Why spend 2 million (probably taxpayer money) to stop the release of a document and then release after two years that document which apparently corroborates everything Obama has claimed. I would ask. Why is there a need to layer the image or original long form birth certificate? I mean, I go to the county and get a photocopy that is an exact image of the original for mine. It was scanned. Are all the conversions to digital “signed” by the county person this way to validate its origin?. Seems just as clumsy as the selective service documentation.

OCR software does NOT strip text out of a document, it reads the text and creates a separate file, it does not strip out the text from the original document, because the original document is an image, it sends the recognised to a text file to be edited in word for example.

What it does NOT do is strip out text, covert it, blank out the original text and then convert the stripped text back into an image trying to imitate a 1961 font. If this text had been altered by by OCR it would be selectable as text not an image.

What no one has pointed out yet is that the birth certificate lists his father’s race as “African.” In 1961 his father’s race would have been specified as “Black” or “Negro.” The term “African,” used to describe the race of black people, did not come about until the 1980’s.

Being “graphics guy” and using AI does not mean experience with PDF printers and converters.
I found more two more ‘layers’ with white pixels within 1 minute. Sorry for ruining authority on forgery. 😉

Those ‘layers’ seems to be generated automatically by separating elements with the same brightness which have past some contrast threshold . That’s why some words are broken over different ‘layers’, and some signatures stayed with background.
Why separation at all? Better bitmap data compression and detail rendering in higher contrast.
Bitmap objects with white pixels I found have same purpose.
If AI can’t show those ‘layers’, or some forgery hunters can’t afford AI for that, try Inkscape.

Our own Forensic Document Lab in Virgina can make an absolutely perfect copy of any document, from any state, or any country. I once attended training conducted by a retired Secret Service agent who spent his career in counterfeiting. He displayed a stack of $100 bills that were perfect. He said even he wasn’t able to detect an imperfection. The only thing they flubbed was the serial numbers, which had not yet gone to print. For all purposes (according to him) the Colombian-American money was perfect. This is a losing issue here and we need to move on. Was he really born in Kenya? I don’t much give a shit at this point. We need to move on….

Whether or not the certificate is valid (and I agree with Debbie that I can’t tell – forensics could determine that in a couple of minutes by checking the paper and the ink), it’s VERY suspicious that it took SO long to get a copy (perhaps it took that long to manufacture it and arrange for the secrecy oaths of those involved). I don’t trust Obama or his henchman and ESPECIALLY not his handlers.

And as much as I dislike Donald Trump, his point about the late disclosure of the certificate is valid.

Interesting !!! I too am trained in graphic design and use photoshop and illustrator. My initial reaction to the BC was that I was saw too much white space under the names and inserted information and the space with the R in his name looked manipulated someway. The Stanley (Ann Dunhan) signature stood out as well. Do you think they used one of the grandparents birth certificates as the template? Amazing, I did not even try the releasing masks but I now believe this is fake too.

My other observation was the name of the hospital. I saw on other post that the name of the hospital was changed in 1978 and the new name (not used in 61) was on the certificate they released. This is huge if in fact true (according to hospital website apparently) that this is a manufactured document irregardless of the manipulations in creative software programs.

President Obama may indeed be unqualified, but he threw his hat in the ring and won. I see the usual Internet trip of “Obama’s a racist and benefited from affirmative action.” If he and his wife benefited from affirmative action, so be it…that means they stepped up and took advantage of the opportunities given them. Good! Theodore Roosevelt wrote that the victory goes to the man who gets in the arena, not the critic on the sidelines. Obama and his wife didn’t sit on the sidelines and propogate crazy conspiracy theories on the Internet…they got in the arena while so many other “qualified” folks sat on the sidelines. If he is indeed “unqualified”, then all of you “qualified” folks need to do what he did and run for office…first locally, then statewide, then nationally. I’d like to see how many of you have the guts and fortitude to survive that process.

In a country where people consider Sara Palin and Michelle Bachmann as serious potential presidential candidates, it is a joke to hear people call Obama “unqualified”. But I’m not mad at Gov. Palin or Rep. Bachmann…they too have the guts to put themselves out there and run for office. They talk a lot of smack, but they’re also willing to back it up with political action. If you don’t like Obama, then find a decent candidate to beat him or run yourself. Stop comimg up with all of this birther crap and nutty conspiracy theories.

And Skunky, why in the hell should the PRESIDENT release his academic records? If he is indeed considering a run for President, Trump is out of line with his remarks on Obama’s academic history. What President in modern political history has had his academic integrity challenged like this and has had another potential candidate challenge him to release his grades? If some consider President Obama an embarassment, then this whole “birther” issue and academic challenge is an even greater embarassment.

This could be the most authentic document in the world – it wouldn’t matter because it is missing ONE THING REQUIRED UNDER REGULATIONS that seals the deal:

The embossed seal of either the Department of Health of Hawaii or the State of Hawaii with a written or stamped date in the center and the signature of the registrar of such document on it.

I.e., this document certifies absolutely nothing!!! It is not admissible in court to certify one for a background check, a teaching credential, citizenship, a passport, local, state or federal office, etc.

However, there is one detail pointed at FR and several blogs that really does stand out:

How is it that the Nordyke twins Mom and Obama’s Mom have the exact same “date of signature” handwriting and “date” adjacent to their signature???

This suggests that an existing BC or COLB was doctored. Could be the twins BC…could be an adoption BC or COLB…

…we’ll never know until someone inside the DOH of Hawaii tattles…or a judge finally says, “Enough of this crap!!!” and issues a subpoena.

#1 Vato you are right. They have the means ($’s) to do a perfect job. The COLB is certainly real in that it does exist. The only nagging question I have is why don’t all Hawaiian birth certificates circa 1961 say “Certificate of Live Birth”? I’ve seen some that say “Birth Certificate” and have an embossed seal.
In any case, as you say it’s a loser. He’s there now. Let’s try and get him out ASAP.
Let’s just add this to the pile of lies and deceptions and move to some more immediate issues. Like the economy and gas prices and the falling value of the dollar and the debt and the Middle East…??

Then when Trump brings it up and starts getting a rise in the polls, Obama pulls out the certificate, effectively making Trump and other birthers look like clowns to the indepedent voters who count.

Skunky, I’ve lived long enough to know that all is not what it seems on the surface, so I’m not entirely discounting your arguments. But I’m also a believer in stepping in the arena if you want the victory. If all of what you said about Obama is true, the fact remains that Obama ran….and ran…and ran…and ran…and he won until he reached the Presidency (despite the fact that he did get his butt handed to him in his first poltical race, but again, he stepped back in the ring and ran again). If what you say is true, then President “Dubya” would have had to be in on the “deception” by creating conditions in this country so deplorable that an Obama would be elected. If Obama is indeed a fraud, then someone OF SUBSTANCE needs to step up and run against him….that is the only way.

Those who want to diminish the “birther” issue are missing the point. Whether or not he was born in the US is really not at issue here. (well, if proven that he wasn’t then it’s a constitutional crisis…but that’s something else) The issue is that Obama has been treated with kid gloves by the press; indeed he has been protected. Because of that, we have no idea who this man really is. What makes him tick? Leaders don’t actually do much but set the tone and the tone they set is based on their character. We elected a man who’s character was whatever the press said it was, not what it truly is. By poking and prodding this issue along, we uncover one layer at a time just like his fake birth certificate. We have a right, and indeed a responsibility, to do this work and know what is in this man’s heart. His daddy was NOT a goat herder as he has told us numerous times. His story is so full of holes it makes swiss cheese jealous. Trump is proving Obama a liar and a scam artist. We need to know how he got into Harvard, and who supported him. All the evidence,literally and from associates at those schools, shows that he did, or wrote,next-to-NOTHING useful or substantive while he was at either of those colleges.Same with his “community activist” years,and especially, in Congress. But ,with the controversy about this brewing again, I’m sure Ayers & Dohrn will quickly write some totally phone BS to pass for college material,and various Columbia/Harvard people will be paid off,or threatened,Left Wing-style,to lie through their teeth.

Skunky, This is pertinent. Guess what, it wasn’t Sherlock Holmes who had his signature on the document investigating John Mc Cain’s eligibility and it wasn’t his side kick, Watson, either. The Constitutional facts and requirements are in black & white and for the ‘supposed Harvard lawyer’ to have known the facts and totally ignored the Constitution for his own advantage. Well, this goes beyond the height of arrogance. He’s made fools of the American voters.Barack Hussein Obama sen.’s file with the USA Immigration dept.is another piece of the puzzle but no doubt the records have been scrubbed.

Please see http://alohareporter.com/2010/03/hawaii-considering-law-to-ignore-obama-birthers/ for the first “original” publich of the birth certificate. This had to be modified tho as it clearly shows Obama was born in Kenya, he was brought back, and Grandma filed for certificate.

Please note here, that per the laws at the time (1961) the mother had not been in the US long enough to transfer citizenship to her child born out of the Country.

Fools, he did not release it because the short form is a copy of the long form and HE did not have the long form and had to get a court order to have it released. He did not release, Hawaii released it to FactCheck

Who cares about his birth certificate. Everything about Obama is false, lie and you might as well say he is a cult leader hell bent on destroying the country we live in. Heck every country we have stood against he supports and condones our greatest allies.
