Definition of Chutzpah: Hezbo Spy Asks for Less Jailtime; Cites SCHLUSSEL in Absurd Brief

By Debbie Schlussel
Talk about chutzpah.
Nada Nadim Prouty–the Hezbollah spy who infiltrated the FBI and the CIA, the one about whom I’m NOT allowed to write in the Detroit Free Press–is seeking to do less than the paltry, slap-on-the-hand 6-12 months jailtime the government is seeking. Meanwhile, Jonathan Pollard has rotted in jail for over two decades and is scheduled to stay there for life.
And GET THIS!–The 32-page brief filed by this Hezbollah spy skank cites ME as the reason she should get less time (see page 23, footnotes). Un-fricking-believable.

Nada Nadim Al-Aouar Deladurantaye Valley Prouty: Hezbo Spy Cites Schlussel in Dumb Brief Asking for Less Jailtime
So, what do I have to do with Prouty’s claim that she should get less time? Well, her lawyer claims I’ve “unfairly” accused her of being a Hezbollah spy, a/k/a “Jihad Jane,” in a New York Post column, last year. Because spying on your computer for Hezbollah’s top U.S. financier does not make you a Hezbo spy, I suppose. And, they assert, therefore, Prouty should get a “lighter” sentence.
PUH-LEEZE. This is pathetic. A woman who spied for Hezbollah, who infiltrated the FBI and the CIA at its highest levels of counterterrorist operations, relies on a headline in a column I wrote as an excuse that she should have to serve the absurdly minute jail sentence she’s already getting?
Welcome to America. That this theatrics goes on, is why we’re losing the war on terror.
Well, at least there is freedom for Prouty to express herself as she wishes. She–a spy, a traitor, and an admitted multiple-felon–can cite me in her ludicrous brief.
But I can’t cite her paltry sentence in a lousy Detroit Free Press op-ed piece.
Again, Welcome to America.
Nauseating.

NEFA has a cornucopia of interesting docs detailing the operations in which Prouty was involved and all the top feds who were fooled by her.

I do not know whether the judge would be pissed-off by Prouty’s reasoning, but if it were me, I would make the time for every charge to be served consecutively and then add another ten. I would gladly take my chances against any sentence review board with that.

This is unbelievable. I was wondering what was happening in this case, I just hope to God the federal prosecutors pull out all the stops because Prouty is a symptom of something much larger and insidious. I just finished reading Paul Sperry’s “Infiltration” and it made my hair stand on end. It was written in 2005, and shows how easy it has been for Islamist spies to gain entry to every level of government including the Oval Office. What has happened since (conviction of David Safavian and Sami Al-Arian, etc.) could make another book. For your readers following how our security services have been infiltrated and compromised, and how much danger we are in because of it, read about Sibil Edmonds, former FBI translator and whistleblower and her battle to let people know what’s really going on inside the FBI. A recent series of interviews with her (search using her name) is at: timesonline.co.uk and there’s a lot more if you search the web. Thanks, Debbie for all you do.

It is tragic that we are watching the decline (suicide) of western civilization because we are so weak and afraid of what American Hezbollah supporters and members will think of us. Appeasers will kill us all. Get ready to convert to Islam because it’s only a matter of time, America. If this absurd legal argument holds water, then we will have criminals walking the streets because of the things that have been said about them in the media. What logic! What a scam.
And it must be said that Ms. Prouty has one hell of a bad nose job.

Considering the question of how she obtained citizenship, which should have been part of her basic vetting (not to mention who her facilitators were and the time-lines) don’t we want to know how she’s planning to vote. Considering the recent Cuban penetration Patomac seapage is in need of very serious attention. (Shades of Chambers, Hiss, Hedding Massing cover the paths of many Washington sidewalks.)

I just dropped Henderson a nasty-gram. Everyone who views your work owes it to you for the work you put into this site. His new nickname should be TWO FACED.
Without people like you, the rest of us wouldn’t hear much about these cases. Guys like Henderson would just gloss over these pivotal moments in American history.

Back in the day when this country was the good ol US of A, that skank would have been executed for treason.

wolf2012 on May 2, 2008 at 6:40 pm

Well, the worst crime she committed was conspiracy to defraud the United States. That’s not trivial, but I don’t see anywhere in the indictment charges of spying or treason. Do you? If so, please point it out to me.

Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. We learned nothing as a result of 911. Our country is less safe than it was before we were attacked by Islamic terrorists. The lives of thousands of innocent civilians were prematurely and ruthlessly terminated by the Muslim Jihad. The Department of Homeland Security is more of a liability than an asset. DS is one of the few protectors of truth in the media. For this I am most grateful. Softwaregurus and his ilk are a pox upon our nation.

Well i hate to harp on Dostoevsky’s revelation of the commandandment Amerikkka has always been able to follow—Love thy neighbour, but HATE the Jews—hey, your average Amerikkklan would rather live next to a Nigro or a Mexican than a jew…so is it any surprise that Pollard rots in jail while the so-called enemies are allowed to roam free???
Even Moshiach Reagan was a Lawrence of Arabia on the downlow…does anyone remember Iran/Contra?
WE are about the only ones willing to put our asses on the line in defense of Israel’s RIGHT to exist, so of course we’re lightning rods for the so-called “left” AND the klanish cuntserfatives who ain’t too thrilled about a JEWish state!!!

Insane terrorist, through and through.
I personally believe there is no such thing as an ugly woman, but she’s really pushing it!

It’s time to appease the true American patriots in this country and fry the bitch. It was good enough for Julius and Ethel Rosenberg…

This woman fooled top people in the US intelligence establishment because they were willing –even happy– to be fooled. Furthermore, they hate Pollard more than the several Arab spies who have been sentenced since Pollard’s trial to much lighter sentences than Pollard was. There was an Egyptian sentenced around the same time as Pollard to something like three [3] years around the same time that Pollard was sentenced. This is a violation of the Bill of Rights. Article 8 forbids “cruel and unusual punishments.” Thus, if Pollard is sentenced to what in practice is life in prison and that Egyptian to three years and Prouty to six months, then Pollard got an “unusual punishment.” Thus, there is a clear violation of the US Bill of Rights to Pollard’s detriment, whereas Arabs get off easy.

She should be denaturalized for her acts of treason… aiding any foreign country or organization is treason and that’s what she did.
