Pro-Illegal Alien / Pan-Muslim SPLC Targets Schlussel; How You Can Help

By Debbie Schlussel

I am being targeted by America’s largest friend of illegal aliens and Muslim extremists, the deceptively named Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)–a bloated far-left litigation center which took in $35 million in fiscal year 2010, in addition to its $251 million in assets.  And you can help me fight back.  This group of lefto-fascists has named me to its “Anti-Muslim Inner Circle,” in the Summer issue of its falsely named magazine, “Intelligence Report.”  But as you’ll see below, my quotes they claim are “objectionable,” are spot on.  And they can’t provide a single fact to refute them.  But that’s what leftists do, especially the extreme leftists Morris Dees and Mark Potok who head the SPLC.

SPLC & Islamic Jihadists v. Schlussel

They hate Christians. And they hate even more that I am a proud, pro-Israel Jew and a Jewish conservative, as they are self-hating, anti-Semitic, lapsed Jews and very devout liberals.  They hate Judaism, hate Israel, and love to hate conservatives like you and me.  They embrace jihadists ad absurdum and the  SPLC has never worked against a single Islamic terrorist or criminal on behalf of the downtrodden.  (That’s the work I do.)  They won’t even admit that there are any Islamic extremists, jihadists, and terrorists.  And if you note, their attack on me features a well-paid artist’s exaggerated depiction of me that looks like I’ve been beheaded–yup, another one of their insane fantasies.  It’s Islamic terrorism porn.

I know it’s a badge of honor to be attacked by these scumbags. And, clearly, they hate that I’m effective, as they note:

A close look at their rhetoric reveals how doggedly this group works to provoke and guide populist anger over what is seen as the threat posed by the 0.6% of Americans who are Muslim.

.

(Funny, how they are finally admitting to the real Muslim population numbers, not the inflated HAMAS CAIR Action Network numbers.) By the way, love how they inserted “[sic]” because I refuse to capitalize the word, “allah.” Hilarious. Nope, the “sic” people are the ones at the SPLC. And sick, too.

But I am not funded by $35 million (and don’t have $251 million in assets to boot).  (Read SPLC’s 2010 tax returns to see the Goliath fighting me and against whom I must fight back.)  I’m not even funded by $10 million or $5 million that several phonies and charlatans on the list get from donors (and from car loan fraud scams, in the case of Scamela Geller).  I’m not funded with multi-millions like Steve Emerson, Daniel Pipes, and Frank Gaffney, all of whom SPLC likes and calls “moderates” on Islam (which should tell you a lot about them). I am a one (wo)man operation.  And I do a lot on a bare-bones, shoe-string budget.  You can help me continue in the fight and keep this site and my other efforts going (as well as some future anti-jihad litigation I’m planning) by donating to this site using the Paypal button on the upper left-hand side of this page.

Southern Poverty Law Center Jihad v. Schlussel – Please Help Me Continue the Fight

The Southern Poverty Law Center pretends that it is still the organization that fights on behalf of Blacks and the impoverished against KKK racists and neo-Nazis.  But that line of work dried up for them, long ago.  Instead, the SPLC has declared war on law-abiding American citizens and property owners on behalf of illegal aliens, criminals, Islamic extremists, and Islamic terrorists.

Several years ago, I told you about how the Southern Poverty Law Center stole Casey Nethercott’s ranch–on which he spent his entire life savings–and gave it to illegal aliens. They sent Casey to prison, too.  His crime?  He used his ranch as a hangout for Ranch Rescue, a group that spots and stops illegal aliens from invading American border ranches.  And he stopped illegal aliens on a Texas border ranch, giving them cookies, water, and a blanket, letting them go after an hour of authorities not showing up to apprehend them.  But it didn’t stop there.  The illegal aliens hired the SPLC to represent them in a court case, and the U.S. government–under President Bush, not Obama–gave the illegal aliens special status to remain in the U.S. to testify against Casey Nethercott in a criminal case, in which the aliens claimed Nethercott threatened and attacked them.  Their criminal and civil legal pursuits against Nethercott, who had very little means to defend himself, resulted in his being sent to a Texas prison for several years on a gun charge, and the aliens got his ranch pursuant to an SPLC suit he was unable to defend himself against while in prison.  The SPLC also tried to obtain for the illegal aliens the $60,000 bail Nethercott’s mother mortgaged her home to pay.

This is the Southern Poverty Law Center that is now attacking and targeting me.  Again, it is a mammoth machine of left-wing capitalism and litigation jihad against Americans.  And I want to continue my work that they want me to stop doing.  It’s clear that this liberal group with an army of lawyers and a big bank account is troubled by my free speech rights and the fact that I vocally exercise them on this site.  And I don’t have their large donor base or bank accounts.  Again, the SPLC has $251 million  in its bank account.  It made $35 million last year.  It spends millions on lobbyists and propaganda.  In fiscal year 2010, SPLC paid its CEO, Richard Cohen, and chief trial counsel/founder, Morris Dees, more than $300,000 each in salary, as well as benefits packages worth nearly $50,000 each.  They are rolling in money and resources to target me.

You can help me in my fight against the Southern Poverty Law Center’s assault on not just me, but on you and our American way of life. The Southern Poverty Law Center stands with Islamic jihad against America and the Western world, and that is why they are upset with my work that brings truth to power. Any contribution to my work is appreciated. Donating even just $5-20/month can really add up to significant support in my defense against the ongoing jihad against me and DebbieSchlussel.com. You can either use the yellow Paypal buttons on the upper left hand side of the site, or you can prevent the PayPal fees by going to PayPal and sending it directly to: writedebbie@gmail.com.

As you know, the litigation jihad brought against me by the Muslim Brotherhood’s and HAMAS’ CAIR Action Network is ongoing in federal court. And I regularly bring you my movie reviews and exclusive information on stories of the day, information you cannot get elsewhere. The Southern Poverty Law Center hates that and wants to stop me, which is why they targeted me on their list. Please help me continue on those efforts. Recently, I’ve posted less than usual because I am also very busy spending my time pursuing litigation I have told you about in the past, representing Christian teachers in a lawsuit against a Muslim-dominated high school and school district. I will provide you some updates on that and post much more frequently in the near future. In the meantime I really appreciate your help.

Thanks for your support. And thanks to all of you who already showed your support in my fight. Ultimately, I hope we will continue to beat them together. Show the Southern Poverty Law Center you do not support their assault on truth and the American way of life.

Debbie, I don’t understand, are they sueing you? For what?
could you provide a link to their site, and explain a bit more about their intent,

E: No, they are targeting me and trying to silence me. The link is at the top where I link to the Anti-Muslim Inner Circle. Please read the entire post and click on all the links. Thanks. DS

I would look at being part of the “anti-Muslim inner circle” as a badge of honor from this organization.

I did a scan of their website and literally they have devoted zero resources to chronicling Radical Islam. They are thus a fake “anti-hate” group. What a joke!

Red Tulips on July 8, 2011 at 10:50 am

They have done some good work in the past but that being said, I don’t understand why they are getting into such subjective commentary. It’s almost like an angry editorial of personal views versus any type of objective research into hate groups which is what I always thought they were about.

Brian Cuban on July 8, 2011 at 11:28 am

I used to support the SPLC but when it became apparent their agenda was to ignore overwhelming evidence of Islamic misdeeds I stopped. In protest I wrote them a letter withdrawing my support because of clear pro muslim bias and a virtual blind eye to the kinds of vitriol these monsters regurgitate.

You can count on my support

The Montgomery, Ala.-based SPLC, or as vdare.com calls it, the $PLC, is an efficient, money-generating litigation shop specializing in smearing reputations under the guise of fighting “hate” and teaching “tolerance.” Many well-meaning people around the U.S. are duped into sending donations. But what this nonprofit behemoth is really all about is intimidating American patriots, especially (these days) on immigration. The well-produced quarterly, The Social Contract (www.thesocialcontract.com), recently published a whole issue exposing this outfit.

Debbie deserves support. Morris Dees and his wingmen, Mark Potok and Heidi Beirich, will stop at nothing to wreck her. You can count on it.

SPLC are a bunch of money grubbing scumbags, who in the past have made anti-Semitic statements. Real low life turds.

Jonathan E. Grant on July 8, 2011 at 12:36 pm

If I may point out the obvious, that supposed likeness of you in their article looks like something they found in Webster’s Dictionary under “Female.” Not only does it not look anything like you, it doesn’t even resemble any public person that I know of. It just looks like a generic sketch of a woman’s head. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if they’ve used that same drawing to depict other women they’ve written about.

Irving on July 8, 2011 at 12:45 pm

SPLC is certainly a contemptible organization, but I’m not at all convinced they are doing this on their own.

I suspect they are water-carriers for the government this time. You have written a number of posts recently critical of the FBI and various other local and national government departments, that haven’t been carried anywhere else, and Obama’s minions may have decided this is the time to take the first steps to try to silence you.

Little Al on July 8, 2011 at 1:12 pm

DS, you’re the only one with GUTS to take on the scourges that need to be taken on. I always give when you ask and I will give today. I really mean it when I say I appreciate and recognize what you’re doing…and we need MORE like you. Desperately.

I’d like to see a crazed cartoon of that loon Potok of the SPLC. His face is scary WITHOUT and distortions. Their name even pisses me off…those uber-leftist frauds!

If I had gotten their little noet on you I’d be like “This women is right on! Where do I give TO HER!”

Ugh. Those devious POS’ make me all aggro. Eff them and their evil ideology and cause! I’m giving to DS and urge all others who like this site to give as well!

Skunky on July 8, 2011 at 1:44 pm

Debbie, since your an attorney, you can sue the SPLC for “LIBEL”, what there doing to you is complete LIBEL by defaming your own reputation. It’s not just DS who’s on that propaganda list, also Brigdette Gabriel, Pam Gellar, David Horowitz, Robert Spencer, etc. As you said, there not trying to violate your 1st amendment rights to free speech/freedom of expression, etc. they just put out a propaganda article in order to intimindate you and others who speak out and condemn all of the atrocious activities that islam has done to mankind since the “Muslim Conquest”!

To the jackasses at the SPLC, you folks are nothing POS! You had the nerve a few years ago to forwarded a propaganda piece to the WH and mention that “there are right wing extremist amongst us, yadda yadda yadda yadda” and all sorts of far-left fear-mongering. And now you had the nerve to use fear-mongering propaganda against DS, and other bloggers and commentators who expose the real threat of islam. You jerks at the SPLC are so damn lucky that I’m not a politican, if it was up to me, I would demand investigations against SPLC, if I find out that their getting their money from foreign governments across the world, I would put the SPLC out of business for good, arrest Mark Potock and the rest of the human-cockroaches at the SPLC and put their assets and properties up for auction.

Folks, we desperately need a “Conservative Revolution” to emerge in this country to investigate these fifth column and hateful groups like CAIR, SPLC, NAACP, La Raza, Aryan Nation, ACLU, etc.

Folks on this blog, I just contacted the SPLC and I gave those friggin jerks a piece of my mind (no I didn’t resort to cursing, bad language obscene language, etc.), I urge and advise all of you do the very samething, without cursing or threating them.

Just contact them at their website and tell them why their dead wrong on defaming DS’s reputation and everybody elses reputation who they linkend on their site.

“A nation is defined by its borders, language & culture!”

I read to much on Islam. I know their quran teaches them to hate Christians and Jewish. Also Islam and sharia law go hand in hand, sharia law is the sacred law of Islam. Part of their charity money goes to Jihad. People in America need to wake up! Muslims can turn on us at any moment even the one you think of as friends as they are obligated to follow the Caliph even if they think he is wrong.
G-d bless Israel and the USA!

Denise on July 8, 2011 at 2:25 pm

Denise, as you know the enemy (Devil) only attacks what threatens him. Attacking us is a witness to what is true! All other religions belong to the Devil, and God said that if you attack your own kingdom then how can it stand? The truth is a threat to all enemies of God! The Devil exposes what is real and right by attacking the only thing he knows that threatens his kingdom.

Amedeo Bianchi on July 8, 2011 at 2:38 pm

Debbie must be annoyed at sharing a circle with some of those “inner circle” types, especially Hanan Tudor (porn name: Brigitte Gabriel).

Anyway, yes, it’s time to send Debbie some money. I have found only a handful (come to think of it, the number is down to two) of worthy political groups.

skzion on July 8, 2011 at 2:45 pm

Southern Poverty should change to Manhattan Wealthy Law Center.

CaliforniaScreaming on July 8, 2011 at 3:17 pm

The SPLC magazine is a regular feature in many DOJ offices. I have waited to see executive staff on many occasions- and read the SPLC slander while I waited. They attack Christians who are even marginally right of center, let alone real conservatives.

EDS on July 8, 2011 at 3:21 pm

You might think that the liberals would be angry with Dees and the so-called SPLC for his self-serving legal scams, but leftists are phonies through and through, and they aren’t about to point out that one of their own takes phoniness to a new level……

…Morris Dees [founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center] won a judgment for a black woman whose son was killed by Klansmen. She received $51,875 as settlement. Mr. Dees, according to an investigation by the Montgomery Advertiser, pulled in $9 million from fund-raising solicitation letters that featured a particularly gruesome photograph of the grieving mother’s son. Mr. Dees, who pays himself an annual salary of $275,000, offered the grieving mother none of the $9 million her son’s death made for him.

Mr. Dees, in fact, earns – or is paid, which is not necessarily the same thing – more than nearly any officer of other advocacy groups surveyed by the National Journal, more than the chairmen of the ACLU, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the Children’s Defense Fund.

“You are a fraud and a con man,” Stephen Bright, director of the Southern Center for Human Rights, which actually takes on dozens of death-penalty appeals for poor blacks every year, once told him. “You spend so much, accomplish so little, and promote yourself so shamelessly.”…

That SPLC “rogues gallery” page literally nauseated me. Why are they attacking people who are trying defend their very freedom to exist?

DS_ROCKS! on July 8, 2011 at 3:28 pm

A lot of people wanted the federal government to classify SLPC as a hate group AND a terrorist-supporting group and ban that hateful SLPC from operating in the US soil.

You’re not alone, Debbie. But those groups and people SLPC classified as hateful are not the kind you would wanted to be in the same league against SLPC. 🙁

The enemy of my enemy is my “friend”? Awkward situation.

America would be better off without that hateful group called the Southern Law Poverty Center. A pox on them.

Anti-SLPC, pro-Debbie fan on July 8, 2011 at 3:29 pm

Debbie you’re up against a very successful business; who is likely attacking you because there’s big Islamic/terrorist money being given to SLPC to take you on.

SLPC’s main lines of business is fundraising and investment management.

Court awards in 2009 amount to just $900,000 but there was more than $32.5 million in fundraising activities. And more than $56.4 million proceeds from the sale of investment securities; and with a remaining balance of investment securities of more than $195.67 million, left over on its balance sheet, for future sale.

Debbie they are either using you as a “poster target” for fundraising from Muslim sources, or, they have already received pledges to take you on.

The issues are unimportant here; you are simply a means of generating revenues.

The SPLC is also a water carrier for the homosexual supremacist lobby and their accompanying agenda of sexual perversion and moral debasement, and has also labeled pro-family groups like the National Organization for Marriage as “hate groups” for standing for traditional family values and against the culture of moral decay and rot that is promoted in the media as “normal, natural and healthy.” So it’s not just with their pro-jihad water-carrying that the SPLC stands with those out to destroy this country.

As for that so-called “drawing” of Debbie: I’ve seen better from children in art classes cutting from old linoleum pieces and wood for printing. It’s lower than a childhood scrawl version of the old portraits of people in Wall Street Journal cover stories.

Not that this one lucky event could offset the overwhelming amount of evil this fraudulent organization has to its “credit.”

Yeah, the Dees Nutz have taken money from Neo-Nazis and Klansmen and generous donors…to greatly benefit themselves!

“In November 2000, Harper’s Magazine published an article titled “The Church of Morris Dees” by Ken Silverstein, which was critical of the SPLC. In it Silverstein wrote that the SPLC is “the wealthiest ‘civil rights’ group” through years of escalated fundraising and many of its donors do not know about its assets. He noted that in 2000 the American Institute of Philanthropy gave “the center one of the worst ratings of any group it monitors” and that it spent as much money on fundraising as it did legal action.”

THEY ARE TRUE HEROES (to money-grubbing lawyers everywhere!)

Dee Nutz Are Squirrelly on July 8, 2011 at 5:58 pm

Well Debbie, if “crazies” like Alex Jones, Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin can get under the pink panties of the racist fascist SPLC, you can as well. They don’t care who cheeses them off!

Bob Porrazzo on July 8, 2011 at 6:43 pm

Their magazine, Intelligence Report, is free only to law enforcement. They have strayed from their original objectives and have become a political agenda driven neo-leftist bunch of nuts. I get this rag delivered to my office. Imagine having someone leave a magazine on your desk with a KKK or Nazi saluting skin head on the cover! The problem now is that they refuse to stop sending this to me and will not remove me from their mailing list.
If you ever get up a lawsuit against them count me in. Thanks to this trash rag mag, my co-workers think that I am a dues paying member of the Klan.

“The apparent recent surge in popular anti-Muslim sentiment in the United States has been driven by a surprisingly small and, for the most part, closely knit cadre of activists.”

Weird I thought it was because they keep trying to murder Americans. But now it all makes sense, everyone loves Muslims no matter much they try to kill us, or how much they keep telling us they hate us. But then the evil joo Debbie brainwashed us all.

Joey P on July 8, 2011 at 11:53 pm
