Picture Worth 1K Words: Ohio’s Che Chic/”Yes We Can” Judge

By Debbie Schlussel
Hmmm . . . isn’t there a law against politicking on public property, such as inside taxpayer-funded buildings? There’s a federal law, but perhaps not a state law in Ohio . . . at least not for Judge James Burge.
The liberal Ohio judge, James Burge of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas, says the state’s method of putting prisoners to death is unconstitutional because he feels the drugs used cause pain and don’t kill quickly enough.
But that’s not the story. The story is the AP photo taken for the story. I guess he feels the Che Guevara method of death is just fine and humane. Ditto for America’s slow, painful death by lethal Barack Hussein Obama injection into the White House.

Ohio Judge James Burge w/ Interesting Posters in His Office

Looking at this photo, if I’m brought up on criminal charges, this is the guy I want deciding my case. He’ll be softer than the Pillsbury Dough Boy’s middle section.
If there isn’t a law against having these posters up in a tax-funded office, then there should at least be a law against such hideous interior decorating.

Let me get this straight, Debbie: its too cruel to execute murderers but the terrorists at Gitmo deserve full legal representation in the middle of a war. No wonder America is losing – and isn’t serious about justice, never mind the war on terror. And we’ve got people like Judge James Burge and the US Supremes to thank for our moral and legal fog in what is a clear situation of right and wrong. Once upon a time the rules where clear to every one. Now they make em up with the changing times.

Che Guevara is very popular with young people and i guess its kinda retro cool to have his picture around.

Unreal. The ten commandments can’t be displayed yet che and obama are displayed in his office which is paid for by gov’t tax dollars?
I hope something is done about this. People who glorify che need to be sat down and forced to watch a movie on what this punk really did to people. They might think differently. Keep educating people, Debbie.

This buffoon obviously never took a history class, but is a sitting judge. This is what a dumbed down educational system brings us. And he’s an old guy! Think how much worse the indoctrination of today’s youth is.

Relax Debbie…
It’s only a picture of that malignant narcissist, thug, and child killer Ernie Guevera.
It wasn’t as if the Judge put up something really EVIL in the courthouse. Like the Ten Commandments.

Jimmy is merely lobbying for a supreme court justice post with whom, he believes, will be the next pres. A free shout out for B.O. EVERYONE knows that Che Guevera is soooo cool. Cooler than he was when he was a terrorist back in the day. Hispanics are obviously desperate for heros dredging up this c–ksucker.

This “judge” needs to get his ass kicked. What a loser.

Well, I can see the logic of having Che Guevara & Hussein Obama’s pictures next to each other. They’re kind of similar. I agree with PK that many of the young people don’t know his record. If they don’t know what century the Civil War was in, why should they know anything about Guevara.
But they should! The best way to protect our civilization against monstors like that is to understand the horrendous deeds that people like him carried out & that our system for all its weaknesses is far superior to butchers like him.

Where is picture of Himmler? These are the only pictures of Che that are worthy of viewing: just before and after his execution.
