Hmmm . . . Why do Barack Obama’s speeches resemble a fictional “West Wing” Presidential candidate’s speeches? As I told you before, Obama’s already ripped off speeches from the script of the movie, “Malcolm X.” Now this. Even liberal “Slate” notes the “coincidences.” And even the unintentional coincidences in this race are eerily familiar:

You do realize that the premise of this video is that Smits’ character was based on Obama, not the other way around.
You should watch it, especially until the end, when Smits’ character wins the election.

The writers of West Wing have said that they quite deliberately based Jimmy Smits’ character on Obama.
