this is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, everybody in this country is PROTECTED by the 1st amendment, which it goes by this “The 1st Amendment protects the people’s right to practice religion, to speak freely, to assemble, to address the government and of the press to publish.” The government has NO right to monitor media outlets, websites, etc. that you don’t like that much. There are some anti-semitic, anti-Israel, anti-American and racist websites on cyberspace, and I don’t think the government should monitor those websites because I disagree with them and find them offensive, etc.

They to have the right to be hateful and vile, just as much its Ms. Schlussel’s right to express her viewpoints on islam, politics, cultural issues, etc. on this blog of hers. If any of those f**king posters on that website don’t like what Debbie is saying, they have to suck it up and cowboy up, this is STILL America there living in and they CANNOT shut nobody up in this country who they disagree with and don’t like that much!

Sean R: I didn’t want to give him any credit. There is a lot wrong with Islam today to totally detest it. Some exceptions exist, like the Ahmadiyyas, but in general, Islam glorifies intolerance, bigotry, persecution and genocide. Facts are stubborn things. What I noted was that Israel haters and pro-Islam apologist find it hard to ignore Debbie’s influence, which they themselves is admit is mainstream and she’s also a noted cultural critic figure. Tha a back hand compliment is in a way an acknowledgment of this influence this blog has, which is far more considerable than people think. As a matter of policy, I don’t usually link on here to hate sites but there is always an exception to the rule and here clearly, the author can’t show where Debbie is wrong about the facts.

She could offer to sell them her home if they could ever show Islam really is a peaceful and tolerant religion as they like to claim but I think that’s one offer they’ll never make good on simply because of the character of present-day Islam.

Another excellent post, Debbie.

I also agree with what everyone wrote, including on a tangent topic of Norway and more Debbie-haters. I took a look at the link to a hate site than NormanF linked to above at 4:05 pm and looked at the comments. Here is one that is interesting comment there that I’m reprinting here:

“Jerusalem Post’s Michael Freund:
“As a blogger myself, I often find better and more timely analysis on the Web than in the mainstream media. Indeed, some of Israel’s best friends and most articulate defenders can be found in the blogosphere, where sites such as Little Green Footballs, Powerline, Atlas Shrugs, Hugh Hewitt, Debbie Schlussel and Instapundit all provide a refreshing alternative to the moral relativism and politically correct anti-Israel blather of the media.”
Cited at her blog.
link to debbieschlussel.com ” ]

My comment to the above comment. This commentator on that other site along with everyone else there, plus its author, Paul Mutter, are openly afraid of Debbie. They have excellent reason to be afraid, but not for the reason(s) that they claim. The real reason that they should be afraid of her is because she has facts on her side. In fact, all Mutter does in this post is to quote some things that Debbie wrote, and think that they are somehow self-discrediting. It’s like quoting someone who declares that 2+2=4 and then condemning that person as a nut.

But, if Paul is so sure that he’s right and Debbie is wrong and worse, then I would like to propose the following–Debbie Schlussel vs Paul Mutter in a TV or radio debate. It doesn’t matter where–Fox News Channel, CNN, MSNBC, or any other network, or radio station. If on radio, maybe Brent Winterble would be willing to host it. My prediction is that Paul will decline, or if he does accept, then Debbie will own him.

Jeff, I to believe that Paul Mutter is intimidated by Debbie, because as you said, she has all of the facts on her end, while this Mutter blowhard has nothing but rhetoric and hot-air. To me, Paul Mutter is the equivalent of the politicans from both political parties.

Earlier this week Alec Baldwin was very critical of all of the readers/posters on the Huffington Post (ironically, Baldwin is a regular reader/poster on the HuffPo) he said that the posters on that blog have reading comprehension problems and are kinda lazy to read the entire articles that the author(s) write. So to me Mutter is also the equivalent of those posters on the HuffPo, he read “between the lines”, took Debbie’s words out of context and misquoted her.

And I emailed DS earlier on this afternoon and I forwarded that website to her email inbox. And I do hope DS calls out this Paul Mutter clown and also debate him about the Norway issue and the issue of islam! I can guarantee you that Mutter will decline any type of debate with Debbie, because he knows that Debbie will embarass him and take his sorry ass to school. And as for his gullible readers, they will never accept that Mutter is wrong, because they are “stubborn” and stuck in their rabid far-left doxie and also their anti-semitic doxie.

Anyone who believes otherwise doesn’t believe in freedom, regardless of what supreme being(s) they claim to worship peacefully.

Cops always abuse “discretion.” Legally a controversy of fact – arising from a criminal complaint – MUST be put before a jury, or judge in their place. Cop training programs run as little as 100 days; judicial appointments require 10 year service as an attorney, after being called to the bar after 4 years of law school. Getting a badge hardly warrants gutter-level adjudication.

Cops often arrest jihadis, but more often they ignore valid complaints.

Address to the Muslims

I will begin my letter with the name of the Almighty Allah.
Hello, my dear Muslims. How are you? How are your families?
Do all live in peace and harmony?
Some words about me to introduce myself to you. I am Abdullah. I am your relative who follows the path of Allah.
I am writing this letter because of hopelessness. There are five children in our family. 13 years ago our parents died. I am the eldest of the children. I’m 23 (twenty three) years old. We have no home and rent an apartment to live. I have therefore to turn to you, my dear Muslims. I believe that you will help me because you know the Koran-Sunni (kuran-sunnet) better than me. I am asking you to help me with money to buy an apartment. We have apartments here which cost about 30 thousand dollars.
Do not leave your relative without help. In Muhammad (SAW) it is said: “A Muslim is a relative to a Muslim, no relative should be left without help, afflicted or offended.” Let Allah be grateful to you, my relatives.
Assalam alleykum r a h m a t u l l o h i v a b a r a k a t u h u .

And you did nothing about it except whine on this blog. Why didn’t you get their badge number and file a complaint. Even if it goes nowhere you at least will make the point and the police will know they’re on notice. We need to act not whine / blog.
