Frivolous Lawsuit of the Day: Announcing the “Defective” Thong By Vicky’s Secret

By Debbie Schlussel
Um, how sad is it that this video reminds me of the lawsuits by “Seinfeld’s” Jackie Chiles and Kramer against a Starbucks-esque coffee company and against a wealthy woman for only wearing a bra and distracting him? This lawyer dude is the Asian Jackie Chiles.

Lie of the Day: “In terms of money, that’s not really what we want here.” Uh, yes it is. As a friend of mine asks, “Is this worth the air time that it got????” Answer: No.
Reminds me of . . .

Hmmm . . . this demands an appropriate theme song by a talentless one-hit wonder.

Speaking of frivolous, the Quebec Superior Court overturned a parent’s grounding of his daughter after she went to court to get it reversed. If you don’t like the rules your parents set, a court will rewrite them. Coming soon to an American court nearest you!

do we know the size of the article of clothing? she most likely bought that item that was 5 times to small for her because she believed that she was a size 1 not 14 .if she went to lane byrant she could have bought the baggly bloomers and when she didnt where them she could put them on the flag pole and fly them like a flag and we can name her the head of the department of the interior.

Ugh! The talk show host is right, I am rolling my eyes and I am thinking this is what’s wrong with this country. Now I’m no expert on the thong, but it looks like the little hook in question is on the back. Did she say it hit her in the eye when she was putting it on? Was she putting it on backwards? And now I have a picture in my head that I just don’t want there.

I only use thongs with velcro latch. Occasionally causes me a little rash but, not enuff for a lawsuit at this point.

What is pathetic is that MSNBC would allow this kind of crap to be aired in the first place.
Maybe this consumer is defective counselor!
